Great concept, cheerful attentive service. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again

We were there today, I can say one thing, we won’t go there again, the soup was terrible, the sushi wasn’t fresh, they brought wasabi and ginger when we asked (the first time this happened to us), we regretted 100 times that we went 40 km, those who write that it’s good, it means you haven’t been there and haven’t eaten Asian cuisine!!!!!

Visit every 3 months when I visit a nearby town. Always tasty and amazing staff. There's a reason why this is a part of my visiting schedule with my partner.

I don't think the food is that good, it looks good but the taste isn't what I expected, there's a lot of rice, a lot of rice and I also think the prices for the food are very expensive

I found 32€ for the few dishes on the menu too much I found yoi restaurant the best because the price is a bit expensive but they have a lot of quantities and selection and the quality is 100% better I wasn't happy with the price it's really too expensive for the quality and selection and it wasn't even warm and many tasted different there were good things but not that good that's why I think the price is too expensive....

The food is great and we were really lucky with the service. The price is in the upper range but still ok. The only drawback: parking spaces... If the car doesn't fit in the parking garage it gets really tricky :-(

All ypu can eat Sushi und vieles mehr. Preislich völlig in Ordnung. Alles war sehr lecker und es kam echt fix zum Tisch. Bedienung super freundlich inkl. Essen mit Stäbchen Schulung:-) Wir haben draußen gesessen, Bestellung über Tab ausgelöst und nach kurzer Zeit kam schon das Essen. Weine schmeckten auch sehr gut

I was actually always happy until we were seated at a large table on Valentine's Day, despite having a reservation, which we were shortly afterwards allowed to share with three young teenagers who had a very unpleasant "date" at our table. I love eating here, but you have to cook/fry some of the chicken dishes longer, like the chicken balls. They're always slimy on the inside. You can't eat them as is.

Food and service were very good. I can only recommend Kakkoii. It would still be nice if the fried sushi was warm. We'll definitely be back.

Our favorite sushi restaurant in Osnabrück. Always delicious. Tip: It's best to go during the week. On weekends it is very crowded and bustling.

The lunch buffet is comparatively cheap and very tasty. Only the duck strips weren't cut all the way through, so it was a bit difficult to eat with chopsticks, but otherwise everything was great

All you can eat, my personal kryptonite and here again I could have ordered it from Nemesis! Attentive service, the presentation of the food is really Pinterest-worthy and it tastes great! A small highlight are the toilets :D hehe

We previously reserved a table for 2 people. Then a few days later we let them know that someone else was coming. The service staff said it would be updated. Today we are standing at the door and they say we have only ordered for 2 people and otherwise we would have to wait 30 minutes if the three of us wanted to stay. So we asked ourselves: Should we send one of us home? There were also other people standing outside (including a group of 8) whose reservations couldn't be found. We were there for lunch today. The food was a real disaster, the sushi was just a big lump of rice and the dishes were tasteless. The glasses were also dirty. The ambience also leaves a lot to be desired, the sofas looked pretty worn out. But what you have to leave behind is that the service was great, the food came quickly and the employees were all very friendly. We wouldn't come back again because of the food.

Despite a spontaneous visit, we found a place. The selection is excellent, there is something for everyone and you will feel full. Vegan versions are also available. Price-performance is normal. Bad service. The clerk saw that we were tourists and made no effort to speak or call anyone who spoke English, Italian or Spanish. He turned around and let us talk to himself. Unfortunately, the store has deteriorated extremely over the last few months, both in terms of service and ambience (the catastrophically defective faucet in the men's toilet has still not been repaired after more than a year). Unfortunately, the icing on the cake was our visit to the site today , where we got food that was absolutely technically miserable, which felt like it only consisted of rice, and where we were very imperiously asked to change tables in the middle of the meal. Unfortunately it was our last visit to the restaurant!

The food itself was very good, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. We ordered tap water, in addition to beer and spritzer. The waiter brought us small bottles of water. We made sure that this was really tap water because it arrived in small open bottles. He assured us it was tap water. In the end we were charged for 9 bottles of still water + our other normal drinks under the pretext that they wouldn't serve tap water. Never again! Despite having a reservation, we had to wait in a long line in the cold outside the restaurant for 45 minutes. Even guests with a reservation at 6 p.m. weren't allowed in until 7:15 p.m. because it was too crowded inside. When we finally got to our table, it was still dirty. The sauce was just smeared with a wet cloth and a food ordering tablet was on top. When my 12-year-old cousin wanted to look at it, the tablet was simply snatched out of her hand without a word by a visibly annoyed waitress with short blonde hair and dropped on the neighboring table. Afterwards, plates were placed on the wet table and the napkins were also dirty. Some waiters were friendly, while others were extremely rude. In addition, something was missing from every order. In the 1st round there were 2 dishes, in the 2nd almost everything was missing, and the dessert from the 3rd order came before the actual 2nd round! At 8:40 p.m. our food was still incomplete and instead of waiting any longer we just paid and left. Although the sushi was delicious, the chaos, poor hygiene and unfriendly service make this restaurant absolutely not recommended.

Yesterday I went to kakkoii with my girlfriend - girls' gossip evening 😂👌........ I'm always speechless at how cool it is there. I rarely write reviews, but when I do, it's only because it was exceptionally good. There are many places where the food tastes similarly good, BUT for me personally the service is the be-all and end-all. The Kakkoii boys and girls do a great job. I don't know how they come across as relaxed with this number of visitors (all genders are meant, in case anyone complains :-)), it's really an art. The nice thing is that they know their menu inside out - we got a great cocktail recommendation because I love fresh and sour drinks, there's nothing too sweet for me 🤭. Simply fantastic! The all-you-can-eat buffet exceeded all my expectations. The selection of food was huge - from fresh salads to succulent meat dishes to vegetarian and vegan options, there was really something for every taste. The quality of the food was top, everything was constantly freshly replenished and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and attentive, empty plates were cleared away quickly and you could enjoy yourself in a relaxed manner.

Food was okay, nothing special. Service is mostly nice, but not everyone can speak German. The restaurant was way too cold, uncomfortable to sit in, toilets need to be replaced.

Very annoying: Ordered a table on Wednesday with friends from outside for Saturday. There was a long line there, around 30 people, all waiting for their reserved table. We probably would have waited another 30-45 minutes for our table. I have never experienced such unprofessional handling of reservations anywhere. We canceled the table and had a delicious meal somewhere else. The ambience and food would have been good in the rating, but such 'service' is an insult to the customer!

We came from out of town to eat there with family. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, because despite reservations (and our punctual arrival), we would have had to wait indefinitely for a table - the organization is frightening because there were probably 25-30 people waiting in front of the door who had probably also reserved. It's a shame - then we would have saved ourselves the reservation and anticipation!!

Arrived at 19.00 got us a table untill 20.30. Looked like a hip place for rice-lovers. Asked for a fork, got two forks and two knives. Luckily only my girlfriend needed a fork for the other one was dirty. Choice in sushi was not great, but enough. The other thing which was enough was the amount of rice in the sushi. Neverrr seen so much rice and so little filled. Taste was almost the same with every grilled/baked item. Most upsetting part was after round 2 when I had to go to the toilet for a long sit, could be chance, but I think not.. Never again.

Lunch buffet for just under 20 euros is great value for money. Evening buffet for just over 30 euros is just about reasonable. The portions are good and you can keep ordering until you can't anymore. But be careful: waste costs money and is not necessary. Staff friendly, atmosphere is nice. I deduct one point for the cleanliness of the toilets. Parking spaces and parking garages are available in the area. It can be easily combined with a purchase.
