Unsere Familie liebt das Essen hier sehr. Wir kommen zwar nicht regelmäßig, da die Preise – trotz angemessener Qualität – aus unserer Sicht recht hoch sind. Dennoch besuchen wir das Restaurant immer wieder gern, um die Speisen zu genießen. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr gut, auch wenn er bei den Getränken gelegentlich etwas zu aufmerksam bzw. „pushy“ wirkt. 🙂 Insgesamt aber auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Das Fleisch (Rib Eye und Filet) war auf den Punkt gegart, super gewürzt - so, wie erhofft. Beide Burger waren top. Kein "billiges" Restaurant, aber Preis-Leistung absolut i.O. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The price-performance ratio is pretty poor. This was our first and last visit here.

Die Parksituation ist eher nicht so gut, daher muß man unter Umständen etwas laufen. Die Ambiente ist für ein romantisches Dinner vielleicht nicht so geeignet da es recht laut werden kann. Für ein schönes Familiendinner aber überhaupt kein Problem. Das es sich um ein hochpreisiges Restaurant handelt sollte jedem Klar sein. Das Essen als solches ist meiner Meinung sehr gut. Es sind keine Riesenportionen aber die Qualität schmeckt man auf jeden Fall. Den Service empfindet natürlich jeder anders. Das ist meiner Meinung nach etwas schwierig zu berurteilen. Freundlich auf jeden Fall, manche würden es vielleicht als zu "forsch" und aufdringlich beurteilen, andere dageben als sehr aufmerksam und direkt. Ich kam damit zurecht wobei ich es ein wenig als zu steril empfand. Aber wie gesagt, da sind die Meinungen ja unterschiedlich. Lange warten auf den Service mußten wir auf jeden Fall nicht u. insgeamt war auch alles in Ordnung. Wir werden sicherlich noch öfters hingehen da das Essen einfach gut war. Besonders die Spaghetti Vongole waren hervorragend.

Very disappointing experience at Ristorante Rocco! I recently ate at Ristorante Rocco with a group of 15 people. Due to the size of the group, we were forced to order the recommended starter for €25.00. For my main course, I chose pasta, which was unfortunately very poorly cooked and barely edible for €20—I only ate about a third of it. I also ordered a bottle of Italian beer (0.3l) and a glass of wine (0.2l). The total bill came to €58. In my opinion, the price is completely excessive; the food was of poor quality and not even close to worth the price. I honestly feel quite ripped off and am extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality.

Despite having made a reservation, we waited 30 minutes standing for a table. Several tables were available, but when we asked, they only allowed groups of four or more people. When we repeatedly asked when a table would be available, we were simply told, "We don't know." Very disappointing and unprofessional. And this despite having made a reservation. That's not how you treat customers. We left after several people came in and were seated immediately. A very arrogant attitude, which we think deserves a bad review. We will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The best burger for me. Every time I return to Bad Soden, I try to eat there. The menu is extensive, but I recommend the truffle burger, my favorite.

The Rocco Grill in Bad Soden is a beautiful restaurant with a great ambiance – a stylish bar, a cozy winter garden, and a covered terrace make every visit special. The cuisine here is of the highest standard: The grilled octopus and baby calamari are fantastic, as are the pizzas, the fish of the day, and the incredibly delicious steaks. We particularly recommend the Tagliata di Manzo (fillet steak with artichokes) – a real highlight. The burgers are also a delight, whether classic or the veggie version. The Sauvignon Blanc from Sanct Valentin goes perfectly with the meal… it's a bit more expensive, but tastes sensational. And if you love cocktails, you should definitely try the Brockmann Gin and Tonic with berries – simply amazing! For us, the Rocco Grill is one of the best restaurants in the area and absolutely top-notch… highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Ambiente - sowohl Innen als auch im Außenbereich

