Went for 3 meals, 1x seafood menu, 2x beef menu. I asked the waiter what the menu included. Service not motivated, the composition not appetizing and far too little! Went out hungry and paid 150 euros!! The store is a joke, I don't understand the good review. Never again!!!

We've been kind of regular customers at Yumira for about 4 years. Until yesterday we had had great experiences without exception, the quality of the meat was always perfect and clearly higher than at the other Korean BBQ restaurants in Munich. Unfortunately, yesterday we noticed a significant drop in the quality of the meat, and the side dishes also lost a bit of sophistication and variety. In November the cards were reissued and the prices increased. We write the review as feedback to the team (of course we also communicated it verbally). Never change a winning team ... we will continue to match the prices in the future, but with the now reduced quality we probably won't.

We have been visiting this great restaurant for many years... Unfortunately, the quality and quantity are decreasing. Again and again a little.....but the prices have risen almost to an absolute level. The ratio is no longer correct!!!

Great experience at Yumira restaurant! We had the Lunar menu for Chinese New Year, and the food was delicious. Our waiter, Can, was very helpful and taught us how to enjoy the Korean BBQ with salad. Excellent service and authentic flavors—highly recommend!

The quantity is small and the price is expensive. For more than 120 yuan, two people didn't get much. They treat people as if they were the wronged people. The boss was angry and made 70 yuan with tears in his eyes. We don’t want to be the kind of people who are stupid and have too much money.

The food tasted good. We ordered two menus at €49 per person, plus dumplings, a kimchi soup, a beer and a cocktail. Up until then everything was fine and we were happy with the quality of the food. But when we also ordered a bottle of still water because we were thirsty, we had to pay an incredible €8.50 for it! For a simple bottle of water, this price is absolutely excessive and seems greedy on the part of the operator, especially considering how much we had already ordered and consumed beforehand. Such prices leave a bad aftertaste and spoil the overall experience - a shame, because otherwise the evening was pleasant. Follow-up: After your answer, I feel compelled to lower my rating from three to two stars because I don't like being taken for a fool by arrogant restaurateurs. To claim that I was served “high quality premium water” and that the high price was justified by the service and operating costs seems like a desperate excuse. As if these costs weren't already included in the remaining €131 we paid for our dinner for two. Perhaps the operator should remember that he is not running a 3-star Michelin restaurant and could certainly offer regular water instead of just "premium water" to exempt his guests - especially if they have already paid a considerable amount have consumed. By the way, a quick search shows that this supposedly “high-quality” water is available in stores for €1.52/liter. It's a shame, the concept of the restaurant is good, but a place that rips off its guests doesn't deserve success. Luckily, there are now many other Korean BBQ restaurants in Munich that you can try.

An absolute highlight for lovers of Korean cuisine! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is modern, cozy and at the same time authentic - you can feel the Korean touch in every detail. The food was simply spectacular! The menu offers a wide range of traditional dishes and every single one we tried was a taste explosion. The homemade kimchi varieties in particular were to die for – perfectly seasoned and incredibly fresh. The banchan (side dishes) were also generously served and varied. The Can and Van were great: attentive, friendly and always willing to answer questions or make recommendations. In addition, the price-performance ratio was really fair for the quality and portions that were served. An absolute must for anyone who loves Korean food or wants to try it for the first time. We will definitely come back and bring friends with us!

Highly recommended, especially for special occasions (as prices tend to be higher)! Great BBQ right on site. Very high quality products, the meat melts in your mouth. There are various menus to choose from including various side dishes and sauces that can be reordered free of charge. Very nice service, even though it's busy. Point deduction in the ambience because it is quite smoking and smells like grease in the place. There is still a need for optimization here, others can do it better. Nevertheless we will come back!

Simply great. A wonderful idea, grilling a BBQ right on site. Very high quality meat. There are various meat menus that you can grill yourself and all sorts of mixed side dishes that you can reorder at any time, free of charge. Nice, attentive service that explains everything to you before you start. Because we grill in a closed room, there is a bit of a grease smell, which is why there is also a wardrobe with doors. We've been there twice, so make sure you reserve in advance. Would love to come back.

During my visit to Yumira Restaurant, I was extremely impressed by the quality of the food. The dishes were excellently prepared and tasted impressive. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the sometimes unprofessional service. The staff seemed inattentive and lacked the necessary attentiveness. In summary, Yumira offers culinary excellence, but the service could be improved to realize the restaurant's full potential. Additionally, when the restaurant is full, the air quality in the room is very low due to the grilling of the food.

