The most delicious pizza we've ever eaten. As good as in Italy! Very friendly and attentive service. We highly recommend it!

Really bad by Hamburg standards. The food is mediocre. The staff is unfriendly. Tables are arranged across the place like in a cafeteria to maximize seating. Simply not the best. The location is misleading.

Good food, friendly staff, the spaghetti could have been a bit more seasoned, but guys, try the starter soups too – they're divine! I've rarely had such delicious soup.

The food—we had pizza and tortellini—was okay. The service was harsh and rushed. The noise level from the kitchen was very unpleasant and disturbing. In the dining room, people were drying cutlery and dropping it from their hands into a metal container, causing a very loud clatter of plates. In the end, the bill included dessert and a drink, which we didn't have.

We waited almost an hour for our food. Yes, it was busy, but everyone else who ordered after us had finished by the time we got ours. The tortellini was burnt, and the gnocchi were unfortunately just mushy and tasteless. We paid almost 50 euros for two people with a drink each. No one even asked if everything was okay, not even when paying. When we pointed out that unfortunately it wasn't okay, we were met with a curt, "Oh, I'm sorry you didn't like it." What a pity... The location is great! Things can go wrong with lots of customers, but then complaints should be handled differently.

We were there a few days ago. Unfortunately, the waitress barely understood us and often looked desperate when we asked questions, but couldn't provide any information. When we got our food, another waitress laughed at us for changing our order and rudely explained, "What's that?" The food was brought out late, even though there was only one other couple there. The food was also not seasoned. Very, very disappointing.

We were the only ones inside and were shown to our table. Nevertheless, after a while, we had to ask for the menu, as it wasn't brought to us. We ordered Penne Arrabbiata and Spaghetti Napoli. It's annoying when the chef only seems to make one sauce, and the Napoli is way too spicy. So the dish was returned. The portion that came afterward didn't have any seasoning at all—neither salt nor pepper. That's really unnecessary. When clearing the table, no one even asked if everything was okay or anything like that. Very unprofessional. Especially since it's disproportionate to pay €6.50 for a still apple juice spritzer and €5.90 for an Alster. Unfortunately, we definitely wouldn't recommend it...

Pretty good meal here, large serving so I shouldn't have had the bruschetta first course as with pasta carbonara too much to eat. Pasta was ok just a little dry for me. It's good that Alcohol free beer available but wasn't cold unfortunately. Conversation between the waiter and kitchen staff was very loud which spoiled the atmosphere a bit. Also cigarette smoke seemed to drift inside from the tables outside. Good location for a pre dinner meal close to Elbaphilarmonie.

At first, it was just the two of us, and I was the only one who wanted something to eat, which wasn't a problem for the friendly host. When the rest of our group arrived, a few tables and chairs were quickly rearranged, and we spent a few pleasant afternoons here enjoying good food. We'd be happy to come back anytime.

The service was nice, but unfortunately, I got food poisoning from the lasagna. So, I can't recommend this restaurant at all. Sorry, but that's just not possible. My husband also had severe diarrhea, even though he ate something else.

We were a couple and were greeted very warmly and with a sense of humor. We had tagliatelle with salmon and lasagna. Our order arrived quickly and tasted delicious. A bit more spice wouldn't have been a bad idea, but it's suitable for everyone. We highly recommend it!

I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Four of us went there and ordered a variety of dishes. Literally every dish was bland. We sent back three-quarters of one pizza. It was inedible. When asked if we wanted to take the leftovers with us, we said the food wasn't tasty. At least we were each served a free hot drink. Nevertheless, if I'm in Hamburg again and I'm hungry, I'll avoid this place.

So-so. The service seemed a bit harsh, and the prices are a bit higher, which is probably due to the location. The food was okay, but not worth the price. The table next to us got bread and dip beforehand. We left empty-handed. I didn't quite understand the concept. All in all, I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it.

Very, very friendly staff and very helpful. There were five people, and the waitress immediately found us a table. The food was very, very tasty and the portions were large. The price was perfectly reasonable for the portions. The terrace is close to the street, but the noise is bearable, and you can still have a normal conversation at the table. All in all, a great restaurant. We'd be happy to go back.

We had a table outside. As soon as we sat down, we received a greeting from the kitchen. For dinner, we had salad, pasta, and two pizzas. The pasta and salad were excellent. The pizzas had a lot of cheese and were a bit lacking in seasoning. But luckily, everyone has different tastes. The restrooms were clean.

We spontaneously went there for dinner with our little daughter two days ago. We received a very friendly and welcoming welcome, and our daughter had a great time, leaving with an even fuller belly. The food was delicious, fresh, and the portions were definitely generous. Our little one not only got her lunch packed, but also took home some cookies and—most importantly—a lot of joy. We're glad we decided to stop there spontaneously and can only praise both the food and the child-friendliness. Thank you!

We were there with a large group and didn't have to wait long, and the food arrived at the same time. The ambiance could be improved. Nothing exceptional, so it doesn't give it 5 stars, but it was okay.

Kamen hier spontan nach Miniatur Wunderland vorbei. Wollten einfach ein bisschen chillen. Haben Aperol Spritz getrunken und eine Pizza gegessen. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Von aussen neben der momentanen Baustelle nicht sehr einladend, wir fanden es trotzdem toll. Kommen gerne wieder.

We came as a family of four. Admittedly, it was quite full, and there are plenty of seats in the well-arranged dining room. BUT: We were really impressed. The service was super friendly and on the ball. The food came quickly and tasted really, really good. The pizzas passed the bow test, and the pasta was delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos of the food, but it really tasted delicious. It was a tribute to our last holiday in Sardinia. The service was always up for a bit of fun. An all-round successful meal. Thank you very much, and keep up the good work.

