1/5..because i can’t put ZERO make us pay 20€ and add items we didn’t ask for and when i said it to them they had an attitude and were aggressive. And left while i was talking. Plus he trew the food at me. He justified his mistake by saying that we were laughing in my own car that i paid for. BATARADEH

Staff who do not know how to take orders correctly! Even when there are no people there, they constantly make mistakes. Disappointing.

Very good location especially when you don't know the area and the atmosphere is great. The chicken mayonnaise was our favorite 😋. I recommend.

I liked the modern concrete look, something different. Be careful, normal toilets on the 1st floor. Disabled toilets on the ground floor. Service point deducted because ordering via touchpad and not at the checkout. I do not like it. The plant base nuggets were not my cup of tea; they were far too dry for me. The plent base nugget burger felt cold.

The shop was pretty full, in the lower area all the tables were occupied, people were standing in line with their trays in their hands and the upper area was closed, the reason for this was (we have already cleaned) people you are open until 11 p.m. and close the upper area 3 hours ago… mess

I really don't recommend. Ok the waiter was new, but I did everything for him, closing the drink lids, putting my sandwiches and fries in the bag, because he didn't know how to do it. There were 3 fries missing, the ice creams were plain even though they were Lion flavored ice creams!! There was no sauce. And my fries were put in a burger box… in short, not quality at all.

Waited 15 minutes, burger lukewarm

So you stood at the checkout for 15 minutes and weren't asked if you needed anything or wanted to pay or wanted to hand in the coupon! I asked the employees about it and was rudely addressed as, yes, you can say something, but you are not obliged to do so. If you work in a retail store, the sales person there will also ask!!! Some of the staff were unfriendly and then threw the mayo onto the tablet as if they were a dog!!!

New restaurant has just opened. Several choices offered only in France. Reasonable price. Ideal for the whole family. Private and free parking.

Very clean, friendly, fast service

The food was prepared quickly and freshly. Staff very friendly, restaurant very clean. I think the plant based menu is very tasty. For me, Burger King is currently the best fast food chain.

Fairly slow service even though there weren't many orders... they forgot fries and sauces. But overall it's still good but be careful, I had a double cheese, it was tiny (the size of a small cheeseburger). The style of music should be reviewed too, there was loud electro... unpleasant

Both the tables and the services were clean. Fast service and great ambient music. Bravo to the person who put Run to the Hills by Iron Maiden in the ambient sound of the venue.

The service is a little soft on the knees, but otherwise the places are clean, the meal is ok (I don't know much about it, I only eat this type of gastronomy very rarely).

Please provide WiFi access and turn down the radio volume

1st Burger King in Europe pleasant setting courteous staff fast service and my menu is very good good hold of the bread which does not fall into pieces as you eat the whole thing and pleasant to eat accompanied by well-cooked fries and unlimited coke without overdoing it very satisfied with my first time at Burger King nothing to criticize clean and well maintained it makes me want to come back to try other menus

If you wish, you can also add text again: The visit was a catastrophe! The employee was super unfriendly at the drive in, took the order and then disappeared 5 minutes later a very rushed colleague took over. Normally the money is collected first and then you get the food - but the employees were so confused that we were given drinks and food after a really long wait and then sent away with a good evening. We were very confused and then realized that none of us asked for any money. So we didn't shoot and went back to pay. The order then had to be taken again and the MA “kindly” reminded us that we still had 4 extra chicken nuggets burgers. So I paid and in the car my friend looks at me and says the ice cream is missing. So he quickly ran back to get the ice cream that was missing because we urgently had to go on to pick something up. When we got home we saw that our specially (!) mentioned 4 chicken nuggets burgers were not in the bag - not a single sauce for our nuggets, no napkins! We ordered for almost €50 and if we hadn't picked up the ice cream we would have been missing almost half of it! Absolute mess - we were so frustrated at home. Customer service 0 is best to double check your order!

A disaster! Nobody speaks French. I choose at the terminal, I choose a BBQ double beef burger as indicated. With fries and coke, without ice cubes. The fries are bland, white and barely warm, not good! Compared to that of France! Nothing to see. Worse than that of McDonald’s (yes yes it’s possible!). The coke is super cold, without ice that means ambient no?! I'm not even talking about the Burger: it's missing a steak, it's full of green peperonni and red pepper sauce! Nah but seriously?! Where is the Barbecue sauce? The lady doesn't know how to say anything to me except "sorry." I can't even make myself understood, I don't even speak English either! “Spicy” she didn’t understand…. No one in this burger I think we know why now! TO FLEE !!

