Bistro Ambiente 38 in Kassel

One evening, our Lieferando order apparently didn't go through. Although this was very annoying for us, the owner isn't to blame. He nevertheless generously offered us the bowls on the house as compensation. Thank you so much, it was truly delicious! That's what good customer service is all about! :-)
