Bistro Ambiente 38 in Kassel

One evening our order via Lieferando apparently didn't go through. Although this was very annoying for us, the operator cannot do anything about it. He still graciously asked us to have bowls on the house as compensation. Thank you so much, it was really delicious! This is how good customer service works! :-)

I felt great there, it's a cool place

Bacon raw, potatoes slimy and not cooked through, I asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Fortunately, the second burger was "edible" for €30 in total with drinks (2x0.33) not recommended. It arrived quickly but didn't do anything for me. I had to throw away more than half of it.

Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, everyone will find something they like at Timber Jacks. From juicy steaks to vegetarian dishes, the selection is extensive and the taste is top-notch. The service is attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is quaint and unique. (For a chain like this) It's a bit more expensive, but absolutely recommended for a special evening.

Unfortunately, the service is very poor. Slow, not particularly friendly, and unmotivated, with a lot of forgetfulness (I had to get my own cutlery after waiting 10 minutes; my kitchen order was completely forgotten). The bowl I ordered was delicious, but a bit sparsely stocked for the price. Unfortunately, there was also a hair in the food. The restaurant thrives primarily on its good location. For these prices, I expect better quality and, above all, hospitality.
