The food itself was quite good, just a little bit and the woman serving it was quite nice. However, previous reviews (from a year ago and more) seem to refer to a business that no longer exists. There must have been a change of ownership over the last year, including a change of name (Jäger Döner → CAPON'S SNACK 66). Furthermore, kebab dishes are no longer shown as such, but rather "doner-style", which means that the minced meat content is over 60% and the meat slice content is under 40%. Finally, I can only say that the current 4.7 rating seems a bit too exaggerated to me and I would rate this snack bar more like a 4.0.

Actually really tasty, the sauces were also really tasty.

This shop has grown so dear to my heart. My family and I love getting food here. It was always delicious no matter what. The baked goods are delicious. And I like it there, the ambience doesn't win the beauty prize, but the atmosphere is somehow pleasantly familiar and lively.

The meat portion is large, the salad selection has shrunk and the red onions unfortunately dominate the overall taste. The bread is still a highlight and the three sauces provide the flavor that the meat unfortunately doesn't have. Now the whole thing falls more into the “you can do it” category. ____ ____ ____ ____ “Here you get the best kebab in Cologne!” At least that was the announcement from the cheerful seller. But what can the kebab do? For €6 you get a reasonably sized portion of kebab meat in a fresh, warm flatbread, along with some iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and red cabbage. When it comes to sauces, you have the classic choice between herb garlic, cocktail and a hot sauce. All three taste very good together and there is nothing wrong with the kebab itself. So the best kebab in Cologne? In the end, everyone has to decide for themselves. In any case, you get a great alternative to the same old company canteen.

There is nothing wrong with the kebab, cold and tasteless, even the very spicy sauce had no taste. The only plus was the vegetables that had flavor. 2/5

The chicken was definitely bad, they tried to suppress its taste with the sauce. My friend vomited for 2 days after that meal. Persian kebab was not tasty either.

Börek was incredibly tasty and the staff were the best ever just smiling and super nice
