The food or pizza there was very tasty! I also think the price-performance ratio for pasta, pizza and the like is very fair. The waiters were all super nice and friendly. They always made a few jokes and overall the atmosphere there was very good. I can only recommend it and will definitely come back.

It's all about tips, when you pay you are told that tips are not included. Until now I was of the opinion that I was giving the tip voluntarily and based on the politeness of the operator and the quality of the food. I'll keep it that way!!

A lovely lunch for two at Casa Nostra 🇮🇹 is perfect as a time out in Hamburg's summer heat and sunshine 😮☀️ with a free soup for starter - it tasted super nice 😋 there is already good style to feel 🍽️ We chose pizza vegetariania and cannelloni - and it tasted wonderful 😌🙏 The biggest surprise, however, was that the price incl. a large bottle of Aqua mineral was under €24 - and the waiter simply wouldn't accept my generous tip 👏😀 and instead gave me most of it back 🥇 which was a really nice gesture towards a grateful tourist 🤓👍🤗

Food not so great. But one of the few places that accept card payments in St. Georg. The waiter wanted to enter the service fee when paying by card because he said it wasn't included in the price. When we then made it clear that it was already included in the price. He rowed back. So whether and how much you tip should still be up to the customer; it is still voluntary. Cannot recommend this restaurant in terms of food or service.

Pretty mediocre pizza for an establishment that claims to be an Italian restaurant. Claimed artichoke pizza had 2 slices of artichokes, below average crust, clearly not Italian

We went out to eat yesterday on a recommendation and at first we received a friendly welcome and unfortunately our pizza didn't meet our expectations, so both of my mother's and mine's pizzas were totally tough and you couldn't get through it with cutlery, even when asked with a pizza knife and the waitress saw the pizzas and understood what we meant but because she only spoke English we couldn't communicate. She asked for a cappuccino on the house but they didn't want to give us the money, even if the boss asked me what I wanted to and they came to me with the money and they didn't. They didn't want to talk to us anymore and showed us to the door. It's a shame that they treat guests like that. I would leave the resturant based on this experience do not recommend.

Sunday night dinner was excellent. We shared the beef capaccio. I had a delicious shrimp Risotto with saffron. We finished with, what else, but tiramisu.

It was excellent and worth paying for. The wife and I had some delicious lamb with crispy vegetables and a good sauce. And a lovely tiramisu cake. And then wine with the food and a little sharp for the dessert (it was just for me). With tip, we came to 100 euros, so it's not that bad.

Very disappointed. You were already sitting at the table, then the service moved you to another table. The food was almost cold and we had to wait over 50 minutes for the food. You should also order two portions because the food is not enough. I recommend not eating there. What's more, the waitress at the end was so cheeky when paying and asked for a tip. If the food had been good and the staff friendly, I would have happily tipped €5, but that wasn't the case.

On the afternoon of 7.7.24, my wife and I went to Casa Nostra for the first time to have dinner. . Even though he had no right to do so, an indifferent, slightly wavy, short-bearded man, who was obviously the manager or chief there, asked me, "Are you Spanish?"!! In Germany, the address "you" is not addressed to someone you do not know, it is shameful and rude. Especially if that person is a Customer. When I said "I'm Turkish" without spoiling my joy, he looked at me with a disapproving expression!! We ordered 2 Pizzas, I asked them to put extra Garlic on my Vegetarian Pizza. I also ordered OrangenSAFT (Orange Juice). While we were waiting, the same person brought ravioli with butter sauce, olives and 3 slices of bread. It was unclear whether the ravioli was yoghurt or quark and it was disgusting. The pizzas arrived, mine had no garlic smell and no traces of cut garlic pieces. When I asked the chef, he assertively said "there is definitely it". I was halfway through the pizza. When I called the chef again and asked him, he shouted in a very rude voice and said "This is not Turkish pizza, it is not like the ones you eat". I was about to stand up, under pressure from my German wife. "Take this Pizza and bring minced garlic on it," I said. He went and took the garlic powder floating in the water in the tripe halls and came back. "This is what we put on your pizza," he said again in a rude and mocking manner. Me too; I specifically wanted a Vegetable Pizza, to see the real vegetables you have on my pizza. Then I said, "Put the tomato and pepper powder on the pizza, it will be cheaper." (By the way, the green pepper was not fresh, it looked like it had come out of a 40-year-old pickle.). He didn't understand, he looked at it like he was looking at a train! The pizzas were hard as rocks, my wife couldn't cut any of them, I had difficulty cutting them all with the saw power. The pizza ingredients are terrible, they bought the cheapest ones and used them. Oh, and Orange SAFT (Genuine Orange Juice) was literally like the CHEAPEST TASTELESS UNSALTED spoiled vinegar. We didn't drink it, we left it behind. It's literally Nectar. DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO CASA NOSTRA, DO NOT WORRY YOUR STOMACH AND YOUR MIND WITH YOUR MONEY. I have been in Hamburg for 15 years. I am also a gastronomist, I own a Cafe&Bistrom. Every weekend we go to MARIO Eppendorf, who makes the best Pizza in Hamburg in our opinion, and we are always delighted. These Casa Nostra people should quit this job that they do not deserve and earn illicit money and go to MARIO and learn how to make the most delicious Pizza, how to serve and host these primitive, rude Casa Nostra people as soon as possible!

