I feel sorry for the drivers I've met so far, but hey, there's always someone who has to break everything just because they don't feel like it. P.S. to the person on the phone: Then stay home and go to the office, but don't break everything for other people!... For the customer, of course, and especially not for the drivers, who can't help the mess you're making!...

Choice of fries or rice? RICE! Delivery: bulgur and soggy fries. Meat and sauces, however, are better than before. Just pay attention to the labels. Otherwise, let me know if something is out of stock.

The food, the presentation, the attentive and friendly staff—everything was wonderful. I live out of town and visit Osnabrück occasionally. This is the only place I'll be eating from now on.

The food is good, but we ordered a large pizza, for example, and it was delivered in a box, right on the table, just like with delivery, while you eat in, without plates or cutlery. We had to get them ourselves. And the restrooms could definitely be better.

Along with M&C Döner, this is one of the worst restaurants in all of Osnabrück. I could have had a plate of (you know what) and it would have tasted better. They're trying to sell themselves as a premium restaurant by offering free bread and sauces. This very bread, which was probably bought from a store, tastes better than anything else prepared in this restaurant. Anyone who goes here voluntarily either has no taste for good food or is simply impaired (Google won't let me spell the other word).

The food is great, but the service is lame! Not friendly staff

We ate at Aroma today. The place looks really nice, the food was beautifully presented. Unfortunately, my schnitzel was completely dry and inedible, but the fries were delicious. What shocked me most, however, was when I ordered the baklava. I got two varieties, but the dark baklava was made with alcohol. It's not on the menu and wasn't mentioned when ordering. I think it's an important thing every customer should know, because I wasn't feeling well until late into the night because of the taste. Please make a note of this somewhere in the future.

I recently got a kebab, and the meat tasted sour and inedible... Before that, it had tasted good many times.

Never in my life have I eaten a kebab that was so disgusting. The meat tasted fermented, the texture was like shortcrust pastry. The whole thing tasted sour. I threw the whole thing in the trash after two bites.

I've known Aroma for ages, almost 14 years. Even when it was still called Aroma Lounge. I order almost exclusively from here, especially when it comes to meat. They deliver quickly, no matter what time of day. Always super nice. There were times when we ordered from here almost every weekend and no one was ever sick from the food. The portions are always large, and they always come with sauces and flatbread. They often add more of these on the side, so you could almost bill them as a separate dish. 👍🏻 There's a lot of competition, but I think it speaks for itself that the place has been around for so long and people keep coming back. I've never heard anything bad about it; I know a lot of people who eat there often. And I don't know what some people expect when I read the reviews. No one has to entertain you in the store. They have a lot to do and have to ensure quality despite speed.

A truly fantastic Turkish restaurant that I can absolutely recommend! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the restaurant is spacious and offers plenty of space – you immediately feel at home. The staff is super friendly and attentive; you receive a warm welcome and excellent service. The prices are perfectly reasonable, especially considering the quality. The meat is cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned, and simply delicious. The starters and desserts are also a delight – fresh, delicious, and prepared with lots of love. I am completely satisfied with this restaurant and will definitely return!

Unfortunately, you have to give stars. In my opinion, I don't want to give any. The quality and taste have seriously declined, and customer service has long since disappeared. Our order was delivered incorrectly and cold for the fifth time.

The food was decent overall. I especially liked the yogurt milk it was quite refreshing. The dessert tasted slightly overcooked/burned taste in it. I didn’t mention it to the manager, but I genuinely think that if it had been cooked properly, it could’ve been excellent. One thing that stood out was the shawarma it had a lot of onions and minced salad, which overpowered the other flavors a bit. Another important point: communication was a challenge. Most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English. Luckily, a new girl (it was just her third day) helped us she spoke a little English and we used Google Translate to take our order. And a heads-up for travelers: we were coming from the U.S and the manager told us they don’t accept credit cards. I’m not sure if that applies to all international cards or just U.S. ones, but even our debit cards didn’t work. Thankfully, we had cash on hand, or we would’ve been stuck.

No, I ate the pizza and at the end when I turned over my slice of pizza there were disgusting dirty marks on it from the oven not being cleaned. It's really disgusting and I can't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered from Lieferando. It was debited but never delivered. When I tried to call the number listed on Lieferando, I was either hung up or the call didn't go through. Such a disgrace. A complete rip-off.

The only good thing was the seating. The waiter didn't seem to know what he was doing or how to take an order. We were very impressed by how unfriendly he was; it shouldn't be like that. If you don't want to work, you should find another profession. When we were ordering, the waiter didn't pay much attention and didn't even smile. His communication was also terrible; he didn't understand what we had ordered. And the cashier's attention was elsewhere when paying; we could only dream of saying "have a nice day"...simply TERRIBLE.

The food at Aroma is usually good. However, today I ordered a special – they said you'd get double the portion for €2 more. Unfortunately, the opposite was true: It was less than a normal portion, but with an extremely large amount of salad, something I've never experienced before.

