45 minutes of waiting…but it was still a funny anecdote. Someone came in and was about to order at the terminal when someone shouted across the store, don't do that, you'll wait forever. 😅 But the waste of time was still unacceptable!

The edge of the burger patty was still raw, that's not possible at all. Otherwise a Burger King like many others.

My expected fast food meal here promises complete satisfaction. I have rarely been disappointed in this branch and am very impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the employees.

Disaster staff indifferent Order was not what you ordered. Fries were also cold and the staff were talking about how overwhelmed they were in the kitchen, which we noticed. We won't be ordering there again.

Disaster… 4 people in the restaurant, 3 cars in front of me at the drive IN…. And still waited 20 minutes for the order. The food was already cold when it was handed over. Really sad. BK was always a “must” for me. But today was a straight 5

The service and quality of the employees is getting worse and worse. Forgot to pick up the food you ordered at the drive-thru. This was then noticed at the output window, could no longer be recorded... and bye... 🤷🏻‍♂️🤔

You get burgers. Not always hot, with sauce or with extra things you didn't order on your burger.

With larger orders, 80% of the time something is missing.

They just don't feel like it...I probably wouldn't have either with that salary :D...I wanted to order normally and was immediately sent to the machine by the strange branch manager...when I said that I couldn't handle it well, the only response was, "Oh They'll figure it out" :DD never this hut again...although I like BK a lot.

It used to be a good BK. But I'm at a loss for words as to what that is. The employees are completely covered in clothing and the floor behind the service counter is dirty. This means that this BK is no longer worth traveling to.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal & sehr schlechter Service. Bestellungen werden fehlerhaft gepackt oder bestelltes Essen wird komplett vergessen. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal mit Vorlage des Kassenbons & der Bitte das vergessene Essen noch nachzureichen, reagierte das Personal sehr unfreundlich & patzig & forderte, dass das nachgegebene Essen ERNEUT bezahlt wird, obwohl es offensichtlich auf dem Kassenbon stand & bereits bezahlt war. Das Personal lästerte ebenso unüberhörbar über die anwesenden Kunden. Ein erneuter Besuch lohnt sich daher nicht, es sei denn das Personal wird vorher gegen kompetente Mitarbeiter ausgetauscht.

At the weekend we spontaneously went to Burger King. The restaurant was completely overcrowded and the employees had a lot of problems and stress with the orders. Ordering machine partially broken down. After I finally got my order, I was surprised by a small insect crawling in the middle of the burger with the second burger. For me it was the last visit to Burger King in general. The health department should urgently stop by here. At least I got my money refunded emphatically.

Very unfriendly staff & very bad service. Orders are packed incorrectly or food ordered is completely forgotten. When we asked the staff about the receipt and asked them to hand over the forgotten food, the staff reacted very rudely and rudely and demanded that the food that was added be paid for AGAIN, even though it was obviously on the receipt and had already been paid for. All the young people there are so full of themselves. Some of the food isn't even fresh. I often have the feeling that I'm eating yesterday's burger. From now on, only MCS.

Since the Burger King in Bernburg closes in the late afternoon, you just drive to Aschersleben in the evening. Here you get the usual Burger King quality: delicious burgers and fries, freshly prepared in no time and delivered with a smile. Always happy. Completely different league than the competitor with the notoriously lukewarm burgers and defective milkshake machines.

Now unfortunately it has hit us too. Picked up food at the DriveIn yesterday. We were the only customers for miles around. The service was great. One burger tasted as if it had been undercooked or had been kept warm for a very long time. My wife had the LongChicken. She vomited 3 times during the night. I think we'll stay away from this store for now.

I've never been to such a poorly organized Burger King. Ordering at the terminal was a disaster. An order was not possible in conjunction with the app. Order completion only possible if you order the drinks without ice cubes, how annoying. It wasn't possible to order at the counter because there weren't enough staff there. Luckily we were just passing through and will never stop here again.

It was clean and tidy, ordering was quick and the service staff was nice.

So far I have had consistently good experiences with the Burger King branch in Aschersleben. The employees mostly seem motivated and friendly, everyone probably has a bad day sometimes... I was particularly impressed by the patience and helpfulness of the employees with the Burger King app. They took the time to show me in detail how to combine my orders, which made the ordering process much easier. Even when asked several times, they always remained friendly and patient. The food was mostly freshly prepared and not old or "out of the way" like you've experienced elsewhere... Finally, I can recommend this branch without reservation.

