Is everything okay? That used to be a really good BK branch with really good hot burgers and fresh burgers. But for about a year now, things have really left a lot to be desired. But actually it started since BK only offered these boring specials, almost always the same thing. Nevertheless, the branch has really deteriorated. At first the burgers arrived significantly slower for me as a customer. Well, you have to prepare them fresh for me because of an allergy, but it's always been that way. I only get incorrect orders, either the cheese is missing or something else is wrong. Since I unfortunately only notice this when I get home, because I actually hope that the burger is the way I want it and I don't bite into it on the way, but just check briefly to see if everything is included, it's really bad. Sometimes it contains exactly what I ordered, sometimes it's the wrong burger in the wrong packaging, sometimes everything is really cold (I live 5 minutes away), sometimes something is mixed up. It's also often the case that "newer" staff are really unfriendly, sometimes sit on your ears in the drive-thru and are really slow. That's a real shame because the branch was really great. You got fresh, hot burgers, fries were great, drive-thru was also good and there were rarely any mistakes. Maybe it will happen again, but for now I'm sticking with my pretty poor rating. There's a lot of room for improvement and it's also become expensive for quite poor quality.

I normally write reviews very rarely but you forgot my shitty 9 nuggets. Of course that happens, but I was looking forward to the nuggets hours before the end of my catering shift. I only noticed it at home

Super friendly staff! You are always greeted with a smile and served quickly. The order was correct, the food was fresh and tasty. I would particularly like to highlight the great service - you can tell that the team makes an effort and works well together. I always enjoy coming here!

We ordered a takeaway there because we had to go to another city right away. The first two Happy Meals were absolutely right, but there was a problem with the third one: the sauce was wrong (it was supposed to be curry, but they put sour cream instead, which was not in the order at all), there was no drink at all (although it was supposed to be a vanilla milkshake). It was very unpleasant, because the money was paid, and the order was not only wrong, but also not complete. McDonald's support contacted me and sent me a coupon for the Happy Meal that had a problem. Pleasantly surprised!

Well, the change with the app etc. messed up the concept, unfortunately people can no longer keep up with their work, which puts too much strain on the employees. Otherwise it's just fast food. Every now and then it works

Unfortunately, staff seems to be understaffed. Incredibly long waiting times despite relatively low customer frequency that day. Only the possibility of ordering at the terminals. Ordering at the counter is forbidden! Brazen profit maximization by saving personnel while foregoing the last bit of service. But the height was the way a customer was served after me. While I was waiting for my food, already slightly annoyed by the long wait, another customer came in and asked what was already ready at the counter. He was told he had to order at the terminal. He said he knew that, he just wanted to see what was already ready so he could order it at the terminal and then pick it up quickly. Good idea, I thought to myself. But only until he came back with the receipt and was told he had to wait until his number was called. Mind you. The stuff was already there. Ready for sale. It didn't get any better if it stayed there any longer. It wasn't part of any order that came before him. He specifically asked for that. It's hard to imagine less respect for the customer and more outrageous inflexibility! Accordingly, the first look and then the reaction of the customer were incomprehensible. However, it seemed to me that this was an order from above and not based on the employee's limitations. This one was actually quite friendly. I had spoken to him briefly beforehand when I let him know my dissatisfaction with only being able to order at the terminal. I realized one thing that day. Both “fast food” 😒 and customer loyalty are different. Also overpriced. Why should I do this to myself again?🤷🏽 Personally, life is too short for something like that 🤙🏽