Solid restaurant, good food, good service. Somewhat hasty staff that minor mistakes happen. Most of it could be outshone with a smile.

After a long day at work, we were here and finished the day together. The service was very good and the food tasted very good. Our extra requests were no problem. We shared our food and so we were able to try out lots of delicious things. Yummy!

We recently visited Casa Nostra with family and were overall disappointed. Unfortunately, the “funny” sayings from the waiters were more inappropriate than entertaining. What was particularly annoying was the lack of a children's menu, which meant we had to pay the full adult price for the children too. In addition, the waiters were unfriendly towards the children, which made the visit very unpleasant for us as a family. Unfortunately, the pizza was only mediocre and didn't really impress us. We were definitely hoping for more from a restaurant.

Nachdem ich Platz genommen hatte, dauerte es 10 Minuten, bis jemand mir ohne Begrüßung im Vorbeigehen eine Speisekarte auf den Tisch legte. Eine Tafel mit Extra Gerichten, die anderen Tischen hingestellt wurde, bekam ich nicht zu sehen. Ein anderer Kellner stellte sich nach einer ganzen Weile an meinen Tisch und schaute mich an (er fragte nicht, was ich bestellen möchte, er schaute mich nur an). Ich bestellte dann eine Pizza und Wein. Die bestellte Pizza kam relativ schnell und war ganz ok (ziemlich salzig und mit dem Besteck eigentlich nicht zu schneiden, aber halt ok. Als nach dem Essen der Teller abgeräumt wurde (natürlich ohne Worte) bat ich um die Rechnung. Ich wartete wieder 15 Minuten vergeblich. Dann winkte ich den Chef an meinen Tisch. Ich erzählte ihm die ganze Story. Er entschuldigte sich und begründete das damit, dass die Mutter des Kellners 3 Stunden zuvor gestorben sei. Mein Fazit: Ich habe noch nie so unfreundliches, arrogantes Personal in einem italienischen Restaurant erlebt und werde hier auch garantiert nicht nochmal einkehren. Auch anderen kann ich nur abraten.

Alles nur nicht Italienisch: bruschetta war mit eiskalten Tomatenstücken belegt (Tomaten gehören nicht in den Kühlschrank, da sie an Aroma verlieren) und mit Aceto garniert ( geht garnicht), Risotto war Reis mit wässriger Soße ( außerdem kleine Portion für 19.90€), Pizza war geschmacklich gut, viel Käse und wenig Lachs . Außerdem spricht man im Casa Nostra englisch.

Hier ist eine umgeschriebene Version der Bewertung: Das Essen war generell sehr gut, wenn auch die Portionen klein waren. Allerdings fand ich es sehr unangebracht, dass bei der Bezahlung ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass der Preis kein Trinkgeld enthält. Zudem wurde erst bei einem Trinkgeld von etwa 20% Danke gesagt. Bei einer Restaurantrechnung von etwa 1000€ plus 180€ Trinkgeld ist das inakzeptabel. Ich werde dort nicht mehr essen gehen.

Sweet little restaurant, very intimate despite the relatively small space to other tables. The Taglioini al Salmone were unfortunately relatively bland but very nicely prepared, the salmon was unfortunately gray instead of a beautiful pink. The service was very friendly and accommodating. A delicious restaurant in itself. I think it's a shame that it was more expensive than what you see on the menu online, and that many of the things that were available online weren't available in the restaurant. What I found worst, however, was that the ambience throughout our entire visit was that the same three songs by Ayliva were playing, which was very tiring after the 4th repetition.

