Great restaurant for people who want to try Korean cuisine.

I searched for it on Google and saw that the reviews were pretty good, so I made a reservation, but the staff were unsmiling and even seemed angry. They were very rude, and although the food was served quickly, it didn't feel homemade at all and I wouldn't say it was tasty. The only person smiling was the person who took the payment at the end.

Unfortunately, this time wasn't so good... while the food was perfectly fine, our drinks only arrived after we asked twice, and even then, only after our main course had been served. That's simply unacceptable. One person had to wait an extra 15 minutes after everyone else had already received their food. But that wasn't all... this dish was supposed to be vegetarian, but it came with meat. That's absolutely unacceptable.

I've never eaten such bad food. Everything arrived exactly one minute after we ordered, it was all cold, and it tasted of nothing. I asked for sauce, and after 10 minutes I got up myself because I wanted the sauce with my main course, not as dessert. The waitresses were incredibly unfriendly. Please don't be fooled by the TikTok photos; it tastes awful. Our food was swimming in some kind of syrup.

The food and service are still top-notch; the taste and quality are excellent, there's nothing to complain about. One of my favorite Korean restaurants, no question. Buuuut…the interior could really use some updating. It's starting to look quite worn in many places. But if that doesn't bother you, you can have a fantastic meal here.

The food was good and plentiful, but since you have to order food and drinks exclusively via app, there's virtually no service beyond the delivery of the food. The ambiance is rather "rustic German oak"; you miss the Far Eastern flair.

Chicken is bland and the ventilation is very poor so expect to smell like burnt food if you go into this place. The service was fast and friendly.

After work, we went to Korea Haus with three colleagues, and the food was, as always, excellent! We tried a lot and didn't miss anything. Service was friendly and quick (everything is done digitally), and the ambiance was authentic, just like in Korea. Only the lack of extractor hoods at the table bothered us a bit, as we all needed to air out our clothes afterward! Not recommended before a night of partying, but definitely worth a visit for a hearty meal 😊

The food tasted fine, but unfortunately arrived a bit cold. The service was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed at times, resulting in some orders not being delivered in full. The atmosphere was generally pleasant, though somewhat stuffy and noisy. With better organization and attention, the visit could have been much more enjoyable.

We had reserved a table for two on a Friday evening. When we arrived, there was already a promising line outside the restaurant. After a 10-minute wait, we were seated at a table with four other guests, right by the entrance and thus in front of the queue. Two guests behind us were seated directly inside the restaurant at a table for four, which they had to themselves, even though they didn't even have a reservation. We were squeezed in by the line of people around us at a table near the entrance, directly in the draft, and had to put on a jacket and scarf to keep us somewhat warm. We had hoped that the appetizers we ordered (1 kimchi soup + 4 vegetarian ravioli) would warm us up. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly asking various waiters, we had to wait an hour for them. In the meantime, we saw new large groups coming in and the grill being served in a grand manner. It makes you wonder how it's possible that 10 main courses for people who arrived 30 minutes after us are served faster than two people with two appetizers. Overall, we felt like we were second-class society in the store because we didn't start with a main course right away. It's a shame, because we actually wanted to try several dishes. Our expectations were more than disappointed. We will avoid this place in the future.

Delicious Korean cuisine with a wide selection

One of my favorite restaurants in Düsseldorf. Great service, a fantastic selection, and truly excellent quality.

So, I've been there twice, and the food is really good, but the service is terrible. The first time, only one of the two main courses came, and the other time, everything came out 5-10 minutes apart.

This is a Korean BBQ restaurant. The ingredients are pretty good, and the service is great. We were originally assigned to a very crowded area with only a few sets of grill plates. Later, we were told we would be assigned to other tables, and they were happy to help us move to other empty tables quickly. The only drawback is that the ventilation in the restaurant is not very good, and they do not provide the service of hiding outer clothes in "bamboo baskets" that are common in BBQ or hot pot restaurants. Overall, it is okay, and the service is also good.

We've been here several times now, but this time our food arrived completely cold, and even after asking if they could heat it up, it came back cold. Our Coke also took over 20 minutes to arrive. We were very disappointed.

So, Korea Haus is absolutely amazing! I went there with friends, and we tried several dishes. Everything was really good—especially the noodle soup and the bulgogi. The service was super friendly, and we immediately felt welcome. The restaurant is incredibly cozy. We'll definitely be back!

As soon as you enter the Korea House, you almost feel like you're in a small shop somewhere in Seoul. The scent of spices and the Korean music in the background are simply wonderful! I felt a bit like I was on a journey. For anyone who loves Korea or simply wants to discover something new, this is a little insider tip.

I was at Korea Haus recently and was absolutely thrilled! The store has a cozy atmosphere, and the employees are super friendly and helpful. I couldn't help but write a review. I called the restaurant in advance to ask, and only came here to try the raw beef bibimbap! I can't even count how many times I've come here just to eat this. ㅠㅠ It's not easy to find such fresh, Korean-flavored raw beef bibimbap in Germany. No, I almost never get to try it. I was so happy. ㅎㅎ It was the day of the exhibition, so it was bustling and the smell of grilled meat filled the place, but even that, somehow, reminded me of the Korean atmosphere and smell. It had a cozy atmosphere! Even though they were busy, the staff were friendly. I'll go again!

I went to this place with my friends, the ordering system was pretty smooth but the service wasn't. One of my ordered dish was not delivered at all until I requested for it twice. The food came to the table really fast but some of the meats were cold and tasted frozen. No cutlery or napkins on the table. Overall an average experience.

