Kentucky Fried Chicken in Osnabrück

Apparently there was no heating, it was extremely cold in the restaurant. In the women's toilet, however, you could hardly breathe because of the heat and the hand dryer couldn't be switched off. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when asked. Too bad!

If you want to survive me: never go to KFC Osnabrück. I went to KFC this week and it was a huge disaster. Firstly, it was very, very cold inside. I asked why they don't turn on the heater and they said it was broken and that was it, they said. Besides, the inside was dirty too. Secondly, the food was cold and had no flavor nor was it spicy (I ordered extra spicy). I ordered a Family Bucket and juice and didn't receive the juice at all and half of the family bucket was missing. The workers there didn't want to work. I've eaten KFC at about 20 locations for 15 years, but the one in Osnabrück was the worst in my life. I can hardly recommend this KFC Urgently call the plumbing inspection. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed that it was freezing cold - the heating seemed to have broken down. We had to eat with thick jackets on and were still freezing. Something like this shouldn't happen in a restaurant, especially not in winter. The food was also disappointing. As usual, it was slapped together carelessly and the presentation left a lot to be desired. The taste was typical KFC, but overall it just wasn't the experience you want when visiting a restaurant. We hope that more emphasis will be placed on comfort and quality here in the future - as it was now, we cannot recommend a visit.

It's cold as hell in there. Extremely uncomfortable and really dirty. Then we ordered food and found out that we got salt with fries. They were in better condition for a company where hygiene is supposedly very important. Unfortunately questionable. The food was cold for half of 5 minutes, never again.

The restaurant is fine and typical KFC, but orders via the app or terminals are really a disaster. Incredibly bad and confusing menu navigation.

We ate in the Kfc this evening, the heating was broken, it was freezing cold and unfortunately the entire meal was cold and very dry, the only thing that was really tasty was the coleslaw, once and never again

The food is catastrophic. The burgers were lukewarm and the meat wasn't 100% cooked. Don't even get me started on hygiene. This was definitely our last visit as we have had this bad experience several times now.

Something has been constantly sold out for the past two years. I have never gotten what I wanted in these 2 years. The peanut butter shake is on the menu, but is never available. Corn is often empty and also various chicken parts. How can you be so incompetent and not ensure as a manager in advance, in such a big city, that there is enough food available and everything can be bought, especially on the weekend.

Delicious chicken. I always like the chicken here, even if the prices are of course a little higher. I haven't eaten normal burgers here yet but the buckets always impress me. The Double Down in the promotion is always a highlight when it's available because it's simply incredibly delicious! On the bacon fries we suddenly had fried onions, which wasn't actually in the order and which I personally didn't like. My husband was happy because the tastes are different. When you are there in the evening the shop is sometimes very crowded and the tables are no longer so clean. But when we were there today around 3 p.m. everything was very clean. The toilets are sometimes really poor and sometimes I just turned back because it wasn't clean.

Today I ordered the super deal box for €5.99. Contents as stated: 1 crispy burger 1 small fries with mayo 2 crispies 1 small cola Unfortunately I discovered that my crispys had been forgotten. Impudence! I also had to wait an extremely long time for this small order. The service doesn't seem to be scheduled for lunch breaks. Unfortunately the water I ordered was also sold out and I then got another water which would have been cheaper. But I didn't get any money refunded. That's shit and ruins your lunch break!!!

It's really ridiculous when you order a meal with three chicken legs, but instead you get three pieces of chicken breast or boney parts like wings and leg, which is not at all what you originally ordered. I have ordered several times but I never saw chicken legs in my order. This ruined my image of KFC.

Catastrophic. The building is in need of renovation several times. Hygiene condition is a smooth 6. Tables full of rubbish and dirty. Floor sticks. Toilets were disgusting. After ordering we tried to find a place with a clean table, nothing to do. We then asked one of the employees to clean the table for us, we had to make this request twice even after the food was already there. The MA then came with toilet paper in his hand and wiped the table with it. I asked if there was no table cloth. Answer: Yes. Then came back with a table cloth, all other tables were ignored. I then nicely pointed out that it would be nice to eat at a clean table, or would he want to eat at such a dirty table. He said it was full, that they were understaffed and couldn't clean. We have a different opinion, because there were enough employees there who were just standing around. As soon as he landed at his cash register, he and his colleague played with their cell phones for minutes after each customer ordered. There were maybe 10 customers in the dining room, nothing more. So there would have been enough time to clean the tables and especially the floor. Leftover food everywhere on and under the tables. About the food in general: Chrispy Chili Cheese Burgers were cold, the cheese was in paper instead of on the burger with half a piece of chicken, forgot for cole slaw salad, fries were cold and dry and tasted like cardboard. Finally, an employee came and cleaned, another employee came with a blue bag and emptied the tablet cart in the guest room (lobby) while we ate. I refuse to comment on the toilets, it's terrible, it's all about urine, pubic hair, feces, etc. During the visit we looked at the reviews that were legitimate! From the outside there is one thing but inside, we are speechless. Disengaged MA who barely moved or were busy with their cell phones as described above. That was our first and last visit to this KFC. An absolute disgrace, especially since there are several similar comments and there seems to be no response.

Food is ok. Just fast food. During my last three visits, the employees seemed rather unmotivated and uninterested in the customer. There were errors in the order on 2 out of 3 visits. The first time there were z.t. Wrong particles in the bucket, a burger was missing the second time. Both times the branch was relatively empty, so you can't excuse this with too much stress.

Dirty tables, chaotic ordering process in the restaurant and overwhelmed employees on Saturday evening - stay away. The taste is good, but for the price I expect better service. Maybe things will work better at the drive in...

The fried chicken and french fries are very fresh and delicious. The staff team was friendly, they even inform us how many minutes we need to wait for the order. The outside decoration was a bit old, but intern decoration are stylish and new. If there is one comment I can give, I would suggest the restaurant to clean the tables more frequently.

It's really a disgrace how KFC treats their customers. It was ordered at lunchtime and after more than two hours the order was simply canceled. You can't call the restaurant itself because no one answers the phone there. Even Lieferando isn't much help there, as you can't reach anyone here either. This is really a complete disgrace! Will never order there again!!! If you want to order there, leave it alone and look for a new restaurant.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. We ate there again after a very long time... First of all, the waitress forgot half of our order (there were two of us so it wasn't a huge order). But well, it can happen and it wasn't that bad. However, the food was terrible....The mayo was out for the fries....there was simply none....The drinks dispenser only partially worked and there were no ice cubes either....not even small bags of salt or shakers ....I really thought I was in the wrong movie....overall the place is dirty and sweet...It's a shame...we used to go there regularly about 15 years ago and were looking forward to a visit there ....Only that was our last time.....disgusting!!!

KFC really needs to do something in Osnabrück.

I don't want to be unfriendly, but I strongly advise against ordering via Lieferando. I paid in advance by bank transfer but my food never arrived. Nobody can be reached by phone either.

It's a regular KFC. The entrance is confusing and not easy to navigate. Overall it is in need of renovation. But otherwise everything is fine.
