Rustic atmosphere with very good service and delicious food.
It was served quickly and the prices were completely reasonable.
We booked a night in the smart in hotel and had dinner right next door in the red eagle.
We were thrilled with the Indian curry and the rump steak.
The restaurant is highly recommended 😋
This really is the best Durum in Erlangen, eaten at all of them. Only critic is that the beef is maybe a little dry. Place has been remodeled, with a new menu. Had the "Puten" Durum today, meat was moist and flavorful. Can't recommend this place highly enough if your looking for a good Donner or Durum...
The worst branch there is! Went there once at 12:00 p.m., nothing going on and a menu was completely forgotten! Then at 8:45 p.m. my husband was there and two things were forgotten when ordering!!!! How can that be? Not to mention how carelessly the burgers are assembled... Of course everything was accounted for and paid for! Worst branch and constantly changing employees…. What's that supposed to mean ? Is this the catch-all for all bad employees?
The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. My Rigatoni Bolognese was excellently seasoned and perfectly prepared.
Gladly again :)
The service can hardly speak German.
Additional incorrect food brought to the table.
Was mixed up because not understood.
The boss insisted on payment, despite a legitimate objection and our family's turnover of around €400 and a tip (which actually more than paid for the €4.90 for the incorrectly delivered food)
From our experience, the quality of the food can hardly compete with others.
Buffet is advertised on the internet, but this has no longer existed since 2020.
A bottle of water costs €6.
A box of the brand in the market also costs €6
All in all: -poor service
-Zero goodwill if the waiter orders incorrectly.
-Food rather below average.
Not suitable for a second visit for us as guests from Rhineland Palatinate.
Wonderful food and cocktails! We ordered pork baos, century egg with tofu, stir fry aubergine and mapo tofu. All of it was amazing and the spiciness and numbness of the mapo tofu was the highlight of our meal. After the meal, we didn’t feel heaviness even though we ate quite a bit and we were full and satisfied. Highly recommend this place for yummy Chinese fare.
Unfortunately, the portion of lasagna was very small and disproportionate for the price. It was a tiny piece surrounded by a lot of tomato sauce. But it tasted good.
