Very bad service, no desire to serve at all.

I ordered food, waited about 15 minutes, realized that I wouldn’t have time, wanted to cancel the order, they offered me to take it with me, waited another 5 minutes, ate on the way, the food is delicious, nothing to complain about, but for the amount of food that I had, they only put one napkin, and the waiting time is a disaster

Terrible terrible terrible food. I ordered Caesar chicken salad and it was just awful. A mixture of cheapest iceberg salad with sugar dressing and some microwaved pre-cooked chicken… I remember times where the food in airports was expensive but decent. Now it’s both expensive and terrible… sad times. Service was not bad though

The restaurant is located just a few meters from Gate D. Table service is available. Simply sit down, and your order will be taken in a few minutes. There's a good selection of food and drinks. The food tastes very good. The only negative was that the service seemed a bit unfriendly and stressed.

The manager a very tall guy is a thief. I just found out he made me pay something I haven’t ordered by his own mistake. He also serves you like you bother him.

A pearl-like restaurant in a crappy airport. Bolognese is especially excellent. Airport guys, let’s manage the security gates properly!

Sense of Taste at Frankfurt Airport offers solid Mediterranean cuisine that meets the expectations of an airport restaurant. While the quality and taste of the food were quite acceptable, what particularly stood out was the service: attentive and outstanding. A pleasant stop to sweeten the wait for a flight.

What’s the point of table service on an airport? 15min to order a pint from a rude staff on a half empty restaurant.

The service is bad. The staff has no plan at all. Completely uncoordinated way of working. We waited too long to sit down and order, so decided to take away. The employee at the take away counter has no plan at all. I can understand Sunday morning, but you can work with a bit of speed.

Service from cheerful staff Everyone in the group happily drank beer and boarded the plane. 😊And why not :) They sent me a glass of delicious wine, so I happily drank it lol and almost missed my flight. The food, drinks, service, and cheerful smile were all~~:) Thank you. from. SamM!

Great breakfast place, and one of the earliest ones open in that area of the airport.

Food & drinks - 4 customer service- 1 ( Staff was rude as hell including the manager ) Ambiance-5 As i was approaching to have seat at one of the staff member said as i cant have seat and suggested to sit at high desk table reason - me and few other passengers travelling same airline have the coupons given by airline .

Friendly staff and quick service

Good solid airport food for reasonable prices !

We had an early international flight and the only choices for breakfast were sense of taste or burger King. The food came in large portions but we're heavy on the grease. I wish there were more ala carte items. The waitress was very kind, but disappeared so I had to go and ask for my check-not the best feeling when you need to catch a flight!

Vielleicht hat man wirklich sehr kleine Auswahl in diesem Bereich. Oder, man hat keine Zeit und Lust rumzusuchen. Auf jeden Fall werde ich nächstes lieber woanders hingehen. Bin sogar der Meinung, dass bei Burger King in der Rechweite von 20m wird man besser bedient. Zumindest wgn des Rechnungbetrages. Hier kann man Sandwiches, Pytabrote (beide für jeweils 6-7€) auch Pasta bekommen. Zu teuer für den Geschmack und die Qualität. Der Kaffee (Kimbo) war ok aber das war's auch. Das Ambiente ist trotzallem nett und der Service ist sehr durchwachsen (launische MA).
