The people are really super nice. The food is very good, and the options for frying directly at the table are also very good. If there are a lot of people, I would check that there are a lot of grills, but otherwise I would always like to come back. It was very tasty. It was really a lot of fun and a really good evening.

Delicious food and lots of choice. You order via your cell phone, so requests for changes are unfortunately difficult. It was very smokey at times, but that probably can't be avoided at the BBQ. All in all a clear recommendation for the good food.

The food itself and the service are brilliant. It is one of the best restaurants in Düsseldorf. The only (negligible) drawback, however, is the furnishings. Especially in the outbuilding and in the rear area, everything seems to be put together very quickly. That means: the restaurant could be nicer. Since otherwise the price/performance is completely ok (230€ for 9 people) and spontaneous visits with several people are usually possible (sometimes only with 2 hours notice), I will definitely be back a fourth time and very likely would love to go there more often.

The special jjajangmyeon was okay, but please never order cold noodles. If you order Korean water cold noodles, you'll be wasting money. I didn't want to know either.

One of the best Asian/ Korean place in Düsseldorf. Service is great too. When you make a booking in advanced there is always a significant risk that the forget about it, though.

According to the company's own information, it's open until 10 p.m. We were there at 9 p.m., asked for a table, the waiter checked and assigned us a table, then 5 minutes later the waiter came and told us that the kitchen was already closed! When asked why we got a table and why it says on the internet that it's open until 10 p.m. When the shop opened, the waiter just said he had just asked and the kitchen was already closed. In the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia at 9 p.m. on Saturday... Disappointing

Not recommended for vegans or vegetarians, as vegetarian dishes contain fish sauce or oyster sauce. You get different information about ingredients from different employees.

Im from US so my opinion may not be accurate for the local people. Service is minimal. Didnt even ask if Im here for BBQ or just regular dish. After ordering BBQ they apologized and asked me to move to next table. The waitress needs retraining. Side dishes that are free in the US, they charge here. Im not used to it but follow the Rome’s rules. Portion is very small compared to the US typical Korean BBQ restaurant. You must order 2 portions to get equivalent amount of the US 1 portion. The electric grill just doesn’t work for Korean BBQ. I was worried Winter may come before my meats get cooked properly.

Food was really good and the portion was enough even for good eaters, BUT: What use is that if you reserve one of the large tables outside for a birthday, arrive and then suddenly have to eat inside (with a big dog!)? After 30 minutes of discussion at 32 degrees in the sun, I was no longer hungry. We ended up staying, but after the theater it wasn't so nice anymore. So: If you want to eat well, you're definitely in good hands here, but don't rely on any kind of service or reliability. They simply don't exist. Hence probably the last visit there.

We reserved a table and specifically asked if dogs were allowed. The information came, yes there are big tables, was the response. When we arrived, my reservation was not taken into account at all and they wanted to give us a table with through-traffic... and said that all the large tables were reserved. Yes, my reservation! You just didn't understand it. When did we get one of the reserved tables. Yes, the welcome was really not nice. The food is good and tasty, but something like that is just annoying on a Friday. It's not easy to get a table with a dog...

Don’t order the black bean noodle, tasteless… noodle was overcooked. however, the kimchi pancake and the hotplate pork was excellent. hence 3 stars. People were friendly, we reserved a spot but did not look that they cared, some people came without reservation and got a table without any problem

After the Dokomi in Düsseldorf we had a house meal in Korea for the first time. The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. I found the prices to be reasonable. The drink was really delicious for people who like grapes, I can only recommend it! However, what I didn't like and that desperately needs an update are the toilets.

Good Korean barbecue place, I've been there several times and the reason is that they have a super extensive menu so I can always order something different. I don't like the system of ordering through a website, it is super unclear and the first time, by mistake, we ordered several repeated dishes. For some reason the floor is always very slippery and it feels dangerous to walk to the bathroom, it makes me question the overall hygiene levels. Apart from that, the food is delicious.

