Bibimcup in Düsseldorf

Immer sehr lecker! Authentisches koreanisches Essen. Ich würde mich über mehr vegetarische Optionen im Bibimbap freuen.

Das Essen war gut und es gab eine gute Auswahl an glutenfreien Optionen. Leider hatten wir am Ende etwas das Gefühl, dass wir uns beeilen mussten, obwohl der Laden erst in einer halben Stunde schließen würde.

Eine Schüssel kalte Nudeln ohne Fleisch kostet 19 Euro; dafür könnte man gerade mal eine Bank aufsuchen. In Japan kostet eine Schüssel Nudeln ohne Fleisch sogar nur 9,50 Euro. Da wäre es günstiger, eine Bank auszurauben. Wer kalte Nudeln essen möchte, sollte lieber zu Kochi oder Gogi gehen; dort sind sie wenigstens billiger und schmecken besser als in diesem Laden. Meiden Sie diesen Laden! Eine Schüssel kalte Nudeln ohne Fleisch kostet 19 Euro – da können Sie genauso gut eine Bank ausrauben.

Das Essen hier hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Es schmeckte nicht besonders authentisch, aber die Lage, der Service und die Sitzgelegenheiten waren sehr angenehm. Ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen, wenn man authentische koreanische Küche sucht. Alle Gerichte schmeckten irgendwie komisch, aber es ist trotzdem ein sehr schönes Restaurant.

Meiner Meinung nach gibts hier das beste Bulgogi. 15 Euro für einen Cup mit Gemüse und Reis. Man kriegt eine schön große Portion und wird auch total satt davon. Und das Fleisch ist wie gesagt sehr gut. Und vor allem nicht so wässrig wie bei manchen anderen Koreanern. Nur die Getränke Auswahl ist sehr langweilig. Es gibt leider keinerlei koreanische Softdrinks.

Uns wurden bei dem Wetter die cold noodles empfohlen und ehrlich gesagt haben wir auch nicht gefragt wie viel die kosten aber für ein Gericht ohne Fleisch und überwiegend nur Brühe sind fast 19€ viel zu teuer.

Wie immer ein fester Anlaufpunkt, wenn ich in Düsseldorf bin. Sehr lecker.

Gemütlich und entspannt! Die Auswahl ist übersichtlich aber sehr lecker

Das Essen war sehr frisch und wurde schnell geliefert. Die Preise sind im aktuellen Vergleich günstig und das Essen super lecker. Das Ambiente lädt leider nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein (wir waren direkt an der Bar an einem der Tische wo mit entsprechender Lautstärke Getränke zubereitet und Besteck eingeräumt wurde). Für ein leckeres Essen ohne Absicht den ganzen Abend dort zu verbringen sehr zu empfehlen.

Dies ist ein weiteres authentisches koreanisches Restaurant. Das gebratene Rindfleisch, das ich heute bestellt habe, war köstlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Beilagen – hauptsächlich grüne Paprika, Zwiebeln und Frühlingszwiebeln – waren nicht besonders schmackhaft und dienten wohl nur dazu, den Geschmack des Rindfleischs zu unterstreichen. Das Rindfleisch war hervorragend mariniert, und die Soße hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, obwohl sie etwas ölig war. Die Beilagen waren recht ungewöhnlich; ich habe zum ersten Mal Kartoffeln probiert, und sie waren sehr lecker. Die Preise waren außerdem sehr angemessen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, um beim nächsten Mal andere Gerichte zu probieren.

Leckeres koreanisches Restaurant mit angenehmen Ambiente und freundlichem Service. Die Gerichte waren frisch und geschmacklich super. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und gutes Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis.