Employees should be organized much faster!

Obliged to give one star but really bad! And yet Burger King is well above McDonald's... but then, a disaster on all levels. Only positive point, very clean place. Not a cat in the fast food, already there, it seemed strange to us but we quickly understood why... cold fries, sandwiches and so on, and not at all what we ordered. When we speak to the person at the counter, a young woman with dark hair, she brushes it off royally, rudely. In short, she had time to laugh with her colleagues but did nothing to solve our problem. Clearly to be boycotted.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Burger King, aber was sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Knappe 45min habe ich auf das Essen gewartet, das Menu war nicht komplett und habe keine Entschädigung bekommen und das Essen war sehr kalt …. Sorry aber hier komme ich nicht mehr so schnell hin 😣!!!!

Arrivée chez moi avec ma commande à emporter je mapperçois qu'il manque toutes les sauces commandée (payée en supplément bien sûr), la seule sauce que j'ai n'a rien à voir avec ce que j'ai commandé. Des onions rings sont venus remplacer les snacks au fromage ??? Super quand on a pas trop de moyen, qu'on se permet de s'offrir un seul et unique fast good dans le mois, et qu'on paye la moitié de sa commande dans le vent, entre le coup des snacks et des sauces ça fait 7€ dépensés pour rien !

Vraiment bien ! Viande de bœuf 100% Halal ✅ Le resto est propre et surtout je suis étonné de la rapidité des remise des commande à chaque fois c’est pret super rapidement ! Néanmoins… peu de personnel parle anglais ou français c’est dommage car je demande d’enlever le fromage on me repond oui mais ce n’est au final pas fait c’est dommage mais je pense que c’est juste un souci de compréhension 👍🏻 Petit + il on 2 étage et des toilette propre et des menus et sandwich vegan ✅

War schon mehrfach im BK. Das Essen schmeckt wie sonst auch. Allerdings scheinen die Mitarbeiter nicht fähig zu sein Bestellungen richtig zu lesen. In 90% der Fälle werden extra Zutaten nicht auf den Burger gepackt. Heute habe ich Jalapenos als extra bestellt. Was soll ich sagen, schon wieder keine Jalapenos auf dem Burger. Zwar nur 50 Cent, aber wenn man sich drauf freut. Werde wohl in Zukunft jeden Burger vor dem wegfahren auf Vollständigkeit prüfen.

Ich kann die meisten Bewertungen hier nur bestätigen. Dieser Abend war ein Armutszeugnis. Die meisten Bestellautomaten sind out of order. Haben 45 min. auf unser Essen gewartet ( ich glaube der/ die Filialleiter/ in hat das Konzept hinter dem Schnell Restaurant nicht ganz verstanden. Obergeschoss durfte nicht betreten werden so das die Sitzplätze knapp wurden. Vor Damen Toilette entstand eine Schlange. Nochmal besuchen wir Burger King in Kehl nicht so schnell wieder. Eure Floskeln könnt Ihr dazu Sparen, wie wir machen das Essen frisch 》schön aber nicht 45 min. gerade für Eltern mit 3 Kindern eine Zumutung. Die Nachfolger unseren Tisches mussten verkrümmelt von uns übernehmen. Zum Positiven: Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Das Getränk konnte man theoretisch wieder nachfüllen ( haben nicht gemacht). Trotzdem auch hier mal wieder "Gut gemeint ist oft nicht genug" Wenn das Essen auf sich wartet lässt, dann kann zumindest der Getränkebecher schon mal den Gästen überreichen werden und was zum Trinken anzubieten. Es ist wie es ist in Deutschland bekommt Ihr nie den Service hin wie McDonald's auf die Reihe. -überforderrtes untebesetztes Personal Drive In noch im Nacken. Hat auch Vorrang sonst bildet sich Stau auf der Bundesstraße B28 von Strasbourg kommend. Überlegt mal Stau wegen unterbesetzten Burger King das wäre der Supergau deswegen können die Gäste in der Filiale etwas länger warten lassen. -Obergeschoss gesperrt gewesen ( Leute mussten mit "Enemene mu" auslosen wer als nächster den Tisch bekommt -Eine Toilette am diesen Abend Die Chefs also die Kaufleute der Burger King Ketten sind Sparfüchse. Es ist auch in Ordnung die wollen nicht viel bis gar nichts am Essen wegschmeißen. Das schmälert den Umsatz. Wenn dann mal gar keine Gäste da sind habt Ihr gar kein Umsatz mehr. Die meisten Burger King Unternehmer schaffen den Spagat trotzdem zwischen Anzahl der Angestellten und der Anzahl der der Gäste die bedienen werden möchten nicht. So das es oft mit astronomischen Wartezeiten verbunden ist. Das ist wie ein Vergleich mit der Pünktlichkeit und dem Service der Deutschen Bahn zu der Schweizer Bahn 😆 wie Tag und Nacht. Spart euch den Besuch und geht gegen über zu McDonald's die haben auch Sparcoupon vor allem Familien mit Kindern. Da habt Ihr euer Essen in 5 - 10 min. und auf das Klo könnt Ihr auch ohne lange oder gar keine Warteschlange ( nur traurig 😢 wo ich das miterlebt habe) Einziges Manko bei McDonald's der Angebot an Plant Based Essen. Wer damit leben kann ist dort besser aufgehoben zumindest in Kehl.

