My favorite Mexican restaurant! Great atmosphere! The food was incredibly delicious, just like in Mexico. In the summer, you can sit outside. I always get a parking spot right on the street. The staff is very friendly. The desserts are also fantastic! I've already tried the flautas, nachos with all the sauces, fajitas with prawns, chimichanga, patatas bravas, and the prawn bowl, and I highly recommend them. The drinks are served in novelty glasses or cups. After all, presentation is key. It's best to reserve a table!

I'm not Mexican (just so you know), but I think the food is delicious! The waiter is German and doesn't speak Spanish, but he makes up for it with his great attitude! The decor is lovely and the atmosphere is very pleasant!

It's a nice restaurant overall, but the service yesterday was a bit mysterious. Ordering a non-alcoholic cocktail was tolerated, but definitely not without the obligatory raised eyebrows. Oh well, what can you do? The food was otherwise okay. The service was quite pushy about sales, which was a bit annoying. The cocktail came in a cute little cup, as you can see in the photo, which was cool.

I don't even know where to begin, the evening was so awful. From the unfriendly receptionist to the aggressive, inattentive waiter who wouldn't listen or let me finish speaking. I ordered several things, and they were simply ignored or didn't bring them at all. The nachos were completely oversalted and tasteless, the prawns were cheap and tasteless! The drinks were an absolute disgrace! I've never experienced anything like this in over 35 years in the restaurant business! If I order tequila, and especially the most expensive kind, then please bring me 2 cl of tequila! Don't try to rip me off. And when I tell the waiter that it's not 2 cl and he says he's not serving me anymore because he's overwhelmed, then he's ripping off his customers. I spend over €150 in under an hour, and I expect to be treated properly. Never again.

The food was pretty good. "El Bigote" in Hanau is even better, though! The sauces here were bland and under-seasoned. The beef fajita was otherwise good. It was missing cheese and wasn't melted, but it was okay. They had a good selection of beers! The service was great, the restaurant was nicely decorated, and the music wasn't too loud—you could easily have a conversation. Overall, a lovely evening. I can recommend this place if you live in Frankfurt. 😁👍

The food was unfortunately only mediocre in terms of taste; the tacos were soggy and lukewarm, or even cold. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is a matter of taste, and it gets very loud when the place is full. The biggest drawback, however, is the outrageous pricing. The food is far too expensive for the quality offered. We paid almost €80 for three drinks (water and juice), an appetizer, and two main courses! In conclusion: The food itself only deserves three stars for taste, but the exorbitant price ultimately reduces it to just two stars.

The food was very good, and the service was very friendly. The plates could be a bit deeper, although I did eat very well. The prices are somewhat high, even far too high. A bottle of mineral water for €6.20 is, in my opinion, completely overpriced. Beware! You'll be asked if you'd like water as soon as you arrive. This is common practice in many restaurants these days, and it's how they make a lot of money. I also think dessert for €7 or more is unreasonable. A main course for around €20 is okay, but as I said, the plates could be a bit fuller. The restaurant is nice, but when I was there, it was much too loud. The server did turn the music down a bit when we asked, but overall the restaurant was very loud, and it was sometimes very difficult to have a conversation.

However, when I called the restaurant directly, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and honest. They confirmed that the order had been prepared and shipped on time. I really appreciate their professionalism and reliability. You can tell they care about their customers and keep their promises. I will definitely order from them again!

The interior is very nice and inviting. Good service. The food is good, but in some parts not as authentically Mexican as one might hope or expect. The potential is definitely there. Unfortunately, the prices are mostly a bit too high for what it ultimately offers. It's okay to go there occasionally, but it definitely won't be a regular spot for us.

Didn’t expect much, was just looking for a place to have a drink before my next meeting. But was sooo adored by the atmosphere and food! Price-quality is amazing! And I really appreciate that they let me in a bit earlier before opening. Plus the accept a wide variety of payment options, which is especially convenient in my case. I have been in Frankfurt for 2 weeks home sick and the food brought me back home Back to my wife’s cooking! The cooks are from Mexico this is as authentic as it gets! This restaurant provides a tasty and fairly authentic Mexican food experience overall, making it a good option in Frankfurt. However, two elements require significant improvement: the Tres Leches dessert is not it, and the Michelada mix itself is poor. For the Michelada, allowing customers to choose their preferred Mexican bottled beer instead of the standard draft would be already and improvement, but the main focus should be fixing and improving the flavor of the mix.

Pacifico Frankfurt A truly fantastic restaurant! The food is top-notch – fresh, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and makes you feel at home right away. The ambiance is simply fantastic – stylish, cozy, and with a genuine Mexican flair. I came all the way from Wiesbaden because it's absolutely worth it every time! Honestly, I don't understand what some guests have to complain about. The QR code without images isn't a problem – if you're unfamiliar with Mexican cuisine, you can just ask, and the team will explain everything in a friendly manner. And for anyone who still has something to complain about: If you're looking for fast food and a bad mood, there's probably a bistro at the gas station 😉🌮🇲🇽

I'm not one for pennies; I'm happy to pay more if the quality and atmosphere are right, but... I'm at a loss for words. This is definitely one of the worst places I've ever eaten! Quality is a foreign concept. Everything tastes old, unseasoned, and unfortunately, you can tell that it's not freshly prepared! I'm truly speechless. Charging €90 for two dishes, including dessert, is outrageous.

It feels like you're practically being pressured to order more. Furthermore, even meat dishes contain hardly any meat. Another negative point is the lack of menu cards. The food is bland, cold, and appears to have been partially microwaved. That's why I'm surprised by the many five-star reviews, which I fell for. I think only someone who primarily eats unseasoned frozen food could rate something like that. To then confidently ask for a 25% tip for that has the "flavor" that the food lacks. Furthermore, the tables are far too small. It wasn't a pleasant experience eating there. Neither for me nor for my clothes.

