After 14 years in Korea, I can say that this food is authentic and excellent. Sitting outside was fine until a group of people decided to come out and stand right there and smoke and vape. Might suggest that you instruct people to move away from the tables to do that

The soup was served hot and taste was awesome. Although we ordered several dishes that all came with kimchi but tasted different between one another. The one with potatoes was a bit too salty but went well with the white rice included. The dish with squid was slightly sweet, perhaps with the use of barbecue sauce. The flavor of soup matched my taste the most. But all dishes were presented nicely!

Food was delicious, but service could be better. Our choice was #8 and #12 from the menu. Every table is served with small free appetizers, kimchi was really good. In 40 minutes of our staying, when we have not even finished our drinks, the waiter has asked us how long are we going to stay there because other guests would like to get a table as well. We reserved our table in advance for Friday evening and I didn’t want to rush. This left a bit of bitter feeling. Interesting part, outside there was no queue. I would recommend to treat guests without pressure of leaving straight after finishing the meals.

Traditional and delicious Korean food. Everything was very well prepared and tasty. We ordered fried chicken and Tteok-bokki both dishes were cooked to perfection. As a warning, Korean food is spicy and although it indicated that the spiciness level was the lowest, for someone not used to it it may seem very spicy. It is a small and very popular restaurant so it is highly recommended to go only with reservations if you are a large group. We would return without thinking about it.

Very nicely decorated Korean restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. The fried tofu was very tasty and you could choose different sauces. The portion is large and comes with a portion of rice if you want. The Yuja lemonade was great too!

Well folks, the store is the most legendary thing I've ever experienced in Düsseldorf. Service is not only very important here but also lived and we laughed our asses off and had the best time when we had only been there for 5 minutes. We were warmly welcomed, looked after and entertained! My first port of call as soon as I'm in Düsseldorf!!! Woooooow and the food? Insane!!! You have to go here!!! 😍🙌

Essen war gut, wenn auch extrem würzig. Nicht für jeden etwas. Das Ambiente war eine Mischung aus verrückt, kreativ und unordentlich. Nicht so meins, aber Geschmäcker sind da ja verschieden. Der Service war leider etwas langsam und so saßen wir auch noch 20min nach dem Essen vor unseren Tellern. Das änderte sich leider auch nicht bis wir gegangen sind. Es war in Ordnung.

Wow just wow. I have rarely eaten something so delicious. Anyone who is really looking for something new that they haven't had before will definitely come to the right place. The meat, perfect. The sauces, perfect. What stood before me that evening can really almost be described as harmony. And the tofu? I would throw EVERYTHING of tofu I have had into the trash. I wish you could give 6 stars. These are restaurants you hope you stay with forever ♥️

The staff was super nice and accommodating. We had to wait a bit for our food and so we got two bottles of soju on the house, but let's be honest: good things take time. Super delicious food and a great atmosphere, you immediately felt like you were in good hands. Definitely a must if you want to eat Korean in Düsseldorf.

The food tasted very good but the portion of rice was super small. In my opinion, the main course also includes a good portion of rice. And the slightly taller waiter was unfriendly.

I have been there countless times and I have to reserve a seat in advance. I eat spicy chicken feet, spicy stir-fried beef and fish cake soup every time. I just don’t know why I feel so thirsty after eating these few times.

On Japan day we couldn’t find a seat but a day after we tried it out. The food taste good and the waiter was the nicest.

We headed to the heart of Düsseldorf and discovered a South Korean restaurant called Yogi. We quickly reserved a table by phone. The decor is South Korean-style, with characters on the walls, movie posters and fictional characters. The food was excellent, but we missed a suitable dessert. The employees were very nice, polite and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Keller didn't even ask us and just put the cocktail in front of my friend and the cola in front of me (female). This gender stereotyping made me feel very uncomfortable.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! I’ve been here many times and each time I enjoy it tremendously. My current obsession is kimchi jiggae, but other favorites include Jjampong, Maeun-bulgogi, dakgalbi & padack. I love that they serve you unlimited banchan (kimchi, pickled onion and sprouts) and that one bowl of rice is included with every main dish. Everything tastes amazing and fresh. It gets quite busy, so it’s better to reserve a table. The staff is always very friendly and you can also pay with card. I would definitely recommend Yogi to anyone looking to eat authentic and delicious korean food in Düsseldorf.

