I have been to many all u can eat sushi restaurants. The waiters were nice and helpful. The food not so nice. The sushi itself was ok. The chicken balls were good. The other warm food had all the same Tastes, just different ingredients. The price is just not worth it.

We were there on a Saturday and it was very busy. Our first waiter was very nice, in general the waiters were nice but we probably had to ask 3-4 times for things like napkins or cutlery. Unfortunately, cutlery, i.e. a fork, was only available as a cake fork, as you probably didn't have enough. To eat, it wasn't bad, but almost every dish had a brown sauce on it that was very salty, which really bothered us. Without the sauce everywhere, the food would have been tastier.

Not recommendable! Despite the beautiful wall paintings, very narrow and uncomfortable space, especially at the front where people like to sit. We were initially informed that the prices had changed and this was not yet on the menu or website. We agreed to the price increase, especially since we had already been comfortable for at least 5 minutes. We didn't get everything we ordered and the boss asked us every 30 minutes if we wanted something else to drink. Our large glasses were not yet empty. Once we were even asked if our one-year-old, who was sucking on his milk bottle, would get something to drink, as there are also juices. When we said no, we were sent out early on the grounds that more guests would be arriving and we hadn't made a reservation. They probably should have told us that beforehand. The restaurant was almost empty by then. We had our toddler with us in the stroller and didn't want to stir up the situation. But we certainly paid the full price. We were completely ripped off and treated badly. I have never experienced such overconfidence and sheer impudence in a restaurant before.

We were there for the lunch buffet. The food overall was very tasty, except for the shrimp chips, which were very tough and anything but fresh. The portion sizes are significantly too large for the buffet, especially for sushi, so you can't try everything because you get 6 pieces of one type, half of which would be enough and you just order again. The staff was nice, but they made us wait at the door for 5 minutes before we were brought to the table and preferred to walk around the restaurant disoriented. We thought it was okay, there are better ones.

We've been here a few times now and it's now our favorite restaurant to eat sushi. 😊 The food is always great and the staff is also very friendly. However, the toilets could be a little cleaner. Nevertheless, it is always worth the visit.

The food tastes good, but the service is just terrible. What you ordered in the first round was still not there after the 4th round... a lot was still missing from the 2nd and 3rd rounds.. We waited 35 minutes for the baked banana for dessert. If something like that happens once, it's ok, maybe it's ok the second time, but not every time. A pity. We won't come again.

Good atmosphere. Even though I don't really like Chinese, the food was pretty tasty. Unfortunately, the waitresses were unable to speak to us when serving or clearing away the food. They simply put the dishes on the table or cleared them away again in silence with a not very friendly expression. The toilets were very unclean. It doesn't work at all!

A company stands or falls with its employees, the first employee was very polite but so slow 😕 The second employee, on the other hand, was so polite and helpful and took care of our problems and tried to help us, which worked great, that's why we would come back 👍 The food was very tasteful, but the volume wasn't great and I'm not talking about too many guests in the restaurant 😁

Everything is perfect, it's just too small on a Sunday. People are lining up outside and people are rushing to eat, while inside it can get quite loud. All employees are patient and friendly, and every request is catered for. The place itself is very beautiful and the food was perfect.

People talk and laugh excessively loudly. When customers leave the neighboring table, there is a loud clatter of clearing up and chatting with colleagues across other tables. Then we were constantly asked if we wanted to drink more want to order and whether we have already ordered drinks. A short time later the service came back to the table: “Have you chosen drinks? We were at Kakkoii in Osnabrück am Kamp last Saturday. Friends of ours have been there before and found it quite good - although we didn't quite like it after the evening. Reasons: - for our first batch of drinks we had to ask four times before they finally came / other customers who came after us had received their drinks honorably / poor coordination in the service, I think - they then tried to point out that we had cocktails would have ordered, and that could take longer - but we didn't have that - so no cocktails - €28.90 for the all-you-can-eat sushi can be considered OK - however, the food you get is nothing more than "Asian fast food" - but as much of it as you want. We found that there is no real enjoyment or special taste here - so it's more about quantity than quality - as is so often the case in today's Asian restaurants. I don't understand why a restaurant like this, even if it wants to make a good name for itself, puts surimi on the menu everywhere. For everyone who doesn't know, surimi is 'fish' that you can't really sell - it's finely chopped, shaped and colored and then ends up back on the market - evilly you could say it's 'fish waste' - To put it nicely, it is, for example, bycatch that cannot otherwise be offered. All in all it's not a 'good fish' and I don't need something like that at all, I find it disgusting. - the worst thing about the restaurant, however, was how it felt. As soon as we got in we had to be careful not to slip because the floor was so 'greasy' that you could almost skate. My wife almost lay on the toilet on the way to the toilet - not nice. I suspect this is due to the open kitchen (which I find positive in itself) and inadequate ventilation. - But that's not all that felt really 'unclean'. Everything had such a greasy patina - the table, chairs, cutlery, glasses, the tablet for ordering - really everything. - Incidentally, the tablet had not been cleaned or disinfected before it was handed over to our table, which is something you can probably ask for, especially in this day and age - but was actually a "must" even before Corona - it was full of fingerprints from them previous users. - Really not nice.