We were regulars for a long time – at least once, often twice a week – and regularly recommended the restaurant to friends. But our last visit was so disappointing that we won't be returning. We had invited guests and, as usual, wanted to have a pleasant evening. Instead, we were disappointed by the service and the entire process. The salami pizza, which we had ordered countless times before, suddenly came with onions – even though they were never included. Instead of recooking it, the onions were simply removed and the pizza was put back in the oven. What we were ultimately served was a burnt, dry pizza. It took almost two hours for it to finally arrive on the table. Even the most expensive steak on the menu was served without a side dish. The fries only arrived after we asked – but so late that the meal was already over. What was particularly unpleasant was that the four of us ate one after the other because the dishes didn't arrive at the same time. We gave the owner feedback – hoping that the suggestions would help improve things. Instead of understanding, however, we were met with defensive and rude reactions. We felt truly uncomfortable having put our guests in this situation. We're almost ashamed of having invited them there. The restaurant has changed dramatically. Service, tone, and quality have declined significantly. After all these years, that's especially unfortunate—but for us, it was the last time.

Well, the menu I was most looking forward to was the Wagyu + Caviar bites, but the one I got was a very dry meat that was almost sashimi-thick and well-done. Haha I was a little surprised because it was different from the picture, and the quality of the caviar didn't seem that great, but it was about 13 euros for one piece. The vongole pasta and dessert menu were good, and the servers were friendly. We paid about 65 to 70 euros per person for two appetizers, a main dish, dessert, and a drink. We ate outside, and the atmosphere was really nice. But, the menu I liked the most was Wagyu + Caviar, or the menu, which I liked, was really tasty, the meat was so thick, the sashimi was so thick and the food was so good. Ha-ha, ich war ein wenig überrascht, weil es sich vom Bild unterschied, und die Qualität des Kevere schien nicht großartig zu sein, aber es waren etwa 13 Euro pro Stück. Die vongole Pasta und das Dessertmenü waren gut, und die Server waren freundlich. l Ich saß draußen und die Atmosphäre war so gut. Will ja noch mal besuchen.

After numerous visits to Rocco, yesterday was a complete disappointment! Immediately upon arrival, we were rudely shown to a table directly on the street, despite having a reservation on the terrace. When we asked, the staff explained in an inappropriate tone that everything outside was a "terrace"! I should have expressed myself more clearly!!! Hard bread, pasta drenched in oil, and completely lacking service rounded off the disastrous evening! It was embarrassing for our guests to have invited them to such a restaurant. That was also the last time! There's no comparison to our visits to Rocco's in recent years. You don't feel like a welcome guest in a restaurant that, not least in terms of price, claims to be in the upscale category. We will choose a different restaurant in the future so we can spend a pleasant evening with friends!

Nach zahlreichen Besuchen im Rocco war es am gestrigen Tag eine einzige Enttäuschung! Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir trotz Reservierung auf der Terrasse harsch an einen Tisch direkt an der Straße verwiesen. Auf Nachfrage wurde von der Angestellten in einem unangemessenen Tonfall erklärt, dass draußen alles „Terrasse“ sei! Ich solle mich deutlicher ausdrücken!!! Hartes Brot, in Öl ertränkte Pasta und ein gänzlich an Aufmerksamkeit mangelnder Service rundeten den misslungenen Abend ab! Es war schon peinlich unseren Gästen gegenüber, sie in ein derartiges Restaurant eingeladen zu haben. Das war auch das letzte Mal! Zu den Besuchen im Roccos in den letzten Jahren kein Vergleich. So fühlt man sich nicht als willkommener Gast in einem Restaurant, welches nicht zuletzt preislich zur gehobenen Klasse gehören möchte. Wir werden zukünftig ein anderes Restaurant wählen, um mit Freunden einen schönen Abend verbringen zu können!

