I don't even know where to start and what the best thing on the menu is, because one thing is for sure and that's why I don't understand the negative reviews - I always like it exceptionally well! The best Adana Dürum I have ever eaten, pide that are out of this world. Pizza rolls that simply exceed the name. Great dishes, simple, no frills, I'm glad I keep ordering here! My recommendation is definitely the pide with minced meat and cheese! Very closely followed by Adana Dürum!

No good food will always be disappointed never again

I ordered 2 kebab plates-XXL with rice via Uber. Delivery took longer than Uber estimated. It took about an hour, I thought it was completely okay and I would have liked better communication from Uber. If in doubt, call the restaurant and they will probably be able to give you better information. The packaging of the food was great and the food itself could have been a bit warmer. The portions were actually XXL (who would have thought) and one plate is enough for two people. The taste was perfectly fine, nothing special but definitely tasty and not soggy or anything. But I didn't order anything exciting. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied. Good-tasting, delivered food for under €7 per person is absolute value for money for me. Next time I'll just order a plate for two people and a starter or something, then it'll probably taste even better.

The pizza tastes like a ready-made one from the supermarket! The lamb kebab was absolutely done and dry and tasted a disaster for me!!! I know things completely differently from Cologne. Toilets disgusting and smelly as soon as you go downstairs. I can't recommend it to anyone, spend your money elsewhere!

We had food delivered to our house (a family pizza). Our request (pizza without onions) was accommodated. Unfortunately the delivery took over 1 hour and the pizza dough wasn't cooked through. It's a shame because the pizza itself was delicious, but you couldn't eat it like that.

Rating for Aroma Osnabrück I had a very disappointing experience with Aroma Osnabrück. The pizza took way too long to be delivered and when it finally arrived the pizza was dry and burnt. The onions were black and the hollandaise sauce we ordered was missing, even though we paid extra for it. The fries were wobbly, inedible and obviously frozen, soaked in oil. Our call to clarify the problem was rudely rejected. We were told there was nothing they could do and then just hung up on us. I strongly advise against ordering from Aroma Osnabrück. This experience was a huge disappointment.

The food didn't arrive fully cooked and it wasn't complete. When we called to complain, the employee hung up without ending the call. Unfortunately the food had to be thrown away. Service really disappointing.

A great restaurant! All employees are very friendly and attentive, rarely seen such good staff. The food also tasted very good, we had 4 different dishes and they were all super tasty. The pizza was super salty. I couldn't eat more than half of it. (Turkey salami, beef ham, mushrooms and onions, I had extra broccoli) Everything arrived and the delivery was very fast. Because of the distance I didn't expect it to be hot but it was still very warm 👍🏻. The chicken kebab was super delicious, well seasoned and very tender. Unfortunately the fries weren't of good quality, they were pretty dry and the cocktail sauce was more of a curry sauce but very tasty.

Ordered food via Lieferando. It took 1 1/2 hours for the food to be delivered. Fries were sticky, schnitzel in sauce was also sticky. Everything delivered in Styrofoam trays and wrapped in cling film. It was really annoying to have to take it off and the kebab bread was wrapped in aluminum foil and was as dry as a fart and everything was lukewarm. Pizza went like this. Rice with kebab was also ok. But we won't order there anymore.

I ordered Aroma food from the app... It arrived relatively quickly, but one thing was missing from the order, my Lamacun. I called immediately, then someone answered and I explained to him what was going on. The young man was super rude and said it had been delivered, then I explained to him again that my Lamacun was missing and he said it will be delivered in half an hour. I thought to myself, yes, it can happen, not that bad, but 2 hours later there was still nothing there...then I called again and then I was told that they couldn't find my address...I wonder what happened with the first one Did it work so quickly???I didn't even get a call. I had to call 3 times... if I hadn't taken care of it again, they would have just given me money as a gift. Then it finally arrived and it was wrong again hahah I thought they were kidding me. I don't even need to mention that the food was cold and inedible after I found a black hair. Never again🤮 the quality has completely deteriorated.

There is really oriental food here. No matter whether it's kebab, pide or meat skewers. The food is very tasty and the service is very friendly (but it depends a bit on the time. ich habe zwei Adanadürum zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Es wurde auch ziemlich schnell zubereitet. Wir haben uns total drauf gefreut. Allerdings war ich total enttäuscht beim Öffnen der Folie. Es war ein schwarzes dickes Haar drin. Ich konnte es nicht mehr essen. Total schade und enttäuschend. Normalerweise kennen wir es anders bei euch.

