Wir waren am Samstag vor Ostern zim Mittagessen mit Kind. Ein spitzen Essen, sehr nette Bedienung und ein Kamin, der den Raum auf den Seeterassen war und gemütlich zauberte. Wir hatten alle unterschiedliches Essen, alle waren sehr zufrieden, das Auge ist auch mit, Danke dem Koch, er hat ein großes Lob verdient. Danke dem gesamten Team der Seeterassen, gerne kommen wir wieder. Ein schönes Osterfest

Ordered a bacon bowl and a bacon cheeseburgers from Onkel Amerika via Takeaway. Ordered got delivered within 30 minutes on a Thursday evening. Very friendly delivery woman and food was great! Recommended place if you are in town!

We are very satisfied. Food tastes good and the service is also good. It would be nice if the kitchen was closed as the smells move into the dining room. Is sometimes disturbing.

Shirokuro is still something of an insider tip and offers Asian cuisine with a Japanese focus. As is almost always the case in such cases, the operators are Vietnamese. The menu is extensive. We had two starters and two main courses which were quite tasty. The drinks were brought to us by a funny serving robot. The prices are below the average of comparable restaurants.

In the restaurant: I think more staff is needed. Online ordering distracts from restaurant service. Staff undoubtedly friendly. But the system could be significantly better. Food was tasty.

Beware of this place! A disaster in yellow and red – McDonald's Schönebeck is an outrage! Anyone who has used the McDonald's drive-thru in Schönebeck in the last six months should prepare for the worst: constantly forgetting items! I've placed my order here several times, paid a high price, and then realized at home or on the way that something crucial was missing. It's not only annoying, but simply outrageous to pay for something you never received! Absolute incompetence and a lack of care seem to be the order of the day here. After the drive-thru has driven me to distraction several times, I thought today I'd try my luck in the restaurant so I could check my order on the spot. What a naive thought! I specifically ordered a burger WITHOUT cheese. What did I get? A burger with DOUBLE cheese! Not only is this the exact opposite of my order, but it demonstrates a complete disregard for customer requests and a shocking lack of attention from the staff. It's unbelievable that a restaurant in such a chain can't manage to execute the simplest orders correctly. The work is either sloppy or there's a complete lack of concern for paying customers. Conclusion: Anyone who values ​​their time, money, and nerves should steer clear of McDonald's in Schönebeck! The constant errors, the disregard for special requests, and the obvious inability to perform basic tasks are absolutely unacceptable. This place seems to have completely lost the concept of customer service and quality control. A solid 6 – put it down!
