The food was good, but the service was terrible. The food was forgotten and even after informing us three times it still took an hour until the food was delivered. The dessert came before the main course and finally the starter.

Nice café right at the lake with great view. Staff aren’t so attentive. We entered the restaurant for more than 10 mins and no one came to give us menu. Here you have to chase the waiter yourself or get nothing to eat. I had to ask for baby seat 6 times to get it. Food was extremely salty.

I pre-ordered food online; after 20 minutes, the app showed that it was ready. I then had to wait another 30 minutes in the store. All terminals were out of service.

Solid kebab shop with good prices and good quality. Absolutely practical for a quick kebab around the corner.

Were in Osnabrück today and had reserved for today, July 14th, 2024 I have a voucher and even made a booking request yesterday. Today we arrive here and Closed, I'm pissed. An absolute disgrace. I would like to have my voucher replaced because the nearest store is much too far in Cologne or Hamburg. I come from Salzbergen and am severely disabled And can't drive that far anymore. Osnabrück is the limit of what is bearable for driving. Sorry but henssler never again

I was at the restaurant today around 14:30. The restaurant was not clean, floor was full of rubishes and uncleaned food, tabel were oily and not cleaned. Staff was not welcoming and zero higene. Our order took too long to be prepared. Not recommended !!

Once again the order didn't work🤬 5 people in the whole store and nothing works. The staff there is ridiculous. You can also make money by making one or two fewer burgers each time. Never again. Please do not recommend

Waiting 2 hours for my food even though the app says "almost to you"

We were there one weekday evening and enjoyed wine and pizza outside. It was very nice and the pizza was super delicious. The interior looks very inviting and rather rustic, which goes perfectly with the pizza. Thank you so much.

You can definitely eat kebab here

On site you are forced to order 0.33l cans for €2.50; for delivery and take-away you can take a 1.25l for €3.90. I think it's kind of cheeky that you have to pay twice as much for drinks if you eat there. The food itself is absolutely average and nothing special. I won't eat here again.
