Aroma Restaurant Ocakbasi Holzkohlegrill Osnabrück in Osnabrück

We visited Aroma Restaurant again after 2 years. The store is really big and modern. The counter and meat display looked fresh and inviting. The table service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately a bit forgetful, as the tea was only thought of after a second request. I find the prices on the menu very expensive. 13€ for a kebab plate, 17€ for Adana etc. The portions were “normal” I would say. I found the XXL kebab plate advertised to be very small. The mixed meat and the rice and fries mix were forgotten. In general it was tasty and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would like to highlight the free tea as well as the dips and the bread. Really rare. Conclusion: I would definitely go again if I'm in the area. But I wouldn't go there just for the store.

I'm so shocked, how can you do this to your own customers. I ordered a kebab with salad! What's coming? A package with the entire kebab contents and then the bread in aluminum foil, which is ultra thin and just breaks off when you want to cut it open. My salad was okay, but then I saw my yogurt dressing! Who will eat this? There was simply no dressing in it and my cocktail sauce was just so little! I'm so disappointed! Spending €15 on something like that is disrespectful! It was cold, the meat wasn't even properly seared... just a nightmare!!!

The needs of customers are not taken into account. I ordered a pizza and the delivery took a long time. I ordered pizza with chicken, but pizza came with veal and burnt. The driver wasn't friendly either and pizza was mixed up in the box. Price-performance ratio is very bad, you pay so much money for nothing

We had something delivered. I had a kebab veal plate and the meat was cold, dry and tasted sticky. The salad was also dry. The fries soaked in fat. The wrong sauce was also added. We also ordered baklava twice, paid for it but there was no baklava. When we called there, no one answered. I was really negatively surprised and this is definitely the last time I ordered there! Actually it's not worth a star. However, the delivery person was nice, so the service was given 2 stars. Very unfortunate :(

An absolute institution for Osnabrück‼ The food is authentically Turkish, as is the service, so it's excellent. The first course is free, freshly baked bread and three homemade sauces, where can you get something like that?? We recommend the traditional meat soup (Kelle Paça) and all dishes from the charcoal grill, definitely with rice, which is perfectly seasoned! 👍🏼👍🏼 Anyone who orders pizza home here and is then disappointed is missing out on what the restaurant can really do. So take a seat and enjoy. You can get pizza somewhere else 😀

Ordered food. Arrived almost an hour late, called several times and said the driver was almost there. The food was almost cold and generally inedible. Pizza with eggplant was hardly recognizable as such. The size we wanted couldn't be selected (on Uber Eats), so instead of 28cm it was 32cm. The sauce that was ordered and a whole part of the order were not included and the supplier didn't know anything about it.

Everything was very bad, the service was zero, everything came very late, we called the waiter and called him to the table.

We are extremely disappointed, we waited almost two hours for our food! The fries weren't ready, the kebab was just soggy and the pizza rolls weren't baked properly either. We won't be ordering there anymore! And last but not least, the food arrived cold.

The food still tastes great, but we noticed several times that the price of the Adana-Dürüm has risen from €9 to €11, and the portion has also become significantly smaller. It would be quite good if the portion returned to its normal size.

Ordered fries and burger, both arrived cold. The fries tasted like they had been warmed up again in the microwave and must have been sitting around somewhere for a while. Absolutely not recommended. Other than that, the order arrived over an hour later than promised.

Ordered on November 30th and canceled due to delivery time of 2 hours. Didn't get any food and was still charged over €52. To this day I'm waiting for a call back. I was a regular customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that I was upset about a delivery and, above all, didn't receive any food and was still charged.

The food is beautifully presented in the display cases. When we enter, there is a friendly welcome. We thought the food was fine, but we wouldn't go there a second time.

Unfortunately disappointing. We ordered via UberEats. First of all, it took significantly longer than stated and then the taste was disappointing. Likewise the quantity. The grill plate for €23 is completely overpriced. The skewers that were supposed to be there were at most half, i.e. 2 pieces of meat. There are much better Syrian restaurants. Bad value for money.

