Very bad experience - absolutely not recommended!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mr. Chicken at all. The employees treat customers extremely disrespectfully and rudely - you feel absolutely unwelcome. But the worst thing is the quality of the food: the meat seems old, sometimes even spoiled, and the rooster seems to have been lying around for days or even weeks.
Nothing is fresh here! In addition, you are constantly disturbed even when waiting or eating - you can never have any peace and quiet.
Overall, a very unpleasant experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
I will definitely never come back!

Absolutely overwhelmed staff even with a small audience. The fries were inserted after 10 minutes of waiting, so that the currywurst was already cold again.
Excessive prices, but very small portions.

Today I ordered a sub from your branch - as I have done many times before. This time, however, the visit was an absolute disgrace and an example of blatant rip-off.
I had a coupon for 30% off as well as another coupon for a free Churro Footlong. Despite extensive advertising in front of the branch, I was told that no churros were available. As “compensation” I was offered two cookies – supposedly free.
But what happened next is hard to beat in terms of audacity: the employee initially tried to simply ignore my 30% voucher, which fortunately I noticed in time. And to make matters worse, after receiving the receipt, it turned out that the two supposedly free cookies were simply cheekily charged.
I won't allow myself to be deceived or put up with anything like that. This behavior is not only unfriendly to customers, but borders on deliberate deception. I demand immediate clarification and expect appropriate compensation.
