Mediocre food but the staff is extremely rude. Just saw other comments hinting it too. Should have read them before jumping on with 4,5 ratings.

Good steak done well. Walk in so sat at the bar. Would go back.

Rude and rude service that borders on moral harassment. Average food and ok atmosphere. I won't return or recommend. The employees apparently don't get paid for such aggressiveness in trying to somehow "extort" considerable amounts of service fee from customers, both waiter and valet. This fee is not charged on the menu or the bill, but also on the CDC.

Very nice place where Luigi and Luana's children and grandchildren live up to their parents. The food is very tasty, everything still tastes like it did 40 years ago at Rohrbachstrasse 16, where it all began. A straight A!! We'll be back.

I actually have nothing to complain about here. Food is great, drinks are great, service is A1. However, you always have to make a reservation. Unless you're lucky and get a spot.

This was our first time at the Alte Kanzlei (Old Chancellery). To our surprise, we were given a parking space right in front of the restaurant! A very good start to a lovely evening. We received an attentive welcome, and the beautiful Italian ambiance whetted our appetite for the menu. After a delicious aperitif, we started with the steak tartare, which was unfortunately a bit underseasoned and had a bit too much and overpowering Parmesan cream. The salmon cubes in a pistachio crust were perfect for me – fantastic! This was accompanied by a very fairly priced Italian Sauvignon Blanc. The Calabrian octopus was delicious – great, slightly spicy vegetables and very tender octopus. To finish, we had a sweet pistachio parfait. All in all, very good and fairly priced too!

I got a pizza to go and was thrilled. I didn't have to wait long, the staff is super friendly and the pizza was really delicious. Great dough, fresh ingredients.

Simply the best Italian. Point.

We were there on a public holiday, so there was a small Friday menu. We had the steak and can say it was very good. Friends had asked the service whether it was possible, despite the small menu, to get a certain pasta dish that wasn't on the menu. The service responded really well and made it possible. Service was great and so was the food. We'll be back.

Home order: + Delivered within 35 minutes. + Pizza very tasty and plenty of toppings, price and performance are right here. - The souffle was a joke! 8€ for a ready-made chocolate cake (diameter 6 cm at the bottom, 7 cm at the top, 3 cm high) with this chocolate sauce from the ice cream parlor on top. So pizzay yay, dessert nay.

We went to dinner with a group of 8 people – it was very good – the carbonara was excellent. I was the first of the group to go to the hotel and paid my bill in cash. There was no receipt – but that's not uncommon these days. Then the surprise – when the rest of the group wanted to leave, my meal was supposedly still open. After lengthy discussions with the rest of the group and attempts to clarify things with myself via cell phone (when and to whom did you pay – sorry, I didn't ask the server's name), payment was "waived." Despite witnesses, they didn't believe me – the money would surely be missing from the bill. This was embarrassing and very unpleasant for me and my colleagues. I've never encountered this before in 30 years of business and private travel. So my tip – either pay by card/ask for a receipt or go somewhere else as a group.

Why do you always have to wait so long when you order with UberEats? Besides, the restaurant keeps extending the wait time every time. That's really poor service. If you can't manage to handle the on-site business with online orders at the same time, you should really question whether you offer this service.

A great place for everything from Italian cuisine to good wine and various spirits. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend it.

The food was always good, but today I ordered a pasta Robert de Niro which only had 3 half tomatoes in it, 3 leaves of arugula and a few sprinkles of Parmesan in a tomato sauce. There was no mozzarella or basil in it even though it was in the description. I could have done that at home and saved myself the food. But I have to honestly say that I've never had any problems. It was a 2 for 1 deal. It would be nice if you got what is in the description for the money and didn't save so much on vegetables that there are only 3 half tomatoes in it.
