The food was served quickly, but the plate of soup was simply thrown on the table, standing above us, even though I said that we needed more time, it looked more like just a diner than a beautiful and cozy cafe with a rating of 4.2. The food is not bad, except for the mayonnaise on top of the shrimp rolls

Rudest customer service I’ve experienced. We asked for the waiters recommendations, explaining we hadn’t had much sushi before, and they completely refused to recommend anything at all, just said everything is good. We then randomly picked 4 different options based on the small pictures. All pretty tasteless, and you get very little. Better than usual soy sauce though. Definitely don’t go here if you’re a beginner. And if you’re a sushi expert you probably know better places to go to anyway.

The service at this place is basically nonexistent. The waitress barely greeted us when we arrived, and once I called her to explain that my girlfriend is highly allergic to crustaceans, and that even cross contamination could be dangerous, she literally threw a little block and a pen on the table saying that we should write down what we want, and that the menu explains what contains crustaceans. I know Germany isn’t exactly a paradise for good customer service, but this was ridiculous even for German standards.

Away from overpriced Instagram restaurants, you can find delicious and fresh sushi and great service at an unbeatable price. Lunch menu - highly recommended!

Food was delicious. Aaabut if I order vegetarian I don't want fish eggs on my sushi. If there had been one. Ok.... But there were about 12-15 pieces per sushi roll. The older waitress is more than uninterested in you. When you talk to you it just starts running again No thanks, no please. Overall too expensive for what you get The floor was sticky, there was only one sad fish swimming around in the aquarium...

I love this concept for sushi restaurants all the time! The fish on sushi was great and fresh but rice felt a little bit too soft. The price is a bit high for the rotating table I think when you get 2 sushi pieces for 3-4€ but still very convenient as you can try more. The service is very friendly and helped us with a smile. I would recommend this place and it is near the train station (8 mins walk).

It was very busy, probably because it was the Dokomi weekend. The staff was stressed. Despite everything, it was the best sushi I've eaten. We had a sushi boat for 2, gyoza and edamame. It was all really delicious.

Got sushi for lunch at a fair price. Little waiting time, even though it was freshly made, also great! There were 4 of us and shared 4 sushi sets. Not only was it delicious, we were also COMPLETELY full for only 13 euros per person. Totally great value for money!

So to get to the point here: we were disappointed. The sushi was just so-so - running sushi is paid per plate and is very expensive! The service is taciturn and seems unfriendly. Atmosphere like at the train station. It was our first time in Düsseldorf and we were guided by the good reviews.

The food itself was very good but the so-called running sushi had to be paid extra per plate. And you can pay really well for that, some plates can cost up to around seven euros with small contents... the food itself is recommended but the price is in a different league if you want to taste everything.

Very nice, simply furnished sushi restaurant. Friendly staff and quick service. We had the Tokyo Night Sushi Mix and the fried Chili Tuna. Everything is freshly prepared and of very good quality. I can highly recommend the fried tuna!!!

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Es ging fasr alles zurück. Gewundert hatte man sich nicht. Eine extrem unfreundliche Bedienung, eine die etwas freundlicher war. Auf meine Bewertung bei Gxxgle gab es eine Beschwerde der Verleumdung. Dabei hatte ich trefflich die katastrophalen Speisen beschrieben. Schlechte Bewertungen werden bei Gxxgle sehr einfach blockiert (Meldung Verleumdung usw.). Für uns der, mit weitem Abstand, schlechteste Laden der Stadt und in meiner „Japan Food Karriere“ der schlechteste Laden ever. Die teils überschwänglich guten Bewertungen lassen mich annehmen, dass hier geschummelt wird. Oder der Laden hat einen neuen „Koch“.

I can't understand the many bad reviews here. I've been going to Nari for several years and have always left satisfied. Running Sushi is a great concept that allows you to estimate in advance how much you will spend. There are plates with different colors and different prices. The sushi is always super tasty, certainly not the best in Düsseldorf, but I think six “basic” maki (e.g. avocado, cucumber, radish, etc.) for €3 is great. I sometimes also order appetizers. More elaborate sushi or special types of fish cost more, e.g. €4, €4.60. If you want to eat out for €10, sushi is generally the wrong choice. Wasabi soy sauce and ginger are there as much as you want. If a dish you want doesn't come on the running sushi you can even wish for it and here they are even creative: sometimes there is baked banana, yesterday there was strawberries and watermelon! Fried sushi and small salads sometimes too. Great! I absolutely don't understand what there is to complain about the furnishings, normal tables and chairs, authentic ones and you can sit. The service isn't the warmest, that's true. But I also find that somehow authentic, you get everything straight away, really directly. Hardly any waiting time (typical Japanese: Zack Zack food and the next one, that's just how it is). Requests are taken into account. What could I want more? Nari Sushi will always be my go-to restaurant on Immermannstrasse 😊

The first time I was unsure what I wanted to order for takeout. Today I'm here for the third time. So far everything has tasted good to me. Beate was the vegetarian fried sushi 👌 The shop was always full in the evening. I'll be back.