I've been here several times and can recommend it to anyone looking for a good Korean BBQ. The price is a little higher, but the quality of the meat is impressive. The food was very tasty and there was a good selection of grill menus as well as regular dishes. Various side dishes were served with the grill menu and - as in Korea - you could prepare the meat yourself on the grill as you wish. The desserts were also really excellent. The staff were consistently very hospitable, which made the visit even more pleasant.

We visited the Yurima restaurant in Munich with a group of 10 people and what we were offered was simply great. The concept of grilling yourself at the table was a real highlight, which was the first time for all of us. I was particularly impressed by the gourmet platter that I chose: the best quality meat, fresh ingredients and a variety that left nothing to be desired. There was also homemade kimchi – a real taste explosion! You can immediately tell that there is a lot of attention to detail here. The dishes from the regular menu were also excellent and were praised by everyone in our group. However, what really made this evening special was the staff. Not only was it friendly and attentive, but you could actually feel the passion with which they pursue their work. No matter whether it was about recommendations, questions about preparation or refilling drinks - the team was always present and always had a smile on their faces. Their enthusiasm was transferred directly to us and made the evening something very special. The atmosphere at Yurima was stylish, warm and inviting, perfect for our group. In the end we left the restaurant after an unforgettable evening with a bill of around €600 (including tip). For what we were offered, it was more than adequate - it was worth every penny! Big thanks to everyone who worked the evening: Yu, Daniel, Daniel, Paul, janett and of course the kitchen. Conclusion: Yurima in Munich combines outstanding food, a unique concept and a team that puts their heart and soul into it. It is a place that you should definitely experience. Tasty but quite expensive for the amount you get in the Korean BBQ menu. The service was top. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice in itself, but unfortunately it is very smoky despite the many extractor hoods over the table grills.

We spent my birthday here as a couple and decided on a Korean BBQ and the mixed plate. The service was super friendly, both at the reception and at the table. Everything was explained to us proactively and the supplements were refilled without being asked. The meat tasted excellent, was of very good quality and all in all it was great for us. The ambience fits perfectly. It's a little more expensive, but other than that I can't find anything negative. An excellent evening for me and therefore an absolute recommendation!

I spontaneously wanted to go out for a little something to eat in the evening and came here for dinner with a good friend of mine. The service was extremely good. The prices were - in keeping with Munich standards - not cheap but ok in relation to the cuisine. In addition to the seafood, I also threw in Wagyu and was satisfied with the meat. There are enough parking spaces on Boschetsriederstrasse. Card payment - also with Amex - possible.

We were eating there for eight people and ordered a total of eight portions and actually only six came out. It was only after we asked that they informed us that we still had two dishes. We also ordered a bit more, we can't even return two closed bottles with the approach of yes we have to sell it on but we can't return it and that was taken off the bill.

The three of us had the mixed record. When you first look at the menu, the dishes are a little higher priced, but what is served is absolutely appropriate for the price and worth the money. In my eyes, everything seemed authentically Korean. The background music plays according to the K-Pop theme, the volume is just right, you can listen to the music but also have a conversation without any problems. At the beginning the waitress explains how the barbecue works. However, it seemed a bit rushed to me, so a point was deducted, but otherwise very nice service. I was helped easily when I forgot my backpack in the restaurant. Since we came from further away, it was sent in a package within a week, great! You can certainly spend a social evening here, for example as a company party, but Korean barbecue is not suitable for vegetarians. In any case, we had a successful evening and I can well imagine coming back when we go to Munich again.

Everything is great, even though I don't like vegetables, so I can't eat everything

Disaster, how can you only rate it positively, completely overpriced, mega bad food (seafood & gourmet menu), super bad service and then also a stinky smell from the ventilation system. Let's start again, the ambience is horrible, the smell of burnt food comes from the ventilation system over the entire interior from the kitchen. On Friday the starters and parts of the main menu were already out, what kind of planning is that? The service only came after 15 minutes to order the drinks and couldn't explain the dishes in either German or English. The menus (from €44 per person) are supposed to come with side dishes, a joke, a little rice, three sauces, three sliced ​​carrots and a few outdated lettuce leaves, who can only rate that positively?? The seafood menu was simply subpar, the shrimp tasted sandy, the calamari wasn't gutted properly (disgusting!). The gourmet menu (56€pp!!) two/three small pieces of meat, that’s it, a joke. You had to constantly wave the waitress over for an order, and at the end it was out of place to sit in peace, you wanted to finish your drink as the table and grill were being cleaned. Never again!

