According to the employee on the phone, the order hasn't arrived. An email was sent requesting me to call to receive my order. No further help or support was offered to resolve the issue. The staff was unfriendly and the service was completely nonexistent. I absolutely cannot recommend ordering from here.

I'm absolutely furious. We placed the order in the morning and paid immediately. Something came up in the afternoon and we wouldn't have been able to accept the delivery – so we called ahead and cancelled it ourselves. The cancellation was confirmed and we were clearly promised a refund. However, absolutely nothing has happened. No refund, no communication. This is no way to treat customers. For me, this was definitely the first and last time.

I thought the all-you-can-eat concept at SUSHIdeluce was always the same. Unfortunately, apparently not. Erfurt can do much better. There's nothing from the menu, only what's on the counter. The "good" items disappeared relatively quickly. The nigiri were finally replenished after 45 minutes, and the maki still hadn't been refilled an hour later when I left. No hot or fried food (except for one soup), hardly any tuna... No, for €25, I wasn't impressed.

The food is presented appetisingly, there is no long wait, it tastes great and is freshly prepared.

We were just at 7 p.m. on September 3, 2025, for A.Y.C.E. at Sushi Deluxe at Am Steintor 18 in Halle. The tables were dirty and were only wiped down after being asked to do so. Unfortunately, only half the table was wiped down. The service was unmotivated—not unfriendly, but completely unmotivated and lacking in enthusiasm. The soup was almost gone from the start, and the soup spoon was hanging in the soup and was hot. Overall, it was very dirty and unkempt. The sushi menu was okay, and if it had cost 15 euros, I wouldn't complain, but 25 euros is completely unreasonable. I definitely can't recommend it.

Hello, I ordered sushi there for the first and, unfortunately, last time. Unfortunately, I noticed that the tempura rolls are fried in the same oil as the fish. (At least, that's how it tastes.) The rolls are also soaked with oil, which I clearly think is due to the temperature of the oil. The taste isn't very good, in my opinion.

I ordered from Sushi Deluxe today, then I got a call and was told my order had been left in the yard, which isn't true at all. So my order was simply gone, and they didn't ring my doorbell or call me until after the driver had left. RUDE!!!!

Delicious, but unfortunately the vegetarian rolls fell apart.

We've actually always been quite satisfied with the delivery service. But lately, there have been repeated delays. Besides, I can't imagine that the Cucumber Cream Maki would now be delivered uncut, falling apart, and without cream cheese.

This was our first time at the all-you-can-eat buffet. But it definitely won't be the last! It was delicious, and there were many different sushi rolls to choose from. They were also refilled relatively quickly. Since the space is small, I would recommend making a reservation. We found the drinks selection to be limited, so it could be a bit more extensive. ;) See you next time!

The sushi was fresh and delicious. The waitress, Teresa Adriana, was friendly and served us well.

I would like to complain about the Dragon Deluxe Rolls. According to the description, the rolls should be topped with both avocado and tuna. Unfortunately, this did not correspond to reality: each piece only contained either avocado or tuna, never both together. This is a clear misrepresentation of the product and feels like a deliberate deception of customers. If a dish is explicitly advertised with several ingredients, you would expect them to be combined - not as arbitrary individual components. Such a practice is misleading and undermines trust in your company.

Super tasty and great vegan sushi variations. Especially the summer roll with tofu. Will buy every time. In numerous orders, it happened that the wrong one was accidentally delivered - this can happen - but the extremely friendly customer service delivered the right one straight away. Thanks.

The salmon tartar bowl was unfortunately very, very bad and inedible. The salmon was obviously waste from the fresh salmon used for the sushi. But the delivery was great and quick.

