We had something to eat here before a concert in Building 9. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing and surprisingly expensive. I don't need to go to a Cuban restaurant to get some rice, a completely ordinary wrap with a very random filling, and two sauces (which didn't seem freshly made) on a plate. It just wasn't particularly tasty. The ambiance is nice. Another downside, however, is the poor value for money when it comes to the food. Sorry, but we weren't really impressed.

A cute, quirky restaurant/bar. We felt very comfortable. The service team was very friendly and prompt. Our orders were taken quickly, and we were asked about any additional requests regularly, but not intrusively. The food was very tasty. The steak was of good quality and grilled perfectly rare. It was a bit crowded and noisy at peak times, but perfectly bearable. We had a reservation; without it, we probably wouldn't have gotten a seat on a Saturday night.

The food (national dish Ropa Vieja) was delicious, as was the cocktail (alcohol-free Cinderella). The service was a bit slow, even though it was quiet that evening. Parking is very difficult. The restroom is down a few steps! Latino Cubana hides a few vintage treasures (e.g., a typewriter/old cash register) 😇 - very cute.

Mexican/Cuban food. No surprise. The bowl was overpriced at €20. Tasted good. The dressing was supposed to be Mexican, but it was balsamic, French yogurt dressing. Well, okay.

The food was very good, and the lamb was cooked to perfection! Lina was very nice and accommodating! The only downside was our seat – it was a bit noisy, and there was a narrow passage directly behind my chair. We'll definitely be back and now we know where to sit better ;-)

Food was great! Service was nice, the food was quick, the atmosphere was interesting. The bland way of collecting tips annoyed me. I always tip when I'm happy, but I don't want to be presented with a default non-cash tip statement. This is acceptable in North America, but not so much in Germany.

We reserved a table and nothing happened for 45 minutes after ordering the food. Then when we asked, we were told that it would take another 30-45 minutes and that that was normal. After 90+ minutes of waiting, we moved on in frustration.

The service was slow and unfriendly. The waitress booked the wrong drink and blamed us for it. In addition, the drink allegedly could not be canceled/changed due to “technique”. We then had to take it. Due to the poor service we didn't want to tip. The service person then “accidentally” selected a 10% tip because “the device was new” and took a €15 tip for himself. We had to ask for the receipt and that was the only way we found out about it. At least we were paid back.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant. We were there this Sunday at 5:15 p.m. The restaurant was half full. We waited a long time for our drinks, the food came relatively quickly. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm and didn't taste particularly good. Drinks that we ordered took a long time to arrive or didn't come at all. To pay we should go upstairs and do everything directly at the checkout. The table number we were given had completely different drinks and food than we had. It took forever until we had the right things and the drinks were deleted that didn't even reach us. It was all pretty chaotic. We wouldn't eat there again.

It was lukewarm and didn't taste like anything. Asked several times for the bill. Card payment didn't work. Don't pay separately either because the staff was completely overwhelmed with it. Unfortunately disappointing - not recommended Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant in the “party cellar” was a complete nuisance. The waiter came to our table for the first time after 25 minutes - after that we had to wait around 30 minutes until someone showed up again. The waiter was completely overwhelmed and seemed to have completely lost control of the service. At the neighboring table, guests waited in vain for drinks and their food for over an hour - in the end they were simply sent away. Incredible. We had ordered spicy food - the spiciness was simply forgotten. When we asked, they said they would bring it later - another 20 minutes later, what we wanted was there, but our food was long cold and the accompaniment was already ready. The sirloin steak was okay, but the rice served with it tasted old and definitely not fresh. The enchiladas were a mini portion - the price-performance ratio is not good at all. The payment was finally the chaotic climax: card payment didn't work (apparently no network), our waiter didn't have his wallet, the printer for receipts didn't work - and change was also missing. Overall a very disappointing experience. There is a lack of organization, service and quality. We won't be coming back.

It's been a long time since I've had such a bad meal for a lot of money. The Orangina Rouge had already expired 8 weeks ago, but I still had to pay €3.90 for it! The lamb was more of an old mutton, completely gristly and tough. There was supposed to be vegetables as a side dish, since I'm allergic to peppers, I asked if they could please leave them out. That didn't work because it was already pre-cooked; no alternative! Fries were cold and limp. There was no concession or perhaps an espresso or cappuccino as an “apology”. In the end I left frustrated and hungry for €40.50.

Was expecting more based on the reviews. We sat in a side room that was pretty spartan. The camera in the corner is also a bit irritating. Food was barely seasoned and lukewarm. The meat was well fried, the cocktails were ok too.

Authentic Cuban Experience! I absolutely loved my visit to this Cuban restaurant! As soon as you enter, you feel as if you have landed in Havana - the warm atmosphere, the Caribbean music and the stylish ambience make the experience perfect. The food was simply fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, the spices were perfectly balanced, and the traditional Cuban dishes tasted like they came straight from Cuba. The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive and with real Cuban warmth. The cocktails were an absolute highlight and rounded off the evening perfectly. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit. A piece of Cuba in the middle of the city – simply great!

We looked at the reviews of this place to be able to go and well, if we had excellent, delicious food... the service is a little slow because obviously there is only one man for all the tables, it is understandable that it goes to full capacity. Otherwise all good food at a good price.

Food was lukewarm but ok, you can live with it. However, the cocktails were warm, tasted stale and uninspired, feeling like they had no alcohol. We addressed this politely. The answer was sobering... “That’s just the way it is.” We'll never come back!

It's a shame when you tell the service and the manager that you taste little or no alcohol in the cocktails and you hear from the waitress that she doesn't make them and doesn't drink alcohol. The cola at the Cuba Libre was non-carbonated and warm. The manager wanted to explain to us that she had put 6cl of alcohol in it. By and large, they didn't care and didn't care. I think it's a shame that well-intentioned criticism is dismissed. The food was lukewarm but OK The toilets were not clean and unfortunately the flushers were broken The ambience of the store wasn't bad, you could do something with it if you're open to positive suggestions for improvement

We were here today (March 15th) - table for two people in the passage - someone constantly "slides" past you, even when eating - otherwise much too narrow - food average - service mediocre
