One evening our order via Lieferando apparently didn't go through. Although this was very annoying for us, the operator cannot do anything about it. He still graciously asked us to have bowls on the house as compensation. Thank you so much, it was really delicious! This is how good customer service works! :-)

Fried potatoes weren't really warm. Toilets were not clean and some were broken.

Willy-Brandt-Platz 1Freezing cold due to leaky glass doors. It pulls like pike soup. Very uncomfortable. It's just anti-social to expect guests to do something like that because you get overpriced food that doesn't taste particularly good.