Unfortunately, making the place more beautiful does not improve the food. Taste and presentation were all bad. The order arrived late. We were 4 people and we ordered the same dishes, two of them came and were eaten halfway, the other two came later. If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have gone anyway. If a business gives bad reviews and tells you that you will never come again, that's okay, you will stay away from that place.

Yesterday evening I relaxed and ordered 2 kebabs and 2 fries from Aroma for myself and my cousin, well I've already been to the toilet 3 times and my stomach is currently playing black ops 6 in my stomach. No, honestly the food was unfortunately not edible. The bread had probably been lying around for 2-3 days and the meat was already slightly hard and there was already a crust on the edge, bah the fries? Minced meat pita with cheddar is number 131 from the menu. You should definitely eat it. I buy it as a package every evening. It tastes amazing. I recommend it to everyone. 🖐️

I ordered food from the Aroma app. The delivery came relatively quickly, but one item was missing from my order: my Lamacun. I then immediately called the restaurant. An employee answered my call, but he was extremely unfriendly. He initially claimed that everything had been delivered. After I explained to him again that my Lamacun was missing, he said it would be delivered in half an hour. I thought to myself that something like this could happen and waited. But even after two hours nothing had arrived. So I called again. I was then informed that they apparently couldn't find my address. At this point I'm wondering how it worked so quickly the first time without any problems with the address. Not even a call for clarification was made. I had to call a third time to ask about my food again. If I hadn't bothered with it so much, the restaurant would have just kept my money. Finally the Lamacun was delivered - but again wrong. It almost seemed like a bad joke. The food was also cold and inedible, and I even found a black hair in it. Needless to say, I couldn't eat it anymore. This experience was extremely disappointing. The service and quality have significantly deteriorated. For me it means: never again.

I ordered a chicken kebab with tomatoes, cucumbers and cocktail sauce. Had to wait. Just before my order was made, another came in. So I only got the leftovers from the chicken meat that had been cut off. I didn't get any cucumbers even though I ordered them. In terms of hygiene, they don't take it too seriously. Fries are touched with bare hands. The guy who cashed in on me had gloves. But he did everything with them. Even my kebab. He probably only has them on for his own protection. Hey, but at least the chicken was tasty.

I ordered food there via Lieferando. Order was accepted Order placed at 1:30am. An hour later the order was marked as "in transit". When she still wasn't there at 3 a.m., I tried to reach the restaurant. Answering machine. A short time later the food was even marked as delivered! Even though no one was available! I haven't received a call, any information or anything to eat. Seems like cheating to me. I can only advise everyone against this restaurant.

It is not acceptable to confirm an offer on a delivery and after don't make it, and principally let your customers wait, without an anwser or service. I think the boss would do something about it, otherwise it will bring the business around. Still love the food, but the customer service is not worth it.

Had a soup, pide with kuşbaşı and a mixed grill plate. The ladle paça soup is “green” and unfortunately smells very muttony, the pide dough is too salty, the lamb meat used unfortunately has a muttony taste and is gristly and tough. Unfortunately, the grilled pieces of meat on the grilled plate were also not tasty. Overall, unfortunately no recommendation here. The food wasn't tasty.

Delivery TOP Driver very nice Employees on the phone were very nice Food = -0, pizza came cold both times (first order was not edible because it was burned) and that can happen, reported by phone and got a replacement pizza but couldn't eat it because it didn't taste good at all and was full of cheese. Aroma is not what it used to be. Last order here.

One of my favourite restaurants in the city, the kebab and soups are delicious, and they deliver faster than other restaurants.

After a normal waiting time, the food came lukewarm and the fries were wobbly and a portion of fries was missing. After the first call, a stressed employee assured us that the driver was on the way, and after another 30 minutes we contacted again. Unfortunately, the second conversation was very rude, "the fries would come" when we were told that 40 minutes had already passed, there was only a defiant "yes..." at the same time the driver came with the lukewarm fries after 40 minutes. We have never experienced customer interaction like this before.

