I have to issue a warning. I can't give any stars...if I have to, I'll give one...undeserved. I ordered at 7 p.m. because I thought cooking it myself would have taken too long. At around 8:50 p.m., I only reached the answering machine. Two hours after ordering, I received a FALSE message that the food had been delivered. But that was a false message. I contacted Lieferando, the company I ordered from. They recommended calling again...again, just the answering machine. I haven't received a call back from my first call yet...about 50 minutes later. I've ordered elsewhere under this account before...without any problems. Here, the false statement that I had received it is definitely a lie to keep the money.

Food was ordered. The original order stated 60 minutes. After over two hours, there was still no food. When someone finally rang, they said, "The name and address were incorrect." (This wasn't the case. I checked them again on the order confirmation.) The food was cold and inedible. The honey mustard sauce was just hot mustard slapped on the rice. Almost every accompanying sauce was slightly acidic. Even the fried chicken was disgusting. A complete disappointment and a waste of money. One star is almost a good thing.

This is my second order from this store, and this time I was very disappointed. The order wasn't ready by the pickup time. It was done first, and then I had to prove I had paid in advance. The quality was poor both times. I don't recommend it. The store looks rundown, and unfortunately, the staff have a hard time understanding you.

We had our food delivered. The food was generally excellent, but the fact that the wait time more than doubled and some of the hot food got cold somewhat dampened the experience! We give the food 5 stars, but the service only one, which makes it a mere 3 when it could have been better!

I can only agree with the other reviews. We waited over two hours for our food (ordered at 7:38 p.m., delivered at 9:55 p.m.). We called five times to ask where the food was, but were always told it would arrive soon. The food was okay; at least it couldn't get cold since we only ordered sushi.

We ordered two poke bowls and a snack box. The teriyaki salmon in the bowl was completely raw. The bowls were missing avocado, edamame, peanuts, green onions, and sesame seeds. So we got just rice with carrots, cucumbers, and lettuce leaves. We called to report the error and received one more bowl. And THIS TIME, too, we received edamame, avocado, green onions, and nuts without any problems. We won't be fooled. Never again!

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food didn't arrive for 2.5 hours – much too late. While I was waiting, no one was available by phone, which made the situation even more frustrating. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and, unfortunately, incorrect (the sushi I ordered wasn't delivered as ordered). This is absolutely unacceptable – I will definitely not order from here again.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative comments here. Dear Yoko Sushi team, I would recommend changing the announcement on your website that there is a 30-minute delivery time if you can't keep this promise. I waited over two hours for my food. I tried to reach someone seven times because I had to go to an appointment and would have preferred to cancel the order. There was no way to track or cancel my order, no one answers the phone, and after a two-hour wait (sorry, but that's not normal), you don't even get an apology. I find that cheeky :D

I'd rather have discovered another crappy shop, and of course I can't just drop by. I am extremely disappointed with this sushi delivery service! Our order was placed two and a half hours ago, but it never arrived at the specified location. The exchange with the salesperson and restaurant staff was frustrating, as they claimed the sushi had been left on the terrace or in the stairwell. This is simply a lie, as there is no access to the stairwell in our building! Furthermore, it was impossible to hand it over to someone else, as the only way to enter our apartment complex is via the doorbell system. We firmly believe our sushi order was never prepared. This service is unacceptable, and I certainly won't order from here again! And I advise you not to either.

Disappointing – never again! I waited over two hours for my food. When I finally called, I was told the driver would be there in 2-3 minutes – but I ended up waiting for at least another 30 minutes. I honestly suspect they'd simply forgotten about me. An apology? None. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident anymore – the wait times are getting worse and worse, and the quality of the food is declining significantly. The edamame looked old, the color was gray and unappetizing. The sushi with "salmon skin" wasn't actually salmon skin at all, wasn't properly breaded, and tasted unpleasant. It wasn't visually appealing either – it just looked weird and poorly done. I used to enjoy being a customer, but I definitely won't order like this anymore.

5.34pm order confirmation with the announcement of delivery in 30 minutes.... called at 6.40pm...first they couldn't find my order, then they said it would be delivered immediately and gave the reason for the delayed delivery time - lots of orders (why wasn't this stated in the confirmation email?)....called again at 7.45pm, after my complaint, soothing words and the statement "here in 10 minutes".... 8.15pm the doorbell rang.... and then: carelessly wrapped sushi rolls that were already falling apart... 1x only 4 instead of 5 pieces and the "blob" of seaweed salad was like frozen.... the children's day surprise was a complete disaster...NEVER AGAIN!!!

