Ich war dort und die Bedienung war sehr unhöflich. Dann hatten wir noch zum mitnehmen was einpacken lassen. Die Mitarbeiter haben die bereits gegessenen Chicken Wings, an denen nur noch Knochen übrig war mit eingepackt. Essen ist okay, aber Service eine Katastrophe

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Die Location war mal eine alte abgerundete Kneipe welche jetzt halt als Restaurant genutzt wird. Ist aber auch irgendwie cool wie es drinnen aussieht. Wir haben das Glück gehabt auch direkt einen Platz zu bekommen. Die Preise sind nicht ohne dafür sind die Portionen aber auch üppig. Ich würde sagen das das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hier auf jeden Fall passt.

Wir warten draußen über 20 Minuten, dann teilt uns der Kellner mit, dass sie kein Hähnchen mehr haben, aber der Gast hinter uns könne Hähnchen bestellen!!!

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir kamen ohne Reservierung während der Abendessenszeit an und wurden an der Bar platziert, was sehr unbequem war. Das gebratene Hähnchen war bestenfalls mittelmäßig. Ich wollte ursprünglich Kimchi-gebratenen Reis, aber der war nicht verfügbar, also bestellte ich stattdessen Kimchi-Pfannkuchen. 14 € für etwas zu bezahlen, das im Grunde nur aus Kimchi und Teig bestand, erschien mir absurd. Selbst die Bestellung von extra scharfer Soße kostete extra. Der Service war die größte Enttäuschung. Die Kellnerin war von Anfang bis Ende unfreundlich und wirkte während des gesamten Besuchs genervt. Ich wunderte mich auch, dass sie mit einigen ihrer Kollegen Englisch, mit mir aber Deutsch sprach, während die anderen koreanischen Angestellten ebenfalls Deutsch mit mir sprachen. Das wirkte etwas seltsam und ließ mich fragen, warum. Fairerweise muss ich sagen, dass einer der koreanischen Angestellten freundlich und zuvorkommend war, was ich sehr schätzte. Leider reichte das nicht aus, um die Gesamterfahrung wettzumachen. Das Essen war mittelmäßig, die Preise für einzelne Gerichte überhöht, für einfache Gewürze wurden extra berechnet und der Service enttäuschend. Daher gibt es für mich keinen Grund, wiederzukommen. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch.

Waren gegen 23:15 Vorort und haben zu dritt gegessen, und haben am Ende noch etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt also insgesamt eine Rechnung von 135€. Der Service war eine reinste Katastrophe und sehr sehr unaufmerksam, das beste von allem ist das wir zu 3 jeweils ein einzigen Handschuh bekommen haben, also pro Person an eine Hand, in einem Restaurant wo man teils nur mit den Händen isst. Fragten höflich nach einem weiteren Handschuh und wurden dumm angeguckt und die Kellnerin fing an mit uns zu diskutieren. Am Ende haben wir Handschuhe bekommen mit der Aussage „Hier mit einer Ausnahme“ also wegen Handschuhen zu Geiern wenn wir soviel Geld da lassen find ich fragwürdig, der Kellner mit den blonden Haaren war sehr unsympathisch. Komme selber aus der Gastronomie und sowas ist unzugänglich ehrlich, letztes Mal das ich dort gewesen bin.

Der indische Mitarbeiter aus der Küche sollte die Hygiene genauer nehmen. Geht auf Klo, übergibt sich und rennt ohne die Hände zu waschen wieder zurück in die Küche.

Das Finanzämtchen war mal eine echte Düsseldorfer Kneipe, deren alter Charme hier vor allem spätabends (wenn auch ganz anders) weiterlebt. Das Korean Chicken ist gut, der Service locker, die Gäste jung.

Das ist mein zweiter Besuch hier, und dieses Mal habe ich mich gegen das koreanische Brathähnchen und für andere Gerichte entschieden. Ehrlich gesagt war ich etwas enttäuscht, da die anderen Speisen im Vergleich zu den Hähnchengerichten deutlich weniger appetitlich waren. Das Hähnchen, das ich hier schon einmal gegessen habe, war wirklich sehr gut, aber die anderen Gerichte waren nichts Besonderes. Der Service war in Ordnung, wir wurden sofort an einen Tisch geführt, sobald einer frei wurde. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein, man muss also höchstwahrscheinlich auf einen Tisch warten oder an der Bar sitzen; die Atmosphäre war okay. Ich würde nur wegen des koreanischen Brathähnchens wiederkommen, sonst nichts!

Unfreundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr arrogant und respektlos. Angesichts der vielen anderen koreanischen Restaurants in Düsseldorf würde ich nicht wiederkommen. Schade, dass das Servicepersonal so unmöglich war, denn die Küchenmitarbeiter wirkten trotz des Andrangs freundlich.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das koreanische Brathähnchen hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt. Das Lokal ist sehr gemütlich, daher empfehle ich, vorher zu reservieren. Die Speisekarte ist recht übersichtlich mit einer begrenzten Auswahl an Gerichten. Bisher haben wir nur vier verschiedene Brathähnchen-Varianten und Kimchijeon probiert. Bisher war alles, was wir probiert haben, sehr lecker!

Ich habe versucht, für Freitag einen Tisch zu reservieren, da es kein Online-Buchungssystem gibt. Deshalb habe ich das Restaurant über Instagram kontaktiert. Am Sonntag bekam ich eine Antwort mit möglichen Zeiten (18, 20 oder 22 Uhr). Ich habe noch am selben Tag direkt geantwortet und um 20 Uhr gebeten. Danach kam mehrere Tage lang keinerlei Rückmeldung. Erst am Mittwochabend wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass inzwischen alle Tische vergeben seien. Auf weitere Nachrichten oder Nachfragen wurde nicht mehr reagiert – nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. So ist es schlicht nicht möglich, vernünftig zu reservieren. Das wirkt äußerst unprofessionell und schlecht organisiert. Wenn man Reservierungen über Social Media anbietet, sollte man auch zeitnah antworten. Schade, aber unter diesen Umständen nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr leckere Chickenwings aber in eigenartigem Ambiente. Waren mit einer 5er Gruppe vor Ort und haben alle Wings bestellt. Eine Pfanne besteht aus circa 20 Wings die toll gewürzt, sehr heiß und saftig waren. Haben alle probiert und empfehlen würde ich die Scharfen Wings. Das Restaurant selbst erinnert von innen noch stark an die Kneipe die vorher im Lokal war und passt irgendwie nicht zu einem koreanischen Restaurant. Alles ist recht eng und nicht wirklich bequem. Reservieren sollte man auf jeden Fall, der Laden war belegt bis auf den letzten Platz.

Korean Fried Chicken, super lecker, toller schneller Service, vernünftige Preise. Jederzeit wieder. Ambiente ist, sag ich mal, Geschmackssache, das Lokal hieß mal Finanzämtchen, vermutlich eine (sehr alte) Kneipe. Es ist urig, alt, man fühlt sich wohl, aber es ist halt nicht schick. Alles wirkt von A-Z wie aus den 50ern. Ich persönlich bin zum essen da gewesen, und damit war ich vollkommen zufrieden. Ob man sich wohlfühlt, ist Geschmackssache. Mir hat es gefallen.

Das Pozangmatcha hat auf jeden Fall das beste Korean Fried Chicke in ganz Düsseldorf. Die Portionen sind sehr groß, deshalb würde ich empfehlen sich einen Teller mit zwei Personen zu teilen. Leider ist es ziemlich eng im Lokal und es gibt nicht so viele Tische. Wir waren zu dritt am Tresen und das war ziemlich unbequem. Also wenn man gerne an einem Tisch sitzen möchte, sollte man vorher reservieren.

ich war vor einigen jahren als die tische noch bemalt waren regelmäßig hier. gefühlt mit 3x 10er gruppen jeden sonntag hier getrunken und gegessen. ich war dann vor kurzem mit meinem partner da und wollte vorher reservieren, ging nicht. das komplette team ist ausgewechselt und die einrichtung neu. als wir da waren, waren tische komplett frei oder besetzt von eines bekannten der mitarbeiter und wir waren gezwungen an der bar zu essen. obwohl man sagte es wird nicht reserviert wurde reserviert für absolut niemanden. der tisch stand beim ganzen aufenthalt leer, anstatt das man die person zur bar setzt und für leute frei macht die wirklich essen wollen. kein tolles erlebnis gerade nicht für die person die mich begleitet hat und noch nie hier war. leider sehr enttäuschend. es war sehr eng und unangenehm. hätten auch mehr bestellen wollen aber der platz an der bar reichte nicht aus also ließen wir es auch sein.

Can't manage to pick up the phone for over a week, providing unclear instructions on how to reserve. Then after counting the amount of available places wrong once opening time arrives proceeds to being rude and kick 2 guests out telling to go outside. It's understandable if there is no space but that doesn't warrant unrespectful and simply rude behavior to guests who have been excitedly waiting to try to have dinner at your establishment.

Doesn't pick up the phones for reservations, but you can still go and wait because you can enter and sit by the bar without reservation. After waiting 15 minute the waiter lets you in first and then tells you they won't have place, and you should have reserved by phone. I informed that I gave called and they wouldn't pick up the phone, she started to say I should write on Instagram. I told her that on Instagram also they said I should call or go and wait and she starts just giving attitude. I warned her that she could be kinder to me, and she started yelling further saying she is just answering. Now I saw another comment about the same girl with fake lashes and heavy make up, she is really rude which damages the image of this restaurant.

