One evening our order via Lieferando apparently didn't go through. Although this was very annoying for us, the operator cannot do anything about it. He still graciously asked us to have bowls on the house as compensation. Thank you so much, it was really delicious! This is how good customer service works! :-)

Nordsee has delicious, fresh vegan baguettes. I highly recommend the vegan fried fish baguette. Unfortunately, you couldn't scan the Nordsee app here, so you couldn't collect points. Otherwise, everything was great.

Willy-Brandt-Platz 1Opening hours until 8:00 p.m., but they can't make a Veggie Buddha Bowl at 7:00 p.m. because of the vegetables. I find that impossible! I can understand it 10 minutes before closing time, but not 1 hour!! before closing time! It's outrageous! And you drive all over town for that! If the opening hours are until 8:00 p.m., then ALL dishes should be available until at least 7:45 p.m.!

Frankfurter Str. 103Bacon raw, potatoes slimy and not cooked through, I asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Fortunately, the second burger was "edible" for €30 in total with drinks (2x0.33) not recommended. It arrived quickly but didn't do anything for me. I had to throw away more than half of it.
