Waiting time longer than my previous relationships, we waited almost 2 hours, no information from the driver or the restauranteur himself. Pizza tasted like ass crack. Never again 🤢

I ordered from this restaurant yesterday and absolutely loved it! The pizzas were incredibly tasty and perfectly prepared. The Pasta Ala Chef in particular was an absolute highlight – simply fantastic! Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely order here again!😊

I always enjoyed ordering from Pinocchio. Sometimes you pick it up yourself, sometimes you have it delivered. On Friday it is usual for the crowd to be high and sometimes it takes longer. Today's example: order online for 7:15 p.m., you get a call back asking if 8 p.m. is also possible because the pizzeria can't do it sooner. Now it's 8:50 p.m. and still no food. A call to inquire about the expected arrival of the ordered food only resulted in a succinct "yes, yes, it's on its way, then the question of what I had ordered and then another annoyed or bored yes, bye." Customer service is something else. If you are unable to meet the high demand, then it is better to be honest and stop accepting orders instead of making customers wait forever and dismissing them rudely on the phone.

It's a shame that you even have to give one star. Actually, Pinocchio was always our favorite pizzeria, but today was really underground. At 6:20 p.m. a large pizza, a small pizza, pizza rolls and a kids menu were ordered for 7:15 p.m. At 6:36 p.m. a call came from a less nice lady saying that the time couldn't be made and the order wouldn't arrive until 8:00 p.m. We agreed to that. At 8.45 p.m. we gave each other a friendly call and asked where our order was, and the only answer we got was an annoyed "Yeah, it's on the way". After another fifteen minutes the order actually arrived. The driver apologized for the delay and said he had forgotten the surprise children's menu that he wanted to bring. What can I say? With huge hunger and anticipation, we opened the pizza boxes and the next disappointment followed. The pizzas were completely cold, the edges were burnt, as were the pizza rolls and the additional garlic was completely missing. We also wondered where the toppings on the pizza were lost, because we don't know anything about Pinocchio that you have to look for the toppings. Big compliments to the driver who actually brought over a pack of chewing gum. Unfortunately, that was probably our last order. It's a shame if friendliness and service are saved.

We ordered a sports facility for a larger group. I let you know a week and a half in advance, ordered something at short notice on the day of delivery...everything went smoothly, on time, hot and tasty...I've enjoyed eating there since I was a teenager and have never been disappointed.

As is often the case, there is nothing negative to say about it! Price, performance and taste are simply top!

I ordered something there for the second time, pizza was very tasty like the first time, but delivery leaves a lot to be desired. After 2h30 minutes the pizza finally arrived, normal as there is a lot going on on a public holiday, but a little information that it took longer than 2 hours would have been appropriate. The driver was nice, but it would be customer-friendly if you didn't talk on the phone when you were in contact with the customer.

Totally unfriendly supplier. And also give me crap about money. I don't have to be bullied either. Don't order anymore!

Not only did we have to wait over half an hour for our pizza - it also gave us both stomach problems. And forgetting an order shouldn't happen, but it can. Then it would be at least apologizing for it and not getting mushy.

Ordered salami pizza online and it arrived very quickly and tasted good. The only note in the order form was the house number …A, but the A apparently got lost somewhere. Suddenly the house number without A was on the receipt - please check again how that could be. The delivery driver had to call because of this - I stated everything correctly.

We just went and ordered a 30 Frutti de mar and a 24 Prusciotto. Tipped €2. The 24 was a 20 and the Frutti de mar had like nothing on it, not even really cheese, for the price... well.

We absolutely do not recommend ordering online. We ordered online and on the website it says that you should call within an hour at the latest, which is what we did after an hour. The online order was not noticed but we were told that the order would be prepared immediately and delivered quickly. After another hour we called again and were told that they had canceled the order for no apparent reason, waited two hours and received nothing. It was a 100€ order, maybe they didn't need that, never again!!

Actually it was always said that this pizzeria was a very great and reliable pizzeria, today we experienced the opposite. Ordered online, strangely enough nothing came after more than an hour and they inquired. Order apparently didn't arrive even though we received a delivery confirmation. After we were asked whether we wanted to cancel or still receive the order, we expressly said received. After another hour nothing came again and after another call they said we had supposedly said we should cancel the order. Very bad service.

Yesterday after a long time I ordered pizza and a casserole again. Pizza was burnt on the outside. The bottom was soggy and not baked through. The box was soaked. The casserole was loveless and had no taste. Potatoes were only half cut (too big for a casserole), there was hardly any sauce and the chicken was also burnt. Ordered there last time

We ordered again today after a long time. In retrospect, unfortunately. My husband had pizza. The edge burnt black. So soggy in the middle, even the cardboard was through. I had potato casserole. Half potatoes carelessly thrown into the mold. There was hardly any sauce and my meat was burned too. Tasteless at that. So definitely the last time.

