We arrived there shortly before closing time and were still very well looked after. The pizza was huge and delicious. Many thanks to the entire team and my sincere thanks to the friendly waitress and bartender who prepared a sensational drink

Ok, but it's got expensive! Pizza around €17. Had spaghetti with tomatoes and basil. Just one basil leaf. Tomatoes tinned. Salad is good. Pizza too. Spaghetti had no flare. I'd expect more for the price.

Pasta 1 star Pizza 5 stars Ordered spinach pasta to pick up, chose different pasta when ordering online, well opened it at home, I think the "normal" pasta is a shame when you have to pay extra for it, and the portion is a joke for just under 15 euros I've always been there for pizza, big, delicious pizza, just the right amount (for small eaters, 1 is enough for 2 people). I think the prices are fair for pizza The staff is young and not yet at full speed but I think it's okay.

Food is good, service is good, but I find the specified tip percentage to be a coercion and a reason not to go there again. Would like to decide for myself about tips and everything in general without any hassle or key search.

This place has an okay staff and the atmosphere is nice in general and the food is also decent but I don’t know who’s Nonna approved. The pizza is okay but be careful not to order any pizza with veggies on it, the base gets really soggy. When we mentioned this to our waiter, he literally blamed us for choosing that and told us we should’ve expected it. The Nduja pizza was a good choice though, a spicy option if you’re looking for one. The pasta is also just okay. I’ve had the Aglio e Olio and it was pretty bland. I’ve had it before in other places and it’s really flavourful with garlic, parsley, chilli flakes and olive oil but this just felt like oil and spaghetti. The seafood gnocchi is a big no, the shrimp taste is too overpowering which makes me think it’s not fresh. The Lasagna and drinks were good so definitely try that.

Great restaurant, delicious food, very large pizzas and excellent service despite the crowds. Two doors further there is an excellent ice cream parlor for dessert.

Pizzas are good, huge and can be filled with half the toppings. We had very friendly and courteous, actually Italian service. Grace.

Prices are catastrophic for the food. €14.50 for a small portion of pasta. Totally dry and didn't taste like anything. Never again

Price-performance is really great, the pizzas are huge and generously topped. But I wasn't impressed with the taste, the dough wasn't anything special, neither in terms of taste nor in terms of preparation. The vegan cheese tastes like it should normally taste, there's nothing you can say. The vegan chicken sounds quite good and unusual on a pizza, but the seasoning and consistency are somehow at discount store level, i.e. a bit greasy and not a revelation in terms of taste. This means that after a few bites you really have enough. I couldn't understand the piles of unseasoned spinach that were spread on the pizza. I admit that they look pretty good, but why didn't you opt for some fresh arugula or some basil? It also tastes pure. The spinach contrasts well with the fat of the cheese, but is otherwise unseasoned and relatively boring. My colleagues’ pasta and dessert looked good though.

Waited 10 minutes and the next table wanted to pay, no one came, I apologized and asked if anyone was working here then the lady who was sitting at the boss's seat looked at me with her laptop really rudely at the (boss) or shift manager!!! I went and asked, did I say something wrong, she said I was being disrespectful to the employee!! Then I asked what was disrespectful about it? She said she would leave it like that for now, with a voice like that, I wouldn't even talk to my dog ​​if he did something wrong!

So könnte das neue Bewirtungskonzept bei L'Osteria heißen. Aber halt! 30 % Wareneinsatz zu Hause? Nein, zu Hause sind es 100 %. Wir haben uns zwei Salate mit Cesar-Dressing und Hähnchenbruststücken bestellt. Die beiden Salate waren jeweils als Hauptspeise gedacht. Bei einem Preis über 14,00 Euro auch naheliegend. Aber wie in der letzten Zeit leider immer häufiger entsprach der Salat nur einem größeren Beilagensalat. Das Dressing war gekonnt über den ganzen Salat verteilt. Gerade ausreichend. Die Hoffnung, dass sich unter dem Salat noch größere Dressingreserven befinden, war leider unbegründet. Die Salatsoßen für die Gastronomie müssen sich seit der Wiedereinführung des 19 % Mehrwertsteuersatzes explosionsartig verteuert haben. Auch der Einkaufspreis für den Romanasalat. Dass bei den Getränken schon satte Aufschläge in Kauf genommen werden müssen, ist man gewohnt. Wenn jetzt aber der gleiche Zuschlag auch für Speisen gelten soll, werden wir dieses Restaurant auf unsere rote Liste setzen. Sorry, bei 30 % Wareneinsatz fühlen wir uns nur genüßlich über den Tisch gezogen.