Das Essen ist gut, nichts Besonderes. Der koreanische Pfannkuchen mit Kimchi ist köstlich! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Ein ordentliches Bibimbap. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und hatte einen angenehm süßlichen Geschmack. Mir fehlten allerdings die typischen Zutaten eines Bibimbap, und ich finde, der kalte Eisbergsalat passte nicht so gut zu dem warmen Gericht. Die Atmosphäre war aber schön und der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich hatte Bibimbap mit Glasnudeln, es war sehr lecker! Wobei man bei Bibimbap eigentlich nichts falsch machen kann, haha. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Das Dofu-Bibimbap war in Ordnung, und ich fand die veganen Optionen gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Mir wurde ein Glas Leitungswasser verweigert, was enttäuschend war. Eine Kleinigkeit, die aber einen großen Unterschied im Gastfreundschaftsgefühl ausmacht.

Das Essen ist gut vom Geschmack, leider ist das große Bibimbap vor allem Reis mit wenig dazu. Bestellt man nicht die große Version mit Topping, dann wäre es sogar noch mehr Reis gewesen im Verhältnis. Dafür knapp 20 Euro ist imho zu viel.

Nettes koreanisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag kurz nach 18 Uhr (ohne Reservierung) vor Ort und wurden freundlich empfangen und durften an einem Tisch direkt Platz nehmen. Als "Neulinge" der koreanischen Küche wurden wir super beraten und haben uns dann für zwei verschiedene Gerichte (siehe Fotos) entschieden. Das Essen war ein Gedicht! ❤️ einfach nur Wahnsinn... Wenn wir das nächste Mal wieder in Düsseldorf sind, kommen wir definitiv wieder! Wir können es einfach nur empfehlen dort einzukehren, aber am besten mit Reservierung, denn wir hatten wahrscheinlich einfach Glück, das wir sofort einen Tisch bekamen. 감사합니다 🫶🏻 für den netten Abend

Wenn wir in Düsseldorf sind, gehen wir jedes Mal ins Bibimcup zum Essen und sind immer wieder begeistert! Das Essen köstlich, richtig gute Weine, sehr nette junge Leute im Service - genau so, wie wir es uns wünschen.

Tolles koreanisches Essen! 😍 Mir hat es richtig gut geschmeckt! Besonders das Korean Chicken war überragend! Die Marinade war unglaublich lecker. Definitiv meine Empfehlung. 👍 Die Teigtaschen als Vorspeise würde ich nicht nochmal bestellen. Sie waren lecker, aber 9,50€ für 5 Mandu ist einfach zu teuer.

Das Personal war super nett aber die Bowls die dem Restaurant ihren Namen geben waren echt geschmackslos. Scheinbar weiß man das dort auch denn dazu wird eine fertig sauce aus der plastikflasche serviert, dann ist es zumindest scharf. Mit leckeren Getränken hätte man sicher noch was rausholen können aber es gab nichts koreanisch oder sonst asiatisch angehauchtes oder eine selbstgemachte Limo sondern nur fertige Getränke aus der Flasche.

Essen sehr lecker. Es wurde auch sehr schnell zum Tisch gebracht. Vorher mussten wir 10 min auf Tisch warten. Ist aber fair für einen Samstag ohne Reservierung.

Super korean-fusion-Restaurant, freundlicheMitarbeiter, jederzeit gerne!

Ein süßes Restaurant. Alles war sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Tee mit Zitrone war sehr lecker.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste – oder waren es zumindest. Denn der heutige Besuch war leider ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie man Vertrauen nachhaltig verspielt. Trotz eindeutiger Bestellung wurde der Hauptgang noch vor der Vorspeise serviert. Unser höflicher Hinweis darauf führte nicht etwa zu einer Korrektur, sondern zu einer unnötigen Diskussion darüber, warum unser Wunsch offenbar verzichtbar sei. Serviceverständnis à la carte. Der Hauptgang ging zurück in die Küche, die Vorspeisen kamen nach längerer Wartezeit. Nach der Vorspeise folgte dann der Hauptgang – aufgewärmt, serviert auf denselben Tellern wie zuvor. Frische und Knackigkeit des Gemüses? Offenbar ein optionales Extra. Bei einem Menü fehlten zudem sämtliche Beilagen, was wiederum kommentarlos bzw. uneinsichtig von der Bedienung hingenommen wurde. Die Krönung kam bei der Bezahlung: Laut Kassenbon bediente der „Chef“ persönlich. Der Vorfall wurde nochmals geschildert – Ergebnis: außer Spesen nichts gewesen. Eine scheinheilige Entschuldigung mit dem Hinweis auf „Besserung in Zukunft“, obwohl es durchaus Möglichkeiten gegeben hätte, uns zumindest finanziell entgegenzukommen. Diese wurden nicht genutzt. Fazit: Hier ist der Kunde nicht König, nicht einmal Herzog. Der Service hat sich massiv verschlechtert, die Küche leidet sichtbar unter Konzept und Ablauf. Sehr schade – insbesondere angesichts des mittlerweile sehr breiten Angebots an sehr guter koreanischer Küche in Düsseldorf. Für uns: keine Wiederholung wert. Stammgaststatus beendet.

