I had a terrible experience eating at this restaurant. The prices are expensive, the meat is frozen, the vegetables are not fresh, there are very few side dishes that you have to pay for, although in other Korean restaurants they are free and homemade. The frozen beef is only for hot pot, can it also be grilled? No dipping sauce? The staff is even worse, not even a smile, at the next table the staff dropped food on the customer, not even a word of apology, the manager was busy arguing with the staff and did not apologize to the customer. The first and last time.

Friendly staff and great service, we had a really good experience trying Korean BBQ in Berlin. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the meal very much.

Essen leider völlig geschmacklos. Hühnerfleisch gebraten mit Erdnusssoße. Fleisch blass und unansehnlich. Soße wässrig. Ente zwar knusprig, aber Soße auch wässrig. Nicht lecker. Bedienung seltsam. Keine Reaktion nach Mitteilung, dass es nicht schmeckt. Schade. Waren am Sonntag um 20.00 die einzigen Gäste. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

I placed an order over two hours ago, but it still hasn't arrived. The driver's location hasn't been updated in the app for a long time, and the driver couldn't be reached by phone either. The estimated time of arrival has already been changed five times, and the driver has also been changed twice. When the map finally updated, the car was heading in the completely opposite direction—far from the restaurant and my address. The food will definitely arrive cold. I'm so disappointed and annoyed at this point that I have no appetite and don't even want the order anymore. I will definitely never order again.

Unfortunately not a convincing experience. The staff seemed unprofessional and not well-coordinated. The atmosphere in the restaurant was rather gloomy and the furnishings overall seemed outdated - a refresh would certainly make sense here. The food was average – neither particularly bad nor particularly good. Overall, there are better alternatives in the area.

Delicious food, short wait time and excellent prices.

We went to Soban and came right as they opened back up for lunch time and the main reason we went was for Korean fried chicken but they were sadly out. It was honestly so saddening to hear. We ordered quite a few things and I did really enjoy the tteokbokk and the gun mandu did taste good. In general the meal was good but I’d rate it a 5/10 as it was average for our palate. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t exhilarating The staff was very kind and attentive.