I wish I could give less than one star. The order confirmation at 7:55 PM stated the delivery time would be half an hour. When I called over an hour later, no one was available. When I called again 10 minutes later, someone answered the phone very rudely. In a rather taciturn conversation, they didn't even know my name and said there was no bill in my name. After some back-and-forth on the other end of the phone, it became clear that they had forgotten my order, even if they didn't say so. Then they rather rudely told me to wait another 15-20 minutes. Well, over 40 minutes later, the food finally arrived, after a total of two hours. As an apology, they included a promotional voucher for €4... pretty weak. I definitely recommend this place. The food was at least delicious.

Ordered today, the food came after 60 minutes, no one can be reached by phone. My miso soup (€4.20) is missing tofu, seaweed and spring onions. I only got a broth that looks like miso, far too dark for it. Now to the Donburi Chicken Schnitze & Donburi Chicken Balls Everything was fine so far, but with the rice I had the feeling it was sushi rice, it was extremely sticky and soggy, I could have used it to paste over holes.

I ordered nigiris and a bao bun sake. On the screenshot you can see what it actually contains. I only had a dry roll with raw salmon and two strips of avocado. The second nigiri was only topped with a mini piece of salmon. We also received a dip that had already expired for 7 days. An absolute disgrace and the last time we will order there.

We have ordered there three times now, thinking that all good things come in threes. First order: The first time they were 40 minutes late, which is why we received the order for free. The food actually tasted very good. Second order: The second time they were only 10 minutes late, but the food wasn't great this time - so not worth the money. Third order (on Wednesday): We ordered and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes - nothing came, no call, no delivery. I called the restaurant several times, but no one answered. Luckily I still had the number of an employee. I was given four numbers but no one could tell me what was going on with my order. I wrote to the boss who promised to deliver the order the next day for free. The order was supposed to arrive at 1:30 p.m. but didn't arrive until 2:45 p.m. In addition, not everything was included and was thrown in carelessly. Friends have already ordered there locally. Aside from the fact that the food was completely cold, it was prepared without gloves - even though cigarettes were being smoked outside the restaurant. Take this review to heart: The restaurant is not recommended.

I ordered through Lieferando. A bowl and a "Bao Ban Veggie," which was described as "Asian dumpling." I got a very dry bun with some salad on top! I was incredibly disappointed to pay €5 (!!!) for a bun with salad!! I would never order from there again. It's not worth my money. The delivery was very fast and the delivery person was very friendly, I have to give them that, but the food was a disaster.

This was our first time ordering food here and we were very disappointed. The food came a whole hour late. We had already ordered early in the morning and delivery was scheduled for 4 p.m. So there was more than enough time to plan the route accordingly. When the food wasn't there at 4 p.m., we had to call ourselves because no one answered us. We were told the driver was “on the way”. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. More than half of the food was so hard that it was almost impossible to eat - we were even worried about breaking our teeth. It seemed as if they had simply forgotten about us and then quickly gathered up some leftovers (because: cold and hard). At this point I would like to mention that the food we ordered wasn't necessarily cheap either! Eating should be enjoyable, but this was an imposition. The only thing that actually tasted good was the banana for dessert. Unfortunately we had to throw away almost everything else because it was inedible. We will definitely never order here again.

So far only had it delivered - unfortunately the last order was totally wrong: fish and meat instead of vegetarian (we had ordered veggie lunch). Yoko Roll was badly cut so that everything hung together and fell into pieces. So Japanese craftsmanship looks different - the sushi rolls taste better in the world!! It also puts me off when the staff stands outside the door and smokes (because of hand hygiene and so on). The natural summer rolls are dry and tasteless filled (carrot iceberg rice). Shame about the money!! No one could be reached by phone so an “exchange” was not possible… bon appetit and never again

Guys, we ordered sushi for €46. To describe my feelings as disappointed would be an extreme understatement. The cucumber roll not only tasted like the Meier family had tried making exotic sushi for the first time, but simply like too much dry discount rice with an unpleasantly fatty piece of cucumber. I ordered sushi for the first time and was immediately disappointed. Basically, there are two crucial aspects that should score points when it comes to sushi. The overall aesthetic impression, which unfortunately was not the case in this case - a careless cardboard box and carelessly arranged sushi. Secondly, it should be fresh and the cold elements should actually be cold. In this delivery the warm thing was placed on the sushi, which meant the temperature wasn't right. The fish didn't seem fresh either as it already had dry spots. The high price therefore seems unjustified, especially since I was missing two pieces of sushi from my order. Next time I will trust my tried and tested sushi shop again. P.S. The soy sauce was super salty and in my opinion had nothing to do with it.