Based on the many good reviews, we decided to order here even though the menu was a bit reminiscent of sushi fast food and seemed less “deluxe”. We were able to pick up the sushi very quickly, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. The staff was nice too. Now to the rather unpleasant part of the dinner: the salmon-avocado rolls were soaked in chili mayo and the fish tasted unpleasantly old. Everything was already soggy from the mayo anyway. The avocado maki were okay, but definitely didn't taste fresh - at least 2 makis were already slightly brown in color. There were also shrimp sticks from the freezer that were soft and gristly on the inside. For the price you can get better sushi in Halle by far and there is definitely nothing “deluxe” about the restaurant. Just a few months ago the reviews here were significantly worse and I really wonder how a result of 4.5 stars comes about. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating here and I'm particularly disappointed with the value for money.

Duden on “deluxe”: “offering a lot, with all the luxury” Unfortunately the food doesn't live up to the name. The avocado maki was mushy and tasted of little. I can't imagine this was freshly prepared. The summer roll, usually a light, fresh and crunchy dish, was 70 percent thick rice noodles and dripping with sauce. Certainly edible, but inedible for me. The biggest joke was the tofu nigiri: according to the menu it was a nicely browned, thin slice of marinated tofu on rice, but in reality it was a thick slice of smoked tofu, straight from the package and neither fried nor marinated as advertised. I was positively surprised by the vegan crispy roll. It actually tasted good and, unlike the rest, wasn't mushy. Still, with the above-average prices and the name suggesting luxury, this dinner was a disappointment.

I didn't enjoy my meal. I am disappointed with the quality and taste of the sushi.

The delivery took almost three hours, the food was cold and didn't taste good. Unfortunately, the whole thing was packaged carelessly and didn't seem very hygienic. It's a real shame, I was hoping for more because of the good reviews.

This was our second time there and we also ordered online. Ordering online was "ok". Unfortunately, not every sushi menu had soy/wasabi/ginger that was ordered. Our first visit live was good. The service was very friendly and prompt, as it wasn't completely full and the space was also pleasant. The food at the buffet was “ready there”, declared and tasted very fresh and delicious. We had a good impression and therefore came back. Second visit, unfortunately different. Service was again very friendly, apparently a bit stressed and more concerned with the preparation than with the guests. Unfortunately the food wasn't fully uncovered, we were then told "take yours". To clarify - initially there was no wasabi or any of the usual side dishes, just 3 plates of sushi and two bowls (noodles and seaweed). Our drinks came after about 10-15 minutes (2 sodas from the bottle). The fact that the sushi plates were right in the sun and there were already a few flies around didn't make a good impression either. We should have left there already... Little by little the buffet became complete and the store was well attended. In some cases there was only about 30cm of space between the tables, which made it very uncomfortable to get up again (...). Apart from that, if you were sitting opposite the window front, the sun seemed to be almost constantly in your eyes. Very unpleasant. This could be remedied with a frosted glass film. The food up to this point was "ok", unfortunately the rice was generally a bit overcooked, but still ok. What was negative was that this time there was no explanation of the individual dishes - "What is that?". The gyozas were surprisingly filled with apple, which was a bit of a disaster for me as an allergy sufferer (...). My partner then ate them. Unfortunately, when I went to the toilet, I lost all appetite. Unclean (don't want to go into details) all the trash cans were overfilled and then when I looked at the cleaning schedule I felt sick. = Cleaning of the toilets once a week and the last time on September 15th, 2024. We visited the restaurant on 9/21/24. Unfortunately, after that we lost all appetite (...). With a strange gut feeling, we immediately left the store and won't be coming back. My partner told me when we left the restaurant that the service simply left a dirty rag next to the sushi plates. Wow... We now numb our stomachs with herbal liqueur. Too bad. But there are also adequate, regional alternatives.

We were there for all you can eat, table reservation went smoothly, lemonade was very tasty, something like that could happen more often, the three of us enjoyed it very much.

We were here today for the all-you-can-eat and were warmly welcomed. It's a good thing we made reservations in advance because all the seats were taken. The buffet was small, but there was something of everything (soup, starters, maki in different variations and also desserts). It was constantly refilled and the selection kept changing. I particularly liked the maki with beetroot. Unfortunately there weren't any left and they weren't filled up (changing buffet 🤷🏻‍♀️). I then asked whether I could make some again and just a few minutes later freshly fried beetroot maki appeared on the buffet again. This deserves 5 stars!!

