Kentucky Fried Chicken in Osnabrück

It's being renovated. I'm curious to see what it looks like. If I'm going to have chicken burgers, it'll only be here.

Simple things like a fork are almost always forgotten, not to mention towels. The meat is often dry, and the friendliness sometimes leaves much to be desired.

Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at fast food restaurants. My friend and I ordered two Kentucky Fried Buckets because we were completely starving. I'd just finished a 70km bike ride and wanted to treat myself to something a bit bigger! The various chicken pieces were truly subpar! Extremely fatty, and the flavor left a lot to be desired; it even seemed rancid. Unfortunately, we were still on our way and ate the bucket on the go. Despite my persistent hunger, I couldn't finish it, and with a heavy heart, I threw it away, something I really hate to do with food. The whole thing cost us both over €50!! If this is standard fare at KFC, I'll never come back!

The service at the drive-thru is very good. But we had chicken that still had feathers on it. Besides, I always find the prices there a bit more expensive, unless you use the coupons.

Complete food not through and the drinks carbonated

We occasionally visit this KFC when we're in the area. Unfortunately, it's not always particularly clean. The tabletops are often sticky, and when they do clean, it's usually just a quick wipe with a damp cloth—the same one they use for the chairs. The food tastes just like any other KFC—no surprises. The staff is friendly, and the location itself is fine.

One star is too many. The food was cold, and the fries tasted like they were from the day before. The outdoor area was completely filthy, the tables were dirty, uncleaned, and there was trash everywhere. Absolutely not recommended!

I waited 35 minutes for my food today. Other customers who arrived much later received their food sooner. After another five minutes, my receipt was taken at the counter, and within a very short time, I had my order on my tray. It was wrong, but still, it was. This has nothing to do with fast food.

Quality varies considerably. It's best to order in-store for "eat in," even if you want to take it with you. The quality is worst when ordering online and getting delivery; you only get dried-out leftovers that would be returned immediately in a restaurant.

The food itself is always delicious. Unfortunately, the store doesn't seem clean overall. The drinking cup was dirty on the inside, and the filling wasn't right.

Unfortunately, KFC hasn't really evolved. The electronic ordering process was anything but easy or efficient, so I ended up ordering a set meal, which cost a whopping €21 and was completely out of proportion to the food I received. While tasty, everything had to be ordered separately, even with the set meal. In short, we wouldn't order from KFC again: far too expensive!

What's happening, the quality, Service and everything is getting worst everytime, gave this place too many chances but its keep dissapointing, pls fix it.

This KFC needs a thorough renovation and an upgrade in quality. I also wonder why KFCs everywhere in Poland serve delicious bowls, but not here?

Only the leftovers are sold 1 hour before closing time, be sure to check your order, I was missing 2 corn 😮‍💨

It was the worst food I've ever eaten. Never again!

I can't recommend it anymore. It was never a real hit. There was always something. But it's never been as bad as today. No cold drinks from the vending machine; drinks came warm from the bottle. They also didn't inform me that they were out of apple spritzer. So I'll just get a Coke for my daughter 👍 The staff tried hard, and the food was okay. But nothing more.

Unfortunately, the place doesn't look like the pictures anymore. The food is good. The seating is a bit dated. The men's restrooms are very old and seem unclean.

i gave 1 star because i could not give 0. i ordered three times, and each time they forgot to deliver something. first time it happened, courier yelled at me that its not his problem and i was not able to reach to KFC directly. it is not possible to reach them and they dont bring the food you order! horrible experience, 3 times in row…

The food was not the same I was expecting. The chicken has a small portion compared to other KFC that I have visited. The staff not understanding what I was talking about. Too bad i wont be coming back to this place anymore.

Some employees don't believe in hygiene (hands on the head, including hair and cap, then on the hips, then clapping the hands and more), "not interested in attitude" was written on some faces, cold and all in one, uncomfortable atmosphere

If you are not making it to the peak time, it's easy and nice to get ordered and served

The staff is friendly and the order is usually prepared quickly. Even when it's full, things move along quite quickly. The self-service terminals make the ordering process even easier and ensure a smooth process.

Update: The restaurant has improved somewhat in recent years. Therefore now 3 stars instead of 1. Not particularly friendly, menus e.g. T. incomplete and not freshly prepared -> I'll be going back to Salzbergen in the future. The KFC there is TOP!!!!