Wir waren das erste Mal hier. Da es ein amerikanisch-italienische Fusionsküche sein soll, wollten wir unbedingt die Kunst des Chefkochs auf Beef Briskett und Wagyu testen. Wir hatten eine Woche zuvor einen Tisch bestellt. Das Personal war schon bei der Ankunft arrogant. Nachdem wir zwei Cocktails bestellt haben, warteten wir geduldig auf das Essen. Die Cocktails waren sehr gut zubereitet. Leider wieder nicht besonders gekonnt serviert. Verschüttet. Sie wollte nochmal mir eine neue Serviette zukommen lassen. Kam nie an. Was lange währt, wird doch gut? Die Hauptspeise kam. Ich war etwas überrascht. Auf dickes Stück Brot und dazwischen viiieeel Sauce. Hm, habe den Wagyu schlecht schmecken können. Dazu habe ich zwei bestellt. Also doppelt bezahlt! Das Beef Brisket war noch schlimmer. Völlig ausgetrocknet ! Schwam in BBQ Sauce. !! Nichts mehr mit knusprig oder schön rosa. Hauptsache viiieel Sauce drüber. Wie in der Billigkneipe!! Einfach nur schlecht! Für fast 40 Euro eine Unverschämtheit! Der Koch wirbt auf seiner Seite mit Kochkunst und Qualität. ! Nichts davon haben wir geschmeckt! Unfassbar! Wenn du noch was sagst, ist das schon arrogantes Personal noch ignoranter und noch arroganter! Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen diesen Laden niemals für Fleischspezialitäten zu besuchen! Schlechtes Essen für viel zu überteuertes Geld! Eine Frechheit, sich gute Küche zu nennen, geschweige denn guter Koch! Schämt euch für eure schlechte Küche! Wir kommen NIE wieder!

A highly recommended restaurant in Bad Soden that successfully combines classic elements with a modern flair. The decor is stylish, a blend of modern industrial design and a fine dining atmosphere that immediately invites you to feel at home. The kitchen impresses with creative dishes that sit somewhere between fine Italian cuisine and pizzeria, an interesting and successful blend. The appetizers in particular stand out: the tomato and tuna carpaccio was simply sensational. The service is top-notch: attentive, friendly, and professional. You feel well looked after throughout. In summer, the beautiful terrace is also a great place to linger. The prices are on the high side, but absolutely justified given the quality and ambiance.

Wir waren zu viert im Restaurant. Wir würden an einen Eckplatz voll in der Sonne gesetzt und nicht gefragt, ob wir woanders sitzen möchten. Irgendwo in die Ecke gepflanzt. Das ist schon mal kein Service, obwohl alles frei war. Wir hatten auch reserviert. Der Service war schleppend und unmotiviert. Die Speisen waren bis auf den Burger ungenießbar. Die Spaghetti mit Muscheln waren in einem Öl Bad, was dazu führte, dass einem schlecht wird. Der Salat war ein César Salat . War eine kleine Portion für diesen Preis eigentlich eine Frechheit. Die Spareribs waren komplett nur aus Fett und haben nach nichts geschmeckt. Da sie schon gegart wurden und nicht gegrillt war schon klar. Aber die waren richtig fett und richtig schlecht. Und dann musste ich ewig warten, bis ich zahlen konnte. Bin dann selber an die Kasse gegangen. Die Rechnung betrug fast 300 € kein Dankeschön oder möchten Sie noch ein Likör aufs Haus gar nichts. Für mich war das die größte Enttäuschung und ich werde nie wieder dahingehen, geschweige denn dieses Restaurant jemanden empfehlen.

Freundliche Begrüßung, Aperitif und Wasser prompt am Tisch . Aufnahme der Bestellung und Beratung zu den Speisen kompetent und informativ. Angemessene Wartezeit bis zum Servieren der Speisen. Das Essen selbst in gewohnter sehr guter Qualität , frisch verarbeitete Produkte, feine Aromen und schöne Präsentation auf dem Teller . Dass der Espresso zum Schluss ebenfalls sehr gut war, ist schon fast selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, wir wurden aufmerksam und freundlich behandelt , haben prima gegessen und getrunken, wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder .

As always, a very nice visit, in the summer you can sit outside, when it's cooler or rainy you can eat very good pasta, pizza or meat dishes inside.

The number of people is sufficient for the size, but there's no clear structure. They were running around in all directions, which made you think they were busy. It was a very long wait until someone found time, except for paying, where everything was quick. - Ambience, very nice and interestingly decorated. A well-stocked bar.

I would rate the quality of the food as ok. But it is very expensive. Small extra requests on the pizza cost an extra €5.00. Glass of white wine 0.2 L € 9.00 Apple spritzer € 5.90 There were four of us who ate there, 3 pizzas, 1 pasta and 4 k. Side dishes salads and paid over €130.

My wife enjoys coming to Rocco and we have always been very satisfied. Nice ambience, great service and a good selection of food. Prices have risen sharply recently and portions haven't gotten any bigger. We had the Cesar salad and the homemade pasta with shrimp and truffles. First there was some tomato butter and some bread. Unfortunately, the Cesar salad had a little bit of sauce and therefore tasted a bit dry, but when we asked, they immediately added some dressing. The noodles were okayish in quantity. If you had taken a starter, the portion would have been absolutely fine. The taste of the noodles was a bit bland, but with salt and pepper it was a little better. Maybe it will be a little better next time, but the price/performance isn't right at the moment.

Netter Empfang, nettes Ambiente und das war es dann. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem gehobenen Stammrestaurant und probierten "DIE BESTEN - Hausgemachte Tagliatelle mit Scampi & frischem Trüffel". Es kamen geschmacksneutrale Nudel in Sahnesauce. Knoblauch schmeckte vor. Mit ordentlich Salz und Pfeffer wurde es essbar. Die Trüffel waren rar, die Scampi ballten sich am Boden eines kleinen, sehr tiefen Tellers und kamen erst am Ende zum Vorschein. Das war bei der Größe der Portion schnell erreicht. 26,50 Euro! Die Bedienung frage nicht, ob es geschmeckt habe.

Sehr lecker, sehr gute Service. Kann ich empfehlen.

Langsamer, unaufmerksamer Service - obwohl es nicht sehr voll war haben wir min 20 Minuten aufs erste Getränk gewartet. Das Essen war ordentlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Da passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Die Speisen waren durchweg ausgezeichnet, das Filet wurde auf Wunsch auf den Punkt nachgebraten. Das Wagyu war ein Erlebnis.

The fries and especially the sweet potato fries are also incredibly delicious! But today I decided on pasta. The pasta dishes, pizza, salads and of course for meat lovers, the beef fillet are super fresh, authentic and simply delicious! Everything here is prepared with great attention to detail. If you like truffles, you will love the homemade tagliatelle with truffles! 🍕🍝 The wine and drink selection at Rocco is also highly recommended. And if you still have room for dessert, you will be delighted with the delicious Kaiserschmarrn or a traditional tiramisu. I only had room for something small today and I decided on the lemon basil sorbetto. Perfect if you still want something refreshing. 🍮🍷 Whether for a romantic dinner for two, a cozy evening with friends or a special celebration - the Rocco offers a unique atmosphere and unforgettable taste experiences. So, if you are in Bad Soden and love Mediterranean cuisine, Rocco is definitely worth a visit! ✨🍽️ Try it out and enjoy your meal! The food was very tasty. I had a burger. This tasted very good. The bread was burnt in one place. A portion at my table was very small. The price is way too high. Personally, I wouldn't have been satisfied with this portion. In general, the prices are quite high, but the food also tastes good.

Very good Italian restaurant, modern and generously equipped. Very clean and tidy. The food came to the table quickly and was delicious. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Good choice of reworked Italian dishes Menu on the placemat. Starters, first courses, second courses and dessert were all much appreciated. Excellent choice of wines, much appreciated "il tignanello" from Bolgheri and "le Difesa" from Antinori.

We were at Rocco's today as part of a trade fair visit and I am really impressed by both the excellent food and the extremely attentive service. As a small gift there was fresh bread with tomato butter and as a starter I had the octopus and as the main course I had veal spare ribs - everything was very, very tasty! We'd love to come back!