Good Asian restaurant. We ordered tempura as a starter, which was very tasty. The main course was bowls, which are excellent! The service was also very friendly. The interior of the restaurant could be nicer, but it is more of a delivery service than a classic restaurant. A visit or an order is definitely recommended!

We ordered something to take away, the service had a very positive vibe and it immediately put you in a good mood. There is a lot of vegetarian choice, I would love to come back :) The ambience is also very pleasant, although not quite as Japanese as you would imagine. A small bamboo in a pot would definitely be appropriate, the tree you have there looks a bit sad :( The sesame sauce is an absolute blast 👍🏼

Delicious sushi with a combination that I hadn't had before. There is a good selection for veggies. Unfortunately the order wasn't quite on time, but still on time, and the driver immediately apologized for it.

I ordered food here and it was really tasty. Friendly employee. I will come back many more times 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🥰

Had dinner there last night. It was quite cold in the restaurant and therefore not very comfortable to sit in. Food was delicious, very nicely prepared, but there is still room for improvement compared to other sushi bars. Especially with the mochi. The owner is very happy about the careful, friendly and courteous service. This enhanced the visit.

Wir haben hier bestellt. Pünktlich und freundlich auf jeden Fall, es war auch alles dabei. Allerdings finde ich die Qualität nicht wirklich gut. Die Rollen zerfallen beim Anheben, sind teilweise nicht ganz geschlossen und haben wirklich sehr wenig Fischanteil. Der lachs in der Bowle ist leider auch nicht sonderlich ansehnlich. Die blieb dann auch tatsächlich übrig. PS: Ihr solltet eigene Sojasoße haben. Die beigelegte ist wirklich schlecht.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal bei Sushi Deluxe bestellt und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Essen kam sehr schnelle (was wahrscheinlich auch an der Urlaubszeit liegt). Wir hatten verschiedene Crunchy Rolls und Nudelsalat und Vorspeisen. Es war alles sehr lecker und knusprig. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hier sind wir durch Zufall gelandet und haben eine Kleinigkeit im Lokal gegessen. Der Service war freundlich, das Essen ging schnell und war lecker. Preislich in Ordnung aber nicht billig. Der Sushu Reis hatte eine ungewohnte Konsistenz aber war ok.

Super nette Mitarbeiter und tolles Essen. Die Bestellungen sind immer einfach und unkompliziert. Ich gehe gerne wieder hin.

Hatte bestellt und wurden 60min lieferzeit angezeigt. Nach 30min war der fahrer bereits vor ort. Meine extra bestellte unagi-soße fehlte. Sushi war sehr fahd vom geschmack, chilimayo war null scharf, mochis tk-ware und geschnacklich gut. Optisch sah alles sehr lecker aus.

Bedauerlicherweise nicht geliefert bekommen, was bestellt wurde; Nachlieferung Fehlanzeige - Erstattung der Differenz ebenso! Und ja, wir haben mehrmals zur Nachlieferung aufgefordert! Aktualisierung: Nach 2 Wochen kann ich einen Haken an die Sache machen; heute kam ein Gutschein zur Wiedergutmachung. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man eher auf eine Reklamation reagiert, auch wenn im Laden viel los ist...

Wohnen nicht in Halle - daher erstmal Respekt für den Lieferumkreis. Für den weiten Weg war das Essen schneller da, als angegeben und noch sehr warm. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst und war super lecker! Sehr gerne wieder!

Bin etwas enttäuscht, Deluxe war hier nur der Preis. Lachs-Box: Zartes Gürkchen in Nähe zum Lachs,umhüllt von einem Ozean von Reis welcher zu locker gerollt ist…. Geht besser. Spärlich Ingwer, einzig die Wasabipaste ist ausreichend und schön scharf. Crispy Box: Ich wurde gefragt ob ich beim Döner gewesen wäre…. Auch hier eher fader Geschmack vom „Altöl“ getragen…. Naja, schade eben ! Hatte mehr erwartet!