Food is best in the evening (fresher) but it also tastes great otherwise. Crispys are absolutely awesome and the store itself is beautifully designed

So a revised application. I actually always liked going to KFC because it's real chicken... Well, the place is run down. The operator finally has to take action. It's so cold in the winter and worse from the outside than a lost place in a forest... This place needs to be renovated... KFC Germany is finally taking action...

The food is delicious, but the waiting times are extreme. Every time there are more than a few customers, you wait at least 20-30 minutes for your order. Even if it's just 1 burger.

Hello, this is the craziest KFC I've ever seen in my life.

The food is cold. The staff spoke poor German. The restaurant is dingy and dirty. The tables are not even cleaned when there is little customer traffic.

I've never eaten there before, so I can't rate it.

The heating has been out for months and the entire restaurant is heated by an entire fan heater. Super cold in the whole store. Water damage clearly visible on the ceiling in the counter area. Toilets a disaster. Nothing is invested here, the poor employees

Apparently there was no heating, it was extremely cold in the restaurant. In the women's toilet, however, you could hardly breathe because of the heat and the hand dryer couldn't be switched off. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when asked. Too bad!

If you want to survive me: never go to KFC Osnabrück. I went to KFC this week and it was a huge disaster. Firstly, it was very, very cold inside. I asked why they don't turn on the heater and they said it was broken and that was it, they said. Besides, the inside was dirty too. Secondly, the food was cold and had no flavor nor was it spicy (I ordered extra spicy). I ordered a Family Bucket and juice and didn't receive the juice at all and half of the family bucket was missing. The workers there didn't want to work. I've eaten KFC at about 20 locations for 15 years, but the one in Osnabrück was the worst in my life. I can hardly recommend this KFC Urgently call the plumbing inspection. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Eat cold. A drop of ketchup in the burger had to pay an extra 0.50 for ketchup so that the burger would be a little juicier. Cashier doesn't understand German or English or Russian or Polish. As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed that it was freezing cold - the heating seemed to have broken down. We had to eat with thick jackets on and were still freezing. Something like this shouldn't happen in a restaurant, especially not in winter. The food was also disappointing. As usual, it was slapped together carelessly and the presentation left a lot to be desired. The taste was typical KFC, but overall it just wasn't the experience you want when visiting a restaurant. We hope that more emphasis will be placed on comfort and quality here in the future - as it was now, we cannot recommend a visit.

One of the absolute worst shops in Osnabrück. The fact that the health department has not yet acted here is actually a declaration of bankruptcy for the public service.

We ate in the Kfc this evening, the heating was broken, it was freezing cold and unfortunately the entire meal was cold and very dry, the only thing that was really tasty was the coleslaw, once and never again

The food is catastrophic. The burgers were lukewarm and the meat wasn't 100% cooked. Don't even get me started on hygiene. This was definitely our last visit as we have had this bad experience several times now.

Something has been constantly sold out for the past two years. I have never gotten what I wanted in these 2 years. The peanut butter shake is on the menu, but is never available. Corn is often empty and also various chicken parts. How can you be so incompetent and not ensure as a manager in advance, in such a big city, that there is enough food available and everything can be bought, especially on the weekend.

Delicious chicken. I always like the chicken here, even if the prices are of course a little higher. I haven't eaten normal burgers here yet but the buckets always impress me. The Double Down in the promotion is always a highlight when it's available because it's simply incredibly delicious! On the bacon fries we suddenly had fried onions, which wasn't actually in the order and which I personally didn't like. My husband was happy because the tastes are different. When you are there in the evening the shop is sometimes very crowded and the tables are no longer so clean. But when we were there today around 3 p.m. everything was very clean. The toilets are sometimes really poor and sometimes I just turned back because it wasn't clean.

Today I ordered the super deal box for €5.99. Contents as stated: 1 crispy burger 1 small fries with mayo 2 crispies 1 small cola Unfortunately I discovered that my crispys had been forgotten. Impudence! I also had to wait an extremely long time for this small order. The service doesn't seem to be scheduled for lunch breaks. Unfortunately the water I ordered was also sold out and I then got another water which would have been cheaper. But I didn't get any money refunded. That's shit and ruins your lunch break!!!

It's really ridiculous when you order a meal with three chicken legs, but instead you get three pieces of chicken breast or boney parts like wings and leg, which is not at all what you originally ordered. I have ordered several times but I never saw chicken legs in my order. This ruined my image of KFC.

Food top and fresh. Fast service. A star deduction because cat payment doesn't work at the order terminals and you then have to pay manually to the staff.

Not the best Kfc flavour i've ever tried. But still employees there are extremely friendly and they do their best to keep everyone happy.
