The guy got annoyed because I asked for sweetener and said that made him really aggressive again.

The portions are getting much smaller, even though the prices have been significantly increased. I'm a fan of Turkish cuisine, but this is below average!

We arrived at Aroma at noon; it wasn't actually very busy. The restrooms were awful, a real breeding ground for germs. We wanted to eat something: the lentil soup was good, but when we ordered the mixed grill as a main course, it arrived cold. The peppers on it were very bad, and the chicken was raw.

The restaurant is great, the food tastes as good as always, I would highly recommend it. We always enjoy going there.

I ordered a burger, pizza, steak, doner plate, and a doner kebab. It took 1 minute and 40 seconds for my order to arrive. When it did, everything was cold. The meat wasn't steak; it looked like chicken or whatever it was. It was inedible, full of gristle. The lettuce in the doner kebab was dark green; they had used old lettuce. The doner plate only had doner kebab and fries, no salad. The only thing that was okay was the burger; the rest, sorry to say, was garbage. We couldn't eat it and contacted Lieferando to have the food picked up. They only gave us a refund of 9 euros on an order of almost 40 euros, and the food ended up in the trash. Never again from Aroma Osnabrück.

It was delicious, the portions looked and tasted good, but the staff brushing their teeth and clearing plates with their hands was inappropriate. We asked them to clear the dirty dishes, and they weren't cleared until we left. The restaurant is beautiful, but that impression changes drastically as soon as you enter the restroom.

We ordered food for four people from Aroma Restaurant, including appetizers and main courses (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). We felt that some of the dishes were prepared carelessly and not freshly. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't great either. The food was almost cold, which isn't necessarily the restaurant's fault.

I'm really easygoing when it comes to food, but this doner kebab is awful, inedible, half-raw, really lumpy, and it's supposed to be steak doner!

So, where do I even begin... The schnitzel consisted of burger chicken patties and a lot of fries... The pizza had good dough, but tasted like nothing. The pasta bake was awful, tasteless, and there were olives even though there shouldn't have been any because it wasn't listed. The food was cold. The salad was okay, and the delivery guy was quite nice!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this "café" in Osnabrück and would like to share it here. The service was disappointing. One particular waiter was very unfriendly: he seemed condescending, didn't greet some guests at all, and treated men and women very differently. He barely acknowledged men, while being overly friendly to women. This left a very bad impression. The atmosphere in the café was also often tense. The staff seemed irritable, and you could feel it as a customer. Today, I also witnessed an unpleasant situation outside the café. A young man told his girlfriend that he found this waiter's behavior inappropriate. Another young employee reacted aggressively, confronted the man, harassed him, and even called for someone, as if trying to provoke a confrontation. Fortunately, the man and his girlfriend left without further escalation. However, the situation seemed serious and unsettling. Incidents like this should not happen in a restaurant. I hope that management will review the behavior of its staff and ensure greater professionalism and safety.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but today I have to. So, it used to be a good restaurant, but it got worse and worse until today was a nightmare. After 1.25 hours, we finally got our food. We were about to get up and pay for our drinks when suddenly the food was ready. I have to be honest, for a Turkish restaurant to not even be able to make an Adana kebab is embarrassing. After waiting 1.25 hours and having a stomachache, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. I've been to many bad restaurants, but Aroma is the worst. The price of around €30 included one drink and a stomachache. Honestly, it deserves zero stars.

I ordered pizza rolls with cocktail sauce, kebab, meat, and corn. However, we received pizza rolls with cheese and tomatoes. I also ordered a Coke Zero, but got a regular one. The doner kebab we ordered was also greasier than anything else. Besides all that, the food was almost cold, which I can overlook. Because of the home delivery, it just tasted awful overall, and on top of that, the wrong delivery and the wrong food.

Last night, my family and I tried this restaurant for the first time. It was truly the first time I've had such a delicious döner kebab in Germany. The other dishes were also very good and delicious. See you again soon.

We ordered three dumplings, which arrived burnt, completely dry, with no sauce at all. The rice pudding that came with them was all like vomit – really poor quality for the price, definitely not recommended.

We've eaten at the restaurant several times and have always been very satisfied. Lately, we've been ordering delivery more often – the delivery is always quick, everything is correct, and the food is still hot and absolutely delicious. The price-performance ratio is excellent! Once, there was a slight delay due to an online issue, but the team responded immediately, apologized profusely, and even included a complimentary dessert as an apology – a truly wonderful gesture! We will definitely continue ordering from them. Aroma is currently our number one choice!

Everything was delicious and the restaurant was spotless. I've been going there with my family for 5 years.