The service is very attentive and the food is excellent! The picture is unfortunately very blurry, but the food was so good. The pork belly/pabulgogi was especially delicious. The Coke arrived lukewarm, but we received ice cubes upon request. Reservations are required. The portions are very large; we took the leftovers to go.

Here you can enjoy good Korean food even late at night! The place is relatively small and always full, so a slightly longer wait is normal.

I've eaten my way through the menu here many times and I have to say that the food is pretty tasty, but the service could be improved a bit in my opinion.

For me, this is by far the best chicken wing place in North Rhine-Westphalia. The staff is also super polite and friendly.

I have been a guest at your restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience last night, one I've never experienced before in a restaurant. I was there with a friend and ordered my usual dish. Unfortunately, I was served a different one. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she reacted very rudely and claimed I had ordered exactly that. After a long and unpleasant discussion, she finally took the food back and brought me the correct dish. However, when I received the bill later, I realized that I had also been charged for the incorrect, returned dish. I calmly explained that I hadn't eaten it and therefore wouldn't pay for it. To my surprise, the waitress reacted inappropriately again, followed by another long discussion in front of all the guests, and even banned me from the premises. As if I would have gone there after such an incident. I have lived in Düsseldorf for over 20 years, am very active in the restaurant scene, and know many of the city's restaurateurs and restaurants. This made last night's incident all the more disappointing. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially towards a guest!!

Great food. Better not to get Asian beer, unless you like watery beer. That's a matter of opinion, though. Overall, though, absolutely top-notch.

First, the service was great, fast, and courteous. I've never experienced anything different in a store. The food didn't arrive, though. We hadn't been there in a very long time, and I wasn't impressed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. The pork belly, unfortunately, wasn't anything special... I'll be back anyway. The fried chicken is truly amazing. The beef teriyaki is also delicious, and the service was top-notch. Unfortunately, the pub atmosphere seems a bit unhygienic and nasty, in my opinion, but that might be a matter of taste.

We stumbled upon Pozangmatcha by chance—and luckily so! It was the best chicken I've ever eaten, and the sauce was beyond perfect. The meat we ate also tasted fantastic. The atmosphere was nice, but the place is a bit small—perhaps a reservation would have been better. In any case, I recommend it and will definitely keep coming back.

Kind of hidden and small restaurant that lands big in terms of food. The food is very delicious and imo the best kfc spot in town. The portion sizes for the korean fried chicken are huge, you get a lot of chicken (around a kg?) as well as pickled raddish and potatoes. Although be prepared for steaming hot food. This can easily be shared by 2-3 people. The space inside is tight and compact which is why reservations are recommended. The shop opens at around 6PM and you can always see the people already lining up in front.

Best Korean chicken I've tried in Düsseldorf.

Walked in there with wife and son who was in a buggy and was immediately turned away by a female employee who was wearing a white tshirt with black hair with fake eyelash extensions. She said unfortunately no buggys allowed. We could of folded the buggy or even returned it to the car. It’s unbelievable how you can just turn customers away like that and not even giving them a chance let alone asking us if we wanted to wait for a table. It was our first time there in which we were looking forward to trying their food but unfortunately we will not be returning there. The place looks more like a pub than a restaurant. Rude employees don’t deserve your money. Avoid at all costs!!! There should be an option to give 0 stars!

The daebak fried chicken is totally addictive. Order the fried chicken. I've been stuck on the sweet and sour chicken... I've been reflecting on that... It was Friday night, and I was disappointed that I couldn't order anything else besides the chicken. But as always, the chicken was delicious!

The female waitress was immediately very unfriendly and simply said that if they didn't accept the reservation, then that's just how it was, and we could sit at the bar or leave. We left. We then had a delicious meal at the Soju Bar around the corner and received very friendly service! 😊

There is a menu taped next to the restaurant door, we wanted to order what was on it but were told that they only do chicken and that they don't make our dish since a year... Why leave the menu tapped there if you don't cook what's on it. I planned our trip to Düsseldorf with dates and hotel accomodating this restaurant openings and location, so that was a big disappointment to us. It also doesn't make sense.

I have heard people say this place serves some of the best chicken in town — and that may very well be true. However, for me, good food should go hand in hand with good service. Unfortunately, this was the second time I visited and was met with a rather arrogant attitude from the staff. There are, in my opinion, plenty of other great spots in Düsseldorf where you can enjoy delicious food and feel genuinely welcome. Because of the unfriendly reception, I decided not to dine here. For me, hospitality matters just as much as what’s on the plate.