Vorsicht - dies ist eher an "Anmachladen" für junge weibliche Gäste... Die vielen nicht italienischen Mitarbeiten kommen sicher nicht aus Italien... Der Service war arrogant bis frech - das Essen war unterer Durchschnitt - nach einer dreiviertel Stunde nachfragen für die Rechnung - obwohl genug Personal und fast keine Gäste vorhanden - kam nach dem Zahlen die Ansage "bitte kommen Sie nicht wieder". Man sollte immer Aufpassen, wenn der Laden zu leer ist !!!! zum Essen: das Fischfilet war ganz schlecht entgrätet - der Wein völlig überteuert - Summe - nie wieder...

Confused service: different waiters came to the table and failed to follow through, both on our order of red wine and later, when we asked for the check - both had to be asked for twice. Servings were mediocre at best and didn't include all of the ingredients listed on the menu, so starter was bland, and mains (different pastas) where close to tasteless. Also, the weird sour cream-ish dip served with bread in the beginning even seemed to form the base of the different sauces served with our antipasti and pastas alike. Waiter also withheld change as he tried to pressure us to tip... We ended up having a lovely evening, as we were able to share this absurd experience and drink their reasonably priced wine. But please don't go here.

First we had bread and aperitivos. The bread was served with some kind of sour cream (?) and tasteless olives. The drinks were watery (how hard can a negroni be?). Afterwards we had an ok vitello tonnato - not great, not terrible. For mains we had pasta from the board - one ravioli with beats and goat cheese and one with mixed mushrooms and parmesan. Or so the menu said. There was no trace of either goat cheese nor parmesan - or salt for that matter in either of the dishes. Both were so tasteless it tasted even more boring than the sparkling water. After asking for extra parmesan and adding a heavy load of salt it became eatable, but still not great. I think it is the most tasteless food I have ever tasted in a restaurant - well done! The service was fast and kind in the beginning, but in the end of the meal the waiter pushed us for more tips, by asking us how much change we needed after paying. First he tried getting 8 euros, and after us correcting him, he still tried again to gain more, than we wanted to give. When we insisted on a lower tip (after a pour meal) he was openly offended. This awkward experience made me give service 1 star. The room was fine and the red wine (chianti) very drinkable and afforable! The wine was probably the best experience from this visit 🍷

The restaurant had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was served very quickly, even faster than expected. While we were still busy with the starter, the main course was already served. The Margherita pizza was okay, but I would have liked more tomato flavor and basil. The tiramisu was tasty, although not as juicy as the tiramisus I had tried before. Overall everything was fine.

We felt like an Italian restaurant again. We decided, also because we were staying nearby, to stop at Casa Nostra in the Lange Reihe. As it quickly turned out, this was a very good decision. Saturday evening, without a reservation, we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The tables were beautifully set and, what we particularly love, there were cloth napkins. The food was ordered quickly, as was the matching wine. The choice fell on a vegetarian pizza and duck breast in Campari orange sauce. Both excellent. The service is very attentive and puts you in a good mood. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We felt comfortable and will come back.

Lunch (until 4 p.m.) 2 large and tasty pizzas €7.90 each, first of all 2 delicious tomato soups with bread (included in the price) and 2 coffees (€3 each) = €21.80 and that In the middle of Hamburg: good and cheap. Service polite and unobtrusive

Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich, vor allem uns Frauen gegenüber. Der Kellner empfing uns mit einen Befehlston und forderte uns auf, einen Aperetiv und Vorspeise zu bestellen, erst als ich eine klare Ansage machte, wir schauen in Ruhe und bestellen dann, gab er Ruhe. Ich bestellte mir einen gemischten Salat zur Pizza. Die Salatsoße bestand aus einer Estragoncreme, sehr streng und obendrauf war simpel Basmico Essig drauf gekringelt und sehr süss das ganze, für mich nicht essbar, aber mein Mann opferte sich und aß es, aus Höflichkeit. Die Pizza Tonno war okay aber alle andere drei Hauptgerichte waren teilweise zu fett oder die Soße unbeschreiblich und nicht genießbar, wurde dann auch nicht aufgegessen. Ein Gericht wurde falsch gebracht und am Ende 7 Euro teurer, wohl auch nicht der Rede wert!! Am Ende musste ich die Rechnung mehrmals anfordern, da das Auto schon vor der Tür stand um uns abzuholen. Ich gab dann noch ein gutes Trinkgeld, nicht einmal ein Danke wert. Die Toilettentüren standen weit offen, was man auch roch. Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen, vor allem für den Preis. Auch die Unfreundlichkeit und der Service war mnagelhaft und an italienisches Essen und Sevice kommt es nicht mal in die Nähe. Mein Fazit nicht zu empfehlen nie wieder