Ordered food through Lieferando. It took an hour and a half for delivery. The fries were soggy, as was the schnitzel in sauce. Everything was delivered in styrofoam trays wrapped in cling film. It was a real pain to remove all that. The doner bread was wrapped in aluminum foil and was dry, and everything was lukewarm. The pizza was okay. The rice with doner was also alright. But we won't be ordering from there again.

I ordered food there earlier. The delivery driver came and refused to accept my €20 bill because he thought it wasn't genuine. It was just a little crumpled. Normally, a bill like that should be accepted.

I ordered ONE pizza over 1.25 hours ago (3:44-5:01). I called several times, but I was always told, "Yes, the driver will be here right away." It took another 15 minutes each time. Now I'm fed up with it. I work near the restaurant, and if you drive to us at this time, it takes a maximum of 20 minutes. Therefore, I think it's ridiculous that the delivery driver took 45 minutes to leave, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. Furthermore, the hollandaise sauce was missing.

We discovered this restaurant through TikTok and received a very friendly welcome. We quickly found a seat in this lovingly decorated ambience and received very hospitable service. The menu offered a wide selection of different dishes, so there was something to suit every taste. We opted for a fantastic chili cheeseburger with jalapenos, which also came with fries that weren't on the menu, which was a very pleasant surprise. For our second course, we ordered kebab meat with fries and tzatziki. Both dishes were 10 out of 10 in terms of taste; the meat in both dishes was tender, spicy, aromatic, and simply amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to finish the accompanying fries, which were also very tasty, because they also offered a free starter of excellent homemade bread with three different delicious dips. The service was friendly and accommodating at all times, so you can tell that a lot of attention is paid to making guests feel at home. This certainly won't be the last time we've been there, and we're already looking forward to our next culinary delight in this outstanding setting. We highly recommend visiting this hospitable restaurant and letting yourself be pampered with culinary delights.

The taste was great, but I find it insulting to add a single köfte meatball when they charge €4 for it. Furthermore, other customizations, such as a doner kebab with rice AND fries, were ignored and only served with rice. As already mentioned, the taste was okay, but please make sure not to choose any additional options when ordering.

Horrible restaurant. Champion schnitzel without mushrooms, sloppy fries, everything somehow waterlogged. The salad looks like it came from the organic waste. There's absolutely no sauce on the burger. The burger stall refuses to exchange it and won't pick up the trash. I'll go to the police tomorrow and report the burger stall, then contact the health department.

So the service is a 0 out of 0! Künnefe tastes like milk and has no flavor at all. Katmer also tastes like nothing, just cheap pistachios. The tea simply tastes bitter. I think that's a real shame. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a Katmer dessert and waited 30 minutes. When the Katmer came out of the oven, it was waiting to be served at the table, but it wasn't. They were sitting there at the cash register, chatting. The staff didn't smile at all. It was as if they were working hard.

Turkish food is okay, but the bills aren't always accurate. The only place where I don't like tipping!

The food, the presentation, the attentive and friendly staff—everything was wonderful. I live out of town and visit Osnabrück occasionally. This is the only place I'll be eating from now on.

The food is good, but we ordered a large pizza, for example, and it was delivered in a box, right on the table, just like with delivery, while you eat in, without plates or cutlery. We had to get them ourselves. And the restrooms could definitely be better.

Along with M&C Döner, this is one of the worst restaurants in all of Osnabrück. I could have had a plate of (you know what) and it would have tasted better. They're trying to sell themselves as a premium restaurant by offering free bread and sauces. This very bread, which was probably bought from a store, tastes better than anything else prepared in this restaurant. Anyone who goes here voluntarily either has no taste for good food or is simply impaired (Google won't let me spell the other word).

We ate at Aroma today. The place looks really nice, the food was beautifully presented. Unfortunately, my schnitzel was completely dry and inedible, but the fries were delicious. What shocked me most, however, was when I ordered the baklava. I got two varieties, but the dark baklava was made with alcohol. It's not on the menu and wasn't mentioned when ordering. I think it's an important thing every customer should know, because I wasn't feeling well until late into the night because of the taste. Please make a note of this somewhere in the future.

I've known Aroma for ages, almost 14 years. Even when it was still called Aroma Lounge. I order almost exclusively from here, especially when it comes to meat. They deliver quickly, no matter what time of day. Always super nice. There were times when we ordered from here almost every weekend and no one was ever sick from the food. The portions are always large, and they always come with sauces and flatbread. They often add more of these on the side, so you could almost bill them as a separate dish. 👍🏻 There's a lot of competition, but I think it speaks for itself that the place has been around for so long and people keep coming back. I've never heard anything bad about it; I know a lot of people who eat there often. And I don't know what some people expect when I read the reviews. No one has to entertain you in the store. They have a lot to do and have to ensure quality despite speed.