Man wird schnell und recht deutsch (höflich, aber nicht übermäßig freundlich) ohne Schnickschnack bedient. Das Essen ist gut, aber Sie bekommen auch das, was Sie bezahlen und hier werden Sie nicht arm. Ich war schon mehrere male mit Freunden und Kollegen hier und es ist der perfekte Ort für ein schnelles Mittagessen. Vor allem das Running Sushi, das von 12.00 bis 15.00 Uhr zum Mittagsrabatt erhältlich ist, ist bei meinen Freunden und mir sehr beliebt. Fazit: Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem High-End-Erlebnis sind, ist Nari Sushi nicht das Richtige für Sie. Wenn Sie ein ungezwungenes Mittagessen mit Freunden oder auch alleine planen, aber nicht zu viel ausgeben möchten, sind Sie hier genau richtig You´ll get quick and quite German (polite but not overly friendly) service without any frills. The food is good but be mindful of the fact that you´ll get what you pay for and you won´t be paying a lot. I´ve been here several times with friends and colleges and it´s the perfect place for some quick lunch. Especially the running sushi wich comes at an lunch discount from noon to 3pm is a favorite among my friends. To conclude: If you are looking for a high end experience Nari Sushi is not what you are looking for. If you plan a casual lunch with friends or even alone but don´t wont to spent too much this is your place

Das ist wirklich mein liebster sushiladen in Düsseldorf! Alles super frisch und lecker! Man hat seine Ruhe, alle sind nett, der Tee und die Suppe sind wirklich toll! Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch! :-)

You can get super good sushi here, whether you choose the conveyor belt and get the standard dish or you order special sushi dishes. There are also hot dishes such as soups. The service is very nice and friendly. I visit this restaurant more often. The price is okay.

We were hungry and didn't want to wait in the cold. No queue at 8:30 p.m. should be the first warning. Ambiance = train station waiting hall with Chinese service. The dishes: roll with avocado and salmon a grade 3. poor craftsmanship, taste still ok. Gyoza fried, convenience but good, no 2. Sahimi sea bream with dew water flavor 5. Chicken skewers and 4. But the bento box with pumpkin, a cheek! Taste wise a 6. Quantity a 6. Price 18.50 at 1,- cost of goods is a double 6. 2. Forgot the beer. 1 of 2 waitresses were terrible, the other was nice and quick. Luckily I didn't order anymore.

So schlecht habe ich noch nie gegessen…. Gemüse mit Reis und Huhn: Jede Menge Reis mit Tiefkühlgemüse (!) (Möhre/Paprika/Brokkoli) und einem ekligen schlabberigen Stück Huhn ohne jegliche Soße… Es war so eklig, dass man es nicht essen konnte 🤮 Die Suppe war auch grausam: jede Asia Tütensuppe schmeckt besser. Ich frage mich, wie der Laden überhaupt existieren kann 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Wer hier zum running Sushi geht nimmt in Kauf, dass abschließend der Geldbeutel ausläuft. Für das Geld, das man gewöhnlich für Running Sushi ausgibt, bekommt man hier nicht einmal 6 "grüne Teller" die dann aber mit 0815 Sushi in mäßiger Qualität bestückt sind. Ich hätte mir eine klarere Kommunikation der Preise erwünscht, bzw. nicht dass übliche Bild von all you can eat zur abzocke auszunutzen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

We zijn hier terecht gekomen omdat andere zaakjes vol zaten. Tsja, de dames vrij chagrijnig. Het eten werd op tafel gekletterd. De edamame bonen waren helemaal slap gekookt en leken over datum te zijn. Toen we zeiden dat ze niet goed waren, had ze werkelijk geen idee wat er niet goed was. De sushi was qua smaak wel oké, maar wel erg dik met heel veel rijst. Ik zou gewoon een deurtje verder lopen als je wil eten...

I didn’t get convinced with this restaurant! Tried it a couple of times before writing a review. While it hs an interesting atmosphere because of its running sushi belts, on the other hand on the sushi side I have tried way better in several other restaurants around Immermannstraße (The Japanese corner in Düsseldorf). Service and attention are fine, price too high for the food quality served!

