I had a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in and received attentive service. The food was fantastic – fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. You can tell that the food is cooked with love. The portions are also generous, and the value for money is absolutely excellent! The ambiance is modern yet cozy, and I felt completely comfortable, even dining alone. You can tell that the team enjoys what they do…everything feels warm and authentic. For me, it's a clear 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good Korean cuisine in Düsseldorf.

If you like authentic and delicious Korean dishes, this is the place for you! The meat tastes amazing, and the service is also top-notch! I especially recommend the appetizers. This restaurant doesn't accept reservations, so it can sometimes get very crowded in the small space, or you may have to wait outside for a table. But it's definitely worth it!

When you're craving Korean food, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is great, and the Korean staff makes it comfortable. The food is also authentically Korean. It's not too salty. I enjoyed it.

Overall, the selection and offerings are somewhat limited, but everyone should be able to find something they like. Above all, they offer dishes that you won't find everywhere else! I also found the atmosphere very exciting. It's rather unassuming from the outside, but it almost felt like a small, cozy Korean restaurant!

We visited yesterday for the second time and were very satisfied. The food and drinks arrived quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. Everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the small side dishes, including kimchi, that are served alongside. A portion of rice is also served with each dish. The portion sizes were very reasonable; we definitely didn't leave empty-handed. The service was very friendly. They were always present and attentive, provided helpful advice when questions or concerns arose, and overall created a pleasant atmosphere. The decor was very authentic; it was a very pleasant time to spend there. We had a very good experience at Yogi and will definitely return!

I came all the way to Dusseldorf because I was pregnant and wanted to eat Korean food, but I almost cried when I saw Osam Bulgogi ㅜㅜ The taste was beyond words, and my Dutch husband who came with me said he wanted to go to Korea after eating kimchi stew, so that says it all ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Hahaha I think I should move to Dusseldorf....

Visited this Korean restaurant to try their signature spicy chicken feet stew, great option that you can choose your preferred spice level. Chose the medium spice level and it was perfect for me — spicy enough to enjoy the heat without overwhelming the flavor. The dish came with a bowl of rice topped with tuna, mayo and seaweed, which was a nice and satisfying combo. Useful Tips : They provide a plastic gloves for you to mix your rice bowl! Thumbs up for that! Worth trying if you're a fan of bold, spicy flavors. We also had the vegetarian stir-fried glass noodles. The mix of vegetables added a nice crunch and freshness, making it a well-rounded and comforting dish. The pink lemonade was a refreshing surprise and paired well with the bold flavors of the food. The only letdown was the kimchi pancake, which lacked the crispiness and tangy kick I expected.

A good place to eat. The place is nice and welcoming, but not too big. The food is delicious, with huge portions. Recommended.

One of my favourite Korean restaurants in Düsseldorf!

We were very disappointed with the service. We were told we only had 1.5 hours to eat, which is already quite tight. Before we'd even finished, however, we were rushed and told that we only had 10 minutes left and had to pay immediately. We were also told that if we exceeded the time limit, an additional €2 per person would be charged. This request was very rude and ruined the entire dining experience.

I visited this place again today, and as always, the service was excellent. The male staff member I saw last time was there again, and he was so kind and friendly that it made my dining experience even better. We had a great conversation about Korea, which made me feel like I was actually in Korea. It was a hot day, but thanks to the air conditioning, I could enjoy my meal comfortably. The food was absolutely delicious- no complaints at all. I definitely want to come back again next time!

Jjamppong was just average.. Tangsuyuk wasn't crispy even after it came out. It was like they put it in a fryer and left it alone, it was all sticky and like rice cake.. The taste seems to have changed.. They were all foreigners.

I definitely recommend Japchae and it's truly the best I've ever eaten in a restaurant. A relaxed and lively atmosphere. Beautiful decor with an interesting movie theme. Definitely worth a visit!!

I'm really shocked about today's visit. While I was waiting outside for a table, my friend wanted to use the toilet for a moment. The waitress turned her away in an extremely rude tone, saying that the toilet was only for guests. When I then said that I would order take-out immediately, she came with the menu, put it in front of me without a word and demanded in an inappropriate tone that I order immediately. I have been to this restaurant many times, eaten there and have always recommended it to others. But after this condescending and disrespectful treatment I will definitely not be coming back. This is not how you treat people – neither paying guests nor potential guests. Very disappointing!

I made reservations for 10 people over the phone for over a month and was faced with a closed door on Saturday with the message “Closed March 11th - March 19th We will be opening again soon!” Finding an alternative on a Saturday was practically impossible. That was very disappointing.

