My husband and I were at Timberjacks on September 20, 2025, and were absolutely thrilled. The welcome was very friendly, the atmosphere simply breathtaking, and the food simply fantastic. The entire restaurant is very clean; even small suggestions like a lack of soap or paper towels were immediately addressed. The service staff are constantly focused on ensuring that guests lack nothing; they are all truly friendly, accommodating, and do a fantastic job. We were lucky enough to have Andrea as our fairy godmother that evening, who anticipated our every need and also offered us a kind word or two to make us feel even more comfortable. Since the baseball team was also playing that evening, she also informed us about the schedule and asked the management. Thank you, Timberjacks, and thank you Andrea for an unforgettable evening. We'll be back❤️

Another short trip to Kassel and off to Timberjacks. The restaurant and the adjacent motel are absolutely fantastic. The menu can be a bit overwhelming for some guests, but there's always something delicious to be found, and there's also a good selection for vegetarians. The staff is super friendly and great. Our waiter, Homi, deserves special mention. In addition to serving at the tables, he also managed to "let the bull out of the stable" and still keep an eye on everything. Fantastic. The rooms are exceptional and the beds are amazing. For us, it's always like a little vacation.

For those who read quickly: Dinner, an overnight stay, and breakfast is like a three-day vacation and a little adventure. And here's the well-deserved long version: We've now been to Timberjacks Kassel for the fourth time. It's always an experience when you turn into the parking lot on the driveway and feel like you've discovered a hotel in the middle of the Canadian forest. Although you're surrounded by roads and businesses, you don't really notice it. The welcome is always extremely friendly, and the rooms in the log cabins are lovingly and high-quality, fitting in with the ambiance of the entire property. The beds deserve special mention, as they are the most comfortable beds outside of your own home, and you sleep fantastically well. All rooms are air-conditioned and enhance the feeling of well-being, even in midsummer temperatures. The food is always an experience for all the senses (it's a good idea to study the menu before you arrive, as it's quite extensive). The service is very friendly and competent when you're undecided about what to eat. Our server this time was Homi (hopefully spelled correctly, otherwise please submit a correction request to the author), who, together with the rest of the catering team, very attentively yet discreetly fulfilled all our food and drink requests. A special highlight of the evening: There's a bull-riding machine (let's call it Fridolin), which is sometimes available to guests when needed. We were lucky that Homi found the time to bring Fridolin to life so he could show various guests what he's capable of. A feast for the eyes. The breakfast is just as delicious and plentiful as the dinner (almost as large a selection). Recommendation for departure: Take a slice of strawberry cheesecake home with you, so you'll have a slice of Timberjack to enjoy after your flight home. So, enough writing, book, go and enjoy! And stay away from the raccoons. They may be cute, but they're wild and trained to bite their throats.

The restaurant made a very good impression. Although there are plenty of seats, we unfortunately couldn't get a table on Wednesday evening.

We had a lovely day, ate and drank well, the service was very attentive, the room with the terrace was great, the bed was incredibly comfortable, all in all a successful trip.

The service was super friendly and made spot-on recommendations for both the wine and the food. It's certainly not healthy, but it's simply delicious :-) So if you're looking for something out of the ordinary, you'll find it here. We'll be back!!!

The restaurant is actually very popular with us, but unfortunately, it's clearly noticeable that they're constantly understaffed. Employees often cite sick leave as the reason – which is understandable, but for guests, this means long waits and sometimes cold food. You can tell the team is overwhelmed. Compared to the Göttingen branch, Kassel is significantly inferior to me: I've never had any problems with staff shortages there, and the steaks are consistently better prepared. It's a shame, but we'd rather take a longer trip.

We were staying at the motel and ate at the BBQ steakhouse. We had meat, burgers, salad, and sides. Everything was excellent! Plus, the cocktails were very good and the decor was really nice. The ambiance is also indescribably great; you won't find it twice, both in the restaurant and the motel! A must! (We've been there four times already)

A nice restaurant with a certain cafeteria feel. It's always very loud inside, and the service feels more like a mass-processing operation. The food and drinks arrived at the same time, and the quality of the food was decent. However, the price-performance ratio isn't exactly right.