I honestly don't understand how this restaurant can have such good reviews. The menu is only accessible via a QR code, and unfortunately, there are no pictures. The food came very quickly, but almost all of it tasted completely unseasoned. Some people's food was lukewarm, others' had absolutely no taste at all. I've never experienced that at a Mexican restaurant before. When we asked the server what wasn't good, and it was completely ignored. One of us was then offered a new portion, which was exactly the same as before. As compensation, we got dessert on the house. We were there in a larger group, and the whole time we had the feeling that we were expected to order more. Totally unpleasant! Then, new bottles of drinks were simply placed on our table without our asking. The prices are really high for the portions, and so were our expectations of the food. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed! It was "okay." The restaurant was very busy, which made it very loud and difficult to have a conversation. However, the atmosphere and music were very nice. We were looking forward to a pleasant evening with delicious Mexican food... unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

I understand that it's difficult to find the right ingredients and be able to convey the flavor of Mexican dishes. The taste isn't bad, the prices are average, the location is nice... but what I find unacceptable in a taco is a cold tortilla.

El Pacifico is a nice place to enjoy Mexican food with tasty dishes and good service. The atmosphere is lively, but it’s often so crowded that it can be difficult to relax and chat with friends. It would be a great spot for a night out or a nightclub, but for dining, it can feel a bit too busy. Perhaps finding a way to manage the number of guests or tables could improve the experience. Nonetheless, the food and service are still very good.

One of the top addresses for Mexican food lovers. I've known this place since the 90s – I highly recommend the totopos (nachos) with guacamole. Very artfully presented. The decor, ambiance, and margaritas are perfect. We come here regularly and enjoy it.

The food is super delicious and very authentic, but the portions are too small for the price. I had the beef tacos for around €21. They came with four mini soft-shell tacos. The beef was 70-80% onion and only a tiny bit of beef. I went home hungry, as the amount wasn't enough to fill me up, but I also didn't want to order a portion of guacamole or salsa for almost €14.

Well, we were here four years ago, and I was absolutely thrilled. This time, we received a very warm welcome and were allowed to choose a table inside. The music was quite loud, but it was too chilly outside for us. The food was, just like back then, really great, although quite expensive. What I found very strange, however, was that the young lady who served us at our table spoke almost no German. Do I have to speak English or Spanish if I go out to eat in Frankfurt now? 🤔 I don't really understand that.

Two people in our group had tacos carne asada for €21.90 each as a main course and weren't full; there was little steak but plenty of onions in the pan. A starter, two non-alcoholic sodas, and two main courses cost us €69, and none of us were satisfied.

We were out late one evening and wanted something to eat around 10:25 p.m. According to the internet, the restaurant was open until midnight, so we went inside. The terrace was already closed, so we sat inside. However, once inside, the waiter told us we had to order within five minutes because the kitchen closes at 10:30 p.m. Since we weren't familiar with the menu, we opted for a rump steak dish, along with a children's menu for the kids. When the food arrived, we received four small Mexican fajitas (about the width of a hand) with small pieces of rump steak, served in a separate, very small pan—about the size of a small fried egg. The food tasted really good, but the portion was more like an appetizer than a main course—even if I had ordered three times the amount, I probably wouldn't have been full. At €22, I thought it was quite expensive for the size. The children's plates consisted of potatoes and marinated chicken – also very tasty and a perfect size for the kids. After about 20 minutes of waiting for the food, the waitress came to take the payment just 10 minutes after serving, as the restaurant would be closing at 11:00 PM – not midnight as advertised online. We thought that was a shame, because if we had known that beforehand, we probably wouldn't have gone in the first place. Ultimately, we were on our way home after just half an hour. I would like to highlight the very friendly waitress, who was patient and courteous despite the late hour. Conclusion: The food was really good, the staff was friendly, but the portions were very small and the prices were high, and the opening hours were incorrect online. We might go again – but only much earlier in the evening.

We've enjoyed El Pacifico for years because the food is really good. We recently tried the Flautas con Mole Tradicional – unfortunately, with dire consequences: My boyfriend has a severe peanut allergy and didn't know that the mole contained peanuts. There was no indication of this on the menu. He had a severe allergic reaction and had to be hospitalized. Dishes containing peanuts must be clearly labeled – this is vital. We're truly disappointed and sincerely hope that the restaurant will clearly indicate peanuts in the future. Safety first.

The restaurant's ambiance is incredibly nice, and the service was initially attentive and friendly. When we received our food, one of the dishes was incorrect. When we reported this, the staff reacted relatively indifferently, so we ate it. When we mentioned it again when paying, we were not charged for a drink, but were charged for the more expensive dish. When we questioned this, we were very rudely told that we could have returned it. Definitely not worth a second visit!

I have had mexican food around the world, this was not spectacular. Let me be more direct 70% of menus with fajitas have at least beef, at this place only chicken and shrimp. 25% of the world wants chicken, less than 10% wants shrimp and a massive 70% want beef. Skirt/flank steak is available in Germany you just have to ask the butcher for it. Now even though skirt steak in Germany is considered a junk cut, this does not stop all other nations from using it in 5 star places to eat. Though the atmosphere and location were ok the food minus the smaller portions it was just so so. I have had much much better mexican food in my life and consider myself somewhat of an expert on this subject having eaten mexican food in at least 20 different nations.

Not really Mexican food, they would not say what state from Mexico they were from...more like fusion food. No salsa, no frijoles, no rice. A German interpretation of Mexican food? Food was expensive for the portion size.