I received the meal I ordered at 18:15 at 19:30. The meat grill doesn't produce any smoke, so it's great because foreigners can easily enjoy Korean food. They even shamelessly ask customers sitting in their seats to stop because there are a lot of customers coming in.

What was that! We found this restaurant by chance on our spontaneous trip to Munich. It was not far from our hotel. I have no words that can describe this experience at this restaurant. We had a great evening at YUMIRA. We received a warm welcome and our waitress Janet was very accommodating throughout the evening and made us feel very comfortable. The food is excellent, and even though it is priced a little higher, it is more than adequate for the Korean BBQ experience and excellent flavors. We both had the Mix Game, which you can order for groups of two or more, and we were more than full. We would love to come back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

Definitely fun and also filling. There is plenty of meat and thanks to the principle, which is not so dissimilar to fondue, time goes by quickly while you sizzle your courses. The menu also has plenty for those with less of a desire for meat.

It's really ambiguous. The kimchi stew and the side dish, pork neck, were very delicious, but some of the pork had a foul smell, and an unidentifiable soup was being sold under the name Yukgaejang. This is my first time seeing yukgaejang with mussels and shrimp. However, the atmosphere of the store where K-Pop was played was lively, and what I would like to praise more than anything was the friendly and polite service of the employees. I especially remember a handsome Turkish young man, who seemed like a very well-educated Korean young man. On the first day, I had the kimchi stew and pork set, but the pork neck, pork belly, kimchi stew, and side dishes were so good that I came back the next day because I wanted to try other menu items, but I quickly regretted it. I should just eat kimchi stew and japchae.. If you choose the menu well, office workers who are tired from a long business trip can be healed with Korean food.

Every once in a while I come across an outstanding restaurant, and this should be on your list in Munich, Germany. Paul, our waiter, was very gracious helping us navigate the German menu. The sides they brought with our order were a delightful treat. The seafood soup is delicious. Highly recommended!

It’s probably the best Korean food I had tried since I came to Germany 5 years ago. The food was authentic and prices readable. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

Wow, the best Korean bbq I've eaten in Germany. The Vietnamese waiter was very nice and accommodating. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the portion. It looks a bit small, but it's much more than you think. Highly recommended

There were four of us and we had the grill menu. The food was very tasty, especially the meat selection. Although we used the table grill inside in the summer, it was warm but never too hot. Highly recommended in Munich!

First time visiting and the service and food were amazing. We ordered BBQ and Seafood and the table was full of side dishes and so many different things to try. We particularly loved the service staff. John and Paul were so helpful and friendly with the grill and making sure we had everything we needed. I recommend trying the creme brulee at the end. It was perfectly burned on top so it was crispy and warm. It really made our weekend special and we'll definitely back.

Way too expensive for grilled food. I think a 4% price increase for a "large group" is a rip-off... and I found the 10% tip that is (almost) automatically requested with the bill not only irritating, but this process in particular means that I don't recommend this restaurant will visit more.

Tasty kimchi but the rest of the side dish is not authentic at all and missing the standard dishes such as Dongchimi, Oimuchim, Sigeumchi Namul etc. Not even rice (that needs to be ordered extra. Instead you get viet rice noodles instead.

Delicious meat but absolutely impossible behavior from a waiter. Table was reserved for 8:30 p.m., after 10 minutes someone finally took pity on clearing the two plates. The food was brought quickly, then we were ignored for the rest of the evening. We actually wanted to order dessert, but we sat around for almost 25 minutes. The restaurant was already half empty. Our waiter didn't want to bring the bill either and then started cleaning up the next table. At the bar we were then asked if we wanted to pay the tip in cash. First of all, I find the question about tips extremely outrageous. Then the waiter had the nerve to ask why we didn't want to tip and that the waiting time wouldn't be that bad. I've never experienced anything like that. I won't come here again. When I read the other comments, the tipping thing seems to be normal here. By the way, you charge €4 for 2 extra bowls of rice. I've never experienced that at any Korean BBQ either.