Shortage of staff?! Reservations for 24 people on a Saturday evening went perfectly and were super nice. The concept, ambiance, menu, everything made you want to have a nice evening with friends. But unfortunately, everything took forever. Ordering drinks and having them brought to the table took half an hour. Appetizers took half an hour, main courses half an hour, and a Coke or beer in between? A matter of luck. Cashing? You guessed it: half an hour. Our waitress was also very friendly and accommodating, but she simply had too many tables to serve. This doesn't make for a pleasant evening, but instead makes you wait for everything seem like forever.

We've been to Timberjacks Siegen several times now, and this is our first time at Timberjacks Kassel. Initially, we were enthusiastic about the whole concept. But now the poor, inattentive service is becoming more and more of a let-down. It simply seems as if there's a lack of motivation and the staff are just going about their business by the book. Two examples: we asked for extra meat on our burger and for mac and cheese as a side dish. In both cases, we were told that it would probably be too much and that we should think again. We found this comment completely inappropriate. Likewise, the dishes were cleared away after the main course, and then only other guests were served (there was practically nobody going on). After 20 minutes of being ignored, we gradually got fed up with waiting, so we didn't order any more dessert or coffee and just paid. It seemed as if they didn't want to sell anything. Absolutely no entrepreneurial spirit to be seen. It's a shame, really, because the food was expensive but good.

Good restaurant - didn't stay at the hotel. The service staff was extremely good. The food was really delicious and absolutely reasonable value for money. The location is a bit out of the way, but the atmosphere is great.

Very disappointed!! The waiter wouldn't accept any food orders unless everyone ordered a drink. A meat dish was completely inedible. The waiter said, "Don't be mad at me, but everyone has different tastes and expectations." Drinks only came in small portions. When we confronted him about it, all he said was, "That happens here every day with the meat," and he has his own style when it comes to drinks. Never again!

Monday BBQ Special Day, and they say, "We don't have the ingredients on site." Poor performance

Upon arrival, just to check in to our room, we had to wait in the same line as people trying to get tables in the restaurant. Having to wait in line for a half hour was a bit ridiculous. The young lady that checked us in was very nice, despite my frustration of waiting so long. I knew it wasn’t her fault. Just a terrible system for checking in. The room is great, very cozy yet spacious. Later, going to the restaurant, despite having reservations…had to wait in line again. Same young lady that checked us in also sat us. Again, she was friendly. Our waitress was very friendly and willing to accommodate my inability to speak German. She was very friendly and polite. Here is the rub…it took over 45 minutes to get or food after ordering. Even though the restaurant was busy, this was ridiculous. I ordered “Bull in the Ring, Smash Burger” my girlfriend ordered the “Smoke Pulled Beef Burger”. Her pulled beef was good. However, there was nothing redeeming about my burger. My burger certainly didn’t have smash burger patties…if so, they forgot to smash them. They seemed like regular old patties to me. I ordered “Day of the Dead” sauce to add to my burger. This is the ONLY sauce on the menu with 3 chilies next to its name. Yet, even by German standards, the sauce had zero heat. It was more sweet than spicy. Almost like runny ketchup. It was so overly disappointing. The only flavor that stood out on my burger was the massive amount of cheddar cheese on it. Thankfully, it had some flavor. The waitress was understand of my disappointment not on my with the lackluster “burger” but also the time to have food delivered. She did apologize and tried to make it right. In the end, the people here are friendly and the motel room is nice. However, the quality of the food and the timing of the service will make me a one time customer. Do better.

Cool location, but when we were there, the kitchen was being renovated. Instead, there was a food truck that served overcooked steaks. It was quite expensive, and the service was mediocre.

A beautiful and unique ambiance. We received a friendly welcome and service. The food was very good; the wait was 40 minutes, although it wasn't that busy at 12:00 p.m. We were satisfied with the value for money. A particularly noteworthy feature is the wheelchair-accessible restroom with a well-equipped changing table. The women's restrooms were also particularly nicely designed, but unfortunately, they smelled strongly of urine and weren't quite as clean. We will be back. Since we only ate, we can't rate the rooms. Parking was easy at 12:00 p.m., and the parking spaces were a good size.

I was near Kassel today and came here for dinner because a colleague recommended the restaurant to me. I was very disappointed. Although there weren't many people at the entrance, I had to wait 20 minutes before finally being seated. I ordered a smashburger, which was served within normal time. The burger was mediocre, if anything. It was very greasy, the sauce was carelessly spread on the burger and was far from a smashburger. After eating, I sat for at least 15 minutes without anyone paying attention to me. I then asked twice if I could get the bill, but nothing else happened. I then went to the front counter to pay, but the table still hadn't been cleared. The only positive things I noticed about my visit were the truly exceptional location and ample parking in front of the building.