We had a great meal, the food was great… the price was right

The kitchen staff cannot be blamed as the food was really good. The Apperol was a little thin but otherwise everything was fine. The biggest point of criticism is the service staff; in a moderately busy restaurant, the service staff did not manage to create a feel-good atmosphere. On the contrary, she was really very unfriendly. When you pay a lot of money for food you don't want to be treated so unkindly and consistently. Everyone understands when you are stressed, but that was unjustified.

Pizza and pasta tasted very good. Would go again if given the opportunity.

I loved the attention of a blonde girl, she was always attentive and helped us take several photos since we were a large group. In short, we had a great time there. I will definitely return.

Great pizzeria, large portions and very friendly staff. We shared a tasty Vegetariana pizza and a delicious tiramisu as a dolci (dessert) and were very satisfied. We'd love to come back!

Food good, ambience could be improved We were there for dinner. Pizza, pasta and the salad with goat cheese were ordered. The food was good, the pizza was huge but very thin. Dough was a little on the soft side but still good. The menu also featured rarer ingredients like the N'Duja, which I love. Staff was friendly. But the ambience isn't great. Comfortable is different. It looked more like a train station hall. Rounded up to 4 due to the good food.

Delicious pasta and pizza, worth a visit every time!

The food was actually always quite good, but today I wanted to make a reservation by phone and was treated so incredibly unkindly that I was actually a bit shocked and decided to reserve a table at another restaurant. For me, treating your customers in a friendly way is absolutely essential; good food alone is not enough.

Pizzas are a good size and taste good too. Price is a little too high for me. But it is recommended.

The ambience on site is very nice. Inside and outside. Since it is in the middle of the pedestrian zone, there is a lot going on there. But you know that when you make a reservation there. The service staff are very nice, but unfortunately we weren't offered the monthly pass. We only noticed this when the table next to us received the card. Our food was already on the table. It's a shame, because we would have found good dishes there too. At the beginning the service was very quick, but when it came to paying and packing the food, unfortunately there was no waiter at our table for a long time. Food is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I called specifically because we were coming with 12 people, reservations only online, then we weren't allowed to sit outside with so many people in bright sunshine, even though everything except 2 tables was free and we came in the late afternoon before rush hour "maximum 6 people" We got the farthest table in the empty restaurant. After ordering drinks, we couldn't order food for ages because the service stopped coming. We had to ask her to come to our table twice and the only answer she got was "I'll be right there" even though the shop was almost empty Conclusion: That was the last time

We were guests here for the first time last Friday evening and we were completely happy with our visit. Everything went smoothly (starting with the uncomplicated online reservation in advance, through the quick service to the very tasty food). We were allowed to choose a table and we chose a quiet corner outside. Our waitresses were all very friendly and quick and the toilets were also very clean. All 3 pizzas were very tasty and met our taste exactly. We were really surprised by the very pleasant and absolutely reasonable prices (especially for the location of the restaurant). Only the somewhat small plates and especially the small tables could be replaced (it was a bit cramped for three people to eat). It was a thoroughly successful evening, thank you very much!

You simply can't go wrong at the Losteria here in Erlangen. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the food always tastes great. The price-performance ratio is top for the quality of the food. I always like to go to Losteria when I'm in the mood for good pasta dishes.

Pizza is very tasty and very big, which you wouldn't think given the price. You can't complain. The staff was also very nice and friendly.

Ambiance is nice and pleasant. L'Osteria like. Service needs improvement. Plates from the first course were not cleared away. No active overselling of coffee or dessert. Carpaccio was partly still frozen and very watery, and the taste was not convincing. No vinegar & oil was served. There was no bread with the salad and carpaccio… Not convincing, especially for the price.

Lunch menu - top value for money!

Great ambience, delicious food but last visit disappointing I have visited the Losteria in Erlangen several times and have always been impressed by the beautiful, stylish atmosphere and the delicious food. The restaurant offers a successful mix of classic and modern design, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately my last visit was a bit disappointing. Although the food was delicious as usual, I couldn't fully enjoy it due to a strong drain smell. The smell was so unpleasant that I lost my appetite. Hopefully this is a temporary problem, otherwise I would happily recommend Losteria.

Price-performance ratio fits. Maybe a little more dough from the edge to the middle. But still always worth a visit.