Искренне не понимаю, почему оценка ниже, чем следует. Возможно из-за напускной сногшибательности и пафоса конкурентов и/или отсутствия сервиса с жирным налетом лести. В любом случае, это были одни из лучших ролл в моей жизни, атмосфера в заведении потрясающая в своей аутентичности и неидеальности, будто ты в японской сказке. Всем очень советую. 💜💜💜

Wir wollten vor einer Woche hier essen. Ich hatte eine Frage zu einem Gericht. Es brauchte sechs Anläufe und insgesamt drei Mitarbeiterinnen, damit ich meine Frage stellen konnte. Mein Mann kam nicht dazu ebenfalls etwas zu ordern, da die genervte Dame schon wieder weg war. Wir entschieden uns zu gehen und haben Hausverbot für dieses Restaurant bekommen.

Очень вкусные суши. Я даже не ожидала что будет так вкусно. Интерьер немного скучноватый, но сервис и еда супер. Цены так же нормальные. Я обязательно вернусь сюда ещё не один раз!

Sehr leckeres Essen, besonders das Sushi ist weiterzuempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In Düsseldorf meine erste Anlaufstelle für japanisches Essen

Also wir haben zwei gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse bestellt und Sushi mit Avocado. Die Nudeln haben überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, die rochen sehr komisch nach unreiner Pfanne und Sauce war auch mies. Eine Portion haben wir nicht mal aufessen können so schlimm war das. Sushi waren essbar aber weit entfern von lecker. Das einzige was geschmeckt hat, war Malzbier. Der sog. japanischer Tee war einfach Wasser ohne Geschmack! Wie gesagt 32 Euro einfach weggeschmiessen. Dieser Hype um Japaner ist was sie ausnutzen.

Das Essen ist ok. Personal ist unfreundlich und genervt. Die Toiletten sollte man nicht aufsuchen müssen. Diese sind klein und renovierungsbedürftig.

Preis Leistung ist Top. Das Ambiente ist ein wenig wie im Imbiss. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Sushi mega frisch gewesen. Ein paar Gerichte mehr ohne Geschmacksverstärker wäre schön.

The worst Japanese restaurant I’ve been in my life. Disgraceful quality, very poor service and a huge lack of higiene. The sashimi pieces were frosted and very badly cutted . No more words than : DO NOT GO THERE!!

The rice was so poor and bad that I can't describe it... Bad bad bad! Then we tried the Ramen. What a stupid idea... A big bowl with water, white egg, some white thing with a purple circle on it (we didn't tried to understand what it was) and a noodle without any taste... At the end, this was out last meal in Dusseldorf and our expensive one! I'm so regret to even look into it! I was just satisfied if I got my money back!

This was, honestly, dissapointing. The scallops were not fresh, tasting off and even smelling a little bit. The prices were a bit unreasonable, like the shrimp and tuna being one of the most expensive options. The seaweed and squid salad looked almost identical to the ones you can from eat happy (a sushi seller found in supermarkets). The salmon and udon were decent enough, tho. The waiters really came off as rude. Overall, we won't come again.

Einziges Restaurant ohne Schlange vor der Tür. Nach dem Essen wusste ich auch warum. Sushi ok. Edamame waren nicht frisch, auch der Rest des Essens geschmacklos, kalt. Bedienung nicht besonders freundlich. Mit dem letzten Bissen wurde zum bezahlen gedrängt.

Sehr günstiges, aber gutes Sushi auf dem Band Mittags. Kann man wirklich mal machen. Der Service ist so routiniert, dass er manchmal vielleicht etwas gelangweilt und genervt wirkt, trotzdem flott und gut!

War hier mittags für running Sushi. Einfaches Lokal. Essen war gut, aber mit wenig Auswahl. Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass jede Tellerfarbe einen eigenen Preis hat! Wo die Rechnung kam, war das ein wahnsinns Erlebnis. Für einfache Sushirollen, nichts frittiert,keine Garnelen oder Shrimps und das zur Mittagszeit hab ich über 90€ bezahlt!! Das war ein saftiges Mittagsessen. Es gab keine Karte wo die Tellerfarben nach Preis gelistet waren. In diesem Restaurant gibt es wohl kein all-you-can-eat für einen humanen Preis.

Das Sushi ist in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Vielleicht besuche ich Nari Sushi nochmal abends mit ein paar Freunden und ergänze dann die Rezension ein wenig.

Es ist zwar nicht schick, aber es ist ein solide gutes Running-Sushi (Teller auf dem Band), was an Geschmack eher die breite Masse bedient . Die Auswahl ist groß und es wird permanent nachgelegt.