The ambiance and service were good, but we had hoped for much more from the food. Another employee rather rudely placed it on our table with the order "Make room!", which was far too small for the large pans and grill skewers, making it difficult to eat. Furthermore, our baby potatoes were drenched in fat, so the actual flavor didn't come through. The meat wasn't ordered medium, but it arrived medium. Overall, the hype surrounding Timberjacks Kassel is huge, which isn't justified by the prices. However, the service that took our orders was excellent and very courteous.

The ambiance is appealing, but I wasn't impressed with the menu even on my first visit. They don't really help you at reception either. A simple question like "Have you been here before?" would have prevented this. The meat was unfortunately not good. Very tough and you had to chew it really hard. Onion rings tasted of the breading. The dips weren't anything special either. The iced tea was also not recommended. 8 ice cubes and a strawberry, no mint or anything similar to be seen or tasted. If I'm spending €100 for a main course and a drink for two people at lunchtime in a less crowded restaurant, I expect significantly better service, and I also expect more from the food. My companion, as well as I, were disappointed.

Timberjacks is generally a great place to eat. There's usually a table for four available, and if you need it, there's also a bar where you can eat. Friendly staff and a good location allow you to relax and explore the drinks, food, and desserts.

Very nice location, unfortunately poor service!!! Actually, it wasn't bad service, because service was nonexistent! The place could be booming with the right staff! 20 minutes of ignorance is too much, and that's with only 30-35 guests! Staff look at you at the table but don't come! I don't need that, so I don't! Tip: If I open a US-style restaurant, the staff should also be trained accordingly! Maybe get them to do an internship at the Golden M; their staff is more motivated! Too bad, I was looking forward to it!

We waited 15 minutes at reception. Then 30 minutes for the food. Only to receive two medium burgers that were definitely rare, not medium. After we reported it, the steaks came back, recooked, but still rare... So we just ate. Neither of us had a pleasant night... We were very busy... "digesting."

It was my first time at Timberjacks. I really liked the atmosphere and I enjoyed it. It seems that the kitchen is currently closed for renovations or can't offer everything. Therefore, they only had a smaller menu, specializing in BBQ. Which is exactly what I was looking for. There were also three smokers outside, so everything was fine. They advertised some kind of grill master who had come up with special BBQ recipes. I opted for brisket burnt ends. They advertised them with "gravy," which has almost nothing to do with brisket burnt ends, but I wanted to give it a try. What was served, however, had nothing to do with brisket burnt ends. It was simply beef brisket cooked so long that it could be sold as pulled beef and brisket at the same time. Really cheaply made. As a grill master, I would be ashamed to call it that and then sell it with gravy. It's caramelized with BBQ sauce and sugar. If you can't deliver what's on the menu, you'll just have to close during the renovations. I had a mojito later, which was about as good as the food. The cake was good, though, so it deserves two stars. Update: It's now afternoon the day after we were there. Four of us were there, and everyone has stomach problems. Judging by the recent reviews, we're apparently not alone.

My partner and I were in this apartment yesterday. We ate a burger, pulled beef, and chicken wings. We had diarrhea all day.

Great food, but the wait times are unbearable. And it's not even the weekend yet. Update December 2024: I went back because I think the concept is great and I wanted to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has improved; quite the opposite. The servers take forever to arrive, and this time the food was really bad. The fries were way over-fried, making them very hard and oily. The gravy was thin and flavorless. The burger was okay. I won't be coming back, which is a shame, as the place looks great.

I've been there several times with business clients, and it's always been good. But what I experienced last night with my wife was the complete opposite. My wife's burger was OK, but the steakburger I ordered was, quite frankly, an absolute joke. Four small pieces of meat, about 3 cm in size, cooked thoroughly, some sauce, dip, onion, and a slice of jalapeno, carelessly slapped together, and the burger was completely soggy from the sauce. Charging €21.90 for this is, in my opinion, a customer rip-off. An attempt at an explanation: We're currently renovating the kitchen. If I'm supposed to pay €22 for a burger, then it MUST be top-notch. This burger was far from that! And there were probably other customers who were similarly annoyed and complained about this "burger." My criticism, which I presented in a completely objective manner, was ignored and the full amount was demanded and deducted without further discussion. No goodies or a truly sincere apology. As a customer, you really feel "ripped off"! If Timberjacks Kassel thinks it has to make money this way, then I won't be eating there again in the future. Absolute no-go!!!