Bisher habe ich mit der Burger King Filiale in Aschersleben durchweg gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter wirken meistens motiviert und freundlich, jeder hat wohl auch mal einen schlechten Tag.... Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Geduld und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf die Burger King App. Sie nahmen sich die Zeit, mir ausführlich zu zeigen, wie ich meine Bestellungen zusammenfassen kann, was den Bestellvorgang deutlich erleichterte. Auch bei mehreren Nachfragen blieben sie stets freundlich und geduldig. Das Essen war überwiegend frisch zubereitet und nicht alt oder "abgelegen", wie man es schon anderswo erlebt hat... Abschließend kann ich diese Filiale uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Way too crowded, unfriendly staff. The service workers see that it's overcrowded and still don't take any orders. You could only order yourself at the terminal, which today took at least 25 minutes.

Ordering is only possible via drive due to a lack of staff, but the kitchen staff is still busy drinking "Mixery" beer - a great individual service

Order placed at the terminal was not possible. The choice of “no ice” in the drink is mandatory, otherwise no conclusion is possible. Then warm cola from the bottle, fries, well the rest didn't work. In the future I will avoid this chain.

Kindness is different!!! The line goes all the way out into the parking lot, the machines are completely overwhelmed and full. By the way, there are only 2 of them left! You want to order 6 nuggets at the counter, when the nurse David from the drive in shouts with full enthusiasm, "You can order from the machine"! The next guest just wanted ice cream, nurse David went crazy! Not possible at all, I don't call that hospitality! Even on a bad day or a stressful situation, the staff simply has to keep a cool head! Oh well, these stupid machines for ordering should be abolished or made to work properly!!

We ordered the menu "French fries, cola and 2 burgers with extra cheese and extra bacon". The whole thing twice. The food was COLD. Despite ordering extra cheese and bacon (which is not necessarily the case, especially 4 of them are there ready on suspicion). We could also have used the cheese from a package we brought with us. The result would be the same. It wasn't even slightly melted despite having two slices on top of each other. The entire menu was cold...Sorry, but we'll go one house further in the future...! Mind you, all 4 burgers in the 2 dishes were cold. ...It was as if you brought them with you and didn't make it and then ate them later... it's too expensive for that...Then dear people, bring the slices of cheese and the fried bacon with you and then pack them up up there in addition...it's cheaper.

Impossible behavior by the employee towards the customers. The gentleman's tone reminded me of my time in the army. You don't have to do that! Unfortunately, this confirms the already tarnished reputation. Game over!

Purchased several items away from home. Unfortunately, when I looked in the bag at home, half of it was missing. There was also no receipt in the bag. That was very annoying. I thought it was nice there and the staff were very nice. Abdul Rahwav had helped us bring the trays to the place. However, there was a hair in the ice... I was at BK this morning and ordered a Smart Menu. I noticed that I had a hair in my citizen. Never again! I threw the citizen away straight away.

The staff is very unfriendly to his. Guests, if you have a question because an ordering time doesn't work, you immediately become impersonal and loud and say to your customers and also approach the customer and tell them to wash their fingers. This is not .

5 Stars. Pure experience. The employee verbally attacked several customers after being shouted at and almost got into a fight with the aggressive Thuringians. Much more amusing than it already is in the East German accent. A real experience in a class of its own. Any time!!

We were there on a Saturday evening The service was very nice. After we had eaten we noticed that our citizens were missing. Where I went forward the waitress said no, that can't be right. I came to the table and we definitely didn't eat 3 people within 2 seconds. You then before oh here they are. Well, my daughter's nuggets were cold too and didn't taste good either. Well, the atmosphere is actually cozy but very fresh, I could also eat in the car.

Einfach nur Perfekt 👍und lecker wie immer

Fahre jetzt nach der Dummmache nicht mehr hin. Komme rein, stelle mich an die Kasse. Die Verkäuferin, die das Essen einpackte fragte mich ohne ,,Hallo" oder ,,Guten Tag" : ,,Auf was warten wir?" Ich: Zeigte die Gutscheine und sagte, dass ich bestellen wolle. Sie: ,,Da am Automaten" Ich: ,, Das kann ich nicht" Sie: ,,Doch, das kann jeder. Ich bin alleine hier". Ich bin dann gegangen.