Service war sehr höflich, hörte nur leider nicht zu, als ich auf Nachfrage sagte, dass es nicht schmeckt. Ich hatte ein Beilagensalat, der nicht essbar war. Die Spaghetti Bolognese waren Spaghettini, und sahen aus wie ein Hundehaufen. Appetitlich ist anders. Wir beobachteten andere Gäste die ebenfalls was auszusetzen hatten und der Gastgeber ebenfalls nicht zuhören wollte. Ein Gericht wurde von uns nicht ansatzweise aufgegessen, da kam nicht mal die Nachfrage wieso nicht.

Buena pizzería a precio moderado y muy buena atención

Freundliches Personal und sehr sauber. Essen war Risotto mit Scampi und Steinpilzen. War super. Auch das Bruchetta war spitze mit frischen Tomaten, hätte mit warmen Brot besser geschmeckt. Alles schön angerichtet. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, warum sich hier etliche Leute bis ins Detail über das Restaurant beschweren und dann trotzdem 4 Sterne vergeben. Man kann doch auch einfach ehrlich sein, eine faire Bewertung abgeben und damit anderen Leuten helfen. Das Restaurant hat doch eher Imbisscharkter. In den Deckenlampen liegen die toten Fliegen, die man von überall aus gut sehen kann. Was will man denn da noch mehr erwarten? Es gibt doch allein in dieser Straße zig Alternativen, wenn man das nicht mag. Man bekommt etwas Warmes in den Bauch, der Kellner macht dazu noch seine aufgewärmten Witzchen und fertig.

Preisleistung gut, freundlicher Service gutes Essen

Dir hatten ein Treffen mit einem Personaldienstleister und haben sehr gut getrunken und gegessen. Die Atmosphäre ist stimmig und die Bedienung war zuverlässig und schnell und das bei ca. 30 Personen.

Wenn man einen guten Italiener sucht, sollte man meiner Meinung nach einen großen Bogen um dieses Restaurant machen. Der Service ist unterdurchschnittlich. Gäste sitzen mit leeren Gläsern da und der Service unterhält sich schön untereinander an der Theke. Die Pizza würde ich auf keinen Fall mit einer italienischen Pizza vergleichen. Jede Pizza vom Dönerladen schmeckt genauso. Es war definitv der erste und letzte Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Wie man hierfür 4 Sterne und mehr vergeben kann, bleibt mir ein Rätsel...

Service unterdurchschnittlich... Pizza unterdurchschnittlich... Fazit: Das Restaurant würde ich definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

We had lunch and it was good. They offer enough seating and the personnel is friendly. Being an Italian (and totally based on my opinion) I do have some expectations when it comes down to food traditions. Salads should be dressed with olive oil and tasty (balsamic) vinegar or lemon instead of greasy sauce dressing. The pizza could have been baked off in higher temperatures so that it would have been more crunchy. Other than that, it was a good lunch.

So, ich bin häufig hier gewesen und das Essen hat immer qualitativ und quantitativ überzeugt. Service wenig lethargisch bei der Bedienung, dafür aber in der Fähigkeit, den Gast unwohl fühlen zu lassen ganz weit oben. Ich würde jungen schönen Frauen mit braunen Locken und grünen Augen davon abraten, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen, da ihr dann eventuell auch von einem Kellner mittleren Lebensalters gesagt bekommt, dass ihr „wunder-, wunder- wunderschön“ wärt und diesen an „eine seiner Exfreundinnen erinnert“ sowie dass der obige euch „den ganzen Abend schon beobachten würde“. Nach dieser unangenehmen Situation bei dem Weg ins Bad wird euch dann von euren Begleitungen berichtet, der selbige Kellner würde mehrfach fragen, wer denn „von denen am Tisch der Freund wäre“, was absolut unangenehm, höchst unpassend und nahezu demütigend ist. Aber wenn ihr wissen wollt, welches italienische Parfüm der besagte, oben genannte Herr trägt und ihr hören wollt, dass ihr „sensuell“ riecht, dann könnt ihr gerne mal in dieses schöne Etablissement mit herrlichem Essen, jedoch danach sehr ausgeprägtem Schamgefühl gehen. :)