The food was decent overall. I especially liked the yogurt milk it was quite refreshing. The dessert tasted slightly overcooked/burned taste in it. I didn’t mention it to the manager, but I genuinely think that if it had been cooked properly, it could’ve been excellent. One thing that stood out was the shawarma it had a lot of onions and minced salad, which overpowered the other flavors a bit. Another important point: communication was a challenge. Most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English. Luckily, a new girl (it was just her third day) helped us she spoke a little English and we used Google Translate to take our order. And a heads-up for travelers: we were coming from the U.S and the manager told us they don’t accept credit cards. I’m not sure if that applies to all international cards or just U.S. ones, but even our debit cards didn’t work. Thankfully, we had cash on hand, or we would’ve been stuck.

No, I ate the pizza and at the end when I turned over my slice of pizza there were disgusting dirty marks on it from the oven not being cleaned. It's really disgusting and I can't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered from Lieferando. It was debited but never delivered. When I tried to call the number listed on Lieferando, I was either hung up or the call didn't go through. Such a disgrace. A complete rip-off.

The only good thing was the seating. The waiter didn't seem to know what he was doing or how to take an order. We were very impressed by how unfriendly he was; it shouldn't be like that. If you don't want to work, you should find another profession. When we were ordering, the waiter didn't pay much attention and didn't even smile. His communication was also terrible; he didn't understand what we had ordered. And the cashier's attention was elsewhere when paying; we could only dream of saying "have a nice day"...simply TERRIBLE.

The food at Aroma is usually good. However, today I ordered a special – they said you'd get double the portion for €2 more. Unfortunately, the opposite was true: It was less than a normal portion, but with an extremely large amount of salad, something I've never experienced before.

Four of us (two adults and two children) were there today and ate in the restaurant. It doesn't look that appealing from the outside, but we were all the more pleasantly surprised when we entered! It was really beautifully decorated and clean. Someone immediately came over, greeted us, and showed us a table. There are little service lights on the tables; when you activate them, someone will come immediately. Drinks and food arrived very quickly. The portions were really large and everything was delicious. The homemade ayran is amazing :) The service was exceptionally good!! Incredibly friendly, quick, and very accommodating! Excellent value for money! Verdict: Highly recommended

I ordered from Aroma two years ago and was already disappointed back then. Long delivery times, soggy fries, etc. Now, two years later, I thought I'd try again... but unfortunately, again. I ordered a large tuna pizza with onions. But I got a pizza with no onions, very little tuna, and NO CHEESE!!!... SERIOUSLY??? Then I filled my own calzone during the ordering process. Tzatziki was also an option for filling... For me, filling means "in the calzone." Not included in the container. 🙄 Plus, the calzone was very sparingly filled. So, it was also very thin... I've just read many other reviews and I'm really wondering how this place can still exist... Disappointed for the second time. And for a really high price. This is the last time I'll order from there.

We like ordering through Uber and have always had good experiences. The food always arrives super quickly and is still hot, always tastes great, and the price/performance ratio is great! :)

It is the only restaurant in Germany that serves the best grilled meats. I especially recommend the Beyti Kebab. Also, the owners of the place, Metin and Mustafa Oktay brothers, are very hospitable and the workers are very friendly and cheerful. Those who write bad comments here are generally our Turkish citizens. You are being unfair. It is unbecoming to lynch a Turkish place so ruthlessly...

I ordered 5 pizzas, and almost all of them were missing extras. Two pizzas were also half-burnt. The dough was like rubber, there was hardly any tuna or doner meat on it. Sorry, but I don't really know Aroma. I repeated my order over the phone, then repeated it to a colleague, and everything still arrived wrong. So there's no point in getting upset when I call back to complain, but they charge me for all the extras, right? That's not right. I never write reviews, but this time I had to.

However, I was informed on site that I should please state this more clearly next time - which I found a bit incomprehensible. Unfortunately, my order wasn't prepared until I arrived, which somewhat defeated the purpose of pre-ordering. Unfortunately, the food itself couldn't convince me: very greasy, the salad was no longer fresh and overall the taste was disappointing. In addition, it was very carelessly “prepared” (see picture). The modern interior of the store is positive, but in my opinion there is still room for improvement when it comes to food.

Gorgeous restaurant, modern setting, traditional Turkish dishes served with great finesse. I love snacks with very tasty bread. The staff is always very kind. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking space. We have been here for birthdays and we are very satisfied. There are many tables and there is always somewhere to sit.
