Super tasty. Very inspiring. Simply treat yourself to the menu including fries and a drink for €13 and you'll be well looked after :)

Top concept, top implementation and super clear with lots of selection. The only thing missing is a more cozy atmosphere, a bit cold.

Doner takeaway with everything - Chef recommended using all three sauces. Doner kebab was perfect in taste and quantity. Wrapped in strong paper and aluminum foil. More service is not possible.

We ordered and the delivery was quicker than expected - that was of course positive. I didn't have high expectations of the food and yet we were disappointed. The noodles in cheddar sauce were not only overcooked but also completely tasteless. Although the pasta in cream sauce had some form of flavor, it was undefined and not particularly good. The pizza was okay.

Unfortunately I can't judge the food because I didn't make it in time, even though according to Google it's open until 9:45 p.m. We were there at 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and they closed the restaurant in front of us. At least adjust the times so that other customers don't have the same situation as me.

This is the best and my favourite restaurant in the entire Mannheim when it comes to grab something to eat at home, prices are decent and the food is just amazing, I could eat their food every day for 3 times without needing to eat anything else I just love it!

Hmm. Well, I don't share the many negative experiences. I only go there every now and then - you want to stay healthy - but I always have a pretty good impression. The last time I was there was a few days ago at lunchtime, the shop was full of kiddies and Insta mice in vanilla (that's sooo 2023!). Nevertheless, my order came friendly, fresh and quick, and after a few minutes I was on my way again. So I can't complain.

I redeemed this beef menu for 1800 crowns. Due to an internet outage, the crowns were debited but the order was not registered. 1800 crowns!!!! How am I supposed to feed my family now???? But the employee was nice. Now comes the review from my friend Paul: My burger was good - different from our mood... 1800 crowns! That's 3600 DM Kronen... That's an absolute disgrace. If something like this happens again, we will probably have to switch to the competition or leave the country. It doesn't work that way.

Delivery almost 1 hour late... instead of 4 burgers we got 4 fries delivered and if that wasn't bad enough, the entire meal was cold. Nobody responds to calls. Absolute no-go.

This branch is the only one in Mannheim that has a drive-thru. That's why we only go there when we feel like Burger King. Ordered from the drive last night and checked everything straight away. Number of burgers and sides were correct. Pepper was missing again and there was mayo instead of sour cream. But good.. Didn't want to run in.. At home then the surprise.. Instead of the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double there was an unidentifiable plant based burger wrapped in paper. Today I drove in and asked for the branch or shift manager. I explained my concerns to him. He was very nice and polite to me. Apologized for that and offered to freshen up the Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef Double for free. As a gesture of goodwill and upon request, he even made two of them. This is what customer service looks like! Thank you

No heating, therefore extremely uncomfortable in winter. Cleanliness poor, both in the restaurant and in the toilets. Food mixed - fries warm and good, burger unfortunately only lukewarm, cola with lots of ice (in a frosty sales room) My companion has been feeling bad since the visit... (To be fair: everything is (still) normal for me. in the stomach area...)

Great service, very nice employees, I like everything here, I'm a regular customer!