I ate here again after a long time and was unfortunately very disappointed. I used to eat here regularly and it was always good. The food also remains above the average sushi all-you-can-eat. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing on my last visit. We ordered food from the tray at around 9:50 p.m. When it still wasn't there at around 10:05 p.m., we asked politely. The waitress was very uninterested and said she would ask her colleague. At 10:15 p.m. (we hadn't received any feedback) we spoke to another waiter who told us that unfortunately the food would no longer be coming and the kitchen was closed. The menu states the following: Open until 11 p.m.; Kitchen until 10:30 p.m. I find it extreme that orders received more than 30 minutes before the official end are no longer processed. We'll probably look for a new restaurant in the future.

We visited the restaurant for the second time. Now there is an all-you-can-eat lunch for €18.90, which can be ordered using a tablet. The sushi is good, but the selection is due to the one-off price. A lot of cooked tuna instead of fresh tuna in the rolls and the entire spicy program with tuna and salmon is missing. Even if you paid extra, there was nothing special on offer. The crowd is usually <20, very crowded at lunchtime, so the waiting time is long. Since the plates are just placed there, the waitress can't actually evaluate them.

I was actually (!!!) enthusiastic about this restaurant, but this has waned a lot. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the dishes, especially the cutlery, are not always clean (remnants still stick to them), and if you look closely in the corners, it has been a lot longer since the last sweep and wipe. At the weekend then the Obergau, a fly in the dessert - that can happen, but it shouldn't - the first waitress, without saying a word, slammed the pudding onto the tablet and left - the second waiter, who we said was absolutely terrible When we pointed out the behavior of the first service person, he just shrugged his shoulders and oh wonder, oh wonder, not a word of apology about the hair in the food OR the behavior of the colleague... Sorry, but that's not possible - the minimum would have been an apology ... We won't be going out to eat there in the future just because of their behavior. We left almost 100 euros there with two people just to a) have hair in our food and b) then be treated like that?

The service was also quite good and understanding, as we unfortunately had to send back around 20 inside out rolls at the end because they all had a very poor ratio between rice and filling and some of the avocados in them were rotting. Luckily we didn't have to pay this. We only ordered one round of sushi because we all lost our appetite. We won't be coming back! It's a shame that the store has deteriorated so much, with increasingly expensive prices and poorer quality.

We visited the Kakkoii Sushi Grill & Bar with great anticipation and were overall satisfied. The food was a little better than average, and the service was actually okay until the end. However, we had a problem ordering dessert. We ordered baked bananas with honey. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we asked an employee for the first time. She explained to us that after 7pm it was normal to wait longer for orders as it was really busy. We were able to confirm that. After another 10 minutes we asked another employee again. She promised to take care of it, but nothing happened. After another 10 minutes we turned to another employee who had served us from the start. He promised to pass the order on to the kitchen. Unfortunately nothing happened after that. Finally, after a total of 50 minutes of waiting, we paid without receiving our dessert. The same employee we paid to didn't even mention the dessert. Although our visit had been very positive up until this incident, this experience ultimately left us very disappointed. At the end of the day, the little things are crucial and the service team didn't do a good job. For this reason, I unfortunately cannot give the restaurant an entirely positive rating.

