Yesterday, between 7:00 and 7:45 p.m., I was at the KFC Milaneo branch and ordered the "Big Deal" meal for €4.99.
After I ordered the food and paid by card, the employee suddenly told me that there was no Coke or any other beverage available from the machine because it was broken—even though he hadn't informed me of this before ordering.
He offered me some kind of "Capri Sun" juice instead.
I declined this offer because that wasn't what I had ordered. I told him to give me a Coke or another carbonated drink.
He then spoke to his colleague in a foreign language, which I won't mention here so as not to be labeled as racist against a particular ethnic group. They laughed, and then he cheekily said to me in German: "I won't give you anything, sorry."
I then asked him to cancel the order. He returned €5 to me in cash, even though I had paid with a card. He didn't apologize for the incident.
I haven't eaten at this branch in a long time because I know they treat customers poorly, the food is always served cold, and the employees barely speak German. Nevertheless, I wanted to give them another chance. But I deeply regret it.
I really can't recommend anyone have this bad experience. There are plenty of other restaurants right next door that treat customers with respect and provide good service.
Absolutely disgusting.
Everything was dirty and not sanitized at all.
The staff were too stupid to bring drinks to our tables...

I had a crispy chicken tortilla with fries, salad, and a coke zero. I quite enjoyed it.

We went there for the first time because it was on the way.
Admittedly, it was the first time for us in over 10 years that we got something there...
It was almost clear that the price performance was no longer appropriate... However, the service was a disaster... The burger was cold, the meat was hard,...
You pay an excessive amount of money and you don't even get everything that was ordered.... WHEN we asked, we were accused of LIE!!
This lady really needs to go...
We sat outside and observed several people who had also complained... But it wasn't anyone?!
It was often in the kitchen as a child, now after a long time again with my family after a shopping trip. The man who served us was very friendly, the taste of the food was okay but not comparable to before.
A few hours later, my family and I had the blessing over the toilet. We all vomited that evening and had stomach pains shortly after eating.
It's a shame, I loved going there as a child.
Friends have advised me against going there now, I would have preferred to have heard them.
Fries themselves were epic, but the fact that the “small” packaging for small fries displayed at the front isn’t even half full borders on scam for me. According to the packaging law, packaging must be filled with 70% content.
