Kentucky Fried Chicken in Osnabrück

We wanted to order something today, but it's just way too expensive here

It's really ridiculous when you order a meal with three chicken legs, but instead you get three pieces of chicken breast or boney parts like wings and leg, which is not at all what you originally ordered. I have ordered several times but I never saw chicken legs in my order. This ruined my image of KFC.

The salad was soggy and wilted and now I feel sick because I thought I could still eat it. My trust was punished with nausea and a stomach ache

Once out of every 10 times it is hot and fresh. Getting cold food for so much money today was the highlight. Fries were not only cold, some were still raw.

So a revised application. Actually I don't have much to complain about, except that I had it a few times that something was done wrong when ordering, but that's very very very very very very rare. Cars staff have actually always been friendly to me. However, the building looks very crappy from the outside and really needs to be renovated and the outside has been so run down for years. The operator of this store or the owner of this building, whoever, has to act here

Service wasn't exactly pleasant. Food is also quite expensive, but you're used to that by now.

The fries were like the toilets: disgusting. The burgers were really bad! Only the fried chicken was ok. The health department should close the store!

Hardly any waiting time, friendly service staff, delicious food

Food top and fresh. Fast service. A star deduction because cat payment doesn't work at the order terminals and you then have to pay manually to the staff.

Half of the menu cannot be found on the terminals and the app can currently no longer be used because it requires consent to the data protection guidelines, but there is no button for consent. You might be served at the counter at some point.

Not the best Kfc flavour i've ever tried. But still employees there are extremely friendly and they do their best to keep everyone happy.

Catastrophic. The building is in need of renovation several times. Hygiene condition is a smooth 6. Tables full of rubbish and dirty. Floor sticks. Toilets were disgusting. In my opinion, the health department should take action! Food wasn't good either. After the impression I got there, I no longer felt like eating.

Fries weren't cooked. Toilets smelled of urine, especially the women's room. Floor stuck with grease.

Unfriendly service, unclean, sometimes chaotic restaurant. The “guest” as a money machine - you don’t need that.

The food is always great and the service is wonderful because your wishes are taken into account. The only thing missing is that the toilets could use a renovation again. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming with family and friends.

We ordered our food via Lieferando. After 2 hours they still hadn't started preparing our order. We tried calling her twice but the announcement told us that her cell phone number was not in use. It took so long that in the end we decided to cancel our order.

Not recommendable! We're happy to give 5 stars but not here! We decided to go to KFC at short notice and are speechless and extremely disappointed. After ordering we tried to find a place with a clean table, nothing to do. We then asked one of the employees to clean the table for us, we had to make this request twice even after the food was already there. The MA then came with toilet paper in his hand and wiped the table with it. I asked if there was no table cloth. Answer: Yes. Then came back with a table cloth, all other tables were ignored. I then nicely pointed out that it would be nice to eat at a clean table, or would he want to eat at such a dirty table. He said it was full, that they were understaffed and couldn't clean. We have a different opinion, because there were enough employees there who were just standing around. As soon as he landed at his cash register, he and his colleague played with their cell phones for minutes after each customer ordered. There were maybe 10 customers in the dining room, nothing more. So there would have been enough time to clean the tables and especially the floor. Leftover food everywhere on and under the tables. About the food in general: Chrispy Chili Cheese Burgers were cold, the cheese was in paper instead of on the burger with half a piece of chicken, forgot for cole slaw salad, fries were cold and dry and tasted like cardboard. Finally, an employee came and cleaned, another employee came with a blue bag and emptied the tablet cart in the guest room (lobby) while we ate. I refuse to comment on the toilets, it's terrible, it's all about urine, pubic hair, feces, etc. During the visit we looked at the reviews that were legitimate! From the outside there is one thing but inside, we are speechless. Disengaged MA who barely moved or were busy with their cell phones as described above. That was our first and last visit to this KFC. An absolute disgrace, especially since there are several similar comments and there seems to be no response.

They robbed us, I ordered 90 euros for a family pack of two and what they gave me was less than half of what we get in any other branch.

Food as always good. Toilet facilities are reminiscent of the smell of a motorway toilet facility. Addendum: Defects have been eliminated. 7/27/24 URINALS look forbidden, they were once again cleaned with mop water, the brush doesn't do any harm and doesn't cause any intervertebral disc injuries.

Happened twice now - ordering via online app or driveway - only part of the order was packed, couldn't be reached by phone - in the end you paid in full and you got part of the food you ordered. Very bad experience after personal inquiry on site!

The Family Bucket was absolutely delicious. The service in my case [Niels] was very correct and the food was ready quickly, as you would expect from KFC. Gladly again!

Food is ok. Just fast food. During my last three visits, the employees seemed rather unmotivated and uninterested in the customer. There were errors in the order on 2 out of 3 visits. The first time there were z.t. Wrong particles in the bucket, a burger was missing the second time. Both times the branch was relatively empty, so you can't excuse this with too much stress.

Dirty tables, chaotic ordering process in the restaurant and overwhelmed employees on Saturday evening - stay away. The taste is good, but for the price I expect better service. Maybe things will work better at the drive in...

Really just too expensive, it's delicious, but really expensive

The fried chicken and french fries are very fresh and delicious. The staff team was friendly, they even inform us how many minutes we need to wait for the order. The outside decoration was a bit old, but intern decoration are stylish and new. If there is one comment I can give, I would suggest the restaurant to clean the tables more frequently.

It's really a disgrace how KFC treats their customers. It was ordered at lunchtime and after more than two hours the order was simply canceled. You can't call the restaurant itself because no one answers the phone there. Even Lieferando isn't much help there, as you can't reach anyone here either. This is really a complete disgrace! Will never order there again!!! If you want to order there, leave it alone and look for a new restaurant.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. We ate there again after a very long time... First of all, the waitress forgot half of our order (there were two of us so it wasn't a huge order). But well, it can happen and it wasn't that bad. However, the food was terrible....The mayo was out for the fries....there was simply none....The drinks dispenser only partially worked and there were no ice cubes either....not even small bags of salt or shakers ....I really thought I was in the wrong movie....overall the place is dirty and sweet...It's a shame...we used to go there regularly about 15 years ago and were looking forward to a visit there ....Only that was our last time.....disgusting!!!

I was back at KFC Osnabrück after a long time. The store desperately needs a renovation and better cleaning. The heating was probably broken, there was a heating fan at the counter that was damn loud. As for the food, the taste was better and when it came to the chicken parts there were only the wings instead of the chicken legs and that was okay for the price. KFC really needs to do something in Osnabrück.

I don't want to be unfriendly, but I strongly advise against ordering via Lieferando. I paid in advance by bank transfer but my food never arrived. Nobody can be reached by phone either.

It's a regular KFC. The entrance is confusing and not easy to navigate. Overall it is in need of renovation. But otherwise everything is fine.

I recently had a great experience at KFC restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent - freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy. What particularly impressed me was the lightning-fast service. The staff were efficient and friendly, which contributed to an overall positive visit. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and the cleanliness was also impressive. Overall, I can highly recommend the KFC restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

We bought the touchdown bucket for €40 with everything. There was something else in it instead of the hot wings we ordered. There was no football either. Never again!