You had to use a fork to get rice and the rest into your mouth, basically sushi salad. The employee on the phone (perhaps also the boss) accepted my complaint and assured me that they would send me a new delivery. Now the second delivery took so long that my daughter had long since eaten the sushi, it was also intended as dinner and we can't wait forever and hungry until the replacement order arrives. Then it finally came an hour later and the boss asked what was wrong with the old order. When I said that the same one had been eaten, he wanted the full bill for the second one ("the regular order"), service is different, my friend. You made the mistake, delivered sushi that doesn't deserve the name, then came an hour later and argued with me in the stairwell. In short, we will never order from you again and we will also warn friends and acquaintances that I have never experienced anything like that and I don't want to again. I'll make my own sushi salad in the future.

Also das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Bowls kann ich sehr empfehlen. Und ein riesen großer Pluspunkt: Es wurde eine Portion Sushi vergessen und Sie haben die Portion ohne Diskussion hinterher geschickt, und sogar DOPPELT so viel Sushi in die Packung gemacht!! Und der Lieferant hat auch nochmal extra Entschuldigung vom Chef ausgerichtet. Also wirklich ein mega Service!!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfter bestellen!!!!

Eine absolut tolle Essenlieferung hat mich erwartet. Pünktlich und auf die Zeit genau, wie gewünscht. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker sowie sehr ansehnlich zubereitet. Zudem steht es in einem absolut guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ich hatte Lust auf Sushi und meine Wahl war am Sonntag Yoko Sushi Halle LuWu.Da ich schon oft in Leipzig bei dieser Kette bestellt habe ,hatte ich auf ähnliche Qualität gehofft. Das Ambiente war gut und alle von mir gewählten Sushivarianten frisch zubereitet, auch die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allein der Geschmack konnte mich nicht überzeugen.

Ich hab mir um die Mittagszeit eine Bowl (YOKO POKE BOWL CHICKEN Balls) bestellt. Diese wurde schneller als erwartet geliefert. Sah toll aus, hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt! Ich bestelle ganz bestimmt wieder. P. S. : ein Bild habe ich nicht gemacht, sah aber genau so wie abgebildet aus. LECKER!

Haben zum Hauptbahnhof bestellt und gesagt wann der Zug ankommt als wir zum Haupteingang liefen stand der Lieferant bereits da. Super lieb und man kann sich auf jeden Fall drauf verlassen und essen war auch warm. Auch am Telefon waren sie super freundlich. Die Garnelen und die Avocado waren unser Highlight die anderen Sachen waren ebenfalls sehr lecker. Haben sogar noch 2 snickers Bonbons bekommen. Würden sofort wieder bestellen mehr als zufrieden

Bei der Bowl fehlen Zutaten und das Verhältnis von Reis zu Salat stimmt nicht. Auf einer Bowl ist sehr viel Soße, auf der anderen zu wenig. Geschmacklich hat es mich nicht überzeugt.

Ich gebe eine absolute Empfehlung dafür.. wir hatte zwei Bowls bestellt und es wurde was vergessen, kann passieren. Angerufen und uns wurde gleich ein Ersatz angeboten. Also vom Kundenservice definitiv top. Auch das Essen schmeckt UNS sehr gut. Über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten. Wir bestellen weiterhin dort.. und jedes Mal ist ein kleines Extra dabei, Kekse oder eine Probepackung Kaffee.. wirklich gut 👍

Habe bei Liferando bestellt. Die Bowl war großzügig gefüllt, allerdings schmeckte sie nicht so wie erwartet. Mir ging es dabei sogar etwas schlecht. An sich bestimmt frische Zutaten, aber als Ganzes gar nicht lecker. Schmeckte teilweise mehr nach einem Döner als nach einer asiatischen Bowl. Der Lieferant war freundlich. Zudem lagen zu meiner Verwunderung 2 vegane Mühlensnacks der Lieferung bei. Ganz cool - aber wirkt letztendlich doch etwas unprofessionell. 😅 Über die Dauer der Lieferung kann ich mich nicht beschweren.