Even without a reservation, we were quickly assigned a table in the back of the restaurant, with the information that the order was made via a QR code. This caused problems. After we submitted the order, it did not appear in the order history. So we didn't know if we had really ordered. Calling a waiter via the app didn't work. So it was time to wait and hope. After about 10 minutes a waiter actually came with the ordered drinks, desserts and 1/3 of the main courses. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the other two main courses. You shouldn't offer so many tables if you can't serve the number of guests properly. The food was really tasty and the price was reasonable. The free side dishes were a nice surprise.

Excellent food, we had the grill plate for 2 people, very tender, perfectly seasoned meat to be prepared on the table grill, plus delicious bowls with side dishes. Then why deduct points? I belong to the group of people who have difficulties with modern technology. Uploading the memory card from the square is still possible, but the smartphone is not as clear as a printed card, which is not available here. Communication with the otherwise very friendly staff takes place mainly electronically. It's a shame, it probably won't bother most of the guests, but in the future I'll probably resort to breweries where you can discuss the reasons for the once again botched climb with the Köbes.

The food is really great. But the place needs a serious renovation, especially to it's ventilation system. It's a Korean bbq place with an almost non existent exhaust system. The floor is super slippery, to the point where it's slightly dangerous. I cam imagine that it's impossible to keep the floors clean, because the grease from the smoke doesn't get ventilated. The grills are also very old, the non stick coating is long gone, even when you're cooking something fatty, something will stick and eventually burn up. Combine this with the non existent exhaust system, it's really uncomfortable to breathe in there when it's full.

The food tastes incredibly good, the service is very attentive. Very authentic Korean cuisine.

The food is typically Korean. Unfortunately only online ordering via QR code at the table. That's why questions are difficult. And if you order there with a group, you won't see what others at the table have ordered. So coordinate well if you want to have a lot of things “in the middle”. Unfortunately, the sound system is MUCH too loud, at least when you sit at a table with speakers above you. The ventilation is not particularly good, the clothes still smell very strongly the next day.

Large Korean restaurant with outside seating. Still good and fast service! Bulgogi was very tasty, cheese tteokpokki wasn't my cup of tea because it was too greasy/cheesy, but otherwise it was good. But the boneless chicken was phenomenally tasty, crispy and spicy!

Compared to my last visit, I feel like the quality has clearly dropped. Unlike the picture, the special Jjajangmyeon is not Jjajang on a tray, but regular Jjajangmyeon with a few pieces of poached seafood on top. I don't know what country the recipe is from. The service is also very comparable to a year ago.

If you like Korean food, this is the place for you. I only got to know it through our children who live in Düsseldorf. Delicious. Kimchi and the baked chicken in particular are simply delicious. The portions are difficult to get. But you can pack the food and take it with you. Price/performance ratio is right and the team is super friendly and helpful. You don't have to wait long either. In advance there is a starter (starter) from the house for each table. Excellent!

My absolute favorite restaurant! The food is fantastic and every evening there with friends is always great. Because there are so many people in a small space it is a bit noisy but if that doesn't bother you I can only recommend the shop.

**Review for Korea House Restaurant** I had an extremely disappointing experience at Korea House Restaurant on Bismarckstraße 66 in Düsseldorf. Despite making a reservation, the waiters completely ignored it and even had the audacity to tell us that reservations don’t matter. We were shoved into a room next door with a terrible atmosphere. When the food finally arrived, we realized there was no cutlery provided. To make matters worse, some of our food was missing. The ordering process via barcode was a hassle, and to top it all off, you need to physically go to the restaurant to pay. The waiters were unfriendly throughout the entire experience. Why should I ever go there again? Why should I even think about tipping? This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was a nice experience. We went on a public holiday, very busy, late hour, but they were so accommodating and friendly. We bought fried chicken and it was delicious and one large size is enough for three to four people. Service was nice and food was brought in quick enough after ordering. Overall it was a good experience. Would love to go again and try new dishes 😇

I visited on Monday and had a meal, but the food barbecue was half-baked, the stew was too lacking in seasoning to be considered Korean food, the staff was unfriendly, I spent over 100 euros, and this was the first time I felt like it was a waste of food. The food was delicious, no question about it! However, you should not declare dishes as starters if they are larger than the main courses. We therefore had far too much food, but we were able to pack it up and take it with us. I had a hair in my food and it was taken off the bill. Unfortunately the service wasn't that customer oriented. The food and drink is simply brought to the place and after that you are no longer noticed. We got up three times to ask for our drinks at the bar because we had already received our food a long time ago. The ambience is okay but unfortunately it is not that clean, the tables and the floor are sticky.