So this is the second time we've ordered there, maybe we're the exception but for me it's the worst pizza place. The first time our order was completely forgotten and we had to wait 3 hours and call several times. Today after about 2 years (everyone deserves a 2nd chance at least in this industry) I forgot half of the order and the driver wanted almost the full price. Sorry but we will never order from there again.

Truly the tastiest pizza I've had in a long time! However, the extra toppings you paid for are really rare, which was a shame.

A colleague and I were there for lunch in the field. I had a pizza and my colleague had a lasagne. In terms of price, everything was okay and the waiting time was completely reasonable. Drinks are self-service. My pizza was good and tasty. My colleague wasn't so convinced about the lasagna. Ambiance was OK. Not for a romantic date or family dinner, but definitely enough for a quick meal. Parking is sometimes difficult.

It's always a pleasure if you do what I like. Fresh and very tasty pizza in the traditional Italian style. A wafer-thin base, which is only covered with fresh ingredients and baked in a stone oven, creates a special taste experience. I've been visiting the pizzeria since I was a child and it still tastes the same as it did before.

I ordered a pizza with tomato, rocket and cheese and got a pizza with Parma ham. Apparently the employees don't know their own card and don't understand orders. Update: Very good pizza, but very poor delivery service. Some orders never arrive, most orders arrive either way too late (at least 1 hour late, after 2 to 3 hours) or way too early and never at the stated delivery time, even if you order 2 hours in advance. Of course, there are always excuses for this: between 4 and 5:30 p.m. there is no driver who can make deliveries, the employees in the branch do not pass on any information, ...

Everything was great with the first order! Ordered today at 7:15 p.m. for 8 p.m.... I asked at 8:45 p.m. and found out that the pizza wasn't even ready... More comments... If there is not enough capacity, please do not accept any orders...

Nach langer Zeit heute eine Pizza bestellt. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, erstens war die Pizza kalt, wie dann der Käse geschmeckt hat, brauche ich hier nicht extra erwähnen. Ich behaupte einfach mal, dass der Belag keinesfalls Parma-Schinken gewesen sein konnte, beweisen kann ich es leider nicht. Meine Meinung. Es war eine große Pizza, mit Lieferung und Trinkgeld, 17 €, nach drei Stücken wanderte die dann leider in den Müll.Sehr ☹️ Es muss wohl ein Teamwechsel bei der Pinocchio-Pizzeria stattgefunden haben, denn so etwas hatte ich in den vergangenen Jahren noch nie erlebt. Ich bestelle dort nie wieder, und Mundpropaganda wird es geben. Ich habe auch bei der Pizzeria angerufen, da wurde mir geantwortet, dass der Weg soweit war, deshalb keine heiße oder wenigstens warme Pizza, was mein Problem mit dem kalten Käse ist, und das es kein Parma-Schinken war, darauf wurde mir nicht geantwortet. Sehr schlechter Service. Nein Danke, nie wieder. Bei der Auswahl der Bewertungskriterien gab es leider keinen Bestellservice auszuwählen.

Ice cream bought on site had expired, but money was refunded immediately 👍. Pizzas are getting smaller and more expensive, unfortunately.

This isn't the first time we've ordered from Pizzeria Pinocchio. Unfortunately, we had such bad experiences this time that it was the last time. My wife and I didn't eat anything all day and ordered the pizzas - we both had the same ones. After a short time, our stomachs started to churn. We ended up vomiting several times and had to spend several hours in the toilet. We then called the pizzeria and explained this. Unfortunately, the seller showed us no understanding and for this reason we will never recommend this pizzeria again or even order anything there.

A great pizzeria with all the trimmings for years. For several months, poor delivery times, or it doesn't arrive at all. Poor communication on the phone (language barrier) and you wait for a few hours and sometimes just get nothing in the end. Used to be great, now it's a flop. Unfortunately that was it for us. Very unfortunate.

Also Pinocchio ist noch eine Pizzeria wie man Sie sich wünscht also keine Massenfertigung und richtiger Geschmack. Am besten sind die Pizzabrötchen aber auch die Pizzen sind sehr lecker. Wir können Pinocchio nur empfehlen. VG von der ERGO Versicherung nebenan.

Die Pizzen und auch der Salat waren super Lecker, es wurde alles aufgegessen. Lieferung war im angegebenen Zeitraum und der Lieferant war freundlich :-)

Haben gerade das erste Mal Pizza bestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Bestellung mit Zeitangabe ( 1 Stunde) wurde freundlich entgegen genommen. Der freundliche Bote kam pünktlich. Und die Pizzen waren lecker und ofenwarm, wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten!!! Test bestanden!!! 👍🤗

Ich muss sagen das diese Pizzeria wirklich von ihrer Qualität sehr wechselhaft ist. Ich habe hier schon gute Pizzen gegessen an denen ich nicht viel auszusetzen hatte. Aber es gab auch Tage da war die Qualität schlecht und es hat auch nicht sonderlich gut geschmeckt. Gerade wenn Ferienbeginn ist empfehle ich nicht dort zu bestellen, da es einfach ewig dauert. So haben wir schon 2h Stunden auf unsere Pizzs gewartet und haben sie nur schon früher als angedacht bekommen, da wir vor dem Laden gewartet haben. Und die Salatpizza kann ich gar nicht empfehlen. Klang spannend, lohnt sich aber nicht.