1. Essen kam 30 Minuten zu spät. 2. Bei der Bestellung wurde angegeben, dass mit EC-Karte bezahlt werden soll. Der Fahrer sagte dann, dass das nicht möglich ist. Eigentlich hätte man die Lieferung da schon zurückgehen lassen müssen. Jeder weiß, dass Sushi keine günstige Angelegenheit ist und man in der heutigen Zeit, wo alles bargeldlos funktioniert, nicht immer so viel Geld auf Tasche hat. 3. Die Suppen und die Sojasoßen waren umgekippt, so dass das Sushi und die Stäbchen in der Tüte "geschwommen" sind. 4. Die Miso-Suppen waren demnach nicht mehr voll. Zu alledem waren es wohl Instantsuppen und die Zutaten waren viel zu weich gekocht. 5. Das Sushi war ganz in Ordnung. Man hat schon schlechteres Sushi gegessen. Aber auch schon deutlich besseres Sushi. Fazit: Einmal und nicht wieder.

Ich hab mir gedacht ich bestelle Sushi, hab ziemlich viel gutes gehört und wollte es ausprobieren. Fazit: Geschmacklich nicht so wie erwartet. Hat viel gefehlt, bspw: Erdnusssoße, Wasabi und das Salz auf den Edamame. Ich würde dort nicht nochmal bestellen.

Essen kam 1,5 Stunden zu spät. Der Reis und das Fleisch bei meiner Bowl war kalt. Bei der Bowl meiner Frau war ebenfalls der Reis und der angebraten Lachs kalt und sehr trocken. Das Sushi war gut. Leider war die Soya-Soße irgendwie drüber.

Ich wurde eben beliefert, gibt wie immer nichts zu meckern 😋 Das Essen kommt immer sehr schnell und heute man mir sogar eine ganze Packung Nutellakekse beigelegt 🤩 Nur leider kann man online über die Lieferando App kein Trinkgeld für dieses Restaurant geben, das habe ich leider nicht gewusst, vielleicht kann man das noch einrichten, ich war so langsam, da war der Lieferant schon weg, als ich das Münzgeld zusammen hatte.

Das Sushi hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lieferung erfolgte auch im angegebenen Zeitraum. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Leider hatte der Fahrer es so eilig, dass er das Essen nur abgestellt hat und gleich wieder weg war. Und ein Becher Sojasoße war komplett ausgelaufen. Wir werden es trotzdem nochmal probieren.

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal bei Yoko bestellt und bin super happy! Ich hatte Inside-Out Rolls und die waren perfekt - haben super frisch ausgesehen und geschmeckt und sind nicht auseinander gefallen, top. Meine Bestellung war schon nach 15 Minuten da, also mehr als schnell. Preis-Leistung ist hier einwandfrei. Ich freue mich schon darauf, das nächste Mal wieder bei Yoko zu bestellen! :)

The size and ingredients of the "grosse Reisbowl" were very disappointing compared with other restaurants. I would say you get here 1/2 of the normal Portion in Berlin for more money. I can not recommend it, or only when you are on diet.

Ich habe hier bereits mehrfach bestellt und finde es ist ein solider Sushi-Laden und -Lieferdienst. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung war das Sushi leider etwas ungekühlt, aber die anderen male hatte es die richtige Temperatur. Die Lieferzeiten waren immer top. Das Sushi schmeckt sehr lecker, auch die Frühlingsrollen und die Suppen sind gut. Preistechnisch kriegt man gute Qualität für diesen relativ niedrigen Preis. Die Öffnungszeiten könnten etwas länger sein, ansonsten empfehlenswert.

The all-you-can-eat buffet was great. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star for the ambiance because the tables and chairs are very close together. When you stand up, you always bump into the chair of the person sitting next to you. Otherwise, highly recommended. Be aware that parking is limited on the street.

According to the employee on the phone, the order hasn't arrived. An email was sent requesting me to call to receive my order. No further help or support was offered to resolve the issue. The staff was unfriendly and the service was completely nonexistent. I absolutely cannot recommend ordering from here.

I was there recently with a friend. The food was good, but one of the employees was awful! My friend found a hair in her tea, and we agreed that she wouldn't have to pay for it. The employee didn't add it to her bill, but charged me for it. That's completely unacceptable! I'm really disappointed! A hair falling into a drink can happen (but it shouldn't)! But then to have the nerve to add it to my bill is just wrong! I won't be coming back. It's simply outrageous! 😡
