When he arrives at the table, Mal is immediately given water and bread with olive oil, followed by a greeting from the kitchen. After an aperitif, we were first told what was on the menu today, as the restaurant doesn't have menus. We had various things for starters, grilled pulpo with chilli, crayfish and vitello tonnato. For the main course there was fillet in a pepper sauce, turbot and truffle pasta. For dessert, pana cotta and tiramisu. The food was just a wow experience. Italian cuisine is not just served here, it is lived. 5 stars