Leider auch bei der zweiten Bestellung eine Katastrophe!! Dönerteller XXL bestellt, zusätzlich noch eine zweite Tzazicki (eine ist ja sowieso dabei!) und einen Schafskäse extra. Schafskäse wurde nicht mitgeliefert, und statt der zwei vollen Becher Tzazicki wurde ein Becher auf zwei aufgeteilt!! Extra Tzazicki und extra Schafskäse aber schön berechnet! Bei der ersten Bestellung wurde Kalb (wenn man das Kalb nennen darf!!) statt Hähnchen geliefert! Wenn ich mit meiner Nummer (die durch die Online-Bestellung ja hinterlegt und bekannt ist) anrufe, werde ich IMMER weggedrückt, eine Minute später mit anderer Nummer geht sofort jemand ans Telefon!!!! Katastrophe!!!! FINGER WEG DAVON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fleisch nicht durch auf Nachfrage auch nicht eingesehen einfach wiederlich

Essen sehr kalt wurde geliefert das ich mir direckt selber aufwärmen musste dazu noch ohne Geschmack also kein Salz kein Pfeffer in meinem Auflauf , Pizza Brötchen die ich dazu bestellt habe gefühlt mit Käse war auch ein flop es hat so ausgesehen das Käse nicht in Pizza Brötchen war sonder unter der Brötchen und ihnen ein rohes Teig... Nach dem ich angerufen habe und es mitzuteilen bekamm ich eine Antwort " es ist Sonntag was erwarten Sie " Also keine Entschuldigung nix kamm von den Leuten und ich finde es ist eine Frechheit 20 Euro zu verlangen für so ein miese Essen der leider Gottes in den Müll gelandet ist !!!!!! Also nie wider !!!!!!

Da ich selber kein Fleisch esse, kann ich dieses leider nicht bewerten - allerdings waren meine Begleiter sehr zufrieden und es sah wirklich sehr gut aus. Die Salate waren auch frisch und lecker.

Im Grunde sehr viel Potenzial bzw. Luft nach oben. Habe als Vorspeise eine Linsensuppe und als Hauptgang einen Grillteller. Die Linsensuppe war lecker. Leider für 6 Euro zu teuer. In den von mir bereits getesteten bekommt man die doppelte Menge. Was mich geärgert hat, dass zuerst die Suppe gebracht worden ist. Fünf Minuten später dann das Brot und weitere 15 Minuten später das Getränk. Bin ich so nicht gewohnt. Der Grillteller war vollständig und mit wenig liebe usw. angerichtet gewesen. Einfach alles drauf geklatscht. Zwischendurch ein paar trockene Fleischstücke. Im großen und ganzen war es aber in Ordnung. Für mich gibt es kein zweites Mal

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf eine Lieferando Bestellung... Seit mehr als 5 Jahren bin ich eigentlich stammkunde aber was ich diesmal für 18 € bekommen habe ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich meine mal ernsthaft... Wie kann man das ausliefern? Ich weiß sehr wohl wie Beyti auszusehen hat.

1A Pizza 1A Service, weiter so!

Die telefonische Bestellung direkt im Restaurant zur Lieferung des Essens wurde freundlich und präzise angenommen. Auch die Angabe zur Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Das Essen kam pünktlich, war trotz längerer Strecke(Osnabrück -Atter) noch passend warm und schmeckte sehr gut. Der Salat war mit vielen frischen Zutaten zubereitet und sehr üppig angerichtet. Das Kebab Kalbfleisch hatte eine milde Würzung, war dünn geschnitten und saftig. Die offensichtlich selbstgemachten Blätterteig-Röllchen waren einmalig(lecker), da sie mit einer großen Menge an Käse gefüllt waren, der anteilig zu schmecken war. (Bei Fertigröllchen schmeckt man fast nur den Teig) Und der Hummus hatte eine feine Knoblauch-Note, war auch sonst klasse gewürzt und schmeckte wie selbst gemacht. Alles in Allem wird das Essen offensichtlich mit Sorgfalt angerichtet und kann von uns ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfohlen werden.

Essen und Personal sind gut. Ambiente und Preise müssen angepasst werden.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Adana Kebap, der mit seinem perfekten Gleichgewicht aus Gewürzen und dem rauchigen Aroma der Holzkohle meinen Gaumen erfreute. Auch die Meze-Vorspeisen waren frisch und lecker, insbesondere der cremige Hummus und die aromatischen gefüllten Weinblätter. Der Service im Aroma Restaurant war tadellos - aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind für die Qualität und Menge der Speisen angemessen, und die gemütliche Atmosphäre macht es zu einem idealen Ort für ein entspanntes Abendessen mit Freunden oder Familie. Abschließend ist das Aroma Restaurant Ocakbasi ein Juwel in Osnabrück für alle, die authentische türkische Grillküche in einer warmen und gastfreundlichen Umgebung genießen möchten. Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen und kann es jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einer kulinarischen Reise durch die Türkei ist. Kurz und Kanpp. Einfach Geil.
