Despite having a reservation and already assigned a table, we were sent out because we were overbooked. Totally unfriendly staff! Never again!!

It was our first time there and we'll definitely go back. The food was really delicious, the portions were large, and the staff were friendly. There weren't any long waits either. Excellent value for money! It's a small restaurant, but it's still beautifully decorated.

The ambiance itself is very nice and inviting. However, we unfortunately discovered that the food portions are very small, which is definitely shocking considering the prices. The staff is also noticeably unprofessional and seemingly has no idea how to serve properly (e.g., simply dropping cutlery on the table when clearing and not bringing new ones, or not writing down what was ordered). Overall, the food costs far too much for the small amounts, and you don't get what you would expect as a guest.

Very decent tacos, no skimping on the meat. The version with pork and salsa verde is particularly good. A little more sauces and toppings would have been nice. The taco flatbreads have a good consistency and a strong corn flavor. Fresh drinks and Mexican beer support the lively ambience. With desert there was a small greeting from the kitchen. We'd love to come back to try the enchiladas and quesadillas. Prices are unfortunately quite high for snack food, but overall it's a solid offering in a culinary area that's not very popular in Frankfurt.

One of the workers didn’t know the difference between some of the ingredients and the cashier forgot my drink. My friend’s wrap was extremely soggy and ended up not eating it because they put a huge amount of corn juice in it. It was dripping wet. Overall a disappointing experience. Food was very mediocre. Nuce concept but it wasn’t a smooth experience. Chipotle is overhyped.

What a shame. They once had great Mexican/ tex mex food. I tried what was left of their Mexican food. I had fajitas with chicken. Sadly the chicken was dry and lacking flavor. The lady worker redeemed it a bit with some verde sauce. But still the meal lacked balanced. Undercooked paprika, too many onions, and very long and large pieces. Workers were nice. But the place is falling apart. 🫠

The place is unkempt. Tables and chairs in the dining room are rarely cleaned; the men's restroom stinks. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. Even a "Bon appetit" or "Goodbye" or something similar is in vain. The men are more concerned with themselves; the customers seem more like a nuisance. I won't be back.

I love this Chipotle and hope there will be more locations soon. I like the freshness and authentic spices. Unbeatable value and a comprehensive selection of ingredients. I'll be back again and again.
