Unfreundliche Bedienung und ein überheblicher Chef. Das Essen ist ok, aber für Preis und Behandlung unangemessen.

Sehr lecker und man merkt dass hier alles selbst hergestellt bzw gemacht wird Service war sehr gestresst und etwas unfreudlich - im Vergleich zu 2022 ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht Essen war auch, wie 2022, top Die Desserts sind hier sehr zu empfehlen

Von Kindheit bis heute, eines der wundervollsten Lokale in weiter Umgebung. Hervorragender Speisen, ein wundervoller Service, gehobenes und weiches Ambiente. Ein Abend, dass zum Träumen lädt. Gehoben ohne überheblich zu sein. Elegant und trotzdem ganz zart… Ich liebe es hier zu sein!!! Vielen lieben Dank!!! An die Küche und den Service!

Perfekt, ein perfektes Pastagericht, der Service, Pasquale, der Inhaber und Kellner wie aus einer anderen Zeit, gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

You can immediately tell that they truly care about their guests' well-being. All the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful – we felt completely at ease. Everything here is just right: quality, service, and ambiance. Plus, the value for money is excellent. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

Ignore the negative reviews. Absolutely incomprehensible. The waiters and chefs here do a fantastic job. They offer daily specials off the menu, and I think the prices are reasonable. And then, the dessert... oh man, you rarely find such a great tiramisu! Clean surroundings, also nice with the open facade. Clean restrooms, open bar, and a wide wine selection. And – real Italian, real flair!

Exceptional dining experience at Leon d’Oro! We had an unforgettable evening at Leon d’Oro in Riva del Garda. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, truly showcasing authentic Italian cuisine. A special mention goes to our waiter, Hazem, who made the evening even better. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, offering great recommendations and making sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. His warm personality added a personal touch to the whole experience. If you’re in Riva del Garda, I highly recommend dining here. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a lovely atmosphere!

Conclusion: The food is very tasty, but absolutely not suitable for families. We've eaten at Leon d'oro several times, and the food is really delicious. However, we don't feel comfortable here as a family. The owner goes to great lengths to make guests with children feel as uncomfortable as possible, so they won't come back. Recently, we were told to use the back exit so "we'd be out faster." We usually eat here quite early; there are often hardly any tables occupied, and our child eats well and doesn't make a mess on the table or the floor. It's not loud, and it doesn't run around. Nevertheless, people look at you very disparagingly, and you feel like you're not supposed to come back.

The food was very solid, tasty, but not a highlight that would make me say: I definitely have to have it again. The service was very good, our waiter Cristian did an outstanding job and was very funny at the same time. The atmosphere didn't have much of an Italian feeling, but more could definitely happen here. The parasols from a brewery alone don't fit into the picture for me. Otherwise very cordial.

Poor service. I waited over 1/2 hour for a pizza margarita. Everyone else sitting at my table had eaten and were waiting to leave soon. There were no excuses either.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. The pizza had a lot of cheese, but unfortunately very few other ingredients. In addition, the staff was rude: we came with a small water bottle (0.5L) in hot weather, but the waiter immediately came and asked us to put it away. Overall, the atmosphere was unpleasant and we didn't feel comfortable.

Very good Italian food, the tableware is also very unique, the pasta is cooked very well, the noodles are springy and smooth, the side dishes are fresh and carefully prepared, each Haihong has seasonings and sauces, it is worth recommending.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr engagierte Bedienung. Vitello Tonnato war okay, allerdings war das Kalbfleisch sehr trocken. Taglione mit Trüffel sehr überteuert mit wenig Trüffel und sehr trocken es fehlte eindeutig eine leichte Bechamel. Weinauswahl der Pinot Grigio war excellent.

A very sweet little shop located in a quiet neighborhood. The menu is a bit limited but tasty. It was a bit noisy from the patrons - no music and the staff were friendly.

Pasquale is one of our favorite Italians in Frankfurt and we can only recommend him. There is always something new to discover on the map. The pasta and meat dishes in particular are great. The service is nice and courteous, the atmosphere is good for a cozy evening.

Nice place, nothing special but with its charm. There were two of us and we had tortellini with ricotta and spinach, really good. The service leaves something to be desired, a strange thing happened, at a certain point everyone in the room disappeared, we were waiting to order a coffee, a table next to us still hadn't eaten, another table was waiting to ask for the account, we turned to see if anyone was coming when we realized that the staff was sitting at a table having lunch!!!!!!! Something I've never seen before in my entire life. However, despite what I don't know if it's customary or if it was a coincidence, I recommend trying it because the food is good.

How others can give this 3 stars or more is a mystery. I had ordered a pizza and a Diet Coke, I got a tiny (I think 200ml) Coke Zero, the tomato sauce was too watery and the dough was too thick and not quite cooked through (but that seemed to be exactly what I wanted, because everyone else had it). It was exactly the same at the table), but what makes me only give one star is the unfriendly service: simply moving someone over during the meal without even asking in a friendly way is extremely cheeky and the opposite of hospitality. Conclusion: too expensive, poor quality and unfriendly staff

Heerlijke aan tafel gefileerde grote vis, verse salade, rustige italiaanse muziek, grappa vd zaak en keurige aankleding tafel en tafellinnen. Aanrader voor wie siciliaanse tafel ambieerd! Steht uns der Sinn nach italienischem Essen, dann gehen wir ins "Leon d'Oro". Ob nur zu zweit oder für eine größere Feier - in diesem wunderbaren familiären Lokal fühlen wir uns immer ausgesprochen wohl und willkommen. Sicherlich ist es oft voll und dann auch etwas lauter, aber in welchem guten Ristorante ist es das nicht? Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist topp. Mein Sohn liebt die Pizza, meine Tochter die Pasta mit Trüffeln. Meine Frau kann sich meistens schwer entscheiden, findet dann aber doch immer das Richtige. Mein Tipp sind die Lammkoteletts... und dazu einen "Primitivo". Wenn Liebe durch den Magen geht, dann ist das "Leon d'Oro" voller Liebe.

Wenn ein Restaurant auf seiner Webseite schreibt, dass man bis 23:30 Uhr zu Gast sein darf, dann ist es ein Unding, um zehn Minuten vor 22 Uhr gesagt zu bekommen, dass man nicht mehr bekommt. Wir waren zu zweit, Freunde von uns waren nach einer Lesung schon früher ins Restaurant gegangen. Wir mussten dann um eine Pizza und einen Salat regelrecht bitten, drei weitere Freunde, die noch etwas später kamen, kriegten garnichts mehr zu Essen, sondern höchst missmutig ein Glas Wein hingestellt. Und das an einem Samstagabend. Bitte ändern Sie also die Angaben auf ihrer Webseite. Das Essen war gut, aber längst nicht so großartig, wie in vielen Kommentaren angeboten. Vielleicht war mir aber auch der Appetit vergangen nach diesem Umgang.