Fast service, big restaurant so it's unlikely to have a line waiting like other asian restaurants in Düsseldorf. Food came fast after ordering online, although the beef we had was salty. If you don't finish your food you can order a box to take away for 20 cents

The staff is extremely overwhelmed and the food was unfortunately average at best. The seafood pancake for around €13 consists of 90% cheap vegetables and surimi, the small starters you get at the beginning tasted a bit stale. In addition, the first dishes came about 10 minutes before the drinks. and the beer had zero foam when it arrived, so it wasn't freshly poured. The main courses also didn't taste as authentically Korean as other restaurants in the area. (according to other reviews, the owners aren't even Korean, so that could have something to do with it) The service is either extremely understaffed or not trained well enough. We had reserved a table for 4 people but only had 3 chairs, even after 20 minutes of speaking to three different employees they still didn't bring us the missing chair, meaning one person in our group had to be next to us the whole time standing around the table. I used to enjoy eating here but I definitely won't be coming back

Here you can grill yourself. It is ordered via the app, very clear with pictures and easy, quick check out. The waiters bring the grill and the meat you ordered to the table and then you can get started. Meat quality and taste very good. Meat plate for three people €82.50 really tasty but not much. Because you do everything yourself, it is very entertaining and fun. There is also Korean beer.

I can definitely recommend it for Korean BBQ. The service was very friendly and explained exactly how to use the grill and prepare the food. In my opinion, there could have been a little more choice when it came to the 반찬 (side dishes), but the 불고기 (bulgogi) was even better. I'd love to come back :) 감사합니다

The fried chicken in beef soup is average, and the grilled beef tongue is not up to par, but the seafood pancake is really delicious, the ingredients are filling and fragrant, and the side dishes and potatoes that come with it are really amazing.

Food: worst soybean paste noodle. The noodle was overcooked and the paste was with too much water. The small dishes didn’t include kimchi!!!!! It’s definitely the only Korean restaurant I have ever been without free kimchi… not to mention we ordered two bbq plate. Service: chaotic and terrible service Environment: I don’t want to comment on the hygiene, but they need to improve the ventilation as the place is like on fire with some many people doing bbq at the same time. My eyes were red and hurting at the end.

In a word: delicious! We wanted something typical, we got it! Spicy, tasty, hearty, with vegetables prepared according to the rules of the art and fried chicken with barbecue sauce to die for! We will go back! And a special point for the kindness of the waiters: I was able to enjoy their fruit liqueurs which they let me taste for free, with a spare bottle for the way home! Top ! We will go back!

This restaurant is not run by Korean people. The taste of food is not good quality of Korean food. The bibimbap was worth eating. This is a Korean restaurant run by Chinese people.

This happens when greed takes top priority over good quality and service. We had a reservation and were on time. There was a queue of mainly people with reservations in front of the "main" restaurant. A waiter came and brought us to the building next door that apparently was also part of Korea House. We sat down by the door, which was very cold and windy as the waiters had to bring food from the main building through the street to the other 2 buildings. The table was dirty, another waitress came and asked us to switch tables, to another uncleared table where people were still sitting ... Other customers were also asked to switch tables multiple times. It was just chaotic. We thought that at least the food would be good. Meat was okay. Banchan were not enough for 3 people and rice was either undercooked or burnt. The salad was dirty even if it was dripping in water. Ordering with the barcode was easy, but we realized it didn't offer the complete menu online as it was posted in front of the restaurant. Won't come back. It was hectic, dirty and loud and too expensive for the quality.

I ate here with my friends and it was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The food was delicious, the atmosphere incredible, everything was perfect. If you’re a fan of kpop and korean food you should definitely come here!!