Very good, authentic food. The portions are large and beautifully presented. Orders are made via mobile phone and paid at the cash register. The service is a little disorganized and slow. Whether it was a high chair or a cold table grill, we had to ask several times because they forgot.

I had lunch with two friends today. I was so disappointed with the service from the Korean waitress (and cashier). We've been there before, but she ignored us, just stood at the bar, and then served us with a miserable attitude. She also brought food in a forceful manner, serving it right next to the table. She even showed no respect for the food, serving with a forced attitude.

We ate here once as a group, and unfortunately, it generally didn't meet our expectations. It was probably because it was the weekend, but despite placing large orders, we were asked to leave after only an hour because other guests had already made reservations and no table was available for them. This wasn't really our problem, but rather a serious error on the part of the staff. I should mention that we also had a reservation, and it wouldn't have been a problem if we had been informed in advance about the time limit. However, we felt quite unwelcome and embarrassed. The food was solid, but it took quite a while to be served. It was actually okay, understandable given the weekend, but we couldn't have predicted we'd be sent away so quickly. It was also noticeable that other guests who arrived after us were served earlier, and the windowsills were very dusty. Maybe we were just having a bad day, but that's never happened to us. :(

A definite recommendation in Düsseldorf! I tried the udon noodles as a vegetarian dish – incredibly aromatic, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The service and atmosphere were top-notch – I'll be back!

The food was amazing, nice quantity, only reason to give 4 start out of 5 is, sometimes it was quite smoky as we were sitting inside and every table was doing barbecue and people were also couching because of the smoke.

Really bad service, gave us a dirty table and didn't come to clean it. Server came with the food and we asked for the table to be cleaned first, got a dirty look back... Many things were forgotten from the orders.

The food was delicious. Since there are two adjacent restaurants, I didn't like having to go to the other restaurant to pay. Ordering is all done via QR code, so you have to be willing to do it. It took some getting used to, but the food was truly delicious, and so was the service.

The food was good, but the service wasn't so good. We were seated at a table near the entrance, which was still messy and no one came to clean. The front area smelled strongly of smoke and burning. We were able to change tables, and the back area was more pleasant.

Great food and portions, also the food came out quite fast. However the service was kinda meh. Our company was 2 people and we hade to sit and wait to be seated, but no one came to greet us for about 15 minutes. The least they could say was to tell us to wait. Half of the staff doesn’t give you attention or barely looks at you while serving. One slammed our food on to the end of the table which was disappointing since we had already felt the service was off. Also our drinks weren’t cold at all :/

Good food at fair prices. It can get a bit loud and warm inside due to the Korean BBQ. It's generally more pleasant outside. A solid restaurant for a casual lunch or dinner. If you don't particularly care about the ambiance, it's a good recommendation.

Galbi-tang (갈비탕) was amazing. I was satisfied with everything, from the broth to the amount of meat. Since the meat pieces were quite large, it was a bit difficult to eat them. It would be nice if there were utensils provided to cut them.

One of my favorite restaurants. The crispy duck is delicious. Or the Korean barbecue. The best are always the small appetizers that are served beforehand. The best are the Korean potatoes.

You can find many delicious Korean dishes at this place. It was a bit too spicy for us, but I think that's quite normal here. The wait time for our food was very short. However, we received mediocre service. While the service was friendly, they tended to avoid conversation. The food was also just clumsily placed on the table. There's definitely room for improvement there. Nevertheless, we generally enjoyed it.

A beautifully designed restaurant, even with outdoor seating. With every order, you get a great mix of small vegetable side dishes. The food itself is also excellent, with a huge selection of Korean dishes.

We were in a group of 8 people. We had a large table. The waiters unfortunately seemed a bit grumpy and stressed. It could be that there weren't enough staff present and the employees were overworked. An explanation of how to order in the restaurant would have been nice. You order with your phone using the QR code at the table. It's pretty well designed and works great. It's also great for splitting the bill later. The food came very quickly, the portions are huge and extremely delicious. We were there on a rather modestly busy summer lunchtime. The interior has a very Korean feel. However, there were no real Korean staff on site that day, who spoke the language and displayed their usual courtesy and appreciative hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience lacked a bit of a real, 100 percent Korean feeling. I can still absolutely recommend the restaurant and will eat there more often.

The Korean food here is truly delicious. I sometimes visit Düsseldorf just to enjoy the Bimbimbab dish again. The value for money is excellent. The food is very tasty and seems authentic to me.

You also get several small side dishes for free with your meal. We ordered the small fried chicken. It definitely contained about 14 or 15 pieces of chicken. Since we couldn't finish it all, we asked if we could get to-go containers. All in all, we were very satisfied! Luckily, the restaurant itself is air-conditioned. We arrived on a Saturday around 12:30 p.m. and didn't have a reservation for two people. I would definitely recommend making a reservation in the afternoon/evening.

The food tasted strange, but the discriminatory behavior of one of the employees at the cash register left a bitter aftertaste. She seemed very suspicious and didn't believe my answers about which table I had eaten at. She ignored me as a customer and left the counter to get confirmation from another waiter. Afterwards, she held the bill in her hand and asked me about the dishes that had been ordered at the table, expecting me to list everything. As a customer, you feel unappreciated and question the motive for such unfriendly behavior. Due to the negative attitude, I will certainly not eat there again because I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Was one of the best Koreans in town, but since they got this whole QR code number, everything has gone haywire. First the main course, then the starter and finally the drink. I don't want to say that everything used to be better, but everything used to be better!

The food portion was good and the price was reasonable. The selections in the me h were quite versatile. We really liked the traditional pickled vegetables appetizer dishes. There was no fish cake in the menu, so the food on the menu could be even more authentic. It was a very big restaurant so we had no problem finding a table without reservation.
