One evening our order via Lieferando apparently didn't go through. Although this was very annoying for us, the operator cannot do anything about it. He still graciously asked us to have bowls on the house as compensation. Thank you so much, it was really delicious! This is how good customer service works! :-)

Frankfurter Str. 103Bacon raw, potatoes slimy and not cooked through, I asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Fortunately, the second burger was "edible" for €30 in total with drinks (2x0.33) not recommended. It arrived quickly but didn't do anything for me. I had to throw away more than half of it.