I've been there off and on over the last few years and am reasonably satisfied. The buffet now costs over €32 + drinks (5 - 10 euros). It's not worth the price now. Food is quite tasty, but nothing extraordinary. It has also happened several times that meat, for example, was absolutely delicious the first time and was inedible when ordered again the same evening. The store is also extremely crowded and narrow. One waiter is unsympathetic. Bad jokes and with a bill of almost €300 (6 people) they want to sell you drinks if you want to pay. The blonde waiter, on the other hand, is always nice and cheerful. Overall, just not enough for the money. Furthermore, I find it almost cheeky that you pay as much during the week as you do at the weekend! I've never felt that way with any All You Can Eat.

I've been here a few times for all-you-can-eat sushi and find it very tasty. As a vegetarian, I think you can come here at lunchtime with a clear conscience and pay the cheaper price, the choice isn't that limited. As a person who eats fish and meat, the all-you-can-eat dinner menu may be more worthwhile. Small recommendations from me for all you can eat: the udon noodles, the tofu dumplings and the banana roll and the ice cream (especially black sesame, lychee and matcha) are my personal favorites alongside the vegetarian "classics". If you come directly during the opening times at lunchtime, you can take your time to eat, the ambience and the service are also very pleasant! The later and busier it gets, the longer you have to wait for orders, so you should keep that in mind!

The ratio of rice and fish wasn't right for the sushi. Too much rice. The beef fillet skewers were tough and more reminiscent of an under-braised shish kebab skewer. The other meat dishes were also not convincing in terms of taste. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food (visually presented quite attractively). We also had a deep crack in a beer glass. Instead of replacing the drink, they simply poured it into another glass.

Ants in the restaurant crawling over the table. Unfortunately far too overpriced. For €32.90 you can eat better in other sushi restaurants in Osnabrück. When we arrived we got a table very quickly. Which was really good. However, as we sat there, the first ants came straight towards us. When we brought it up, all we said was: “We have an ant hill up front, the boss already knows about it, and I can't change anything about it.” Then the basement went away. But then more and more ants came and it started to tingle. We asked for another table. We got it straight away. I wish we had been offered this right from the start when we brought it up. The food was good to ok. Sometimes there is far too much rice in the sushi and the mayo doesn't go well with the sushi at all. Unfortunately there isn't much choice of sauces either, which is a real shame. The service tried hard, but you could tell that they didn't really want to. I also think it's a shame that not everyone could speak German or English. Of course, that made it harder to ask about things. But I have to say the waiters went straight away and got someone. All in all, I wouldn't eat there again for €32.90.

The first thing you notice is the stylish Japanese-style interior with its koi carp lamps, light wood and Japanese spirits. Although there are quite a few tables, the arrangement ensures that you don't even notice it. After a short introduction to the iPad ordering system, the meal began. Everything we ordered was brought within minutes. The selection is huge, it's pretty much impossible to try everything. We also enjoyed most of the sushi variants, but of course the traditional rolls with salmon and avocado are the best, but I also really liked the mixed cucumber Gunkan. We didn't like any sushi with "spicy" in the name, the taste was too intense and didn't give the fish any space, as well as the inside out rolls with mayonnaise. You should use Sriracha mayonnaise instead; ordinary mayonnaise rarely works on sushi. Overall, the taste experience was clearly positive. In addition to the food, the drinks were also delicious, I can recommend the lychee, and the service was great.

The food is quite good, but sometimes the sushi is just too big and a bit rice-heavy. I would prefer smaller portions (especially for some nigiri and maki (2 pieces instead of 4 works too...). Then you would also have the chance to try more with the all-you-can-eat. I was also very disappointed with the bao as I am very sure that they were not homemade. The corrugation on the bottom looked very much like the part came ready-made from a package. However, I really enjoyed the squid. Perfectly prepared! The staff was very friendly and our orders always came quickly, but unfortunately the Sencha tea was brewed with 100°C water instead of the usual 70, which made it bitter - a shame. The restaurant itself is very cozy and nicely decorated, we felt comfortable. The price of the all-you-can eat offer is €32.90 per week instead of the €28.90 mentioned on the website, but it is now really too high - we probably won't be coming back any time soon.

Had the worst sushi of my life yesterday. Due to the far too large amount of rice, what we were served had nothing to do with sushi at all. That was a disgrace. For the hefty price of €32.90 you just feel ripped off. Especially since we were used to something different from the store. The boats on which the sushi is served could also use some renovation... Apparently they are only looking for profit. But that's no use if the guests stay away. I will definitely not burn my money in this store again. Finally, something positive: the service was nice.

