We were just at the Korean restaurant, and it was just sooo good! The food was super delicious and everything was beautifully presented. But the highlight was our waiter, Yu – he was so cheerful, super friendly, and totally attentive! A mix of Michelin-star quality and the warmth of a Korean grandmother... And the best part? He didn't just serve meat – he delivered emotion. I saw in his eyes that he knew when I was thirsty before I knew it myself. My glass was never empty, my heart never colder than 28 degrees Celsius. Yu isn't just a waiter. We were, and still are, very impressed with this restaurant. It's certainly something special, and also quite expensive. Certainly justified given the quality, but I must say that the Iberico pork didn't impress me at all; it tasted bland and uninspiring. On the other hand, the beef and fish were beyond reproach; we'll skip the pork on future visits.

This was our first time at a Korean BBQ and we were absolutely thrilled. The meat quality was excellent – ​​the Wagyu, in particular, was super tender and very flavorful. A great restaurant! The experience here is comparable to the one I had at Korean BBQ in Japan. The meat is excellent, and the side dishes went well with it. If a side dish runs out, you can reorder it free of charge. Our server, Yu, was very friendly and accommodating. We grilled for a long time, and halfway through, he replaced our grill to ensure the best possible flavor. The price is reasonable; with DIY BBQ, you get a wonderful experience that you can't get at many Asian restaurants in Germany. I'd be happy to come back :)

We ordered the Beef Pleasure meat platter, which truly lived up to its name. I was particularly impressed by the spicy fish cake and grilled pineapple – an unexpectedly brilliant combination that I won't soon forget. Unlike the all-you-can-eat option, you can definitely taste the quality here. Even in summer, thanks to the air conditioning, you don't really notice that several grills are running at the same time. We had the Korean BBQ with Wagyu, Fried Chicken, and the Kimchi Pancake – everything was incredibly delicious. The meat was super tender and full of flavor, and all the sides that came with it were amazing (we even asked for more, and they were free). A big shoutout to our waiter, Can – he was exceptional ☺️ Super friendly and attentive. Since we were celebrating a birthday, he even brought us drinks on the house, which made the evening extra special. We ended up staying for about 3 hours just enjoying the food and the great atmosphere. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Definitely one of our favorite spots for Korean BBQ. We had the gourmet platter for grilling ourselves at the table. It consisted of various types of extremely delicious and tender meat. The vegetable side dishes were also very tasty and simply something different, Korean-style. 😉 The whole thing was quite expensive, but you don't treat yourself to that every day. The server came quickly to take our order, and less than 15 minutes later, drinks, all the food, and side dishes were at the table. We thought the service was good, as they explained how to grill and which combinations of meat and side dishes tasted best. We received a really nice gift for our wedding anniversary: ​​a table fountain with our dessert and a free rice liquor. For us, it was a successful evening.

We were there to try the "Vegan Menu." Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that it wasn't vegan at all: Three of the six side dishes contain shrimp or fish. When we brought this to the attention of the waitress, they said they could "adjust" the side dishes. Then they removed the non-vegan side dishes and didn't replace them. Interesting "adjustment." Unfortunately, there was no compensation for the mishap, such as a discount or free drink. "See you next time?" No, sorry, not like that. The tofu was very tasty and the ambiance is nice; otherwise, it would only give one star.

We were there to eat the "Vegan Menu." It quickly became apparent that it wasn't vegan at all: The side dishes included scampi, another was made with fish, and a third contained fish oil. When we spoke to the waiter about it, they said they could "adjust" the side dishes. What they ended up doing was simply removing the three non-vegan side dishes from the six menu items, but not replacing them. We weren't sure whether the pancakes in the "vegan" menu might have contained egg. Unfortunately, we weren't offered any "compensation" for the whole mishap—e.g., in the form of a discount or a free drink—what a shame...

We had a very nice evening. The Korean BBQ was very tasty and the meat was very tender. The mandu were also very crispy. The side dishes were good too. The salad could have been a little fresher, the heat from the grill may have contributed to that. It was a bit expensive, which we knew from the start. Unfortunately, we only noticed afterwards that a starter from the neighboring table had been included in the calculation. Hence a star deduction.

Unfortunately extremely disappointed with the Korean BBQ. Apart from that the service (male with glasses and tattoos) was unprofessional. The first thing that arrived was the corn cheese, without us even getting anything beforehand, not even the drinks were there. Beyond that, it was just corn with plenty of mayo and some cheese on top. Not an “original” corn cheese. The corn cheese came in a bowl that sat on a wooden coaster. This wooden coaster smelled so bad, like old washcloths. We pointed out to the service employee in question that it smelled quite bad. He said maybe it's the cheese. Ah, so “stinky cheese”? - he laughed at this and left. It was so disgusting to me that I took the bowl off the coaster and put the wooden coaster on the edge of the table to clear away. When it was gone, there was no smell anymore. We ordered the gourmet menu for 2 and extra pork belly. The vegetables included were 2 slices of mushrooms and zucchini. The entrecot had a strange/spoiled aftertaste. Wagyu, Iberico and pork belly were good. We also asked about the Korean leek salad, which was apparently included. What we got was leaf lettuce with a few leek stalks and the “chilli dressing”. For dessert, 3 mochis, 2 of which were of the same variety. Bibimbap was good, but the shrimp in it was overcooked and therefore dry.

Yumira in Munich is a real highlight for lovers of Korean cuisine and BBQ experiences. The stylish ambience with bamboo decoration creates a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for social evenings with friends or family. The concept of the table grill is particularly impressive: high-quality meats such as Black Angus or Iberico pork can be grilled directly at the table, making the meal an interactive experience. The diverse side dishes, including authentic kimchi and fresh salads, round off the taste experience. The service is attentive and friendly, which makes the visit even more pleasant. For anyone who wants to enjoy Korean BBQ in Munich, Yumira is definitely worth recommending.

If the thing they call Wagyu on their menu truly is Wagyu, then a tired Tuesday night burger from a gas station is a Michelin-starred masterpiece. The meat was tough, dry, and utterly bereft of the rich, buttery magic that defines true Wagyu — an insult not just to the cow, but to culinary dignity itself. For a restaurant that dares to print such promises on its menu, one expects at least a passing acquaintance with authenticity. Sadly, what landed on my plate was more mystery than marbling. In a city brimming with genuine delights, there’s simply no excuse for such a disappointing performance. I would not recommend this place to anyone who respects their taste buds — or their wallet. One point given to the speed that they serve food and the Vietnamese staff who made an effort to pass as Korean. I’m happy that I could get out of the restaurant as fast as possible. Do not recommend unless you are looking for disappointment.

We just went to dinner spontaneously without a reservation and had a great evening. We grilled (seafood and mixed game + wague) - it was simply something different and absolutely delicious, side dishes were served at any time as needed at no additional cost. The service was great, the staff was super friendly and, despite the store being full, they were always available and requests were fulfilled quickly. The ambience was nice, but the seat cushions were perhaps a bit old. That's why only 4 stars, otherwise we would like to come back.
