I ordered and picked up by phone for the third time today. Pizza, burgers and pasta everything was delicious. It's still an inexpensive store.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. Normally I am very satisfied and happy to order. Today, however, there were small stones in my pizza, see photo. I called and reported. They couldn't explain it and therefore probably didn't believe it and then brushed me off in the end, thank you for the complaint and have a nice weekend. No refund or new pizza. Not so nice. Now I'm sitting here and I'm hungry

I've been ordering here for years. Schnitzel is super tasty and fries are always crispy. The salads are also great. The delivery service is always quick and friendly.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. There were pieces of metal in my portion of fries that appeared to have come from a wire sponge. This is not only unhygienic, but also dangerous to health. Luckily I noticed it in time, but something like that just can't happen! There was no response to my email complaint - neither a sincere apology nor an appropriate attempt at a solution. Responsible handling of food looks different. I can therefore absolutely not recommend this snack bar. 👎🏻

Some salads on the menu come in large and small, others only in one size. I wanted a small salad that wasn't listed in this option and asked by phone whether I could also get the salad in a small size. That was answered in the negative and I was told to order a small salad of my choice. I ordered the same ingredients here as they would have been in the other one - you can make things unnecessarily complicated... To make matters worse, in addition to the ingredients I ordered, I also had delicious hair in the salad - yummy. The two stars are only for a pizza bag I ordered earlier, which was okay, but not outstanding either. Customer friendliness doesn't seem to be known here either.

I've never experienced anything so cheeky! I ordered 22 chicken wings with salad and fries as a side dish (just under €17) and everything was okay until I discovered the 12 measly fries between the wings. When I called they were completely outrageous and said there were enough fries and it was just a side dish and I would have had to order extra fries if the fries weren't enough for me. So if I order a schnitzel with fries as a side dish I only get what feels like 12 pieces!? Because it's just a side dish! It's really rude to treat customers like that.

The kebab there is very tasty. There is very little choice, but the kebabs have a very tasty, intense taste. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately fell for good reviews. Sorry not again!

An absolutely usable snack bar, not a restaurant. Nice people. My favorite: The sumptuous Ariana salad with pizza bread sticks.

For us the best!!!!! Delivery service in Kassel. Always friendly, very quick and so tasty. Only recommended. Freshly and deliciously prepared. Hot on arrival. We are regular customers and know why. Thanks a million 😊

I have no idea what the pizzas taste like, but in my opinion, kebab is absolutely not recommended here.

Unfortunately, I fell for good reviews. We didn't like the pizza at all. Yellow arugula wilted on sticky dough was thrown away. The anticipation of ice cream was marred by the wrong flavor being delivered. Never again.

Best value for money for pizzas in Kassel, very good quality. The only point of criticism is the sometimes long waiting times, even when ordering in advance by telephone

I give it 5 stars! We were always satisfied and found the pizzas 🍕🍕🍕 delicious. The food is also reasonably priced 🤗 If you give a bad rating here because you apparently expect the food and service from a star restaurant, you should go there instead 😏 Or how about cooking yourself 🤭

The food was delicious, the hot sauce was delicious and the kebab sandwich with wokkorn bread, you can't even talk about it because it was so delicious, I'll miss it again(　＾∀＾)

We ordered pizza there, the pizza tasted good, it wasn't great but everyone had digestive problems afterwards. Really all of them!!!Of course they weren't fresh. Never again!

I ordered pizza pockets there. The entire bottom side was mostly still raw dough (see photo). I communicated this to the employees. The first answer was: I would be wrong and the second answer was that it was normal. That alone is a contradiction. Afterwards a cook said she didn't have time and hung up. Now the raw dough gave me a stomach ache. No accommodation and unfortunately no money back. Something like that can happen under time pressure, but the employee's reaction was very unfriendly and rounded off the order. Raw dough is a carrier of pathogenic germs. That's why I at least have something from the order for longer. Kind regards to the responsible, thoughtful and nice cook.

We ordered a kebab pizza over the internet and were very satisfied, VERY GOOD

The food is very good. One of the best pizzas in Kassel. The spaghetti is also very, very tasty. If you haven't ordered here yet, you're missing out.

Guter Mann, schnelles, sattmachendes Essen zu guten Kursen

Ich wollte einst eine Pizza Funghi zu einem Freund nachhause bestellen, an jenem Abend doch, ging die Pizzeria nicht an das Telefon.... Legenden besagen, dass dieser besagte Freund heute noch adipös in seinem Zimmer seines Hauses der Max-Planck Straße sitzt.

Ich komme nicht aus KS und wollte schnell was essen. Döner + Dönerbox haben mir absolut gar nicht geschmeckt. Sah auch null appetitlich aus. Mir war danach schlecht und ich musste mich übergeben. Aber der Preis war mit 5 Euro pro Gericht ok. Vllt sind ja die Pizzen besser, aufgrund der Erfahrung werde ich sie aber nicht mehr probieren. Sorry Leute, selten so etwas schlechtes probiert. Ihr solltet den Laden einfach schließen, den Döner wird keiner vermissen.

Mal abgesehen von den teils sehr getriebenen Rezensionen, die hier von manch einem verfasst werden, bietet die Pizzeria Ariana einen super Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Die Jungs und Chef sind immer top drauf. Nudelgerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen, Pizzabrötchen und die (simplen) Pizzastangen schmecken auch sehr gut. Schaut am Besten mal persönlich vorbei, vor Ort schmeckt's grundsätzlich besser als geliefert.

Das Essen ist nach wie vor top. Wir holen hier regelmäßig die Pizza Taschen. Allerdings war ich dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Ja es ist alles teurer geworden so auch die Pizza Taschen ich hab noch gedacht 5,50 Euro ist eigentlich okay. Zuhause die Verpackung auf gemacht und war schon sehr verändert. Um mehr als die hälfte ist die Portion geschrumpft und gleichzeitig 1 Euro teurer. Das geht irgendwie so gar nicht. Leider muss ich mir in Zukunft 2 mal überlegen ob sich es lohnt 18 km dafür zu fahren. Schade

Wir sind ein riesen Fan der Pizza Vega und bestellen sie regelmäßig zur Abholung. Die kleine Größe ist völlig ausreichend, wenn man am Tag mal Hunger bekommt. Immer mit knackigem Gemüse und knusprig am Rand.

Habe das Gefühl es wir seit Jahren schlechter. Habe Pizza Brötchen bestellt, es waren immer 2 Pizzabrötchen drin. Heute nur ein verkohltes Pizza Brötchen und dafür zahlt man 5,50€?! Schon traurig.. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem und pünktlich geliefert wurde auch.

Ich persönlich habe zum ersten mal bei ariana bestellt und das Essen war einwandfrei und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lieferzeit war sehr gut und der Lieferfahrer war sehr nett. Die Pizza sah so aus wie auf den Fotos