The toilets themselves are unfortunately getting old... It wouldn't be bad if they at least replaced the toilet brushes and toilet seats. Therefore a star deduction. The last time I was there was in January 2024. I don't want to go there again... The service there gets worse from year to year... You wait forever for your order. A lot of things are also forgotten from the order. Tablets probably won't help with ordering either. I was there with my daughter at the end of lunch time. As long as it was full, the place was warm. But as people started leaving the place, it got so cold it felt like you were sitting right at the front door. We both left there completely frozen.

I recently had dinner at Kakkoii for the first time with good friends and it was great. The service is super relaxed. Regardless of whether it's all-you-can-eat or individual meals, you can conveniently order the food of your choice using a tablet and it will be brought to the table in no time. I can't understand the negative reviews about the food, especially the sushi, you get extremely tasty food here. Maybe I'm not an expert in this matter, but I was completely satisfied with the service and ambience. My expectations were greatly exceeded in this regard. Above all, lovers of Japanese culture will feel very comfortable here. With the right company you can have a fantastic evening here. I would love to come back.

I was there last Thursday to break my fast with a colleague. Since I was short on time, the owner, Mr. Wän, even pitched in to help us get the delicious food in time. In fact, I'm a sushi connoisseur and the taste of what I was offered was a league higher than what I'm used to. The ambience and service were also bomb. I'm looking forward to eating soon. A really nice atmosphere and a really great restaurant! The all-you-can-eat is a bit inexpensive, but you can eat as much as you like. The sushi especially tastes good there. The service was also very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come again! :)

We took advantage of the all you can eat offer, which is offered for 32.90. In contrast to the competition, a proud price. The sushi and the rest still tasted very good. The service was also very good and always helpful. Unfortunately it was very crowded and the tables were very close together. This makes it very loud and you can no longer have a normal conversation.

I really like the decoration style here. There are many sushi and BBQ options to choose from. The food is served quickly and there is basically no need to reserve a seat. The ingredients are fresh and the service staff are very friendly. Lunch is more cost-effective, dinner has more choices, and the price is not cheap. recommend!

Loveless chunks of tasteless rice! What looks quite tasty in the picture was a far too large lump of rice with no taste, partially drowned in mayo or some kind of sauce. Any real sushi master would have discarded the rice. The menu (beautiful pictures) is really extensive and promises delicious sushi variations. The service was also really good - except for the way we dealt with our very reserved criticism. We're definitely not coming back. This works much better even in Germany.

The fried sushi was cold. The service was very unstructured. Everything that was served was packed with fried onions and a lot of spring onions so you couldn't taste the rest. The other fried starters were partly undercooked and wobbly. At such a price you can expect some quality. Unfortunately not recommended.

Unfortunately, reserving a table doesn't mean anything here - you can still wait 20-30 minutes in front of the door. The service is very rude and unfriendly.

Rarely something poorly rated, but unfortunately that has to be the case now. We haven't received our reservation twice on Saturdays now. Either completely forgotten or the wrong number of people was written down. Finding a table somewhere else on Saturdays is extremely difficult. The employee at reception tried very hard to save the situation on both occasions, but this is simply not possible given the tight schedule and overcrowding. When you have a business that is doing well, you should have someone on the phone who can do their job. We will initially switch to the competition on weekends as it has always worked there so far. It's a shame because the food is really delicious

We reserved a table for eight with a large group. Unfortunately, only four places were reserved instead, even though we informed them twice. We were once rude to us on site and it was said that the boss was only interested in the numbers. We are supposed to sit in two other corners of the room. We then left.

Never again!!! We had much better memories of the store. My friend wanted to invite me to eat sushi. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the store had increased the number of tables. It was therefore very loud and we got a table in the middle of the aisle. At that moment I had to ask my friend to leave the store. Unfortunately we stayed. Then it got much worse: I sat so that I could watch the staff and the kitchen. There was a tower of boxes of sushi in the kitchen. “Like the sushi is not made fresh but stored in boxes?” Then I looked at the staff. The women wore their hair down in the kitchen and some had very long gel nails. In addition, the staff made a very unkempt impression. But overall the staff at the table was very nice. At that moment we received the tablet to order the all you can eat. The sushi was full of mayo, fried onions and other sauces. I was actually no longer able to use soy, wasabi and ginger. The taste was not good. The avocado in the makis was already brownish. The other things we ordered were overly greasy. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. We didn't eat much and then asked for the bill. For €32.90 as all you can eat, what we ate was definitely not worth it. We were very disappointed.