Wir wollten um 21:00 Uhr nur kurz etwas essen. Stattdessen wurden wir mit der Begründung „wir schließen gleich“ praktisch wieder hinauskomplimentiert – kurz zuvor haben andere Gäste jedoch noch einen Platz bekommen. Das vermittelt leider sehr klar: Als Gast ist man hier nicht willkommen. Servicegedanke: Fehlanzeige.

Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kam auch echt schnell. Die Portion sehr zufriedenstellend. Sauberkeit des Ladens, so wie erkennbar, sehr gut. Einzig die Stühle haben schon sehr viel gesehen und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Ich persönlich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Leckeres koreanisches Essen, netter und aufmerksamer Service

A really great place with very tasty food and friendly staff.

One of my favourite korean restaurants in Düsseldorf. I‘ve been here a couple of times, but usually on dinner time. This time I came at lunchtime and tried their lunch options that are a few euros cheaper than their dinner menu. They also offer some sets for your lunch order. I ordered the menu 2 in large, which includes a side dish and a drink. Opted for the bibimcup (like bibimbap, rice and a few types of cooked vegetables on top) but served in a regular bowl instead of the hot stone with some cooked, seasoned squid. What stood out the most was their homemade bibimbap sauce, served in a bottle which we can add to our bowl to our liking. Sweet, light spicy and just a little bit tangy from the gochujang. Highly recommended!

Ordered a vegan Udon soup and it had an extreme burnt taste. It even smelled like a bonfire. We explained that we can’t have smoked or burnt. First the guy replied, that the veggies are just sautéed. Then when I explained that there are small black, burnt pieces in the soup, which must come from a burnt pan, he acted like that’s how it’s supposed to be. We told him that there wasn’t any information about a burnt aroma for that dish in the menu, and so he asked if this was our first experience eating Korean and that all Koreans like it like that. The staff didn’t accept changing the dish or cancelling it. We feel lied to, I’m a chef myself, they are using burnt pans over and over again. DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD.

Excellent and professional service, but the food wasn't what I'm used to from Korean cuisine. The kimchi was very bland (the kimchi jeon was even ridiculous). Great atmosphere; we were there on a Saturday afternoon.

One of my favorite in the city. I fell in love with their dulsot bulgogi! The reservation is needed, especially within rush hours. Otherwise, you need to wait for a long time to find a table to eat.

Great atmosphere, Amazing food and beer

Korean made by Ali... ...That's what you'd say if you'd tried the food! We once had bibimbap and kimchi udon soup. The kimchi soup didn't taste like kimchi at all, but more like Adana soup. Too much of grilled meat and onions, and the meat tasted old. The bibimbap was okay—but nothing special. We both had stomach aches after eating it and couldn't finish it. Unfortunately, it has little to do with Korean. Service is nice, and so is the ambiance. Bottom line, though, is that it's not recommended.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. I'd rather not give it a star. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food! Before that, it had already taken 20 minutes for a table, even though several tables were free.

Amazing food. Good service. Need to reserve a bit early to get a table. If lucky, you get a table on the spot.

