Feeling at home with delicious food! At Qba you feel like you're at home - the food is authentic and simply delicious! The staff is great, super friendly and creates a great atmosphere. The only point of criticism: The cleanliness of the toilets should be improved. Still a wonderful place that I would happily recommend!

Visiting Berlin and almost by Hasard we found this excellent Cuban restaurant. Typical of us from the kitchen (Cuban cook) to the service. The delicious dishes are really reminiscent of those that were never missing at a party or family gathering. Congratulations to the entire team.

We were there on a Sunday, so it was pretty quiet, but the atmosphere was still very friendly. The food tasted homemade and was very tasty. I highly recommend for a casual dinner out!

We've been there several times now. We usually just had something to drink and on New Year's Eve we also received a voucher for the restaurant. It's sometimes very chaotic to use and unfortunately a lot of things go wrong or are forgotten. It's actually quite nice there, but the acoustics leave a lot to be desired and are really tiring in the long run. The atmosphere is always great at live events. We now wanted to redeem a voucher and went out to eat, unfortunately my meat was still raw and even after returning it to the kitchen, it was still completely raw in the middle. Unfortunately very disappointed with the food, the drinks are actually very good. This review is only intended to help us do a little better in the future and is not intended to be an attack.

Terrible, the waiter is incapable of serving a glass of wine...he leaves you hanging around for nothing...one of the waitresses this evening was looking through all the bottles and finally found nothing...when the very nice usual waitress didn't you're not there mediocre staff...I left after waiting 30 minutes without anything happening

The problem is that if you are overwhelmed by being surrounded by people, this is not your place. To get from the door to the bathroom you have to squeeze through the crowd, which is only 20 people but squeezed into the same area of ​​the bar. Elbow bumps and falling glasses. The drinks are really, really good but the snacks (especially the nachos) are unfortunately quite the opposite. It's a total shame because the drinks and the ambience are great!

Nice little Cuban bar in Berlin. We had a drink here in the evening and were very positively surprised. The atmosphere was great and the cocktails were very authentic and delicious. Only the nachos were soggy, I can't recommend them.

Wir waren diesmal sehr enttäuscht vom Service des QBA. Die Bedienung kam lange nicht, war dann unfreundlich und schüttete uns zur Krönung auch noch einen roten Cocktail über die Kleidung. Das könne ja mal passieren, war die Entschuldigung. Auf unseren Hinweis, dass sie die Reinigung zahlen müssten, kam der Vorschlag, uns zwei Drinks zu spendieren. Das war okay, aber weiterhin war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. Die Rechnung stimmte zum Schluss auch nicht. Schade, denn die Hemingway-Platte war wieder lecker, aber wir werden nach den Erfahrungen nicht mehr hingehen.

We were there for the live music and it was very worth it! The atmosphere was fantastic and exuberant. The little shop was completely full. The Cuba Libre were also particularly good, the mixture was top and there was no shortage of rum.

Lots of Latinos in the store, so Spanish is mainly spoken there, which I think is very cool. Food, drinks and atmosphere great. Live music on Friday and Saturday. Eating, drinking, dancing all in one.

Teníamos el plato de aperitivo para dos, que estaba delicioso. Tomé la Fajita de Polo y les pregunté si podían hacerla picante. El chef acertó con el punto picante correcto. La fajita estaba muy sabrosa. Mi gf un plato vegano (en hoja de plátano con mais) del que no recuerdo el nombre pero sabía genial también. El servicio fue rápido. Las camareras eran muy amables. Y la música era agradable también. Hasta que empezó el partido de fútbol. Pero de nuevo no puedes tenerlo todo. La próxima vez que esté en Berlín podría comer aquí de nuevo si estoy en el barrio

My best friend and I have been here for the fourth time and we would come back again and again. The staff is super friendly, the food tastes delicious and the drinks are simply amazing.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. Mochito tastes like the neighbor's, just adulterated but €9.50 is completely tourist prices. The service was nice but that was it. Unfortunately no recommendation

And I've been there several times and everything has happened to me, they stole my jacket in a toxic and drug environment and to make matters worse, a waiter with a white hat looks at you terribly. In short, I've been there several times and if you're very lucky you can meet some nice person. .but after going they rob me, I tell the man in the white hat and on top of that he talks terribly to you, it makes you think, it's not worth going more than once or being there for more than an hour.

Great cocktails, good prices, great atmosphere

I've never been to Cuba before, but this restaurant seems very authentic to me. As soon as you enter the premises, it is like taking a trip to the island. With rhythmic sounds in my ears, I ordered Caribbean food and drinks with a smile from a very friendly waitress. By the way, my smile stayed on my face throughout the entire stay. Not only the food, the drinks, the service and the ambience are first class. Unfortunately you can only give five stars. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful evening. It definitely wasn’t my last trip to “QBA”.

The only bar open in a large district of Berlin after 1 hour, we had come without any particular interest in Cuban music. We got confused by the boss over a lighter issue but otherwise a very pleasant atmosphere, everyone feels accepted.

First of all, PLEASE STOP TO THROW ICE AND ALCOHOL TO THE PEOPLE, after this, it's not a bad place, kind of a tourist side with the tacky vibe from Latin America, of course there are many better latin places than this one, specially to dance l, but the service is good because of the waiters and waitress. When I come, it's because friends want to come, but honestly, I'll never suggest it.

I was with a friend to spend some time but I was very disappointed when I asked for Mosquito and they gave me an orange juice and I asked for ice as there wasn't enough ice, the barman thought I asked For that it's the worst at the moment, I can't recommend it to anyone.