Personal ist scheinbar überfordert aus einer Cola eine Cola Zero zu machen am Drive.. man wird noch blöd angemacht „ich hab dich doch gefragt“. Die Cola war noch nicht im Becher 😅 ausserdem kann es hier in einem Fast Food Restaurant nicht sein dass man über ne halbe Stunde auf nach Bestellung warten muss.

Service rapide et équipier aimable ce qui est rare pour un fast food. Boisson à volonté. Grosse portion on mange tres bien et le lieu est agréable, il y a un étage un peu plus calme pour manger.

Le parking est tout petit, service pas très rapide, repas froid

Prix des menus élevés, pas de sandwich poisson dans le menu pour enfants!?le personnel pas très content si on demande une sauce..et aussi vous ne pouvez pas utiliser les points fidélité de l'application ouverte en France,je ne recommande pas

Etablissement propre... Je dirais que le seul bémol est que le personnel ne fait AUCUN EFFORT pour parler et comprendre le français alors que lorsqu'ils viennent chez nous, nous devons faire effort de parler allemand !! Dommage, sinon bon établissement

After few times visit i can say only keep it going. Clean we always,Fries was fresh,the Burger was warm and delicious only the Ice tea is little bit to sweet for our taste. In rush hours its little wait time but thats not so big problem if u whant to eat something fresh and delicious. Keep it going ✌️

Burger king très spacieux sur deux étages. Très propre , service rapide et Sandwichs très bien réalisés. Bravo beaucoup mieux qu'en France

Zusammengefasst: Empfehlenswert Dieser Burger King ist wirklich top. Es ist alles sauber und die Speisen sind immer frisch.

Mittlerweile 10 mal besser als der McDonald's nebenan. Die Preise und die Menge (Qualität auch) sind einfach in allen Belangen besser. Bei McDonald's sind die Klimas selten oder gar nicht an und bei BurgerKing in der Regel schon. Beim BurgerKing kann man unbegrenzt die Getränke nachfüllen im Gegensatz zum Konkurrenten. Geschmacklich gefallen mir die Patties deutlich mehr als die von McDonald's. Die Soßen sind auf dem selben Level. Das Restaurant ist mindestens genauso sauber wie der McDonald's.

Gestern Abend, das war ja mal nix. War zum ersten Mal hier seit der Eröffnung. 1 Bestellterminal, defekt(rotes Licht), ein weiteres tot (trotz grünem Licht), meines spukte zum Schluss keinen Bon heraus - immerhin habe ich mein Essen bekommen, ohne dass ich den Bon vorzeigen musste. Der Burger war auch sehr schwach (für den Preis), einer der beiden Patties war nicht durch, der Beacon war nicht mal ansatzweise knusprig. Insgesamt eher lieblos zusammengemengt. Für einen Premium-Burger eine schwache Leistung. Immerhin die Pommes waren Ok. Und darauf musste ich auch noch recht lange warten. Während dem Warten vor der Kasse ist mir aufgefallen, dass der ganze Boden geklebt hat. Schade, eigentlich war mir Burgerking bisher lieber als die Konkurenz mit dem goldenen Em.