Unfortunately only three stars! When it opened it was the best sushi restaurant in Osnabrück!! Service ambience food is awesome I have to say it's just wearing off. Waiters who either don't speak German or are very unfriendly (An Asian woman who speaks German - she always answered the phone on Valentine's Day) I find it very unfortunate. The concept of ordering via iPad is awesome!!

Been there again after a long time. The food itself wasn't bad and everything came very quickly. But what bothered me was when we ordered the grilled shrimp, which were actually very tasty, some of them still had the intestines inside. Had two of them returned to get two new ones. But they didn't come, after asking where they were, we were told to order new ones because some of the staff didn't understand German (that's okay). Then another waitress came and said that we had ordered new shrimp, but that they wouldn't remove the intestines and I told him that it was disgusting and that I didn't want to eat something like that, and he was just told again that they wouldn't make. Well, whatever, I just canceled it again. So that annoyed me, if you have to pay so much money for it, then you can probably demand that something like that shouldn't be the case.

We (my fiancée and I) Were hungry and saw the inviting entrance there. And just walking into the restaurant was simply overwhelming. Since we weren't sure how it worked, a nice service person came and explained everything. Now let's get to the food (I'm really not easily impressed when it comes to food). It was a dream, not too salty, fatty and, above all, very mild. All in all, it was great, and if you had something, it was dealt with immediately. My fiancée and I will see you there more often.

Been there several times now. Initially by chance at a company party, there have now been more than 5 visits. The all you can eat offer is great. A little more limited at lunchtime (but also cheaper) than in the evening, but even then there is a completely sufficient selection. Everyone actually finds something. It's only quite loud when it's full, but that's the case everywhere.

Unfortunately, out of six dishes, we received two wrong ones and one that we hadn't ordered. They were replaced upon request, but of course they were very unpleasant. Unfortunately the sushi rice was overcooked and had no taste. The nori sheets were soft and chewy, suggesting the sushi was several hours old.

Wir waren am Wochenende das erste Mal zum all-you-can-eat Abendessen dort. Ich muss einfach den Vergleich zu Ichi*** ziehen, da das System exakt das gleiche ist. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, jedoch fand ich die Portionen zu groß. Ich finde, man wählt ein all-you-can-eat aus, um möglichst viel zu probieren. Das ist hier leider kaum möglich. Die Sushi Rollen sind so groß, dass man von einer Inside out schon den ganzen Mund voll hat und von der Portion Süßkartoffelpommes hätte man alleine satt werden können. Es wirkt, als wollte man die Kunden möglichst schnell sättigen. Ich fand das Sushi auch etwas zu warm. Die Bedienungen sind nett, jedoch teilweise etwas ungeduldig. Unser Tablet ist beim ersten Bestellvorgang zwei Mal abgestürzt und jedes Mal musste man erst wieder einen Mitarbeiter suchen, der helfen kann, anstatt dass sie mal kurz warten, ob es nun funktioniert. Alles in allem ist Kakkoii für mich persönlich eine schlechtere, teurere Version von I******.

Aufgrund der Schönen Bilder wollte ich dieses Restaurant unbedingt ausprobieren. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Doch das Sushi hat uns einfach überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Ich habe noch nie Sushi gegessen was ich nicht mochte. Da alles andere dort trotzdem schön war solltet ihr euch trotzdem selbst ein Bild machen.

An sich ein sehr gutes Sushi Restaurant. Leider nur Managementtechnisch nicht gut aufgestellt. Viel zu überbucht.. Dafür das wir reserviert haben… mussten wir 25 min. draußen warten. Und es standen viele Menschen im Eingang, die dann von draußen die Tür aufgehalten haben. Dadurch war es leider im Restaurant kalt und man konnte das Essen leider nicht richtig genießen. Das Essen an sich ist sehr frisch und sehr lecker, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Im großen und ganzen eig ganz gut. Nur sehr sehr schlecht organisiert. Aber hingehen werden wir nur noch zu unserem Stammsushi laden.
