Nordsee has delicious, fresh vegan baguettes. I highly recommend the vegan fried fish baguette. Unfortunately, you couldn't scan the Nordsee app here, so you couldn't collect points. Otherwise, everything was great.

Customer fraud! If you order a schnitzel which, according to app version 3.1.2 as of April 1, 2025, is ordered with fries and SALAD, you will NOT receive a SALAD. When you call you'll hear that salad hasn't been delivered for a long time. No subsequent delivery or partial refund will be made. I recommend paying in cash and reducing the price if there is insufficient delivery.

The worst, limpest pizza I have ever eaten including sour hollondaise sauce. I'll be lucky if I don't get food poisoning tomorrow!!!

Ordered earlier via Lieferando, we don't know what it was, for us it had nothing to do with citizens. In addition, it was no longer warm and almost raw.

Very good food and really correct staff

We have ordered pizzas here (several times, haven't tried other dishes yet). These were consistently delicious and with a few herbs on them I felt a positive difference to other delivery pizzas. To put it into perspective: We are talking about a delivery service with a very good P/L. not a noble Italian. For this and for the fast delivery I give it 5 stars. I will order here again (when I feel like a quick pizza).

One evening our order via Lieferando apparently didn't go through. Although this was very annoying for us, the operator cannot do anything about it. He still graciously asked us to have bowls on the house as compensation. Thank you so much, it was really delicious! This is how good customer service works! :-)

The store will soon be closed, but I fully agree. Whenever I felt a little hungry on the way home, I stopped here and was always annoyed. Unmotivated employees, sometimes marginal audiences, dirty and uncleared tables, dishes and waste pile up at the return station. The sandwiched burger bears little resemblance to the glossy photos above the counter; price and performance don't match. Also, no toilet for guests and overall nothing that I will miss...

Food was cold and didn't taste good at all.

Bacon raw, potatoes slimy and not cooked through, I asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Fortunately, the second burger was "edible" for €30 in total with drinks (2x0.33) not recommended. It arrived quickly but didn't do anything for me. I had to throw away more than half of it.

Opening hours until 8:00 p.m., but they can't make a Veggie Buddha Bowl at 7:00 p.m. because of the vegetables. I find that impossible! I can understand it 10 minutes before closing time, but not 1 hour!! before closing time! It's outrageous! And you drive all over town for that! If the opening hours are until 8:00 p.m., then ALL dishes should be available until at least 7:45 p.m.!

Hello to all readers. I wanted to eat there today and discovered that the Kaiser Garden was unfortunately permanently closed.

The application is really bad. I went there once and regret it. It's way too expensive and there is no service. There are five employees there, but they can't even bring a plate to the table. I absolutely cannot recommend it – you would regret it, believe me!
