The food is very good, no matter what you take. The small salad that is served with some dishes is fresh and the dressing is delicious. The boss is typically North German 😀

A shrimp bun for more than 12 euro. Ok, I ordered one, so I more or less accepted this exorbitant price. However, the bun was tiny. Only 12,5 cm long. Filled with not much shrimps and very little sauce. The ensemble had a very bland taste. A typical case of an 'entrepreneur' pulling every lever to extort as much money out of the customer as possible, whilst at the same time delivering as little as possible. I would not recommend it.

Ein Steakhause klein und gemütlich mit herausragendem Essen und Service. Die Steaks sind wirklich spitze und werden auf den Punkt serviert. Das Essen ist so lecker und auch reichlich. Wir kommen im Mai wieder 👍

I stopped by the terrace and didn't regret it. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. The whole thing was just pleasant.

First of all, on the positive side: the service was friendly, attentive and quick and the atmosphere is cozy and rustic and fits the fish theme. Now unfortunately for the negative...the name Fisch Otto has a traditional reputation in the region...for this reason we were excited. We ordered an appetizer, trout and three types of fish. The fish was plentiful and tasted good. Unfortunately, it's visually reminiscent of a canteen, as there are no decorations, no salad and a wafer-thin slice of lemon... no butter at all... so very dry. The fish, which was good in itself, was heavy on the stomach and didn't really taste good without butter. The taste of the three types of fish was almost indistinguishable. But in the end it was an absolute no-go...the fish was declared with a vegetable side dish and a mini portion of carrots and corn came from a can. I have never seen corn and carrots as a classic accompaniment to a fish dish and a restaurant with prices starting at 25 euros should put fresh vegetables on the plate and avoid canned vegetables...unfortunately that not only affects the fish but ultimately also our opinion of it Restaurant messed up. We also gave this feedback to the nice waitress. There was then no explanation, apology or accommodation from the kitchen... it's a shame... price-performance isn't right for us. We won't be coming back.

Unfortunately this restaurant has closed forever. That's too bad. I really enjoyed eating here. It was always very good.
