I would give the service 0 out of 5 stars! I reserved a table for 20 people 2 months in advance and also received a confirmation. When I got there before my guests, the extremely unfriendly lady at reception said that we should choose our own table, I was totally horrified! If I reserve a table somewhere, I expect the table to be there when I arrive. This was not the case! We had to move the heavy tables ourselves!!! push, that was really awesome, I've never experienced anything like that, none of the staff helped us. Of course there was only room left in the last corner, on the wall where the music boxes were way too loud. When we politely asked if they could please turn the music down a little, the answer was no. I couldn't even have a conversation with the person across from me, it was unbearable!!! The waiters kept walking past our table and ignoring us 🙃🙃 even though no one had anything to drink yet. Everyone had to go to the bar and get their own drink. Another negative point: you have to pay for your drink directly and that was complete chaos every time. So badly done. Oh yes, and entry fee of €5 is charged to everyone. I'm really very disappointed with the whole thing, it completely ruined my birthday. The ambience is nice, no question, but I can get a view of the skyline somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

Wir haben das Restaurant als kleine Gruppe besucht und haben verschiedene Gerichte bestellt. Der Service wirkt abwesend und uninteressiert. Man fühlte sich gar nicht willkommen. Aber wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten. Das Rindfleisch roch und schmeckte sehr merkwürdig eher verfault und ungesund. Die Bratkartoffeln waren nicht durchgegart und die Gemüse waren teils wie Lappen und teils nicht durchgekocht. Die Hänschen Brust File waren scheinbar sehr lange vorgegart und nach der Bestellung wurden sie nur kurz gebraten und warmgemacht. Sie hatten keine Fleischstruktur mehr und schmeckten wie einen versalzenen Tofu. Die kleinen runden Kartoffel-Rösti warn aus der Packung. Die Tischdecke war etwas befleckt. In der Summe, das Essen war eine sehr große Enttäuschung, für so eine schlechte Qualität auch nicht preiswert. Das Restaurant war für uns ein Reinfall.

Nous étions 14 ce jour là, et la serveuse nous a amené des mezzes que nous n'avions pas commandé. Plusieurs lui a signalé, mais elle a insisté pour nous les laisser, ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau. Quelle a été la surprise, lors de l'addition ! Ils nous ont facturé tout ce que l'on n'avait jamais demandé pour 100 € de plus, dont des bouteilles d'eau du robinet à 6 € la bouteille. De plus, des bouteilles de proceco facturées plus chères que le prix indiqué. Malgré 2 personnes qui se débrouillent en allemand, nous avons été quasiment agressés par le patron, qui n'a rien voulu entendre et nous a fait payer. Si nous avions été en France, cela aurait fini à la Police directement, car il s'agit vraiment de vols et c'est inadmissible de traiter des touristes étrangers de cette manière. À fuir absolument, surtout pour des étrangers 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ate here for a business dinner. I'm Italian, so you know, very fussy about food. The dinner included several courses to share with other guests: everything was delicious. I really liked the squid, tender and fresh (a rarity in Germany!), the vegetable caponata and different types of cheeses. The potatoes and mashed potatoes were also delicious. In Frankfurt it is absolutely a recommended restaurant!

The waitress was rather unfriendly and not attentive at all. Unfortunately, for several of us, the food was too salty and the sauces tasted like ready-made products. The arrangement on the plate was a complete disaster, one should rather say there was no arrangement, the food was just slapped onto the plate. The starter salad consisted of pure iceberg lettuce with only a single slice of cucumber and disgusting ready-made dressing. The price of the food is not justified.

Unfortunately, Al Parco has now closed and the restaurant is being taken over by a new tenant. I can't say when that will happen. I always ate well at Al Parco and the service was always great. Thanks to the team! We'll definitely see each other at Al Fiume in Worms!

The Tennis Oasis no longer exists. This should become clear when you look at the sign at the entrance or the menu. I'm surprised how some of the reviewers think they have to/can rate this. There has been a new restaurant called “Sonny's Restaurant” in this location since May 2024 and it is really very good and is constantly improving (after the takeover, everything was not closed and everything was redesigned, but this is happening little by little) The food is wonderful, the service is quick and very warm. The ambience can be improved but it is clearly being worked on. Highly recommended. Hopefully Google will be set to permanently closed soon so that the last person will be aware of it. So Sonny's Restaurant: recommended!

The food here is very good, I didn't expect something like that in an airport

Ich kann das Bootshaus Bürgel nur empfehlen. Bei unserem letzten Besuch vom 03.08.24 hat uns das Team kurzfristig eine Reservierung gewährt. Wir haben um ca. 15:00 Uhr für 10 Personen reservieren dürfen, welches nicht jedes Restaurant im Hochsommer mitmacht. Als wir ankamen, waren leider die Götter des Wetters nicht auf unserer Seite, und hinzu hat sich ergeben, dass wir mehr wie 10 Besucher wurden. Das Team hat ohne weitere Fragen eine Lösung uns dargestellt, und als der Regen in Eimern vom Himmel goss, waren Sie stets präsent und haben sich um uns alle gekümmert so gut es ging. Hut ab! Das essen war wie immer MEGA lecker, und es lohnt sich einfach jedesmal hinzugehen. Danke an das Team und an die tolle Erfahrung. Es war einmal wieder ein schöner gelungener Abend... Trotz Regen!

Unfortunately, food poisoning after eating. The food wasn't bad, it lacked a bit of spice. After that I felt very, very bad. I wouldn't dare eat there anymore.