I absolutely recommend the Korean chicken! It's delicious! And the other dishes are absolutely perfect! You can sit inside or outside, and the service is incredibly friendly and courteous. Making reservations online is also flawless. I'm always happy to come back when I'm in Düsseldorf!

This is my first time in Düsseldorf and we came here first. I'm telling you, the udon soup was 100/10, the food arrived super quickly and the service was super friendly. I can only warmly recommend Bibimcup.

Very good food and even better service. 🫶 The Bibimcup impresses with its good food and authentic taste. The service, however, deserves special mention! A very friendly welcome, prompt service, and we were treated very kindly and friendly. Overall, the service was very attentive and fast, even though the place was almost full. Good value for money. What bothered me, however, were the chairs... They were quite old and had fallen apart in many places. Perhaps the manager will take care of that in the near future; otherwise, everything else is fine. In any case, they have great staff, which isn't easy to find these days, and we'll be back for that reason alone. Thank you very much, and hopefully with new seating next time 😜

Unfortunately, I can only give the worst review. I'm very reluctant to do this, but after today's visit, I feel it's necessary. The ambiance is very nice and cozy, but there was thick dust and cobwebs in almost every corner. The entire restaurant was tidy, but not very clean. I finally pointed out the cobwebs under the ceiling and on the walls to the waiter. Not as a criticism, but I think it's okay to see them. This didn't happen in a week or two. The food was brought to the table less than five minutes after ordering. I'm hoping the chef is just very quick and well-organized. However, it was already very dry, and I think it was pre-cooked/prepared and kept warm for quick service. My beef, in any case, was very dry and a bit tough. It certainly wasn't freshly prepared, and that's a must, especially with beef. Since I didn't feel very comfortable and my meal was a disappointment, I unfortunately can't avoid the one star. Too bad...

The most delicious bibimbap ever! I went there with a friend for my first Korean meal, and wow! The value for money is perfect. The portion was a decent size, filling you up nicely, and delicious too! I recommend it.

Great atmosphere and service. The food arrived incredibly quickly and was beautifully presented and fresh. The Bibim tastes very authentic, and the portions are large enough to satisfy everyone!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and tasted exactly as I imagined. The portion was generous—more than enough for one person, so I couldn't finish it all. I also particularly liked the high-quality tableware, which retains heat well—ideal for those who like their food piping hot. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're alone or with friends, this restaurant is definitely worth recommending!

Great Korean food – large portions, young team Today we were at Bibimcup in Düsseldorf and had a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came in truly generous portions. We had two hot platters, each with rice, delicious beans, and potatoes served separately – all excellently prepared. A colleague had a hot soup in a cast-iron pot, which was also very well received. The restaurant was busy during our visit, which was briefly noticeable in the service – it seemed a bit hectic. Nevertheless, our orders arrived quickly, as did the food, and the young, friendly team was attentive and welcoming at all times. A real insider tip with potential! If you want authentic Korean food and are very hungry, this is the place for you.

We had a young lady who provided great service, and the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the food lacked the usual spiciness we're used to, and the egg was completely cooked and no longer runny. Otherwise, we can recommend it.

Food is average. The egg on top was even not done well to mix with rice and vegetables. Environment is shabby and some tables are really dirty. During eating, some times have to bear the noise when they organize the drinking bottles and shelf~ that was annoying. Not a nice experience to be honest. Really doubt why they have good rating!

We ate at Bibimcup for the first time on a Saturday without waiting. Service was quick, friendly and helpful in choosing dishes. The food 🍲 came after a short wait and we enjoyed it. Staff and atmosphere very good. The food was nice, but for me it had little taste and was quite cold. I've eaten much better food in other stores. The beans and potatoes as a side dish were very tasty.

The food was very tasty! There was still hot sauce on the table for those who like it spicier, as is usual with Korean cuisine. There was something for everyone. Unfortunately, it was quite dark in the back of the room, but it didn't bother us much.