We happened to be lucky without a reservation and managed to get seats! You order via the app, and the food arrived super quickly (even though the store was full)! The employees were all really friendly and the atmosphere was great! The dishes are all self-explanatory (for newbies) and there is a lot to choose from! My partner isn't usually a big Asian food lover, but he ate everything completely + my leftovers. You also get an incredible amount of food for the price! All in all highly recommended!

The taste is not as good as before. As more and more Korean restaurants open on this street, this one is obviously not as popular as before, and the taste has also been compared with the newly opened restaurants.

Not air conditioned and too warm inside! The floor was too sticky and dirty. The air in there contained a lot of unpleasant smells from the grill. Not a good air system. The dish was ok but too little and too expensive. Never again.

Hmmm. Difficult. The food is fresh but the bowls are hardly seasoned or not seasoned at all. The ratio of rice to meat and vegetables is also unbalanced. The table was very sticky as were the toilets. Some tables complained about this. We also had our first visit there, were shown to the table and that was it. We were sitting there and didn't know that we had to scan the card in order to be able to order there via the app. Maybe you should have said that. It was exactly the same at the tables next to us. Everyone was waiting and no one knew that everything was only possible via app and cell phone. What I also found very unpleasant was that our food was carried across the street from the restaurant next to it and then served. You walk through the waiting customers in the entrance area with a tray of food. If I had known this beforehand, I would have canceled the evening. For me it was a unique visit. I prefer other restaurants where, in my opinion, the food is good, less sticky and, to my taste, tastier. But tastes are different.

Very tasty food! It's also cool that you can fry the meat yourself on your own grill. The only drawback is that the grills make it a bit stuffy and when you come out it feels like it's fried. But otherwise nicely furnished. I would go out to eat again :)

We reserved a table in advance. When we arrived, we were brought to sit in a place next to the main restaurant. The table was dirty and the floor was with some broken glasses. We cleaned the broken glass ourselves. The restroom was even worse, very sticky and dirty. You are supposed to order with barcode but it unfortunately didn’t work. So we waited like over 10 minutes for the staff to take our order manually and the staff went to other guests first who arrived later than we did. 1 hour after we entered the restaurant, our food finally arrived partially. Dishes were served not at once but one after another with around 15 minutes to 30 minutes difference. Then the gas bottle was empty after 3 minutes so we had to run to the main restaurant to ask for a new one. Aside from the chaos, the spicy food was not spicy at all. We had to ask for the missing drinks or dishes all the time. I got it it was Saturday and very busy, but it was really badly organised. I don’t know why this place is so crowded but I won’t visit it again.

Only one word to describe the experience there, "Chaos" ! We had make the reservation at 1:00 in the afternoon, thought it wouldn't be so bysy, instead, it was full house, therefore we had to go to the extended room where there's larger table to accommodate 7 of us. I believe the extended room was formerly another restaurant. Supposely QR code ordering should be easy and quick, But we tried and tried until we tried on 4 different phones found out that it was the problem of the system! We reported to one of the waitresses and she said she will come back and in the meantime left us hanging there without clues of what to do. By the time she's back, she was taking the order of the other tables who came after us!!! And when the other guests got their food we were just finished ordering, it was already 2:00! We got our BBQ raw meat platter without grill plate set up, by the time we start our "grill ceremony" was already 2:30! And since we were sitting in the side room, we won't be able to get hold of the staffs when we realized something went wrong again, the gas for the grill was almost empty, so one of us went to the main room to get the staff, and while one of the waitresses came, bringing the food for the other table. The BBQ Plater was OK, was not as good as I expected, the side lettuce leaves were not enough, particularly the deeping sauce. The portion was really too small for the meat we ordered. A thoughtful one should come with two separated portions of lettuce, place on both sides of our long table! At end, only those who were sitting close to the lettuce and sauce could have really Korean BBQ, and the one who's on the other side got meat with rice. BTW, the Korean fried chick was no good, the coating was way too thick. Didn't even bother to take the photo of it. This was the worst experience I had ever had. So it's my last time here, and I rather go to the one has better equipped BBQ set which a professional air exhaust on every station, sucking the smoke up while BBQ.