Four of us (two adults and two children) were there today and ate in the restaurant. It doesn't look that appealing from the outside, but we were all the more pleasantly surprised when we entered! It was really beautifully decorated and clean. Someone immediately came over, greeted us, and showed us a table. There are little service lights on the tables; when you activate them, someone will come immediately. Drinks and food arrived very quickly. The portions were really large and everything was delicious. The homemade ayran is amazing :) The service was exceptionally good!! Incredibly friendly, quick, and very accommodating! Excellent value for money! Verdict: Highly recommended

With a description that says it's open 24 hours, but I came 6:30 in the morning and it was closed

I ordered from Aroma two years ago and was already disappointed back then. Long delivery times, soggy fries, etc. Now, two years later, I thought I'd try again... but unfortunately, again. I ordered a large tuna pizza with onions. But I got a pizza with no onions, very little tuna, and NO CHEESE!!!... SERIOUSLY??? Then I filled my own calzone during the ordering process. Tzatziki was also an option for filling... For me, filling means "in the calzone." Not included in the container. 🙄 Plus, the calzone was very sparingly filled. So, it was also very thin... I've just read many other reviews and I'm really wondering how this place can still exist... Disappointed for the second time. And for a really high price. This is the last time I'll order from there.

We like ordering through Uber and have always had good experiences. The food always arrives super quickly and is still hot, always tastes great, and the price/performance ratio is great! :)

It is the only restaurant in Germany that serves the best grilled meats. I especially recommend the Beyti Kebab. Also, the owners of the place, Metin and Mustafa Oktay brothers, are very hospitable and the workers are very friendly and cheerful. Those who write bad comments here are generally our Turkish citizens. You are being unfair. It is unbecoming to lynch a Turkish place so ruthlessly...

Every time I get stomach pain after eating at Aroma

I ordered 5 pizzas, and almost all of them were missing extras. Two pizzas were also half-burnt. The dough was like rubber, there was hardly any tuna or doner meat on it. Sorry, but I don't really know Aroma. I repeated my order over the phone, then repeated it to a colleague, and everything still arrived wrong. So there's no point in getting upset when I call back to complain, but they charge me for all the extras, right? That's not right. I never write reviews, but this time I had to.

Unfortunately, my order wasn't prepared until I arrived, which somewhat defeated the purpose of pre-ordering. Unfortunately, the food itself couldn't convince me: very greasy, the salad was no longer fresh and overall the taste was disappointing. In addition, it was very carelessly “prepared” (see picture). The modern interior of the store is positive, but in my opinion there is still room for improvement when it comes to food.

Gorgeous restaurant, modern setting, traditional Turkish dishes served with great finesse. I love snacks with very tasty bread. The staff is always very kind. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking space. We have been here for birthdays and we are very satisfied. There are many tables and there is always somewhere to sit.

I ordered a platter... The meat was not fresh, it was felt especially in the mutton chops, all salted to hide the fact that they were not fresh. I'll never go there again!

Ordered food, delivery was supposed to take 1:20 hour, after 2 hours our order was finally there, half of the cold part was missing and the food was absolutely inedible... The place is nice, the presentation is very bad, we two people waited for our desserts for half an hour and forty minutes, the kunefe that arrived was burnt to the point of coal, it was not clear whether we ate coal or kunefe.

Absolutely disappointing… 2 burgers ordered a chicken burger for me with juppi sauce and a burger for my husband spicy. My chicken burger had hot sauce on it and my husband had Juppi on it. I can't eat spicy food at all so I'm very disappointed. But it gets even better.. the meat on my husband's burger wasn't cooked through (double beef burger) raw meat... if the sauces hadn't been swapped I would have been very happy with my burger but my husband's didn't work at all.

Ordering food took 3.5 hours. If I were you, I'd order somewhere else. If you speak up, they get rude. Spend your money somewhere else.

As a solo German businessman who appreciates good cuisine, especially Turkish, you don't feel welcome here. The person at the checkout didn't greet me in a friendly way, but said, sit down wherever! After I did that, several compatriots came and I was moved several times. Beiblandsleute were looked after intensively, even though the waiters spoke German very well and I was ignored. Food (doner kebab bag XXL) was more of a “student kebab” size, but tasty. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't even have the basic spices (sumac) for a good kebab, which is a shame... or they didn't want to give it. Food good, due to the service and the great welcome etc. Only 2 stars, but here it seems to be an area like Hanau City 🥴 It's a shame, never again! Guys, you have compatriots with the same restaurants and concepts and you don't feel the mentality of your people, the warmth and friendliness, with you...

I ordered food. My order was 1 Double Smash Cheeseburger with no additional sauce. What I got was 1 Double Smash Chili Cheeseburger with no sauce at all. Firstly, the burger wasn't the one I wanted and didn't come with any sauce, so it tasted disgusting. I had to put sauce on the burger myself, and even then it wasn't really enjoyable. I also ordered a large fries, which arrived but were very wobbly and poorly seasoned; they tasted like cut-up potatoes. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my first order.