Essen war lecker, Lieferung ging schnell aber leider war alles zu weich Stäbchen machten kaum Sinn man hätte es eher mit dem Löffel essen können, da der Reis komplett auseinander fiel. Aber an sich zufrieden.

Immer lecker und sehr freundlicher Service. Als es einmal zu einer Verspätung kam, wurde ich rechtzeitig angerufen und es wurde sich sehr freundlich entschuldigt.

Gutes Sushi, nette Bedienung. Ich komme sicher nochmal wieder.

Ich bin mega begeistert und könnte mich Wort wörtlich "vollfressen" Es ist immer frisch, viel Auswahl, sehr freundliches Personal und pünktlich Auch die verschiedenen Soßen sind ein Gedicht. Sehr gutes Sushi, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bekomme auch immer tolle Rabatte 😃

Kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Lecker, frisch und qualitativ gut. (Bisher nur bestellt, nicht im Laden verzehrt.) PS. Tut der Gastro einen gefallen und bestellt direkt via Homepage/ Anruf und nicht über Lieferando. ;)

Meiner Meinung nach der Beste Sushi-Lieferdienst in Halle! Das Sushi schmeckt sehr gut und frisch ist qualitativ hochwertig. Die Bowls sind traumhaft lecker und daher definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Die Bestellungen kamen bisher immer pünktlich und das Essen hatte genau die richtigen Temperaturen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Auswahl ist groß. Wer einen hochwertigen Sushi-Lieferdienst sucht ist hier meiner Meinung nach fündig geworden. :)

Haben per Lieferando schon öfters dort bestellt und werden es in Zukunft auch weiterhin machen! Sehr leckeres Sushi, das Essen kommt immer pünktlich an und das Personal ist Freundlich. Ich kann vor allem die Sommerrollen empfehlen, ich habe noch nirgends bessere gegessen!

Super leckeres Essen! Habe mir heute mal ein leckeres Mittagsessen gegönnt, mit einer Sushibox, einer Misosuppe, 2 verschiedene Mochi und einen Algensalat. Es war alles super frisch und die Suppe noch warm. Auch der Preis war voll gerechtfertigt. Der Lieferant war super pünktlich und gut gelaunt, das sieht man ja leider echt selten. Aber er hatte Spaß an seiner Arbeit. Definitiv bestelle ich hier öfter! ☺️

Die Maki-Box war echt lecker. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kenne ich es jedoch besser. Dennoch, lecker und mülltechnisch ( wenig Plastik) recht gut gelöst

Das beste Sushi, das ich je gegessen habe! Tolles Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal, super sympathischer Geschäftsführer. Absolut zu empfehlen. Zu Lieferzeiten kann ich natürlich nichts sagen, habe ja im Restaurant gegessen, und das ging recht flott.

Momentan ist bei uns Sushizeit, also alles rund um japanisches Essen und Sushi. Wir probierten mehrere Services aus. Wir haben hier das Essen vorbestellt und selbst abgeholt. Das Essen war vor der bestellten Zeit bereits fertig. Positiv überrascht waren wir über das reichhaltige Angebot für Veganer und Vegetarier. So bestellen wir die vegane Bowl, vegane Maki und noch andere Kleinigkeiten. Die Preise liegen im Durchschnitt. Die verendeten Zutaten sind frisch z.B. Babyblattspinat. Gerade dieses Gemüse ist undankbar bei falscher und zu langer Lagerung. Da die Gerichte vegan angeboten und dementsprechend zubereitet sind, bekommt der Kunde ein vollwertiges Gericht, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass einfach nur Zutaten wie Fisch weggelassen werden. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und ich wurde auch satt!

Ich bestelle sehr gerne Sushi aber heute war ich enttäuscht. Das Sushi fällt auseinander und der Lachs sieht nicht annähernd frisch aus. Heute war mein Essen leider nicht das Geld wert, was ich zahlte. Schade.