I've never eaten Korean before, but everyone was very nice and the food was extremely tasty. Although I didn't know the dishes. I had Dolsot Bulgoki, marinated beef with egg. Served with soup and two small side dishes. I was accompanied by Gan Pung Ki. We got a table at short notice without a reservation.

Went for a quick lunch. Restaurant has 2 lunch menu. We chose for a kimbap and a bulgogi bibimcup and a squid one. Bibimcup did not come in a hot stone bowl as usual . Taste is ok.

We had a reservation for dinner, then they were forcing us to leave our table right after eating so someone else can already sit. We still had food at the table and we ordered so much since it was our friend's birthday. What's the point of having a reservation at this point. Sad because I like their food, but the service this time sucked.

Favorite restaurant ever. Everything is just perfect. The food, the atmosphere, the workers. I had major surgery and still went in there to get a meal before going home. Every time im in Dusseldorf i go there to eat. Can’t recommend it enough.

The restaurant is located right on a busy street. If you're lucky you'll even get a parking space right next to it. Otherwise in the parking garages in the area. The restaurant itself is comfortably furnished. There is a bright area with a bar directly at the large window and a slightly darker area at the back. There is also the option to sit outside. However, the terrace is on the pedestrian path and not so comfortable, as the street is directly adjacent. The food is delicious and served appetizingly prepared. There were 3 of us and we each had a starter and a main course and everything was tasty. However, for me personally it was a bit too greasy. Small note: Depending on the dish, the food is put into the oven in the bowl. Therefore it is extremely hot. So be careful when touching the plate. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food was served quickly. A recommendation from me

PLEASE READ THIS. Food was good. No question. But… service was very very bad. We had to wait over an hour for our food… That's very sad. After me, 7-8 other groups of guests came in and had their food within 5-10 minutes. Some of them were groups of 4 people. I don't understand why, as a waiter, you don't pay attention and see that there hasn't been any food at a table for a long time, even though you know full well that this actually happens quickly. I noticed that the waiter ignored us at a certain point (because they were perhaps embarrassed). Our drink was empty at some point and they didn't have the opportunity to order more because they "ignored" us. We were treated like air. Finally after 1 hour 15 minutes we got the food. The appetite was long gone. Instead of accommodating at the end, they acted as if everything was normal. IF YOU don't get any food after 10 minutes, try asking the waiters. If they don't ignore you. Otherwise you will wait unnecessarily for the food. Just a little tip on the side.

I went to the Bibimcup alone. I got a table straight away and because it was quite late, the nice waitress told me how long they still had service. The food came super quickly. Unfortunately, everything was a bit boring. In addition, everything was sweet, which is not really my taste. I thought it was okay to fill up in the evening for a reasonable amount of money, but it's not a culinary gem.

Had a nice meal at Bibimcup. The Bibimcup with pork had a nice taste and the meat was nice and tender. I would have expected an egg with it, by the way. The chicken in chili sauce was nice and crispy and freshly made. I personally loved the pickled radish! Nice to have tried it once!

Loved everything, the food was as always top notch, the chicken in sauce was adorable 🌺 The atmosphere was calm, cordial, it was nice to sit and enjoy the delicious food. Service - I would like the girls to be more attentive. It was very difficult to get distracted every time and try to catch them to take the empty dishes from the table, especially the glasses. The table was already small, but with empty dishes it was even smaller. It was weird to see the girls just walking by, even though they could see that everything was already empty((( so it needs an upgrade. But overall, it's good.

One thing first: I cannot understand the negative reviews. Since our discovery this year, my girlfriend and I have been here four times and each time we travel from Bielefeld. The staff is super nice, fast and attentive. The food usually arrives very quickly, very hot and very tasty. The cups are always prepared with a lot of love and we simply taste so good! My personal highlight is the sauce, which comes in a bottle with every order. 😍 Unfortunately, you cannot buy this sauce because it is a proprietary recipe that is guarded. We probably have to come by more often... 😅

Very tasty vegan food and cozy atmosphere. Table reservations are recommended as it is usually very full (understandable given the delicious food 😉).