If it were possible, I wouldn't have even given it one star! Two kebabs and a coke for 25 euros? This is not gastronomy, this is a masterpiece of fraud! A clever strategy to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I was stunned – like I had ordered a golden Coke! Absolute disappointment, never again!

It was the best restaurant ever. The food was very tasty. There was extra room for praying. There was free black tea, extra bread and dates for people who were fasting for Ramadan. Everyone is friendly and everything is hygienic (clean). You can also order and rent tables. Everything looks very nice and you can also buy grilled food.🤩🤩🤩☺️

Ordered there earlier, WAS highly recommended! Apparently the last shop in town now. Spongy tomato slices on the kebab pizza, burnt meat and God knows what they season it with and put together their sauces with, and stale baklava for dessert. I wouldn't even have given that shit to my enemy.

I waited almost two hours for my order. At first the order wasn't even visible in the system. When I inquired by phone, I was told that the delivery was already on the way. However, based on the way the employee spoke, I had the impression that this was not true. I specifically asked: “Is the order on the way or is it being prepared?” – if they had honestly told me that it was still being made, it wouldn’t have been a problem. So I would have known that I would have to expect a longer waiting time. From the third call onwards I was told the driver had been stopped by the police. At the same time, it was questioned whether the driver might be lying - a questionable statement about his own colleague. Which police check takes so long? And why should you accuse your own driver of lying? When we pointed out to the employee that he too might not be telling the truth, he suddenly became aggressive - behavior that only increased suspicion. When the driver finally arrived and we spoke to him directly, he didn't even know what we were talking about. Only after a moment did he then claim that he had been stopped for illegal parking. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional: unreliable statements, contradictory excuses and aggressive behavior are not acceptable customer service. I would have liked honest communication from the start - then I could have planned the waiting time better.

Ordered there today when the food arrived it was only lukewarm at best and the driver was completely rude. First he begs for a euro tip and then when you say ok he doesn't even have enough change and you are forced to give more... criminal

I ordered an Adana around 8 p.m. and paid in advance via PayPal. According to the delivery time, the food should arrive at 9:15 p.m. When the food didn't arrive by 9:30 p.m. I called them. The employee said that the delivery guys couldn't seem to find my address and took my food back to the restaurant (strange). He quickly added that he would quickly make the Adana again for me and personally deliver it to my home. The order arrived at 10pm, cold and inedible. For once in a long time I was ready to give this restaurant another chance to prove itself. And again my past experience has been confirmed and repeated. Now I've finally seen it. Goodbye

It's not beautiful at all waste of money

We visited Aroma Restaurant again after 2 years. The store is really big and modern. The counter and meat display looked fresh and inviting. The table service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately a bit forgetful, as the tea was only thought of after a second request. I find the prices on the menu very expensive. 13€ for a kebab plate, 17€ for Adana etc. The portions were “normal” I would say. I found the XXL kebab plate advertised to be very small. The mixed meat and the rice and fries mix were forgotten. In general it was tasty and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would like to highlight the free tea as well as the dips and the bread. Really rare. Conclusion: I would definitely go again if I'm in the area. But I wouldn't go there just for the store.

I'm so shocked, how can you do this to your own customers. I ordered a kebab with salad! What's coming? A package with the entire kebab contents and then the bread in aluminum foil, which is ultra thin and just breaks off when you want to cut it open. My salad was okay, but then I saw my yogurt dressing! Who will eat this? There was simply no dressing in it and my cocktail sauce was just so little! I'm so disappointed! Spending €15 on something like that is disrespectful! It was cold, the meat wasn't even properly seared... just a nightmare!!!

The needs of customers are not taken into account. I ordered a pizza and the delivery took a long time. I ordered pizza with chicken, but pizza came with veal and burnt. We had something delivered. I had a kebab veal plate and the meat was cold, dry and tasted sticky. The salad was also dry. The fries soaked in fat. The wrong sauce was also added. We also ordered baklava twice, paid for it but there was no baklava. When we called there, no one answered. I was really negatively surprised and this is definitely the last time I ordered there! Actually it's not worth a star. However, the delivery person was nice, so the service was given 2 stars. Very unfortunate :(

An absolute institution for Osnabrück‼ The food is authentically Turkish, as is the service, so it's excellent. The first course is free, freshly baked bread and three homemade sauces, where can you get something like that?? We recommend the traditional meat soup (Kelle Paça) and all dishes from the charcoal grill, definitely with rice, which is perfectly seasoned! 👍🏼👍🏼 Anyone who orders pizza home here and is then disappointed is missing out on what the restaurant can really do. So take a seat and enjoy. You can get pizza somewhere else 😀

Ordered food on New Year's Eve, after 2 hours we contacted the restaurant by phone because our food hadn't come. Unfortunately we were held back and lied to. After 3 hours, the food still hadn't come.
