Super tasty food with decent portions. Nice and communicative staff. Reasonable prices and a great, mixed atmosphere between tradition and modernity. We were happy to be there often during our vacation.

We have been coming here for many years and are always impressed by the very good cuisine in which special requests are sometimes fulfilled and there is always a lot of variety, the service is absolutely top and extremely friendly, and you never have to wait very long for the food , we look forward to it every time. Here you are a guest, here you can be. Please please keep it up.

This year we had a very tasty St. Martin's goose dinner at home. Hopefully we can enjoy the delicious St. Martin's goose meal there next year. Thank you for a nice Sunday with delicious food!

Unfortunately not as expected. Long wait for the food and then a reduced menu on the day even though it was reserved 2 weeks in advance. Eating so well, it's a shame actually. Staff very snappy and straight to you. Maybe that's how you deal with regular guests, but it's so borderline...You can tell that it used to be more of a pub. But prices are ok even though there wasn't even your drinks menu with prices (you order a Cola, Fanta, etc. and get Vita Cola brands without mentioning them beforehand). Unfortunately, a lot of potential was wasted.

We booked rooms for friends there at the weekend. That was a disaster. The rooms were so dirty that we felt embarrassed and apologized to our friends. It wasn't cleaned or vacuumed. Dead flies, mealybugs, cobwebs and what else I know could be found. I doubt whether the beds were freshly made. The showers were dirty and didn't work. That was an experience that you don't need or you're into. It's impossible to recommend this as a guesthouse.

A cool location by the water, with indoor and outdoor areas - very friendly, attentive staff - suitable for any celebration and just to enjoy!!! ♡

Unfortunately I actually have to give it one star. I would have been happy to give ZERO. Impossible host (he), the hostess (she) handles guests outside in the rain. The assigned rooms would have been habitable if the beastly smell and a clean toilet and sink had been present. After several attempts to contact the hosts, we left without staying overnight. When booking or requesting via email at the time, no information was given about cancellation fees. In fact, mail has now arrived from the court!!! Hosts seem to do this more often. This is how you can make money too. Conclusion: *DO NOT RENTAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! *

A very pleasant, family place for a quiet holiday. Beautiful, clean forests around. Food very good.