Werde ich nicht wieder hinfahren. Die Nuggets waren entweder vegan oder hatten nichts mit Hühnchen zu tun.

Essen dauert ewig und Bestellung nicht vollständig oder falsch

Essen war top. Nur leider gab es eine Auseinandersetzung zwischen Personal und einem Kunden. Wurde recht schnell gelöst leider habe ich auf meinen Veggie Burger fast 20 min warten. Deshalb die angepasste Bewertung.

An sich sehr gut aber...öffnungszeiten sagen 09:00 Uhr aber 10:00 uhr immernoch zu. Wir wollten gemütlich als Gruppe was essen aber standen vor verschlossener tür

Mal wieder Burger gefehlt aber bezahlt. Keine Gabel zu den Chili Cheese Fries und nur einfach Sauce obwohl doppelt bezahlt. Zum Kotzen!!!!

Ist halt ein Burger King so wie er sein soll. Wir laden hier sehr oft unser Auto und ab und an gehen wir auch rein und essen etwas.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Der Junge Mann Nils war mit Abstand die freundlichste Bedienung die mir in einem Fastfood Restaurant begegnet ist. Weiter so...

Durch die Automatisierung sehr unpersönlich. Für Oma und Opa die mit den Enkeln kommen kaum zu schaffen am Automaten. Speisen in gewohnter Qualität.

Wir hatten nach dem Kino noch Hunger und sind spontan zu Burger King gegangen. Es ging schnell zu bestellen und das Essen auch schnell fertig.

Sehr ordentliche und schnelle Burger King Filiale. Die Speisen sind alle dem Franchise entsprechend, flinke und freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein ruhiges Ambiente. Der Standort ist auch abends nie überfüllt oder voll. Besonders gern benutze ich die Coupons.

Wir waren gestern in Aschersleben essen und wir haben 2 Bikini Bottom Menüs bestellt. 1. Die Chili Cheese Pommes ohne Jalapenos, wurden mit Jalapenos zubereitet. Nach einer Reklamation, haben wir neue bekommen, aber keine Chili Cheese Soße, sondern normale Käse Soße. 2. Die Bikini Bottom Burger schmecken wirklich scheußlich, aber das ist ja geschmackssache. 3. Ich habe zum Menü eine Cola mit Mehrwegebecher bestellt und auch die 2€ Pfand bezahlt, aber keinen Mehrwegebecher bekommen. 4. Die Pommes waren super trocken und pappig, dazu auch kaum gesalzen 5. Die Mitarbeiter waren total überfordert und bei jeder kleinsten Frage, mussten sie sich gegenseitig beraten, um dann keine Antwort zu wissen

Ein weiterer BK . War doch etwas erstaunt, dass die Preise doch sich regional unterscheiden. Hab hier nen Euro mehr bezahlt, als in anderen Filialen.

Nach längerer Zeit mal wieder bei Burger King essen am Drive-in bestellt, 2x Smart Menü, 4x Cheeseburger, 2x Pommes, 2 Getränke. Und obwohl die Bestellung nicht anspruchsvoll war, hat man eine ganze Packung Pommes und 2x Strohhalme vergessen. Die Pommes haben leider an Qualität auch nach gelassen, von der Länge her sind die McDonald's Pommes besser. Einzig was gut war, nach 2 Burgerking Cheeseburger war man satt, das schafft McDonald's nicht.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wenn man Kur vor Ladenschluss noch Kleinigkeiten bestellen will ,wird man aufgefordert , seinen Finger aus dem A**** zu ziehen und Eier zu machen ,da man ja gleich schließt ... Sind dann losgefahren und fahre auch nicht wieder hin. Und als oberste Krönung , wird hinter dem Tresen noch getuschelt, ,,wir wollen auch mal pünktlich Feierabend machen -aber sowas wie arbeiten ,kennen die nicht " ... unter aller sau... Miserabel!

Alles super frisch und heiß. Freundliche Bedienung und das Essen was schnell fertig. Tische und Fußboden sehr sauber. Da kann man sich wohl fühlen und kommen gern wieder.