Very unfriendly service, exorbitant prices for cheap food…. The tomato sauce felt like it didn't taste like anything, it had something like Aldi tomato sauce - you might have to season it and garlic would also refine the taste... so I'll definitely never come here again.

Nevertheless, we continued the visit because we were hungry and the time was limited. Unfortunately, a children's chair could not be provided. When it comes to the food, the rating speaks for itself. Conclusion: Expensive, quality disappointing and child-friendliness at a very low level. Not a second time.

Four of us were there on Friday. Welcome...well, everything was very hectic. We still gave it a chance because hunger! We waited quite a long time until we got a card. Pizzas were nice and big but very sparsely topped. Tiramisu was very tasty. When paying we had to figure out who had to pay what. And the background noise in the restaurant was terrible (not the other guests but the employees). Prices...well, some things are way overpriced! Too bad, we won't be coming back.

Portions are very small for the price. The salad was so puffed up that you would think you were getting a large portion. On the contrary, an adult has to eat three such portions. Spaghetti was just enough for a child. The waiter confirmed the small portions and said, yes, that's just how it is. They don't know about accommodation, compensation or customer satisfaction.

Very good pizza and too big. Normal price for Hamburg Germany, even somewhat cheap for the area and quality of food. Highly advisable.

I ate there two days ago and everything was perfect. We initially wanted to eat somewhere else, but then decided to go to this restaurant instead. We weren't disappointed. The pizzas were delicious and generously topped. The spaghetti Bolognese was very well presented and served with plenty of Parmesan cheese. Before the food arrived, a basket of bread and a small dip was brought to our table. The service was also good. All in all, a good lunch despite the few stars. The restroom was clean!

Really fantastic pizza, great dough, great toppings with high quality ingredients. Crazy delicious bruschetta with tasty, authentic oil and vinegar. Very nice staff.

We personally cannot understand the negative comments, it was our third time there and we were again very satisfied with the food. As always, the food was delicious, friendly staff and the order was prepared quickly. We'd love to come back.

A really nice, cozy restaurant in which absolutely nice and helpful staff ensure the well-being of the guests. The memory card is small and the dishes taste very good. The prices are adjusted to today's times.

At first we didn't want to go because of the bad reviews, but then we decided to go. The food was really good (pizza as well as bruschetta and vitello tonnato), but the room/atmosphere is quite loud and all the tables and chairs are quite close together. Still highly recommended to go there! :-)

The two of us ate pizza here. The food is quite expensive for what you get. The vegetarian pizza was very sparsely topped with some red onion, mushrooms, peppers and zucchini. We noticed that some tables received bread and dip in advance, which is probably distributed according to the order quantity, we didn't get anything, which is a big minus. The atmosphere is not particularly nice, the restaurant was almost completely empty, but we were only allowed to sit at the small tables. Overall the food was okay but for the price you could have expected more. The service was also OK but not exceptional. You can forego the view of the Elbphilharmonie. We won't come again.

Wir waren zu fünft hier zum Mittagessen. Das modern eingerichtete, luftig und helle Restaurant war ausgebucht ( was ja schon eine indizielle Bedeutung hat). Es liegt in bester Lage für touristische Tagesbesuche in der Speicherstadt ( u.a. Miniatur Wunderland, Speicherstadt Museum und Gewürzmuseum in kurzer fußläufiger Entfernung). Relativ kleine -aber feine- Speisenkarte sowie eine zusätzliche separate Karte mit ca. 10 Mittagstischgerichten für jeden Geschmack. Wir haben 4 unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt und die einhellige Meinung war : sehr lecker, sehr schnell serviert und preiswert. "Normales" Getränkesortiment ( einschl. Bier vom Fass und sehr leckerem Grappa). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Servicekräfte. Schnell, sehr bemühlt, sehr freundlich und wenn´s passt auch humorig. Moderate Preise. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Grazie mille !! So es dem HerrGott gefällt, werden wir gern hierher zurückkommen!!

We only came here by chance and were completely satisfied. The service was very quick and extremely friendly. The food was very tasty and didn't take long. The spaghetti carbonara was plentiful and very good.

The food was okay, not the best Italian I've ever had but tasty and big portions. The service on the other hand was horrendous. Server was rude, at our initial greeting upon finding out that we were not German he told us that we must pay in cash as the card machine was broken, we later watched as everyone else paid with card and after asking him about this he still insisted that we pay with cash. He placed the hot dishes in our hands instead of on the table and when we were ready to pay he tried to force a tip out of us and was extremely unpleasant the entire time. The food isn't worth the bad service.

Food was okay. Was put off the place when the manager was rude and tried to force us to tip and became very disrespectful after we didn't (we obviously were not gonna tip if the servers are rude). Another weird thing was the manager told us cash only. Even though we saw 2 other customers paying by card. Again we felt that he was just pushing us to tip by paying cash.

Perfect food. Simple and cozy place, had a pizza and pasta with my husband, and then a delicious tiramisu, we loved the food.

Freundliche Atmosphäre, freundliches und sehr gut gelauntes Personal mit italienischem Flair für Groß und Klein sowie Alt und Jung. Eine echte Alternative für Nicht-Fisch-Esser ! Sehr schmackhafte Gerichte, die auch optisch sehr ansprechend sind - das Auge ist ja schließlich mit und erfreut sich ebenfalls an den italienischen Berühmtheiten aus Film Noir Zeiten, die die Wände zieren. Einfach nur „Guten Apetitt“ bei normalen Preisen !

Not friendly in terms of misgendering. This happened several times, even when my partner corrected the server. Also, we waited for a longer time to be able to pay, even though restaurant wasn’t super busy. One pizza was great, the other okay. Atmosphere okay, nice that they have outdoor seating and prime location.
