The food was good. The pizza was oversized. The atmosphere is more like a canteen. Ok for a quick meal. Sitting comfortably is not likely.

The waiters were extremely foresighted and attentive, they had reserved or given us a particularly nice seat by the window despite it being a busy evening, but always got a nice one with a short wait Room for one. They are consistently very guest-oriented and do their job very conscientiously

I was at L’Osteria yesterday and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was super pleasant – lively, but still cozy. I particularly liked the open kitchen, where you can watch everything being freshly prepared - it really whets your appetite. Huge praise goes to the entire service team - everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. We were served by Clara and felt very well taken care of by her. Despite the full house, she was super organized and always with a smile. As a little extra, we even got a coffee on the house at the end - a really nice gesture that rounded off the evening perfectly. Many thanks to the whole team – we will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed from the start. Our waitress (Clara) was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. She always had a smile on her face, was quick to order and fulfilled our every wish - without being pushy. You can tell that she does her job with passion. As well as a big one to the other lovely waiters and waitresses. Thank you for the great service, we'll be happy to come back!

Pizzas and service were, as always, very good.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The waitress Clara was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwanted throughout our entire stay. Instead of concentrating on her tasks and serving us, the employee stood at the bar chatting with her friends for 15 minutes without taking our order. Unfortunately, such behavior is not acceptable and greatly marred our experience. We will not visit this restaurant again due to this bad experience.

We ate pizzas of different flavors, the dough is not Neapolitan, otherwise it tastes good. The pizza with arugula was the best for us...

The pizza is great and came quickly, but there weren't that many customers at lunchtime. However, despite repeated requests, we had to wait 30 minutes until we could pay?!? The service was bad with two waitresses who apparently cared more about all of the guests than we did. Three stars because of the really great size of the pizzas. Unfortunately it got pretty expensive, my pizza cost over 16 euros, even though I had a caprese pizza, i.e. with mozzarella and 3 small cherry tomatoes. EinIch Vegan Pizza is unfortunately also very expensive because you pay the normal price + €3 surcharge for the pizza melt. So you quickly end up with 19€ for a pizza.

The waitresses were very courteous and polite the whole time, excellent service ;) The prices have actually gone up a lot, but the good food and the great ambience are worth every cent.

Food there always tastes really good. The service here is also first class. Here the customer is still treated as king.

The prices being charged for pizza and salad these days are simply limitless. The same applies here. Pizza and salad are below average. The pizzas are huge, the crusts thick, and the middle is not crispy but soggy. The pizza is very greasy due to the salami (quality?). Topping on half a pizza, 7 small salami slices. Salad for just under €11 with three toppings: lettuce, some Parmesan cheese, bread cubes, and a sauce that just adds a little flavor, definitely not enough. The server was friendly and said next time you should ask up front if you want more sauce. Very loud for conversation. We paid €78 for four people with two spicy salami pizzas, a Caesar salad, and a shrimp salad, a glass of wine, a fruit spritzer, a Spezi, and an iced tea. Yes, you can check prices beforehand, but if you don't know the place and then feel like you're being ripped off for a lot of money, it's no use justifying it by saying that wages or rent have to be paid. The quality and prices should be right. We won't be visiting this pizza chain, L'Osteria, again. Things could be better, because we also have to work at least five hours for €80 to be able to go out to eat. After reading some reviews here, it seems like the quality of the food won't change. It's a shame, profit is more important than working on a really good food concept. People's tastes differ, but this one could definitely be better.

They use the label "Italian food", but it's definitely not Italian. Parsley and other herbs in the carbonara. I said it all. They create a false myth of what and how we Italians eat (clearly he is not the only one in Germany who unfortunately offers this service), confusing Germans who know nothing about Italian food. Crazy ignorance. I recommend offering those dishes without using our names, they are good after all, but they are not our dishes.

The pizzas are enormous. Not the best pizza I've had, but they are still good and you get so much it's hard not to leave content.

Excellent, very large pizzas. Surface in very good and rich quality. The service is friendly and quick. The only thing that's a bit noisy in the restaurant is the industrial-style interior design - which, however, looks really good and stands out from the "classic Italian restaurant around the corner".

The pizzas are extremely large, but extremely thin. I have rarely eaten so well! Absolutely recommended.

The pizzas are really a joke. Inferior rubber but not much of it. The dough becomes rock hard in a fraction of a second and the cheese looks like analogue cheese. Stay away, that doesn't make any sense. The price wasn't attractive either, that was nothing.

The food is really delicious. But if this were my first visit to Losteria, I wouldn't come there again. There was a lot going on, but I still find the following points unacceptable: we weren't given a really warm welcome. We were seated at the reserved table and initially forgotten. Our salads for dinner came as dessert, a backdrop of horror! A train station hall was nothing compared to that. I assume there weren't enough waiters/waitresses assigned. I don't think customers should notice that...