Absolutely disappointing! From the moment you walked in, you felt like you were more of a nuisance than welcome. The wait for food and drinks was endless, and when the food finally arrived, it was a disaster: the meat was dry, bland, and poorly presented – but the prices were completely outrageous. The staff seemed stressed, unfriendly, and completely overwhelmed. For a restaurant that puts such a big spin on itself, it was a complete disgrace. Once and never again!

First time at Timberjacks. Full of anticipation, I reserved a table with friends. Definitely recommended! The welcome was friendly and relaxed, we were shown to our table, and then we had to wait. Orders were placed and drinks arrived quite quickly, but the food took a while. We ordered two steaks and a burger. The steaks weren't even warm, more like cold. The burger was okay, probably due to the bun, as it retains the heat. When we asked if everything was okay... No, not steaks. Then the really nice employee said, "We're having a BBQ event this week and the kitchen is being renovated, unfortunately, we've heard this a lot." At least she was honest with us, and it was noticeable. We didn't charge for drinks, which was a fair deal, but for the price, it wasn't okay! If you invite the BBQ world champion and then don't serve it at the core temperature - oh dear. We were hoping for more this special week! Service 4+ Location 4+ Food 2-

Hello, we went to eat at a restaurant with friends yesterday. We had a long journey and had all been looking forward to it for days. After we had studied the beautiful and extensive menu and wanted to order, some dishes were already sold out, as were many alternatives. This meant we were a bit surprised and it was quite unpleasant. Then when the drinks were delivered, a drink was forgotten. A dish was also forgotten with the meal, and after asking about it after 5 minutes, we were told that this dish was no longer available either. The waiter was a complete disaster; he didn't take the criticism seriously at all and always ridiculed questions. We thought, okay, maybe dessert will make up for it, but the cakes are absolutely not to be recommended; they are very dry, ice cold and have a very artificial taste. After such a disappointment, we decided not to leave a large tip, and the waiter laughed about the rounding up of the amount and wanted to give us a euro back because he thought such a small tip was ridiculous. After we left the hotel, he complained to the remaining guests about the small tip. All in all, this restaurant is a complete disaster apart from the appearance

MEGA - never see that before - TOP!

American Feeling in Hesse My friends and I, who have been to America several times and love it there, wanted to experience something authentically American. Since we couldn't make it there this year, we took the next best thing and went to eat here. And I have to say, we weren't disappointed, as is often the case when watching videos on TikTok or Instagram. We didn't stay overnight and were only there for dinner, so we can't comment on the hotel/motel, making it difficult to rate it with stars... but maybe we'll be allowed to sometime. The American feeling started right away with the parking lot and the design of the outdoor area. There were plenty of parking spaces, and there were also disabled parking spaces. As soon as you enter the entrance, which is huge and typically American, you immediately feel at home. You enter the lobby, where you can see the meat on the right, and on the left is the reception, which also houses a fan shop. Since we had made a reservation online, which I also recommend, because you never know if you'll find a seat right away, we gave the name and were escorted to our table. The restrooms are clean and have a great look. First of all, it's not 100% like in America, so there are no free refills or free water. It's not a big deal, but anyone familiar with American restaurants knows that it's common practice there. The service was super friendly! Just like in America and unusual for Germany. Humorous, friendly, and attentive, and most importantly for us, not pushy or trying to sell you stuff. That's how it should be, 10 out of 10. The four of us spent €160, which wasn't exactly cheap, but we all had two drinks and had appetizers and a dessert. But theoretically, two people could go home completely stuffed for around €30-40. We're delighted that our experience was fantastic and can hardly wait for the next Timbetjacks to open in Bensheim, which will no longer take us two hours to travel from Frankfurt, where we're from, but just under an hour. We'll be back!

Great ambiance. The menu suggests something different. Unfortunately, my expectations for a taste experience weren't met. Visuals are only for the eyes. I wanted something for the palate. That's why I went out to eat. An exhibition is more appealing to the eye... The food lacked flavor, but was beautifully presented.

Absolutely amazing! Not only the food, but also the ambiance is a real eye-catcher. You feel like you're back in the States, except, of course, everyone still speaks German :) The food is simply outstanding; we've never ordered anything we didn't like. The ice cream flavors and cake slices are particularly special; I would come back again and again for that alone! My husband won't eat anywhere else but at your place! Please open a branch in Gütersloh or Bielefeld!!

