We spontaneously ate here today; the owner changed 1.5 months ago for health reasons. Ronny, "the new one, is very nice, the kitchen staff has been taken over, the food is great. Happy hour from 7pm-8pm for cocktails, I recommend a visit there!

In my opinion, temporary workers are treated unfairly. They don't even get paid the minimum wage here. The young people get €10 to start with and then €12 later. They are NOT allowed to keep tips! What a disgrace... Furthermore, this is also recorded on the cameras (the guests and the staff are monitored by three cameras in total). Now, following this review, my daughter was bombarded with voice messages from the temporary manager. She said, among other things: "Yes, the cameras are there to monitor the staff and there would be a sign at the entrance. For this current reason, we are hiring dear foreign colleagues and not you Germans!" A strong statement, in my opinion. Minimum wage is regulated by law, there was never any billing and being filmed is also illegal. Let's see what comes of it. An email has been sent to the tax office and the public order office regarding the cameras.

Very good steak, fried on point. Great ambience. Every dish so far has been very tasty. Top! We would be happy to come back.

The Havanna restaurant in Darmstadt impresses with its idyllic atmosphere and warm hospitality. Particularly noteworthy is the Iranian service, which is not only extremely helpful and attentive to all guests, but also impresses with its charming demeanor. The menu offers something for every taste - the food is not only delicious, but also lovingly prepared. The only small downside is the parking situation, which can be a bit difficult. But this disadvantage is more than offset by the culinary experience. ---

Were there and would go back again and again. The ambience, music, service and food were really great and is definitely recommended. The staff is courteous, humorous and very friendly, and the drinks are really hard to beat in terms of taste. It will definitely be our regular shop. Come back very soon.

Very friendly service. For me, the food was authentic (but I have no idea about it) and I found it very tasty. Parking is difficult but normal in the city. Would come again if given the opportunity.

Very authentic, absolutely delicious. As a starter we had the Cuban chicken soup which tasted perfect. For the main course a selection of tapas, be careful you'll get enough of them even if you're two 😀. Another main menu with minced meat, rice and plantain rounded off the evening. The cocktail was also fantastic. If we're in the area again, we'll stop by 👋

I can't rate the food because we didn't eat but just drank something. And the cocktails we drank were very good. Next time we'll eat there too.