First time I had Korean fried chicken and I loved it. It was tender and juicy. We had some pork aswell. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. I really liked how the shop was designed. A bit rustic but still stylish and modern. I do recommend to make a reservation even though it didn’t seem like a long wait if not. But for more than two people it’s definitely better to safe a spot! Would eat here again without a doubt.

The Korean chicken was very good, and the portions were very generous. The side dish and rice were also good. However, the drinks are rather expensive.

The chicken wings are a dream! They were truly delicious! What bothered us a little was that our table was completely covered in sticky food from the previous guests. I think they can just clean the table when new guests arrive. Otherwise, the service was nice.

The best chicken wings and Korean stir fry ever. Been there several times now. With and without reservation. Without a reservation you have to expect a waiting time. My favorites are the sweet and sour chicken and the seafood pancakes. I always recommend ordering extra potatoes with the portion to properly absorb the amount of sauce.

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. The food isn't what it used to be – the chicken sometimes comes out within two minutes and is often only lukewarm, which suggests a lack of freshness. I was particularly disappointed with the service: An Asian, overweight employee (also the only employee you occasionally see sitting at the tables and eating) was repeatedly rude and lacking in service. That's not a pleasant customer experience. It's a shame, because the restaurant used to be better. Currently, I can't recommend it.

Not suitable for vegans! Especially if you go here with omnivores... Chicken wings arrive after a few minutes, the omnivores eat, and the vegans watch until they're all eaten. Difficult!

Food excellent. We had the fried dumplings, sweet and spicy chicken and teriyaki ribeye. Very tasty, large portions. It's a shame that the time per table is limited to 2 hours, but that's understandable when you look at the queue in front of the door.

After waiting for over half an hour, got in. I would say ppl queue up mostly cause it s quite tiny and there's not enough place. Not because of the food. The sweet and spicy chicken was so hot it was impossible to hold it especially with the plastic gloves. It is also basic and sugar packed food instead of flavourful.

I made a reservation request for Friday on Monday morning (for whatever reason you have to do it via an Instagram account), only received the cancellation for Friday on Thursday evening. There are three of us and we don't know how we're going to get a place somewhere else at such short notice. Our evening is now a waste because no one seems to be able to answer in time. I criticized it. The answer: “you can’t expect an answer at 7 in the morning”. True, but unfortunately the cancellation came DAYS later. So no one expected 7 a.m. and no one asked for it. I have no idea why people get snippy when criticizing a reservation system that simply doesn't respect the schedules of potential guests. We have tried several times to explain that it is not about the cancellation itself, but about when it will come. I can't shake the feeling that this store is very selective & strategic about who fills the shed. The fact that you have to make a reservation via Instagram confirms the feeling. You can't say that you didn't know until Thursday evening that there would be no more room on Friday for a request that came in on Monday morning. Insight looks different. Very unfortunate. I used to like them. Not anymore.

It's a great shop and the food is also very tasty. However, when I asked to pack my food, the gentleman gave me the packaging and bag, so I had to pack the leftovers myself. Shortly before, other guests also asked for it and their food was packed by the staff. Very unfortunate

Lively place amazing food better if you make reservations first we didn't wait long but for faster experience make reservation.

Hands down, best korean fried chicken I’ve ever had in Germany. Great sauce, the perfect crispiness without making the chicken meat dry. Last time we also tried the pork belly bulgogi which was also amazing. Depending on how much you eat, one portion of the fried chicken is enough for 2 person. Staffs are friendly, tends to get full so better to make a reservation. First time we came we had to queue for almost 1,5 hours - not really nice esp. for colder months. Reservation quite easy, via Instagram DM.

Made us wait outside the door in the cold for an hour, only to be told there was no room for 4 people. There was a sign on the door telling you not to come in (e.g. to ask). Then someone should come out every now and then and take a look.

Good wings. The spicy wings are mild and the sweet and spicy wings were very over-seasoned, so I want 3 pieces of rice and 2 liters of beer. The wings are not as crispy as at other Korean restaurants. Service was present but not warm or hospitable in my opinion. Behind the counter there is a lot of hustle and bustle and little order

The food is really delicious, highly recommend the chicken wings and beef dishes. There is also a large selection of soju. It's best to make a reservation or arrive on time when it opens, as the store is very popular. :)

The food is mega! But the service... oh man, I'm really at a loss for words. I've been trying to reach someone for 7 days. I call every 3-4 times either it's busy or no one answers. I don't understand how you can pre-order food here or reserve a table.

This store used to be better, but now the employees are rude and it's uncomfortable to stay there because of the noise. It's hard to reach them by phone, apparently they don't need it. If you cancel an appointment because you're sick, you'll simply be blocked on Instagram. I will never go to this store again, I won't let anyone make a fool of me with my own money. No THANK YOU!