Great American-style ambiance. Super friendly staff. The food... Way too expensive without any side dishes. 5 pieces of meat cost €29... bordering on outrageous. The meat was very, very tough. Perhaps they could have prevented it by marinating it. Unfortunately, I had hoped for more on my visit. I won't be back.

We only had lunch there, so I can't comment on the rooms. The food was good, but I found the barbecue sauces to be consistently too sweet. The steaks here are legendary! Dry-aged at their finest, but that does come at a price.

We were once again very satisfied with our visit to Timberjacks. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the food arrived quickly, and once again, it was delicious. We like to go for lunch or in the afternoon. In the evening, when it's very busy, the noise level can be quite high. The ambiance is nice, albeit very rustic. Which is intentional. We'd like to come more often with larger groups, but unfortunately, sitting on the wooden benches or chairs for extended periods is quite uncomfortable.

An absolute disaster! We waited over an hour for a simple drink, and the food arrived even later. The service was completely chaotic – orders were constantly mixed up, and every time a different waiter showed up who had no idea what we ordered. Zero organization, zero customer service. I've never experienced anything like this before – never again!

We ate at Timberjacks for the first time today. The location was in Kassel. It was incredibly good. The staff is very friendly and does a first-class job. The ambiance is very cozy, and everything fits together perfectly. And the kitchen also does a professional job. It was sooo delicious. The food is of excellent quality. I would give it more stars if I could. It was a fantastic visit all around, and it won't be the last time we're there. We'll definitely try staying overnight sometime.

I've always enjoyed coming to your place, but today was our last visit! There are half a dozen seats available in the restaurant, but we couldn't get a seat. I hope the waiter who sent us away is still on a quiet shift and doesn't have to work so hard. If you have waiters like that who send paying guests away, you must be doing very well. Thank you, and never see you again.

We stayed at the Timberjacks Motel for two nights on business and visited the restaurant several times during that time. The overall atmosphere is unique, both in the restaurant and in the lodges. Contrary to some reviews, our food always arrived promptly, and the tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. The service was good, and once you were assigned a table, it was very friendly. Some of the procedures could be improved. You are asked to register for a table at reception. We did this and were asked to choose an outside table. There, the waiter then tells you to report to reception. We encountered this procedure several times. The motel may not be set up for bookings lasting several days. At least several people had their room cards blocked after the first night.

We tried it...we love the style, the location is great. The food was delicious, and the price was right. I found the iced tea incredibly sweet! Not really my thing. But you can stop somewhere for a great meal on the way there!

This isn't my first time at this restaurant, but it will certainly be my last. From previous visits, I knew that reservations are recommended. Nevertheless, my son and I spontaneously decided to have a drink and maybe a slice of cake. We initially waited for a while at the reception desk to check in. Then we went inside and were asked by a member of staff at the counter if we had a reservation. When he heard that we only wanted a drink and cake, he directed us directly to the counter—even though there were still 8 to 10 tables available in the front area. He emphasized that all tables were reserved. Do guests with low turnover really have to be directed to the counter? When I asked when the tables were actually reserved, the waiter said we could sit down as long as we were ready within 30 minutes. Such unfriendly treatment is disappointing. Unfortunately, we didn't leave right away; we stayed. When we were paying, we noticed that many tables were still unoccupied. For me, one thing is for sure: Never again!

Really good food and reasonable prices, even if they seem a bit high at first glance. The quality and portion sizes are excellent, making it worth a visit. I highly recommend it.

There were 16 of us, and everyone absolutely loved it; there was hardly anything left over! The food was an absolute 10/10. I had the "Death by Bacon" burger with chicken and mozzarella sticks with a cheesy garlic dip. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

There are also regular events there with music, etc., but for me, it was all about the food. So if you want to eat really good meat in Kassel, you definitely won't be disappointed.