The restaurant itself is nice, but it is very loud inside. The pizza selection is simple standard, unfortunately no particularly imaginative ideas. The pizza is very large, but also thin and, at just under €15, not cheap. I was disappointed by the service. After serving, the waiter didn't ask us once if everything was good or if we wanted to order anything else, and I would actually have liked to drink something more. When we wanted to pay, we had to walk up to the waiter twice. That's why there were no tips and we said goodbye with an annoyed "bye". I'm not coming anymore, what a shame!

I wanted these without the gambi, namely with chicken breast strips. The price offered with Gambi was just under €15. I thought it would definitely be cheaper with chicken. That wasn't the case before. In any case, the chicken breast strips were very limited in quantity, not fresh and dry, probably having been quickly heated up in the pan the day before. The portion size of the gnocchi was so small, I think there were 15 gnocchi, that the price-performance ratio was absolutely inadequate (15€). Of course you could complain when the food comes. But you're hungry, you're looking forward to a delicious meal, you don't want to spoil the mood (there were 4 of us there) and so you're just annoyed. Still, I gave a good tip with the bill. Even when clearing away the waitress didn't notice that there was a knife and fork on the gnocchi plate (instead of a fork and spoon). When paying with a tip, all I got was a bored, absent “Thank you”. Well thanks too! We won't be coming back again. Too bad.

I just ordered 2 pizzas here via a delivery service. Unfortunately, I made a mistake, but together with a super friendly employee and the very helpful boss, we were able to sort everything out in no time. I was impressed by how service-oriented the work was there, despite the restaurant being audibly full. Thank you very much for that!! By the way, the pizzas were very good 👍

Were looking for one of these pizzerias, also to redeem a voucher from the gourmet block. Went there spontaneously without a reservation and the three of us also got a free place. The reference to the gourmet block was also answered in a friendly manner. Very friendly service!! The drinks and food we ordered came not too long after. We thought the pizzas and pasta dish we ordered were delicious! Hassle-free processing of the voucher. Can highly recommend the “store”!

We are here often. There's always something going on, but you can usually still get a spot. Food is of consistently good quality. Service is friendly. Restaurant is clean.

Rating from 2021: The pizza was ok, but too thin for my taste. I also liked the pizza better cold than fresh. It's not cheap. Update 2025: I had the lasagna this time. It was far too small to get enough of. My friend had the pasta with mascarpone sauce. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend that either. The sauce had almost no taste. Very unfortunate.

We are regular customers and will definitely remain so. The food is always super delicious. For me, the best pizza ever is here. Unfortunately, there are problems from time to time in the service and in the kitchen. Our specially ordered salad is almost always forgotten, we usually only get it when we ask at some point and the children's pasta often only came long after the adults had started eating, the kids should always get their food first. Very tasty Italian food, I can only recommend it. The equipment is also successful. Unfortunately, it's a huge room and when the tables are all occupied, the noise level increases to the point of giving you a headache. That's the only drawback. Location in Erlangen is ideal

Delicious food. We had pasta, the pizza from the next table also looked delicious. Next time we'll try pizza because we'll be happy to come back. At lunchtime it suddenly became full and the waiters were difficult to "catch", but that was probably because on the day before Christmas there were only 3 waiters responsible for the full shop. The boys and girls ran like weasels.

Food was partly okay. We are having dinner regularly here, but this time the pizza was to long in the oven and the last piece of food arrived after everybody else was finished. Also it tooks more than half an hour to pay. We need three times reminding the waiter to get the bill.

Poor quality and bad pizza and expensive!

We had made a reservation and even though we were a little early, we were taken to a free table by a friendly young man and served straight away. Even though it was quite busy (New Year's Eve), the food came quickly and was delicious as always. We ordered Gnocchi Gamberetti and Orecciette di Manzo al Limone and delicious desserts. We went there for a pizza and a salad. The waitresses are quick and friendly. Despite being busy, the food comes to the table quickly. Unfortunately neither the pizza nor the salad were to our liking. The pizza is large, but has thin toppings and little seasoning, i.e. bland. The lettuce was drowned in dressing and had probably been sitting for a while, at least judging by the condition of the lettuce leaves; fresh is different. The pizza dough was boring and lightly baked and yet dry. We had already seen at the neighboring tables that the pizzas were very lightly baked and had specifically said that we wanted the pizza to be crispy, but this was ignored. The pizza was more like dry pizza bread. The atmosphere wasn't really our thing either: very loud and a bit like a canteen. We won't go there anymore. Two stars anyway because the service was very good and quick.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Pizza ist riesig, eigentlich schon zu groß. Der Service war leider nicht besonders gut. Außerdem sitzt man draußen mitten in der Fußgängerzone, wo viel Durchgangsverkehr ist.

As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the attention to detail: the atmosphere is warm, stylish and immediately invites you to feel good. The staff was very friendly, attentive and always available without being intrusive. I only have positive things to say about the food. Both pizza and pasta are very good.