BEWARE OF STUFF TRICKS (SCAM) Now that i drew the attention of the reader, i would like to warn everyone going to this restaurant as after my own experience + independent experience of my friends i am quite confident in the title of this review. I live in Erlangen for 5 years and this restaurant used to be one of my favorite as i really enjoyed the food here. However, last Wednesday 27.03.24 me and my friend were tricked really badly by one very friendly waitress, who brought us a bottle of wine for €45 instead of the ordered one for ca €20. I am far from being a wine expert and, honestly, didnt expect that i need to carefully check the labels on the wine to make sure that the waiter didnt “accidentally” bring you the wine that costs MORE THAN TWICE AS MUCH AS WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ORDER AND CAN AFFORD. The realization came only in the moment of payment as we didnt expect for the bill to be that huge. Now my thing is. I am not blaming the waitress. I am only having questions towards the manager. When the problem appeared, the manager didnt bother to come to our table. They told the waitress that “if we drank the wine we should pay” and disappeared. My opinion, THIS TYPE OF SCHEME IS DONE TO THE CUSTOMERS OF THIS RESTAURANT ON PURPOSE. this is confirmed by: 1. complete ignoring of our situation by the manager and escaping before the conflict was ever solved (it wasnt) 2. ignoring of the email with the complaint that my friend immediately sent them 3. similar experience that happened to our friends in the same restaurant! (they ordered two halves of the pizza and got two pizzas instead and were told “you can take them home!”) The waitress tried to solve the conflict by giving her €10, but that is not enough to change my opinion about this restaurant. I am not ever returning here again as well as my friends.

What pizza lovers. The base is paper-thin and crispy, and the size is a wagon wheel! Pasta dishes can also be eaten. Quality and quantity go hand in hand here! You sit comfortably! However, it is still recommended to reserve a table. The pizzeria is simply very popular, especially among students! That's where the price speaks. The food came to the table quickly, you don't have to go hungry here for long! TOP!!! The service is very friendly. Everything is right here!

Ordered 2 BBQ Chicken pizza. On site I choose "without PEPPERONI and without spicy oil" for some reason they didn't put PAPRIKA on pizza..PEPPERONI and PAPRIKA are not the same thing. Why would they exclude paprika from pizza then??

For now, the pizza was good and tasty so far. But 1: It's very, very loud, you can hardly understand the person you're talking to. There probably isn't much you can do about that...but 2: The service team was incredibly screwed up. The wrong order came 3 times. The food came before the drinks. You shouldn't be thirsty. At the next table the main course was there at the same time as the starter. Since this table was so small, it was then "parked" on our table. Nobody asked if you wanted something more to drink... all in all, too many points for just one evening! We won't be coming back...

There is always far too much oil on the pizza and the music is far too loud, pizza is not pre-cut and cutting yourself with dull knives on plates that are too small is always annoying.

Were there yesterday afternoon. Super dear waiter, food came quickly, tasted good and the price for the lunch special was €10 for food and drink. Top! Keep it up!

Came here for pizza one evening, the restaurant was quiet and service was prompt. Ordered a pizza and it was bigger than the plate. It was a good pizza, soft crunchy crust and thin throughout the base. Ordered a tiramisu for dessert, it didn’t disappoint, I felt like ordering a second one after. Would recommend coming here for pizza and tiramisu. Would like to come back and try other dishes from the menu.

Rustic, a bit noisy, friendly staff, very good food

Extremely disappointing... => 7:20 p.m. Ordered alleged delivery time 7:55 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. ... => Called at 8:30 p.m., employee says it's out at 8:35 p.m.... => 9:50 p.m. No food, no response... Order was canceled via delivery service support. => Shortly around 11 p.m. the delivery person tried to ring the bell while I was sleeping! So unnecessary of you after 3 1/2 hours. Still trying to deliver something even though the order had already been canceled a long time ago. => Unfortunately no delivery recommendation...unless you want to starve :)...

A good Italian restaurant, the size of the pizzas is generous but a little lacking in toppings. I recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and friendliness.

A very nice place for an evening for two. The ambience and service are top. However, if there are a lot of visitors there it gets a bit noisy.

Eating disgusting fast food chain

We had vitello tonnato, pizza, pasta, tiramisu. Vitello and pasta very good, pizza good, crispy, maybe a bit big, protruding over the plate, a bit inconvenient. Tiramisu OK. Very nice place, patterned stone floor, relatively large, open kitchen, very busy, of course a bit noisy. You also sit a little tighter. Service very good and very, very friendly. I would have liked to give it six stars. Even though there was a lot going on, everything went very well. Focus on pizza and pasta. Very clean toilets and there is a language course going on 😎. Dishes for pasta are very nice. Come again.

