Stopped at this branch last night and bought two menus and other dishes. Unfortunately the burger and fries were not edible. Despite the long wait, we got warmed up burgers and fries again. As rock hard as the burgers were, they had certainly been warmed up several times before. Now Burger King is not known for quality and taste, so expectations are also low. But we've never experienced anything like this before. The food had to go in the trash.

Now 10 times better than the McDonald's next door. The prices and the quantity (quality too) are simply better in all respects. At McDonald's the climates are rarely or not on at all and at BurgerKing they usually are. At BurgerKing you can refill your drinks unlimitedly, unlike its competitor. In terms of taste, I like the patties much more than those from McDonald's. The sauces are on the same level. The restaurant is at least as clean as McDonald's.

That was honestly the worst Burger King visit of my life. We waited a whopping 20 minutes for two menus even though there was absolutely nothing going on and they were normal burgers! Large orders placed after us were even processed beforehand. And even if you might think that it supposedly takes so long because everything is made fresh: the burgers and fries were cold and delicious. There was also old brown lettuce on my burger. The service was really completely overwhelmed. Underground.

We immediately received support from the staff and were able to work out an order for ourselves. We were so happy. We were already hypoglycemic. It rounded us out well. I liked the modern concrete look, something different. Be careful, normal toilets on the 1st floor. Disabled toilets on the ground floor. Service point deducted because ordering via touchpad and not at the checkout. I do not like it. The plant base nuggets were not my cup of tea; they were far too dry for me. The plent base nugget burger felt cold.

I really don't recommend. Ok the waiter was new, but I did everything for him, closing the drink lids, putting my sandwiches and fries in the bag, because he didn't know how to do it. There were 3 fries missing, the ice creams were plain even though they were Lion flavored ice creams!! There was no sauce. And my fries were put in a burger box… in short, not quality at all.

So you stood at the checkout for 15 minutes and weren't asked if you needed anything or wanted to pay or wanted to hand in the coupon! I asked the employees about it and was rudely addressed as, yes, you can say something, but you are not obliged to do so. If you work in a retail store, the sales person there will also ask!!! Some of the staff were unfriendly and then threw the mayo onto the tablet as if they were a dog!!!

New restaurant has just opened. Several choices offered only in France. Reasonable price. Ideal for the whole family. Private and free parking.

Fairly slow service even though there weren't many orders... they forgot fries and sauces. But overall it's still good but be careful, I had a double cheese, it was tiny (the size of a small cheeseburger). The style of music should be reviewed too, there was loud electro... unpleasant

Both the tables and the services were clean. Fast service and great ambient music. Bravo to the person who put Run to the Hills by Iron Maiden in the ambient sound of the venue.

The employee was super unfriendly at the drive in, took the order and then disappeared 5 minutes later a very rushed colleague took over. Normally the money is collected first and then you get the food - but the employees were so confused that we were given drinks and food after a really long wait and then sent away with a good evening. We were very confused and then realized that none of us asked for any money. So we didn't shoot and went back to pay. The order then had to be taken again and the MA “kindly” reminded us that we still had 4 extra chicken nuggets burgers. So I paid and in the car my friend looks at me and says the ice cream is missing. So he quickly ran back to get the ice cream that was missing because we urgently had to go on to pick something up. When we got home we saw that our specially (!) mentioned 4 chicken nuggets burgers were not in the bag - not a single sauce for our nuggets, no napkins! We ordered for almost €50 and if we hadn't picked up the ice cream we would have been missing almost half of it! Absolute mess - we were so frustrated at home. Customer service 0 is best to double check your order!

A disaster! Nobody speaks French. I choose at the terminal, I choose a BBQ double beef burger as indicated. With fries and coke, without ice cubes. The fries are bland, white and barely warm, not good! Compared to that of France! Nothing to see. Worse than that of McDonald’s (yes yes it’s possible!). The coke is super cold, without ice that means ambient no?! I'm not even talking about the Burger: it's missing a steak, it's full of green peperonni and red pepper sauce! Nah but seriously?! Where is the Barbecue sauce? The lady doesn't know how to say anything to me except "sorry." I can't even make myself understood, I don't even speak English either! “Spicy” she didn’t understand…. No one in this burger I think we know why now! TO FLEE !!

Obliged to give one star but really bad! And yet Burger King is well above McDonald's... but then, a disaster on all levels. Only positive point, very clean place.
