The staff are friendly, the service is quick and the fries are very good. The price is questionable. The sausage and sauce were nasty.

Of course you shouldn't compare it with a 5 star restaurant or other good ones. Considering it's fast food, it's okay and good for in between meals. Home there always chicken menu and water quite satisfied. My wife always wants nuggets and fingers with fries. We've been happy so far and everyone has a bad day sometimes. Bring snacks and drinks from home in winter. All snack bars are closed during the week. A large outdoor area with enough seating. From there you have a good view of the playground. The prices are high, which I can't say about the food. The food is a disaster.

Disappointing experience - never again! We had high expectations of the Rodizio Pantanal in Cologne, but were unfortunately completely disappointed. Our table was placed right next to a toilet - absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range. The staff were also extremely rude. We had brought a birthday cake with us and just wanted it to be prepared and served. Instead, we were treated rudely and it was made clear to us that our request was not welcome. Such behavior towards paying guests is simply unacceptable. The food itself was OK, but the entire service ruined the evening. We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend the restaurant!

Clean, competent, child-friendly

Generously sized motorway service station, with an extensive range of food, coffee to go, as well as travel supplies. On-site dining in the restaurant is offered. The sanitary area is generously sized, everything is clean, everything works, the furnishings are impeccable. The usual fee via Sanifair is charged for using the toilets, which is fully refundable when you make a purchase and redeem the voucher.

Showcase branch! I was in Spich for work last week and so I couldn't avoid a visit to McDonald's. ;) I was surprised, almost positively shocked, at how quickly it went there and how friendly the staff is. It took less than 5 minutes from the drive thru counter where you place the order to driving out. This is honestly the best time I've ever had in a McDonald's. And yet the food was hot and the drink was cold. I ordered something vegetarian and something with fish. The outside area was clean and the inside looked clean as well from what you could see through the windows. You really want a branch like this everywhere. Others can follow an example. I'd love to come back.

Ordered here often and always satisfied. You get more than enough napkins, which I find positive. Salt and pepper are also not skimpy. Always happy and the drivers are all friendly and nice. Thank you.

I'm usually always satisfied, but today I was shocked by the service. After this experience, I was no longer hungry. A man at the counter, who, as far as I understand, is still in training, was extremely rude. I had only asked if I could get a little more sauce on my chili cheese fries - even for an extra charge. His reaction, however, was completely rude and unacceptable. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at the counter. The whole thing happened on Friday around midnight. Unfortunately, I couldn't make out the name properly - something with A.K... For me, a reason to avoid this place when this employee is on duty.

The fries were fresh, the burgers were cold and soggy... so no crunchy salad or anything like that. I was there around 3:30 p.m. and there were hardly any people there. So there's something else going on. Staff really very nice.