The first impression when we walked in was positive and, apart from the weather, it felt like a holiday. A young, friendly, nice-looking waitress helped me choose the beer. I chose the mixed appetizer platter, where almost everything was served lukewarm or cold, Contained (probably) 2 fatty chicken wings 🐔 2 fatty ribs that were pleasantly tough 1 sausage 2 dry cooked chicken 🐓 or pork 🐖 Breaded 🍤 shrimps were delicious. Lots of hard tasteless banana 🍌 slices (fried I think). Going to the toilet 🚻 let me see that the condition there was just acceptable. Maybe I was just unlucky, but at least I can warn you about the record Now I have a greasy mouth and drink double vodka at home.

Strangely enough, it was completely empty all around. But the worst thing is the toilets, broken, contaminated, smeared, disgusting! No glasses! How should you go there with a woman? The toilets in both neighboring shops are immaculate. If you charge €6 for a beer and €10 for a cocktail, then there must be a minimum level of hygiene. The toilets are next to the kitchen, I don't want to know what it looks like there!

Anyone who has ever been to Cuba knows: Cuban beer has to be Cristal in a can. This is also the case in the QBA and together with the rice and beans, perfectly prepared meat and delicious fried banana chips, you immediately get that holiday feeling. The music also contributes to this. The price is completely reasonable for a well-filled plate. I was there for the first time with friends and discovered the QBA as a recommendable restaurant!

Ambience original, a bit outdated. Not eaten.

The service was quick, despite being very full. The spaces were too limited. Tables everywhere with no space to dance, or talk (too loud music), or even to access the bathroom without having to squeeze. The vibe is very particular, it is a unique little piece in Berlin, which stands out for its differentness, its Latin feel. There are interesting drink options, mainly with Rum (logically). The bathrooms left a lot to be desired, there was no paper or water to flush the toilets. Very dirty. The staff attentive to offer their services, that stands out, especially on a chaotic night.

C'était l'un de mes restaurants préféré à Berlin, car il est chaleureux, festif, les plats sont excellent. Mais le 27 février c'était tout une autre chose. Je suis tellement déçu par le service particulièrement et le plat. J'avais téléphone pour réserve, la serveuse n'en avais rien à fairer au téléphone; de plus lorsque je suis arrivée au restaurant elle s'est moqué de moi. Etant jeune adulte, la serveuse voulait à tout prix vérifier ma cartes d'identité alors que je ne commandais même pas d'alcool. Durant tout le repas la serveuse ne s'occupait pas de nous alors que l'établissement était presque vide ( 2 autres tables occupé). Puisque les plats sont copieux, nous avions décider d'en partager un. Mais le plat était très très très loin d'être copieux; il y'avais deux bouts de viandes qui se battaient en duel et nous avions que 3 crèpes pour 2 ( alors que lors de mes précédentes visites il y'en avait bien plus). De plus lorsque j'ai demande des crêpes supplémentaires, elle m'a répondu sèchement que c'était payant. Nous avons eu seulement 2 crêpes supplémentaires pour un prix douteux. Le restant du repas, la serveuse faisait des allés retours pour nous demander de façon malvenu si nous avions fini. Elle a débarrasse alors que j'étais la seule à avoir fini mon assiette. De plus j'aimerai ajouté que les toilettes sont très sales, qu'il y'a pas de savon. Au moment de payé et de rendre la monnaie, la serveuse nous a demande très méchamment un pourboire que nous lui avons refusé. Suite à cela elle ne nous a même pas accompagné à la porte, ni saluer, ni remercier de notre visite et n'a pas répondu lorsque nous disions au revoir. En somme je suis déçu par le service qui était déplorable et très très différent de lorsque j'y étais avec mes parents, comme quoi les jeunes adultes ne sont pas les bienvenu alors que nous étions respectueux, nous parlions allemand et nous avions de l'argent pour payé. Je ne comprend donc pas cette attitude. Tout simplement de l'arnaque et du profit car nous étions jeunes, c'est honteux. Je ne recommande que aux " vrai adultes". Je n'y remettrai pas un pied!

Probably the best cocktail bar in Mitte, super friendly staff and happy atmosphere. Although the place is full of photos of Fidel Castro and there is a beautiful mural of Che Guevara at the entrance, it's best not to speak well of Cuba. There are some nostalgic for Batista and Santo Trafficante who may be offended

High prices and average mojito!

Walking down the town of Mitte and found this cuban restaurant. Food and drinks were exceptional. Had the ropa vieja and tostones. Happy hour had me drinking a couple of mojitos. Good music and latino atmosphere in Berlin.

Great service, delicious cocktails and reasonably priced for a bar in Berlin. The service is super friendly and when we had to leave because of the opening times there was a round Mexican meal on the house.

The drinks are great, the employees are attentive, and Mr. Lazaro Kastro is really competent. We spent our last day there and I will go again on my first visit 🥰🙈

Es un lugar increíble, muy latinoamericano ya que el restaurante bar se constituye de dos partes; *El comedor donde tienen un lugar relativamente grande para deleitarte con comida cubana y tomarte unos cocteles y escuchar la música que viene de el fondo. * En la barra puedes escuchar la música y tomarte unos buenos tragos y darte con un buen baile. 🤗

Nettes Kubanisches Restaurant in der Nähe des Friedrichstadt-Palasts. Große Portionen, angemessene Preise, toller Geschmack. Kleiner Tipp: Die Tische hinten auf der Empore zur Küche: Da sitzt man schön privat und die Musik ist nicht so laut wie im vorderen Bereich des Restaurants.