The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My absolute favorite was the kimchi pancake. The main courses were all really tasty too. And the Mojito is also highly recommended. Overall a great experience!

Poor service and customer care!!!!! Me and 2 other friends waited for a table for almost an hour until a group of 4 arrived who also wanted a table. The group of four got the table before us and when I asked the waiter about it he said in a very rude and ill-mannered manner that since there were four of them and three of us, they had preference, which wasn't Makes sense because there were only 2 people sitting at several of the 4-person tables!!!! We decided to leave after this rudeness and the same waiter said goodbye to us in a very sarcastic manner. I will never go there again!!!! The food is probably good but the way they treat their customers is not worth it!!!!

I was waiting to get a table for some time, with two other people. A group of four came in, saying they just wanted to order takeout. Some more time later, the group actually gets seated, so my friend just calmly tells the waiter that we were there way before. He says that because the table was for four, the other group had preference, but in a very rude way. We didn’t mind waiting to eat (it was our fault that we didn’t make a reservation), but the way he talked to us + seating other people before, just because they were in four and we, in three… we decided to leave. As we did so, the same waiter said “tschüss“ in a very sarcastic, rude manner behind our backs. I had been here before, and the food was really good, but if this is how they treat their clients, I will be never coming back.

Yogi is my absolute favorite Korean restaurant in Düsseldorf. He used to have fluctuations in performance from time to time, but the last two times have only been positive developments. The rice definitely tastes better, the side dishes were refilled every time, and the service was absolutely great. The best: Fried Chicken Garlic & Bul Suyuk & Chicken Feet ❤️The constant quality control is very commendable. However, the starter of 2 quartered mini pancakes for €6 is overly expensive. Always reserve in advance! P.S. The store is usually too crowded and loud for long-winded conversations. But you can not have everything ;)

Unfortunately the worst Korean restaurant I've tried in Düsseldorf so far. The banchan consisted of only 3 components, and that too in a very small amount. Unfortunately, because there were technical problems, there was only about half of the map available - well, no one can do anything about it. Iced tea hardly tasted like anything. The rice was brought later, when everyone had already had their food. Each of our dishes contained a mass of mushrooms, but relatively few other vegetables, beef or squid. The sauce from the pork belly dish reminded me of a cheap sweet and sour sauce. Service was okay, but we weren't asked again if we needed anything. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it

Quite small place but the food here is so good. Either make sure to book a table or get ready for a wait. I recommend the korean fried chicken with the soy dressing! It comes with potatoes and rice cake. Great place to catch up with friends, enjoy good korean food and drink!

Small but nice. I enjoyed it very much. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service was very friendly and also asked if everything was OK and if you had any requests. I recommend making reservations in advance. I was there on a Friday evening. However, it should be noted that card payments are only possible from €20 onwards. That's why service only 4 stars. The parking situation is not good. But there are enough parking garages in the surrounding area.

Best Korean for me so far, its an hour drive for me to go there but its worth the time.

I called to make a reservation for dinner at 5:30, but when I arrived, the girl said there was no room. His attitude was superficial and irritating, and he just left us alone.

I'll start with the ambience: The ambience is Korean retro style. I personally found the ambience nice, a little unusual and therefore something special. The restaurant was small, so there was a wait outside, so I deducted a point. Personally, I was lucky enough to get in straight away as we were the first to wait at the door. The food was fresh and tasty, it was also neatly prepared and brought to the table. The service was nice, but we ordered a second course and after waiting 40 minutes, we asked if we had possibly been forgotten. This was dismissed and said there were a lot of orders, hence the wait. In the end it turned out that we were actually forgotten. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough research done. Otherwise a good restaurant.

Well, it was good at first,,, but now the taste, quantity, price, and service...

It took an incredibly long time until we were served and until the food finally came. We were a large table with many guests and the ingredients were extremely stingy. There was simply not enough on the plate for the prices. The side dishes you get at the beginning were so few that everyone at the table only got one rung. There are definitely a lot more elsewhere. The ambience was okay but it is cramped and a bit uncomfortable.

The side dishes were incredibly stingy, the waiting time was way too long and it took an eternity to be served. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right here. Save yourself the visit :)!