We ate in this restaurant several times and were actually satisfied. However, we were disappointed several times when it came to the Pizza-Tonno. Half of the pizza was covered in tuna. In response to my complaint, we were promised that the pizza would be covered properly next time. Another disappointment. The third time I asked the waitress about it when ordering. Pizza arrived, half covered again. Since then we have avoided L'osteria :-(

Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht in Summe. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag Abend dort essen. Im voraus reservieren ist quasi Pflicht. Der Pizza Teig ist relativ dünn. Ich brauche aber keine riesige Pizza, bei der die äußeren 5cm nicht mit Soße oder Belag dekoriert sind. Dafür hat man dan in der Mitte der Pizza einen riesigen Batzen Käse. Die Spaghetti waren durchschnittlich gut. Die Bedienung war sehr gestresst und sah teilweise überfordert aus. Die Getränke sind durch ihre hohen Preise aufgefallen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Restaurant keinen weiteren Besuch wert.

Wie immer ein Genuss. Unser Abruf des zweiten Ganges wurde leider vergessen, so dass wir lange warten mussten. Aber hier zeigt sich dann die Qualität beim Service. Unser Kellner hat uns direkt informiert und alles dafür getan, dass es schneller geht und sich mit einem kleinen Tiramisu entschuldigt.

Super netter, sympathischer Service, trotz fehlender Reservierung einen Platz für 11 Personen bekommen. Qualität der Speisen und Getränken hochwertig. Die Akustik leider eher schlecht, da sehr laut und es fiel etwas schwer sich zu unterhalten.

Richtig schönen Abend verbracht. Service mega freundlich. Essen super lecker. Es war zwar mega voll, wir hatten glücklicherweise reserviert, und mussten daher noch nen kurzen Moment warten, aber es gab n Prosecco aufs Haus und der Dude kam mehrfach zu uns und hat sich entschuldigt. Waren nacher max 5 Min die wir gewartet hatten also alles völlig easy. War definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. ABSOLUTE Empfehlung.

The food is far to be real Italian recipes. I had a pomodoro soup and spaghetti with prawns.. the soup was mediocre and the pasta was the worse I ever had. No sauce, carrots and apio in the recipe which were not cooked but the pasta was overcooked and tasted like .. dry pasta. I only had the prawns. Even if the soup was an antipasti and I asked them to brin it upfront, they brought me the soup and the pasta in the same time. Unfortunately the atmosphere is nice, but the service and the food is overpriced compared to the quality. I left super disappointed

Ich war an einem Mittwoch Abend mit einem Freund da. Es war fürchterlich laut und man hatte keine Chance, ein vernünftiges Gespräch zu führen. Wir hatten Pizza 🍕 und die war auch wirklich sehr lecker 😋. Ich würde nicht nochmal hingehen 👎🏻

Optisch wirkt das Ambiente ansprechend, auch dass man der Küchencrew bei der Arbeit zusehen kann hat was. Aber mir persönlich ist die Räumlichkeit zu groß und laut. Das Essen ist geschmacklich gut, was mich aber stört ist, dass die Getränke erst mit dem Essen kamen und dass die Pizzen soviel größer als die Teller sind (und es gibt keine kleine Pizzagröße), so dass man sie kaum ordentlich essen/ schneiden kann. Dazu ist der Teig in der Mitte sehr dünn und feucht. Das mag Andere freuen, mein Ding ist es nicht. Warum die Pizza nicht in normaler Größe backen oder auf entsprechend großen Tellern servieren? Eine Pizza gewinnt bei mir nicht durch Größe. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich, hatten aber wohl viel zu tun. Die süßen Nachspeisen kamen gut an...

Leider war die Pizza kalt, der Salat mit hausdressing hingegen spitze... Unerfahrenes personal, daher lange Wartezeit... Das könnt ihr doch besser!!! Aber wir kommen gern wieder, auf einen zweiten Versuch...

Die Pizzeria L'Osteria hat mich mit ihrer exzellenten Küche und gemütlichen Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Die Pizza war köstlich und authentisch, die Auswahl an Gerichten vielfältig. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Ein rundum gelungener Besuch, den ich gerne wiederholen werde. Fünf Sterne!

I mean…. Were is the chicken? I just order a chicken salad and I got 5 small pieces… and it cost 14€ it taist really good but we’re is mi chickeeen???

Wir waren vergangenen Samstag mit 9 Personen dort, selbstverständlich mit Reservierung. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und höflich und hat alle Besonderheiten der Karte erklärt (das man 1 Pizza für 2 Personen bekommen kann usw). Die Pizzen sind sehr groß! Pizza sowie Nudelgerichte waren sehr lecker 😋 und heiß (wichtig!!), der Rotwein gut temperiert. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Tiramisu. Dem hat es, nach Aussage aller die es bestellt hatten, an Geschmack gefehlt. Wir würden das Lokal weiter empfehlen!
