Vegetarian pizza really scary no vegetables at all neither olive pepper corn broccoli or or just cucumber and anti pasti mushrooms phew ha...... No apology or possible offer of something to drink Never again 🤑

Very bad experience unfortunately there is no respect for the customers

We ended up there by chance on our way home to an inconspicuous, aging (which is shameful and somehow fitting) Italian restaurant. Our food (pasta with truffle + salami pizza + rocket) was soooo delicious and the portions were also plentiful and the service was also good super friendly Be sure to try it out 🙋‍♀️

I have to say that I have rarely eaten such a delicious lunch. There was very good authentic Italian cuisine as I know it from Italy. It's a shame I don't work there anymore, but I always enjoyed eating there.

Unfortunately, our visit to your restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The problems started with the food: the portion of pasta was so small that we initially thought it was a children's menu. It was simply impossible for an adult guest to get enough of it. The taste of the Bolognese was okay, but the carelessly put together salad, which was also drowning in a flood of oil, wasn't convincing either. These culinary deficiencies might have been manageable - you would have decided not to come back if you didn't like what was on offer. But the real reason for our public criticism is how we are treated as guests. Before placing our order, we specifically asked whether payment with an EC card was possible. The waitress assured us that this would not be a problem. However, when the moment came to pay, the alleged business owner took over the cashier and suddenly the card reader didn't work. The fact that it wasn't our card was confirmed by a subsequent problem-free withdrawal of money from the ATM. Instead of showing understanding or offering a solution, he treated us in an inappropriate manner and also had to listen to outrageous comments that were meant to be “funny” and lacked any professionalism. We were made to feel as if we were unable to pay - an experience that was not only unpleasant but also disrespectful. This visit was definitely our first and last. Fortunately, there are numerous alternatives in the area that are much more convincing not only in terms of cuisine but also in dealing with guests.

Certainly a nice place to have a café outside in the summer, the hustle and bustle of the staff proves that the pizzas must be good, there were definitely regular guests here. We wanted to eat something before our train arrived on November 3rd, but due to the high number of guests, we ended up only having time for a cappuccino and a piece of cake. Both were delicious and not expensive at all. The fact that all the entrances were open and there was a lot of traffic meant that we caught a cold. As I said: always happy in summer, not so much in autumn/winter. You have to give the house credit for the fact that the entire train station was a construction site with no place to stop for refreshments and everything was supposed to be collected here. We will happily come back for the delicious coffee and cake; However, if you have to continue your journey, you should not lose sight of your timetable. If I were based there, I would definitely try out the menu.

Waiting time longer than studying law

The visit to Casa Nostra was spontaneous and unnecessary. We got a table in the aisle and felt like we were at the airport. Quiet conversations were impossible, the music, which unfortunately wasn't just playing in the background and was a mix of Italian rock, pop but also Arabic, stopped all conversations. As a starter there was bruschetta. 2 pieces for 5.90. There was no salt, garlic and basil, but there was rocket and balsamic cream. The main course sounded promising, but only partly met our expectations. The noodles were still extremely Al Dente, the quantity was very manageable. There was no salt in the kitchen, but the balsamic cream had to go. Even though the main course was salmon and porcini mushrooms/truffles, the balsamic vinegar was very present on the plate. Afterwards we noticed that the tables that did not order an appetizer received a greeting from the kitchen, while those with an appetizer did not receive a greeting from the kitchen. Overall just not recommended. It was possible to pay by card, but the fact that the lack of service was not rewarded with a tip was commented on non-verbally.

Definitely the worst Italian restaurant I have met in all of Hamburg: warm beer, cold and boring pizza, small sea bream with bland side dishes, unfriendly, arrogant waiter, unpleasant noise and on top of that we had to wait well over an hour for our food. Nobody needs that.

Was nothing. Waiter overwhelmed, food took forever, mood became more and more tense and still no result.

This was the second time I was in the restaurant with my friend. This time a table was reserved in my name. When you entered, however, you weren't asked whether you had a reservation. We therefore had a free choice of table. Coincidentally, the table behind us was reserved for two people.. When I asked after paying, it was confirmed that the table was reserved for me. Please, at restaurants where you can make reservations, always ask the guests whether they have reserved a table or not, so that such rookie mistakes are not repeated. The dishes were good, but not so good that you would want to order the same thing next time. Service was basically okay. Nice service. Co-worker was apparently new, but a co-worker was always with her.

Rude server got calzone and orderd pizza server was rude when we tried to tell her we got the wrong order