Das ist doch mal ein Vorzeigefiliale. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, erfüllen jeden noch so kleinen Kundenwunsch. Es ist sauber und ordentlich, es macht immer viel Freude dort zu essen weil dort ein schönes Abiente herrscht. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen Hand in Hand zu arbeiten was einem als Kunde hier stets zu Gute kommt. Die Bürger sind immer lecker und die Pommes gut gesalzen und knusprig was beim Konkurrent ja oftmals nicht der Fall ist. Ich komme immer gerne wieder. Sauber, lecker, freundlich, deshalb 5 Sterne. Weiter so

Waren jetzt schon öfters vor Ort und jedes Mal war es lecker und schnell natürlich ist es kein Sterne Restaurant aber dafür daß es ein ,,Fast Food " Restaurant ist macht es verdammt viel her optisch und vom Geschmack und der Service ebenso vorallem der Kassierer mit dem locken sehr sympathisch auch die anderen Servics Mitarbeiter haben immer ein lächen auf dem Gesicht und das Essen vor Ort macht einfach Spaß

So gut wie ein Burger King sein soll

2 Bestellmonitore sind zu wenig, dazu noch ungünstig an der Eingangstür platziert.

Eins voweg: Die Dame die in der Küche gearbeitet hat(Graugefärbte Haare,sehr schlank,braungebrannt mit viel Schmuck an den Fingern) hat weder Handschuhe noch Haarnetz bei der Zubereitung der Lebensmittel getragen. Fand ich schon etwas ekelig.Ich weiß Handschuhe sind laut Lebensmittelgesetz kein Muss aber wenn man sich an der Nase und Wange kratzt und einfach weiter macht ist das ein No-Go.Und auch wenn man zwischendurch tausend andere Sachen macht würde ich eher das Tragen der Handschuhe empfehlen.Wie gesagt ich weiß wovon ich spreche.Das Essen war katastrophal...Auf meinem Burger der mit extra Zutaten ausgewählt war ,was ich auch bezahlt habe ,waren nicht drauf.Die Nuggets und Chili Cheese Nuggets waren so trocken und hart damit hätte man Panzerglas einschlagen können.Die Pommes roh,haben nur nach Stärke geschmeckt.Und ich komme selber aus der Lebensmittelbranche und weiß ,dass das sicherlich nicht so sein sollte.

Die Chefin beschwert sich dort bei jeder Kleinigkeit und ist sehr unfreundlich. Also ich werde hier nicht mehr herkommen! Wenn sie kein Bock auf ihr Job hat soll sie sich einen anderen suchen ganz einfach!

Ein moderner BURGERKING mit guten Ambiente. Die Polsterstühle waren leider schon sehr abgenutzt aber es war sauber und das Essen lecker.

Tolle Angebote, guter Service, leckere Burger

Hier muss man leider jetzt auch am Automaten bestellen. Das war eigentlich der Grund warum ich nicht mehr nach Mac Donalds sondern nur noch nach Bürger King fahre. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und meint ich müsste am Automaten bestellen. Na gut dann war ich eben dort auch das letzte Mal. Dafür gab es dann 4x Pizza. War auch lecker und viel billiger.

Bei mehreren Bestellung ist das Personal überfordert, Burger heiß und Pommes kalt schade

Ganz schlimmer Service und Umgang der Mitarbeiter!!! Wir waren heute ca 20:30 vor Ort und eine Mitarbeiterin wurde so dumm gemacht, dass die kleine bei mir an der Kasse komplett zusammen gebrochen ist und weinenend ihr Headset hin geschmissen hat. Also wären meine Kollegen so mit mir vor KUNDSCHAFT umgegangen, hätte ich wahrscheinlich nicht nur alles hin geschmissen und wäre gegangen. Ganz ganz unmögliches verhalten und leider vergeht einem da auch das Essen!!!

Bestellung war in Ordnung und wie gewünscht, die Umgebung war sauber und gepflegt. Leider gab es zwischen den Mitarbeitern einen Zwist, welcher bis in den Gastraum zu hören war. Eine Mitarbeiterin ließ es sich nicht nehmen, über unsere Bestellung lauthals ihr Urteil abzugeben und diese zu bewerten. Das war sehr schade.
