They put so much salt in the potatoes, it was unbeatable

Great tableside bulgogi grilling; Not everything is as you might know it from Seoul (such as the unlimited delivery of some side dishes). But to be honest, this doesn't happen always and everywhere in Korea either. This isn't a real problem because there's actually little risk of staying hungry. It's definitely a nice event with nice flavors and great dips.

I came with a friend and we had so much fun. We ordered one of the mix meats and bulgogi and it was a bit too much. But still good

From the choice of food to the warm hospitality, everything from A to Z is perfectly implemented. It’s definitely worth experiencing the experience for yourself – crazy, delicious and incomparable!

We were eating there for eight people and ordered a total of eight portions and actually only six came out. It was only after we asked that they informed us that we still had two dishes. We also ordered a bit more, we can't even return two closed bottles with the approach of yes we have to sell it on but we can't return it and that was taken off the bill.

I don't usually write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it. I was at Gigo bbq for the first time with my sister and a friend on Saturday October 26th, 2024 and I have to say that the food and the service were a 12/10. We drove from Salzburg to Munich to actually see the city a bit, unfortunately it was too crowded in the city and we decided to make a reservation at the Gigo bbq. That was the highlight of the day! The service was very nice and competent. We took the menu for 3 people and added other dishes. Everything was on the table within 5 minutes. You can really taste the quality in the meat and side dishes! For dessert I had the mochi ice cream and my sister had the matcha ice cream. Even though I don't normally like matcha, it was really delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and we would love to come back :) It looks very cute but also elegant from the inside. The flowers in the foyer and the manga on the wall make it really inviting. I wish the Gigo-bbq team a nice week and thank you again for the great service 💕 Ps unfortunately the parking spaces are rather limited in Munich, so it would be better to go there by train or bus :) With kind regards, Marija from Salzburg :)

We were there this evening and received a very friendly welcome. The appetizers and all the chicken BBQ dishes were awesome! Everything was very nicely prepared and extremely tasty. A small minus point because it is hardly noticeable from the outside that it has been opened. Something else should be done to make more guests aware of this really worthwhile restaurant! An enrichment for Mettmann 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Food was great, authentic and a lot of choices. Service was friendly and attentive. For a packed night, food was served pretty quickly. Only complaint is the environment on the terrace: floor made out of pieces of rug, which looked dirty and sticky. But the worst was the urine smell around the tables.

The food was good, but unfortunately I can't say the same about the service. Ingredients were brought at long intervals over half an hour, although everything could have been brought at once. We ordered 5 platters for 1 person, and everyone received their platter 20-30 minutes apart. The piece of baking paper that is on the grill also burns after an hour and mixes with the food. Unfortunately, the tables are too narrow for 5 people. Prices are between 30-40€. It was actually a lot of fun and delicious, but the service wasn't.

Store was completely empty. We still weren't served, everything was reserved. Big fail.