Hello, on July 19, 2025, I went to Timberjack. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and it was already very busy. I was alone, but I got a table outside right away. I placed my order, and within 20 minutes, everything was there. I was very impressed, despite how busy it was. The food was excellent and exactly how I like it. I must emphasize that my server (Anastasia Neugebauer) was super nice and was able to fulfill all my wishes. I highly recommend Timberjack in Kassel. Best regards, Mike Stähling

Unfortunately, disappointing quality has dropped significantly. My husband and I went to Timberjacks in Kassel today, where we usually eat. Unfortunately, our last few visits were anything but satisfactory. But we wanted to give them another chance. As always, I had the pulled beef burger – but this time it was barely edible. The meat was an indefinable mush, the sauce had nothing to do with BBQ or what I'm used to – it was more reminiscent of Bolognese. Furthermore, the bacon was completely missing. My husband's burger was also anything but good – extremely salty and spicy, even though the menu didn't mention anything about its spiciness. After we complained, he was offered a different burger, which he specifically requested without pickles. It was all the more incomprehensible that the new burger was served with an extra layer of pickles – it almost seemed like a deliberate provocation. Overall, the meal was a huge disappointment. Especially considering the price. We used to love it, but unfortunately, not much of the original quality remains these days. Unfortunately, we can't give this visit more than 1 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend Timberjacks in Kassel.

The food is good. Plenty of selection. Western atmosphere. Cozy/busy. Unfortunately, too few/inexperienced staff. You'll have to be patient. They do their very best, though.

Friendly staff! Great log cabin-style ambiance with giant tree trunks. The burgers were delicious! The meat patties were amazing!

Unfortunately, the spacious suite didn't have air conditioning. At first glance, it was stunningly beautiful. I've never experienced such a gigantic bed. However, the view was terrible. We looked out onto trash cans, etc. The lighting wasn't great either. But we would recommend it. The staff gets a thumbs-up from us. There's a highway and many other hotels all around, so the unique architecture is somewhat overshadowed. The food is fantastic, as is the location. However, the motel is centrally located, and the city center is easily accessible through the wonderful park. Very worthwhile.

The two of us went out to eat. The food was delicious. Pictures on the menu would have made things a lot easier. Unfortunately, we were overcharged by €10. My husband was shown the bill briefly, but apparently too briefly. Doing the math afterwards confirmed what I already suspected. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and attentive to the other guests. What shocked me a bit was that a drink, which I assumed was homemade, arrived at the table in a plastic bottle, and that for just under €5. The vegetable stir-fry was also rather modest for the price of €10.90.

A fantastic restaurant. A wonderful atmosphere and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thought everything was excellent and would come back anytime. We can recommend it 100%.

Visited this restaurant with coworkers and found the place quite nice. The interior is stylish and spacious, which makes it great for larger groups. The food was delicious, I ordered a Filet Steak (upsold from a Filet Mignon), and while the first one came overcooked, the staff did remake it after I spoke with them. I appreciated that they handled it well. Service, however, was slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff struggled a bit with English and weren’t very attentive, we had to call them over a few times just to order more drinks. Overall, it’s a nice spot with good food, but the service could use improvement.

Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, everyone will find something they like at Timber Jacks. From juicy steaks to vegetarian dishes, the selection is extensive and the taste is top-notch. The service is attentive and friendly, and the ambiance is quaint and unique. (For a chain like this) It's a bit more expensive, but absolutely recommended for a special evening.

We were guests there with a larger group (60 people) and I was absolutely thrilled. Everything was perfect. The preliminary discussions were simple and uncomplicated, the implementation went smoothly and the service was absolutely excellent. I have never experienced such friendly and attentive employees. Das Blochkaus Restaurant und Nebenblockhaus mit den Standard Zimmern ist imposant, gepflegt und ein Reise wert. Essen und Getränke waren gut. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Verbesserungswürdig wäre die Schalter an der Wand und leider nur schlecht erkennbaren Schalter am Nachttisch zu erklären und Sonntags morgens keine Rasentrimmer und Laubbläser einzusetzen.

The food was very good.. 5 points… Nevertheless, I would think it would be very nice if the employees didn't eat their fries before the food was served (there are breaks and a lounge for that), then licked their fingers in the dining room and, because the doorbell just rang, took the plates straight away and brought them to the guest. It's a shame, hygiene sends its regards. It would also be desirable if the staff knew the ingredients of their products: Question: Which desserts are lactose-free products? Answer: What is it?

Food was great. We found the service to be rather unfriendly. But maybe that's also supposed to be the cool, relaxed style.

The restaurant is at the level, the service is friendly and cheerful. All praise, especially for the waiter Homi 👍👋 Food very tasty 😀

Really highly recommended. My boyfriend and I always enjoy going there. The staff was really friendly and very comfortable there.