I don't even know where to start and what the best thing on the menu is, because one thing is for sure and that's why I don't understand the negative reviews - I always like it exceptionally well! The best Adana Dürum I have ever eaten, pide that are out of this world. Pizza rolls that simply exceed the name. Great dishes, simple, no frills, I'm glad I keep ordering here! My recommendation is definitely the pide with minced meat and cheese! Very closely followed by Adana Dürum!

No good food will always be disappointed never again

I ordered 2 kebab plates-XXL with rice via Uber. Delivery took longer than Uber estimated. It took about an hour, I thought it was completely okay and I would have liked better communication from Uber. If in doubt, call the restaurant and they will probably be able to give you better information. The packaging of the food was great and the food itself could have been a bit warmer. The portions were actually XXL (who would have thought) and one plate is enough for two people. The taste was perfectly fine, nothing special but definitely tasty and not soggy or anything. But I didn't order anything exciting. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied. Good-tasting, delivered food for under €7 per person is absolute value for money for me. Next time I'll just order a plate for two people and a starter or something, then it'll probably taste even better.

The pizza tastes like a ready-made one from the supermarket! The lamb kebab was absolutely done and dry and tasted a disaster for me!!! I know things completely differently from Cologne. Toilets disgusting and smelly as soon as you go downstairs. I can't recommend it to anyone, spend your money elsewhere!

We had food delivered to our house (a family pizza). Our request (pizza without onions) was accommodated. Unfortunately the delivery took over 1 hour and the pizza dough wasn't cooked through. It's a shame because the pizza itself was delicious, but you couldn't eat it like that.

We recommend! We always go there in the evening or at night and have always been thrilled with the food. The service is always friendly. The grill plates are particularly recommended. The chicken is the best I've ever eaten - both the marinade and grill flavor are excellent.

Rating for Aroma Osnabrück I had a very disappointing experience with Aroma Osnabrück. The pizza took way too long to be delivered and when it finally arrived the pizza was dry and burnt. The onions were black and the hollandaise sauce we ordered was missing, even though we paid extra for it. The fries were wobbly, inedible and obviously frozen, soaked in oil. Our call to clarify the problem was rudely rejected. We were told there was nothing they could do and then just hung up on us. I strongly advise against ordering from Aroma Osnabrück. This experience was a huge disappointment.

The food didn't arrive fully cooked and it wasn't complete. When we called to complain, the employee hung up without ending the call. Unfortunately the food had to be thrown away. Service really disappointing.

A great restaurant! All employees are very friendly and attentive, rarely seen such good staff. The food also tasted very good, we had 4 different dishes and they were all super tasty. It was also a nice evening to break the fast. The staff did their best to ensure that every guest had something to eat on time and there were dates and an appetizer at every table. The kebab is falling apart and some of the vegetables are still broken, the bread is falling apart and instead of the kebab meat there is lamb in it. You pay 1 euro extra for sheep's cheese to have a small piece in it for the last time you order it

The pizza was super salty. I couldn't eat more than half of it. (Turkey salami, beef ham, mushrooms and onions, I had extra broccoli) Everything arrived and the delivery was very fast. Because of the distance I didn't expect it to be hot but it was still very warm 👍🏻. The chicken kebab was super delicious, well seasoned and very tender. Unfortunately the fries weren't of good quality, they were pretty dry and the cocktail sauce was more of a curry sauce but very tasty.

The ingredients are of high quality, but the workmanship is zero. Even though we constantly tell the waiters, the meat always comes uncooked.

This restaurant used to be really good and we enjoyed driving the 30 kilometers. The last 3 visits we were not happy with the food. Savings are made on the quality of the lamb and other dishes, such as Iskander, are no longer lovingly prepared.

It was really annoying to have to take it off and the kebab bread was wrapped in aluminum foil and was as dry as a fart and everything was lukewarm. Pizza went like this. Rice with kebab was also ok. We just ordered Adana kebab and iskender. If your Adaba kebab is at least 3-day-old bone dry meat and iskender, the doner meat is cut too thick and still has 0 flavor. Aren't you ashamed to feed the 3-day-old meat to the customer? I advise you to check your meat immediately. I will not order anything from your shop again, even if I die of hunger.