The Tteobbeoki was honestly very tasty, we didn't have to wait too long. There were also free supplements. As a suggestion for improvement, I would say that the toilets could be cleaned better and paper towels could be put there. In addition, the food was a bit overpriced, I ate cheaper and the same Tteobokki, Mandu. The choice of food wasn't that wide for someone like me who doesn't like meat. If you love meat then come here, for me there wasn't that much choice. The employees were all nice and friendly 👍

Reservierung am WE ist Pflicht! Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet. Die Stühle leider etwas ungemütlich - einfache Holzstühle wie in der Schule. Wir hatten die Jjamppong Nudeln und Tangsuyuk welche beide ganz gut waren. Beim Jjamppong hätte ich mir mehr Shrimps und andere Meeresfrüchte gewünscht. Tangsuyuk war gut. Preise sind gehobener. Personal recht freundlich wenn auch etwas unaufmerksam.

Wir haben Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und haben trotzdem die Beilagen dazu bekommen. Es war Kimchi, eingelegte Zwiebeln und Sojasprossen. Die Portionen waren gut, wir haben Pa-jeon, Bulgogi und Dak-galbi bestellt. Für mich persönlich war das Dak-galbi nicht scharf genug gewürzt, so wie ich es aus Korea kenne und im Pa-jeon waren keine Meeresfrüchte drin, das war etwas schade. Allerdings war die Sauce zum Pa-jeon sehr lecker und beide Hauptgerichte hatten viel Fleisch aber auch reichlich Gemüse. Der Reis war auch lecker. Zum Service kann ich nicht all zu viel sagen aber die Bedienung mit der ich gesprochen habe war sehr freundlich.

My friends and I made a reservation today, but the staff wrote down our reservation numbers incorrectly, and another staff member refused to let us in even though we showed our mobile phone numbers and reservation information. So we queued up, but everyone in line behind us went in one after another, only our number was never called and we were not allowed to eat in. We had been looking forward to eating here for a long time. Even though it was raining heavily today, we rushed here to have dinner with friends. However, the staff kicked us out. Our enthusiasm for this restaurant was washed away by the heavy rain and we will not come again.

讲真没有某红薯吹的那么好吃，顶多算能吃绝对不惊艳，说好吃的朋友真是太平易近人了。尤其是泡菜饼，那算个啥泡菜饼，来德国那么多年第一次吃到全是面粉的泡菜饼，大踩雷。

The staffs there are super unfriendly. We were waiting outside in rain for 20 minutes and in the end we were not allowed to enter because we did not have a reservation. We tried to make a phone call like 5 times before hands but no one was answering and also there is no sign at all that one needs a reservation. Was just a horrible experience.

Food was really good and workers are nice! However, we noticed that one side of the restaurant was full of Asian people, whereas the other side was full of Germans. Also, we got a really small space at the corner (like really really small) in sort of “asian area”, but the other side obviously has more comfortable room. The most annoying thing is that we couldn’t enjoy our food because we were surrounded by 2 groups of Chinese people, they were super loud all the time and because the space was so small, we were really uncomfortable. I think it’s a pity when you have such great food.

Das Yogi in Düsseldorf ist einfach der Wahnsinn ! Die authentische Küche dort ist ein echter Genuss und die Gerichte sind nicht nur lecker, sondern auch frisch zubereitet. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat, ist die Schnelligkeit des Services - mein Essen kam wirklich rasch auf den Tisch, ohne Kompromisse bei der Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was das gesamte Erlebnis noch angenehmer macht. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem authentischen und köstlichen kulinarischen Erlebnis sind, ist das Yogi in Düsseldorf definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Sehr gutes koreanisches Essen. Wir haben 5 verschiedene Gerichte (davon 2 vegetarisch) geteilt und waren begeistert von dem Geschmackserlebnis. Die selbstgemachte Yuja Limonade und die Kimchi Pfannkuchen sind sehr empfehlenswert! Ambiente und Service auch sehr gut.

Might be the best Korean restaurant in Dusseldorf! This is the spot, just go. Each dish reminded me of my trip to Korea, all done in the proper Korean way, and we enjoyed every single one of them. Staff were super nice as well. Can get super busy and reservation highly HIIIIIGHLY recommended.