We were able to reserve a table at short notice on Saturday and were absolutely thrilled! Although it was quite spontaneous, we even got a place in the beautiful winter garden. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating – really a highlight of the evening. The location itself is very stylish and cozy, you immediately feel at home. And the food? Simply delicious! Every dish was excellently prepared and we were completely impressed. We can highly recommend Rocco Italian Grill & Bar and will definitely come back!

Domenico è il proprietario e il vero “mattatore” di Rocco Italian Grill & Bar: sua è l’idea di creare un locale “fuori dagli schemi”: questo è il regno della carne, tenera e aromatica, degli hamburger sempre con abbinamenti particolarmente delicati e originali. Il menù Rocco comprende anche i classici della cucina Italiana, deliziose varianti di antipasti, come il vitello tonnato, la scamorza grigliata su insalata tiepida di carciofi o gli scampi etc. etc. Ottimi i dolci rivisitati come iltiramisù e la crostata calda al pistacchio con un cuore liquido. Il posto é bello, elegante, curato nei particolari: in posizione strategica e, nella bella stagione, con un grazioso dehor esterno. Quello che colpisce appena varcato l’ingresso è il grande Bar, con una vetrina ricca di bottiglie anche di etichette pregiate. Il Bar non è secondario: qui si possono degustare deliziosi Cocktail e Drink, organizzare banchetti, cerimonie e eventi. E a Domenico e al suo Staff non sfugge nulla: qualche passaggio discreto e mai invadente per controllare i piatti che escono dalla cucina e per sincerarsi della soddisfazione dei clienti. Personale di sala giovane e gentile, tempi di attesa corretti e conto abbastanza “salato” ma in linea con quella che è la qualità della materia prima lavorata. E, scambiando quattro chiacchere con Domenico, traspare tutta la passione per la sua attività che segue in tutte le sue fasi: dall’aquisto delle materie prime, alla preparazione, all’approvvigionamento….insomma H24 , o quasi, sette giorni su sette……..!!! Tale impegno e tale passione traspare sui piatti che arrivano al tavolo. Nel nostro caso: - Vitello tonnato l'originale (filetto di vitello arrosto, crema di tonno, capperi fritti). - Paccheri con salsiccia e funghi. - L'insalata di Rocco (Misto di lattuga, rucola, cetriolo, pomodorini e barbabietola). - Parmigiana di melanzane. - Tiramisù Old School Di bell’aspettto anche la pizza: ottima la cantina ricca di etichette: sempre affollato, è consigliato prenotare. Un indirizzo sicuro: complimenti a tutto Staff di sala e di cucina e…..un arrivederci a presto. Dalla Hundertwasser Haus si raggiunge in pochi passi il ristorante Rocco a Bad Soden. E la stazione della S-Bahn più vicina "Bad Soden" è a soli 550 metri di distanza.

Ich, bzw. wir sind immer sehr zufrieden mit den Speisen, die es bei Rocco gibt. Die Speisekarte wird saisonal verändert und das ist immer eine Überraschung, die wir sehr schätzen.

When we arrived we politely stood at the entrance. A waitress almost ran over us with a tablet and a brisk walk and claimed the right of way. Another waitress then came and asked for a reservation and had a choice of table. Because of the great menu, we were spoiled for choice. After ordering, despite a maximum of 50% occupancy, it took a good 20 minutes. very long. Meanwhile, another waitress was re-setting the neighboring table by holding the forks by the tips so as not to have to walk around the table. The dishes are beautifully prepared and taste good. We would have liked a little more sophistication when it came to pricing. In total you have to expect at least €50 per person if you don't opt ​​for pizza and hamburgers.

The food was fantastic and the service was super nice! We sat outside and the ambience near the Hundertwasser House is great. I just wish there were a few more non-alcoholic cocktails. I would definitely like to come back :)
