Stunned, never again! Of the food we ordered, the chicken in one sub and one wrap were no longer edible...the meat was definitely bad and no longer suitable for consumption (I think giving something like that out to customers is very borderline!). After several attempts to reach the company by phone, which were unsuccessful, contact was made with the delivery service. According to the delivery service, the owner will refuse to refund the amount. Thanks for nothing. I've never experienced anything like that. Never again! Food for the trash and dealing with customers even more so!

I just got ice cream there with my two children. When I asked if I could get a cloth from the kitchen roll, I was told that this was not possible because the kitchen roll is private. I said I had a long journey by car and would he not be so kind as to give me a paper towel from the kitchen roll anyway, which was again denied. The lady behind me in line was kind enough to give me two tissues. Never eat in this dirty shop again. I had to explain to my children the whole way back why some people are so unfriendly. I thought he was probably having a bad day, but maybe he was just a bitter old man with a failed desire to have children. By the way, the children said that the ice cream didn't taste good and didn't smell that good either. I thought it was because it was made without love ❤️

I reserved a table for ten people about four weeks ago. On the evening of the meal we were there with nine people and got a table that was too small even for nine people. When we asked if we could change the size of the table or the space so that everyone could eat properly, the answer was a short "no" and no interest in making our stay a little more pleasant. So we have to eat very limitedly, which made the visit rather unpleasant. Unfortunately, due to a strict schedule, we didn't have the option to change the restaurant, but we will go there more. The restaurant in Göttingen is bright, flooded with light, which I personally like, but there's nothing cozy about it. The two large tables are also directly in front of the part where the food is prepared and there is constant traffic there. Not only can you not guess what the goal was, the atmosphere doesn't match what you imagine it to be, and still a table for 10 where 9 people can only sit awkwardly is simply not something for me. It is my subjective opinion and please understand it as constructive criticism, since, from my point of view, your idea has nothing to do with the local location.