Wollten Gerichte der Mittagskarte bestellen, wurde uns verweigert mit der Ansage " gibt es nicht an Feiertagen", obwohl davon nirgends etwas stand. Servicequalität stark vom Kellner abhängig, in unserem Fall war der Jüngere recht unfreundlich und machte einen genervten Eindruck - obwohl nicht viel los war. Essen war ok, aber nichts aussergewöhnliches - Preis-Leisung stimmt hier aber. Ambiente ist gut geeignet für romantische Treffen, aber auch gemütliche Abende mit Freunden. Wir werden aber eher keine Stammkunden

Wenn wir in Hamburg sind, immer einen Besuch wert, nur 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, sehr gutes Essen, Preis/Leistung stimmt

Leider bin enttäuscht. Das Essen ist geschmacklich OK aber nicht umwerfend. Die Messer sind so stumpf das man. Die Pizza nicht vernünftig schneiden kann.xee Service war OK und auch nett allerdings beim Bezahlen wollte der Kellner direkt das Trinkgeld mit eingeben was "ich" persönlich unverschämt fande. Ich bin gerne bereit Trinkgeld zu geben aber nicht so. Alles in allem ok aber ich werde nicht nochmal hingehen

Gemütliches und entspanntes Lokal mit ausgezeichneter Küche! Ich kann vor allem die Trüffelpasta von der Tageskarte empfehlen. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder hinkommen!

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Essen vor Ort. Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen bestellt. Vorspeise kam zusammen mit Hauptgericht. Vorspeise war wenig und zu sauer. Hauptreklamation war die Kalbsleber. Miniportion. 2 kleine Scheiben. Die 1. Scheibe war in Ordnung. Die 2. voller Sehnen und nicht genießbar. Nach der Reklamation ist der Wirt mit dem Teller durchs ganze Restaurant, zu anderen Gästen, wie es sein kann, dass man den Teller leer isst und dann reklamiert. Problem: 1. Minischeibe war in Ordnung und gegessen. Erst die 2. war ungenießbar. Nach lautem, unangenehmen Disput wurde eine Minischeibe neu gebracht. Diese habe ich nicht gegessen. Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Mit einer Reklamation sollte anders umgegangen werden. Lieber verhungere ich als dort nochmal zu essen, macht einen großen Bogen um das unfreundliche Restaurant.

Es un lugar que va de lo regular a aceptable. En un principio para recibirte son atentos, después como en general el Europa el servicio es malo. La comida es normal, nada extraordinaria. Los precios son aceptables. Son tolerantes a mesas grandes y en familia.

Man muss Abends reservieren. Es war sehr voll und laut. Die Pizzen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir mussten lange auf das Essen warten. Die Kellner waren überfordert

Leider qualitativ recht Minderwertige Küche. Hinweise zu Allergie wurden auch zuerst nicht umgesetzt.

A crowded evening with many guests in the restaurant. But we got a table, and made our order. Until the food arrived, we got bread and water. The food was WERY good. It was definitely worth waiting for. Good atmosphere in the restaurant and very friendly employees. We could pay with credit card.

Väldigt trevlig personal. Maten var väldigt god och det var överkomliga priser. Skulle gärna äta där igen vid nästa tillfälle

Authentic Italian in Hamburg with a great menu let alone the specials blackboard with scrumptious choice of specialities! The fresh asparagus dish was amazing! Attention to all guests even a solo traveller was no problem. Great service, with a smile and food/wine to boot - all good!

Comimos carpaccio de carne, aceptable, pasta rellena de calabaza, aceptable y la peor pizza que hemos comido en un restaurante italiano, con la masa como las que compras congeladas, con los dibujos debajo y la forma completamente circular. Die Bedienung war nordisch kühl. Die Auswahl ist gut. Das Essen war schmackhaft. Leider war die Lasagne innen kalt, da wohl aufgewärmt. Der Rotwein war sehr warm.