Die Zeitangabe bei der Lieferung entsprach nicht mal annähernd der tatsächlichen Lieferzeit. Das Essen kam mit einer Verspätung von 1 Stunde an. Die Erklärung war sehr scheinheilig und unglaubwürdig. Eine Lieferbestellung ist nicht empfehlenswert, aber die Pizzen waren relativ okay. Also nur vor Ort bestellen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und Preis-Leistung passen hier. Dazu haben Bestellung und Lieferung schnell und reibungslos funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Hands down - beste Pizzeria in Halle. Leider öfters mal sehr lange Lieferzeiten (Auch wenn es das warten wert ist). Was mir fehlt ist die Möglichkeit per Karte/PayPal bei Bestellung zu bezahlen. (Wobei es vielleicht sogar gut so ist, sonst würde ich jede Woche bei Pinocchio bestellt :D)

Danke für diese Mega leckeren Pizzas. Die Zutaten frisch, die Pizza noch heiß und der Pizzabote/die Pizzabotin einfach nur nett. Ich habe hier an 3 nacheinander folgenden Tagen Pizza bestellt und die Beurteilung trifft im ersten Satz auf alle 3 Lieferungen zu. Bei der ersten Bestellung erfolgte sogar ein Rückruf das die Lieferung länger dauern könnte, dabei hatte ich noch nicht mal eine konkrete Zeit angegeben. Was will man mehr. Gerne wieder!

Die bestellte Pizza + pizzabrötchen & vor allem der knobi-dip waren super lecker. Wir konnten uns überhaupt nicht beschweren. Wenn wir Pizza bestellen, dann dort. Danke für das leckere Essen.

Quali (noch) gut, jedoch DEFINITIV ZU WENIG PERSONAL! Die Armen hetzen gestresst und bleiben trotzdem freundlich,da sollte die Geschäftsführung mal ansetzen!!! Update 24.2.23 Bestellung um 15:56Uhr für Lieferung um 18:30Uhr 18:35Uhr lt telefonischer Nachfrage seitens der Kundschaft (ja man muss nachfragen), wäre der Fahrer unterwegs, 18:55Uhr endlich geliefert. Nicht mal ein kleines "Sorry" möglich. Auf Kritik bzgl der nicht eingehaltenen Lieferzeit reagiert Fahrer unfreundlich. Pizzen waren teils schwarz verbrannt, geschmacklich durchwachsen. Immerhin war die Dame in der Filiale am Telefon freundlich... Das war die letzte Bestellung unsererseits in dieser Filiale.

Diese Pizzeria hat nicht nur unfreundlichen Kundenservice sondern auch schlechtes Essen. Mit dreckigen/staubigen Geschirr und die Toilette auch nicht gerade sauber. So wird einem nicht nur von der Pizza übel oder der Lasagne .

Die Pizzen kamen schneller als angekündigt und waren sehr lecker. Telefonische unkomplizierte Bestellung (wie früher ;)), Zahlung in bar.

Pizza is fettig, und das ist gut so... Knoblauchöl ist durch nichts zu ersetzen

Pizza war OK, nur etwas teuer geworden (Niveau von Papa Johns oder Dominos). Seit neusten werden auch noch 1,50€ fürs liefern berechnet... Gibts halt kein Trinkgeld mehr....

Hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es war schnell zubereitet

Habe heute.um 14.00 uhr telefonisch 3 pizzen bestellt sie um 15 uhr sie abzuholen. Als ich zuhause angekommen bin um es mit der Familie zu essen. War ich ziemlich geschockt was ich bei allen 3 pizzen gesehen habe. Sie waren verbrannt und sehr viel von den pizzen abgeschnitten es sah aus als würde eine Ratte versucht hat dran zu knabbern. Als ich angerufen habe in der wörmlitzersrrasse das zu schildern bekam ich keine Entschuldigung oder sonst was zuhören sondern das ist halt passiert und jetzt. wurde ich sauer und habe gesagt das es unverschämt ist geld zu verlangen und dafür nicht mal das bekommt was man bezahlt oder eine Entschuldigung. Ich Werde in diesem Drecks Laden nichts mehr bestellen so unfreundlich wie sie da sind. Wenn es den Mitarbeitern zu viel ist pizza zu machen und die Ware.dje bestellt wird zu fertigen sind diese Personen leider am falschen Platz. Ich hätte da für die Dame am Telefon einen anderen Vorschlag als Job wo sie nicht ihr Geist beanspruchen muss sondern bisschen Körper zeigen kann und dafür mehr Geld bekommt. Kann ihr gerne eine gute Stelle in Leipzig vermitteln.

Super leckere Pizza, aber leider keine Kartenzahlung... Sehr schade, sonst würden wir öfter herkommen.