Starters: The gyoza were mediocre. The "fried" version was deep fried. Of course it's quicker. But then it doesn't taste as good and you don't have the crunchy bottom and the soft texture of the top and the juicy inside. Kimchi: Tastes good. But very simple variants e.g. pickled onions. Others can correct this. restaurants more. Main course: Chicken feet were soft and delicious. Tip for the kitchen: Do not serve on a gas stove. After a few minutes it burned and it took several more minutes for one foot to cool down enough to avoid burning itself. Fish cakes were ok. Ttebokki didn't taste good. But I didn't ask my daughter why. Seemed very drowned in sweet sauce to me. Service: Dismissive at first. I was called “weird” several times because, as a German, I like chicken feet. Oh well. Vl. Language barrier. Positive: We were able to reorder kimchi. Conclusion: Fast food level. So all dishes have a uniform taste with lots of salt, sugar and/or MSG. Ambience: Very nice. You feel good. Unfortunately in winter it is very cold until 1 hour after opening. Had to keep all jackets on.

Inside decoration of restaurant is very creative, provides good dining atmosphere. Food is more localized, not original Korean taste or style, but acceptable. Pancake was the high light.

It seems like the manager wearing glasses is rude and speaks informally to a customer he meets for the first time, but he doesn't come and apologize even though I told another employee that he was offended?? Do you know how old I am and why I am being rude? “What, is this your first time here?” Even if I order, they just nod their heads??? I was really going to say something, but because of my acquaintances, I held back and came out.

We didn’t get to eat here but I thought the store deserved a not so good review for its service. The male staff with glasses was really rude. We came in without reservation and instead of telling us nicely that they are full, he shoo-ed us away with high voice and annoyed face. When we asked further if we could just wait outside in case there’s an empty table, he shouted back “sorry no, believe me I’m not doing this for fun”???!! I’m sorry I know Saturday evening is super busy and you may be tired of whole day of serving customers, but this attitude is unacceptable especially when we asked nicely (and I never think you’re just doing job for fun…). I wanted to put 1*, but I’d rather give chance bcoz I didn’t taste how “great” the food could be yet to have this kind of we-don’t-need-walk-in-customers attitude…

The food in the restaurant was good overall. The kimchi pancake had great flavor, but was a little too thick for my taste. Know it thinner. The spicy bulgogi was a real highlight. Delicious and perfectly seasoned. Unfortunately, the Suntofu Jiggae was disappointing as it tasted quite bland. The rice portion was small, but it was easy to order more. The service was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, a recommendable restaurant with small weaknesses.

Hehe, I put a gift certificate and 1,000 won here for the first time haha. It started. Koreans, save 1,000 won... I keep going here because I like the Korean manager here. He's fun and has a really nice personality. I made a lot of return visits. I think I tried every menu. It was delicious. Be sure to try the Jjamppong and Churai Churai. It's a Korean restaurant, but it's not one that caters to foreigners. In other words, it's not a localized Korean restaurant, so I really like it because it has a lot of menus specifically for Koreans. It's a real Korean restaurant. Well, this alone is the reason why this restaurant is bound to do well. I hope the business goes well for a long time.

Amazing Atmosphere and delicious food

The best Jjambbong in Düsseldorf! The seafood is plentiful and the noodles are chewy. The soup was also dry. At first, the sweet and sour pork was half-baked. When you eat it, it's crispy like a dip, and later it soaks into the sauce. Chewy🩷 Spicy braised ribs were my favorite dish, but on this day it smelled a bit like meat and the kimchi stew tasted a bit odd. However, my friends who went with me were very satisfied with all the menu items. The bean sprouts used in Osam are raw, unboiled bean sprouts, so not recommended if you don’t like fishy foods. It was fishy to me.

The atmosphere is really nice, the service is awesome (even when we got there quite late that night and if I was them I would be drained) appetisers and food was amazing, I will for sure come back again.

No longer the yogi he was a few years ago... The food was very good as always, but unfortunately the service has declined significantly. At a birthday dinner, an extra €22 was charged for cutlery for a surprise cake and, when asked about a small glass of tap water, this was derogatorily denied.

After 14 years in Korea, I can say that this food is authentic and excellent. Sitting outside was fine until a group of people decided to come out and stand right there and smoke and vape. Might suggest that you instruct people to move away from the tables to do that

The soup was served hot and taste was awesome. Although we ordered several dishes that all came with kimchi but tasted different between one another. The one with potatoes was a bit too salty but went well with the white rice included. The dish with squid was slightly sweet, perhaps with the use of barbecue sauce. The flavor of soup matched my taste the most. But all dishes were presented nicely!

Food was delicious, but service could be better. Our choice was #8 and #12 from the menu. Every table is served with small free appetizers, kimchi was really good. In 40 minutes of our staying, when we have not even finished our drinks, the waiter has asked us how long are we going to stay there because other guests would like to get a table as well. We reserved our table in advance for Friday evening and I didn’t want to rush. This left a bit of bitter feeling. Interesting part, outside there was no queue. I would recommend to treat guests without pressure of leaving straight after finishing the meals.

Traditional and delicious Korean food. Everything was very well prepared and tasty. We ordered fried chicken and Tteok-bokki both dishes were cooked to perfection. As a warning, Korean food is spicy and although it indicated that the spiciness level was the lowest, for someone not used to it it may seem very spicy. It is a small and very popular restaurant so it is highly recommended to go only with reservations if you are a large group. We would return without thinking about it.

Well folks, the store is the most legendary thing I've ever experienced in Düsseldorf.
