Leider war der Besuch ein Reinfall! Labberige Fritten und ein merkwürdig schmeckender Patty! Schade!! Personal dagegen erfreulich zuvorkommend!!!

Cleaning is rare here, and the MC Flurry is a rip-off! Our table ordered three, two were regular, and one was a quarter full. For that price, ridiculous! Complaining didn't help; the lady came with a scale and said it was fine, new rule...

I've been there four times now – each time hoping it might get better. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The burgers were cold or lukewarm at best every single time, the cheese not even remotely melted – you wonder if they've ever even seen the grill. The restrooms? A disgrace. Unhygienic, dirty, sometimes without paper – simply unpleasant and absolutely not what you'd expect from an international chain. The service? Just about okay. Friendly, but slow and uncoordinated, but at least the minimum was met. And then the terrace: dirty tables, trash on the floor. You don't get the feeling that anyone here takes responsibility or cares about cleanliness. Overall: If you expect hot food and clean restrooms, you'd be better off going somewhere else. A shame.

Bad service! It was only 8 degrees Celsius, and the manager refused to close the glass doors. I was freezing while eating. He said the staff was hot and I was the only one cold.

We quickly grabbed something to eat at the drive-thru today. I ordered a meal with Coca-Cola, and what did I see while waiting at the drive-thru window? The employee simply poured the 1.5-liter discount Coke from Norma into the cup, not even chilled and still carbonated... I don't know what's going wrong here... You can't write Coca-Cola in the menu description and then pour discount Coke from Norma into it. I'm truly speechless...

I went to KFC for the first time in ages, since they stopped offering spicy wings; I was missing something. Today, in a pinch, I got hot wings and coleslaw. The wings felt very small (6 for €7!), as the previous reviewers said, with a lot of breading. The coleslaw was very small but very expensive. €4 for an estimated 130g! I had to give the food 2 stars because the taste is still there. But that's my last review, KFC won't be seeing me anymore. Too bad, it used to be better and I preferred it to burger bars. Goodbye KFC.

I recently went to McDonald's, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't what I had hoped for. The food was only lukewarm, and the fries were soft instead of crispy. The burger could have been fresher and more carefully prepared. The restaurant itself was quite messy – some tables hadn't been wiped down, and the place generally seemed a bit unkempt. The service, while polite, seemed rather stressed and unattentive. I know you don't expect gourmet food at McDonald's, but a certain standard should still be maintained. Unfortunately, this makes a visit less enjoyable.
