Eis Monte in Göttingen

The employee was a complete disaster. Even though there were sprinkles, he didn't give them to the children when they asked. A very unfriendly and frustrated employee. He should change jobs. Never again from this ice cream parlor!!

It couldn't be more horrible!!!! I went there today to buy ice cream for my little daughter. At first, my little daughter asked for a cone and a small cup. The man suddenly got angry for no reason and said no, just one. I said I would pay for the empty paper cup. The clerk started shouting loudly in front of my child and insulting us in front of many other people. At that moment, I took my child away from there and decided never to buy anything or go there again. I have never seen such a horrible clerk and how badly they treat customers, especially a little 3-year-old girl. I advise everyone not to come here with children to avoid panic and fear in the children. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Unfriendly salesman was too incompetent to sell a bullet.

I can't say anything about the ice cream, as we left because of the unfriendly employee. I asked if my son could try a flavor of ice cream he didn't know. He refused very rudely and made a mocking comment (what was there to try, the flavors tasted like what they said). We left the ice cream parlor and definitely won't be back. Sad, that kind of behavior, especially with kids... That's a good way to ruin your own shop.

Friendliness '0' and ice cream... It's something else, isn't it, these slobs 🤷🤮

Very unfriendly man behind the counter!!

I just got ice cream there with my two children. When I asked if I could get a cloth from the kitchen roll, I was told that this was not possible because the kitchen roll is private. I said I had a long journey by car and would he not be so kind as to give me a paper towel from the kitchen roll anyway, which was again denied. The lady behind me in line was kind enough to give me two tissues. Never eat in this dirty shop again. I had to explain to my children the whole way back why some people are so unfriendly. I thought he was probably having a bad day, but maybe he was just a bitter old man with a failed desire to have children. By the way, the children said that the ice cream didn't taste good and didn't smell that good either. I thought it was because it was made without love ❤️

Pistachio ice cream tastes like marzipan and not pistachios – a big minus. Unfortunately, this taste flaw wasn't pointed out. Only the higher price of the scoop. Since this is usually the case, it didn't seem surprising. However, when the taste turned out to be bad, the disappointment was huge. :( Other ice cream looked delicious, but I can't rate it.

An ice cream parlor like many others. But the ice cream tastes good and is fairly priced. You don't need any more for an ice cream in between.

Mega unfriendly service who doesn't feel like recommending anything, giving tips or generally speaking. It's a shame because the ice cream is otherwise very good

Very tasty, homemade ice cream! It wasn't that sweet either, it tasted more fruity. A recommendation for me!

Delicious ice cream, large portions, large waffles, large selection... and at a TOP price (I couldn't think of a cheaper ice cream parlor in D.) my absolute favorite!!!

Große Portionen, gute Preise (aktuell 1,20/ Kugel), schmeckt lecker, gute Eiswaffeln bereits ab 1 Kugel, sehr freundlicher Service. Alles in allem super!

Nettes Personal ,sehr leckeres Eis und top Preis. Ich gehe nur noch zu Eis monte weil ich denn Preis sehr angemessen finde und mir das Eis einfach dort am besten schmeckt. Meine Freunde sind auch bisher immer alle sehr zufrieden gewesen. Gibt nichts dran auszusetzen.

Selten so leckeres Eis gegessen, Ambiente ist eher mau, wir hatten Kugeln im Hörnchen auf die Hand, die hatten auch eine ordentliche Größe und wie gesagt, super lecker...

Sehr nettes Personal, leckere Sahne und grundsätzlich wäre es ein guter Preis aber für meinen Geschmack darf das Vanilleeis mehr nach Vanille schmecken und ich finde, dass sie Erdbeersauce einen komischen ,,Pelz" auf der Zunge hinterlassen hat

Superleckeres Eis! Es gibt auch viele vegane Optionen!
